Prokurori thot\u00eb n\u00eb vendimin e tij se nga studimi n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi i akteve t\u00eb materialit kall\u00ebzues, rezulton se vendimi i vleft\u00ebsimit t\u00eb sekuestros \u00ebsht\u00eb i pabazuar dhe duhet t\u00eb shfuqizohet.<\/p>\n<p>Ky vendim hedh posht\u00eb pretendimin e prokurorit t\u00eb Burrelit dhe Peshkopis\u00eb se sekuestrimi nga policia i makinave t\u00eb kromit, \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me ligjin. Prokuroria e P\u00ebrgjithshme thot\u00eb se sekuestrimi \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me nenin 300 t\u00eb Kodit t\u00eb procedur\u00ebs penale, pasi policia gjyq\u00ebsore, e v\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrball\u00eb faktit t\u00eb nj\u00eb ngarkese thuajse dyfish i asaj t\u00eb raportuar n\u00eb fatura dhe n\u00eb kushtet kur kjo ngarkes\u00eb kishte destinacion Portin e Durr\u00ebsit, nuk mund t\u00eb kryej\u00eb veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme, n\u00ebse nuk e sekuestron.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-thumbnail wp-image-7236\" title=\"Shemsi Prem\u00e7i - vendim\" src=\"http:\/\/www.fjala.info\/2012\/shemsi_premci_vendim1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu, Prokuroria e P\u00ebrgjithshme thot\u00eb se pretendimi q\u00eb nuk ka arsye t\u00eb dyshohet p\u00ebr vep\u00ebr penale nuk q\u00ebndron, pasi vepra penale \u00ebsht\u00eb e dukshme dhe e prekshme.<\/p>\n<p>Bazuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb analiz\u00eb t\u00eb holl\u00ebsishme t\u00eb rastit, prokurori Stojani ka vendosur shfuqizimin e vendimit t\u00eb prokurorit t\u00eb Dibr\u00ebs, Hysni Vata, q\u00eb ka marr\u00eb nj\u00eb vendim p\u00ebr vleft\u00ebsimin e sekuestros, vendosur nga policia q\u00eb drejtohej nga Pren\u00e7i.<\/p>\n<p>Skandali i bllokimit te 14 kamion\u00ebve t\u00eb kromit prej Shemsi Pren\u00e7it solli perplasjen e madhe t\u00eb tij me Ministrin\u00eb e Brendshme, drejtuar nga Bujar Nishani, p\u00ebr shkak se nj\u00eb prej biznesmen\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb lidhje e ngusht\u00eb e Bujar Nishanit. Pas k\u00ebsaj, Pren\u00e7i denoncoi publikisht mafien e kromit t\u00eb lidhur me pushtetin dhe dha dor\u00ebheqjen. Nj\u00eb dit\u00eb m\u00eb pas, Drejtori i P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i Policis\u00eb, Hysni Burgaj e liroi at\u00eb nga policia n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb paligjshme.<\/p>\n<p>Vendimi i Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme i hap rrug\u00eb fitores s\u00eb Pren\u00e7it n\u00eb gjith\u00eb proceset gjyq\u00ebsore.
