Vet\u00ebm gjat\u00eb vitit 2011 kur vendet ky\u00e7e t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb pat\u00ebn r\u00ebnie t\u00eb madhe n\u00eb bursa e miliona njer\u00ebz t\u00eb papun\u00eb me borxhe t\u00eb huaja miliard\u00ebsh, ekonomia e Turqis\u00eb u rrit p\u00ebr 8,5 p\u00ebr qind.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb ardhurat komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Turqis\u00eb p\u00ebr frym\u00eb jan\u00eb llogaritur 7 mij\u00eb e 400 euro derisa t\u00eb ardhurat komb\u00ebtare bruto, sipas \u00e7mimeve ushtrimore u realizuan n\u00eb nivelin e rreth 547 miliard\u00eb euro. Trend i nj\u00ebjt\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb duke e p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb edhe n\u00eb gjysm\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti, k\u00ebshtu Turqia \u00ebsht\u00eb duke b\u00ebr\u00eb bum ekonomik. N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb asaj \u00ebsht\u00eb duke i ndihmuar kriza evropiane e sidomos e pjes\u00ebs juglindore ku e ka m\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00eb shtrirjen e ndikimit t\u00eb saj p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb krizave t\u00eb vazhdueshme ekonomike.<\/p>\n<p>E kur merret parasysh edhe mentaliteti n\u00eb komunitetin mysliman, Turqia q\u00eb nga shp\u00ebrb\u00ebrja e Jugosllavis\u00eb ktheu kok\u00ebn nga shtete me shumic\u00eb myslimane. Lidhjet ekonomike me disa vende i ka forcuar sidomos pas r\u00ebnies s\u00eb regjimit t\u00eb Milosheviqit. Turqia me strategjin\u00eb e saj politiko-ekonomike \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur kryesisht n\u00eb vendet ku dominon feja myslimane.<\/p>\n<p>Politika e jashtme e Turqis\u00eb ka rritur angazhimin e saj politik dhe ekonomik duksh\u00ebm n\u00eb dhjet\u00ebvje\u00e7arin e fundit. Koh\u00eb pas kohe \u00ebsht\u00eb refuzuar nga vendet me shumic\u00eb krishtere kur \u00ebsht\u00eb par\u00eb tendenca q\u00eb Turqia t\u00eb afrohet me shtetet arabe. Por, q\u00eb kjo nuk i ka penguar aspak vendeve si Bosnja, Kosova dhe Shqip\u00ebria q\u00eb t\u2019i hapin dyert Turqis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb politikat e BE-s\u00eb i kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb me dije vendeve q\u00eb duan t\u00eb integrohen q\u00eb t\u00eb mos i afrohen shum\u00eb Turqis\u00eb. Loj\u00ebrat e dyfishta t\u00eb politikan\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb karshi shteteve t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb duke i mund\u00ebsuar Turqis\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb pushtoj\u00eb dal\u00ebngadal\u00eb ekonomin\u00eb p\u00ebrmes tender\u00ebve dhe projekteve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha ka rrezik t\u00eb shkaktoj\u00eb ftohje t\u00eb raporteve me Brukselin.<\/p>\n<p>Vitin e kaluar Turqia propozoi q\u00eb t\u00eb krijohet asambleja parlamentare e shteteve t\u00eb Ballkanit e cila u vler\u00ebsua si nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje e Turqis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar ngrirje t\u00eb proceseve integruese t\u00eb shteteve q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb pritje t\u00eb futjes n\u00eb BE. Edhe pse \u00ebsht\u00eb i duksh\u00ebm disponimi dhe politika e BE-s\u00eb kund\u00ebr ndikimit turk, sidomos n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe Shqip\u00ebri, kryeministri Erdogan edhe m\u00eb tej ka autoritet dhe shtrin me leht\u00ebsi ndikimin e tij n\u00eb k\u00ebto dy vende.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrtimi i infrastruktur\u00ebs rrugore nj\u00eb nga standardet ky\u00e7e t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb iu besua me fillim kompanis\u00eb turke \u201cEnka\u201d ndon\u00ebse n\u00eb konsorcium me at\u00eb amerikane \u201cBehtel\u201d e cila ka aksione shum\u00eb t\u00eb vogla, kompani kjo me dominim turk, me qindra miliona euro mor\u00ebn p\u00ebrmes tender\u00ebve p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin Autostrad\u00ebs n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Turqit mor\u00ebn edhe Aeroportin e Prishtin\u00eb me koncesion edhe pse dol\u00ebn skandale t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeve t\u00eb fshehta mes qeveris\u00eb dhe kompanis\u00eb \u201cLimak\u201d, me fryrjen e \u00e7mimeve dhe shkelje t\u00eb shumta t\u00eb kontrat\u00ebs prap\u00eb ata ia m\u00ebsyn projekteve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha.<\/p>\n<p>Dy dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb u mor vendimi q\u00eb edhe distribucioni i Korporat\u00ebs Energjetike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (KEK) t\u2019i jepet prap\u00eb kompanis\u00eb \u201cLimak\u201d, duke i dh\u00ebn\u00eb k\u00ebshtu n\u00eb dor\u00eb sektor\u00ebt ky\u00e7\u00eb t\u00eb ekonomis\u00eb s\u00eb vendit.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshtu Qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb duke krijuar lidhje t\u00eb ngushta me ekonomin\u00eb turke, duke mos i dh\u00ebn\u00eb asnj\u00eb tender t\u00eb madh kompanive nga evropiane derisa zyrtarisht luan me letrat e Evrop\u00ebs. Qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs duhet ta ket\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb se Brukseli nuk ha bar.
