Pse ky l\u00ebmsh n\u00eb gryk\u00eb, kjo hidh\u00ebsi e p\u00ebrgjithshme dhe k\u00ebto lot\u00eb t\u00eb val\u00eb deri n\u00eb fytyrat q\u00eb kujtonim se nuk do t\u00eb njomeshin m\u00eb kurr\u00eb? Ishin shum\u00eb t\u00eb reja, shum\u00eb t\u00eb bukura dhe shum\u00eb t\u00eb pambrojtura studentet q\u00eb vdiqwn n\u00eb humner\u00eb. Nga lamtumira e tyre tep\u00ebr e parakohshme, nga lamtumira e tyre p\u00ebrfundimtare pa tungjatjeta n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb jet\u00eb, pam\u00eb t\u00eb zbulohej fytyra e \u00e7ilt\u00ebr e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb thell\u00eb, e asaj hallemadhes, q\u00eb nuk jepet. E gjith\u00eb kjo dh\u00ebmb shum\u00eb, por nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb arsye, djalli e mori, p\u00ebr t\u2019u ndjer\u00eb n\u00eb faj, apo p\u00ebr t\u00eb shpjeguar k\u00ebt\u00eb ndjesi faji q\u00eb ka kapluar shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz. Cila \u00ebsht\u00eb at\u00ebher\u00eb arsyeja?<\/p>\n<p>V\u00ebshtir\u00eb ta pikas\u00ebsh, v\u00ebshtir\u00eb ta thuash. Ka gjithnj\u00eb di\u00e7ka t\u00eb thell\u00eb e t\u00eb pashpjegueshme n\u00eb pendimin njer\u00ebzor p\u00ebr humbjet tragjike t\u00eb jet\u00ebve. Gjithkush mund t\u00eb thot\u00eb di\u00e7ka t\u00eb vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr ket\u00eb p\u00ebrjetim kaq t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb dhe kaq eterik bashk\u00ebfaj\u00ebsie. Mua m\u00eb duket se vrasja e nd\u00ebrgjegjes ka lidhje me natyr\u00ebn e k\u00ebsaj tragjedie shum\u00eb t\u00eb dhimshme. Ajo nuk duket t\u00eb ket\u00eb qen\u00eb nj\u00eb fatalitet, si\u00e7 &#8230;do t\u00eb ishte fjala vjen nj\u00eb goditje rrufeje, apo nj\u00eb shp\u00ebrthim i papritur uragani. Tragjedia ka ndodhur atje ku mund t\u2019i kishte ndodhur \u00e7donj\u00ebrit prej atyre q\u00eb kan\u00eb kaluar nj\u00ebher\u00eb me makin\u00eb n\u00eb qaf\u00eb t\u00eb Vish\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Fakti q\u00eb kemi jetuar t\u00eb gjith\u00eb n\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e tragjedis\u00eb, fakti q\u00eb kemi hedhur t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vallen e shkujdesur t\u00eb jet\u00ebs n\u00eb at\u00eb pasarel\u00eb t\u00eb humner\u00ebs dhe fakti q\u00eb \u00e7mimin kapital t\u00eb p\u00ebrplasjes si nj\u00eb tuf\u00eb th\u00ebll\u00ebzash me shk\u00ebmbinjt\u00eb atje posht\u00eb e paguan t\u00eb parat dymb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb studentet e Universitetit \u201cAleksand\u00ebr Xhuvani\u201d t\u00eb Elbasanit dhe shoferi i ndjer\u00eb i autobuzit t\u00eb vdekjes dhe nj\u00eb djal\u00eb i ri nga Kavaja, dh\u00ebndrri i vet\u00ebm i balad\u00ebs s\u00eb zez\u00eb, pra gjith\u00eb ky hukubet ka p\u00ebr ne shijen e p\u00ebrjetimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsie ndaj atyre q\u00eb ik\u00ebn dhe t\u00eb nj\u00eb r\u00ebnieje n\u00eb borxh, sikur dymb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb vajzat, djali dhe burri u flijuan p\u00ebr llogarin\u00eb ton\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb na zgjuar nga jermi, p\u00ebr t\u00eb na kujtuar se vdekja ka nj\u00eb pusi n\u00eb qaf\u00ebn e Vish\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Po. Vdekja ka nj\u00eb pusi t\u00eb saj\u00ebn n\u00eb qaf\u00ebn e Vish\u00ebs, n\u00eb at\u00eb tat\u00ebpjet\u00eb q\u00eb nuk e kam par\u00eb n\u00eb asnj\u00eb rrug\u00eb t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe bot\u00ebs. Ka vite q\u00eb jeta njer\u00ebzore n\u00eb makin\u00eb ngjitet e zbret atje n\u00eb m\u00ebshir\u00ebn e frenave. Kudo lipsen frena, por po nuk i pate shum\u00eb-shum\u00eb n\u00eb rregull n\u00eb qaf\u00eb t\u00eb Vish\u00ebs, je duke luajtur kok\u00eb a pil\u00eb me vet\u00eb jet\u00ebn. Disheza \u00ebsht\u00eb kaq e pjerr\u00ebt dhe e gjat\u00eb, sa kur e sheh tani t\u00eb duket se fati e ka toleruar shum\u00eb shkujdesjen atavike shqiptare p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos i dal\u00eb p\u00ebrpara s\u00eb keqes me masa mbrojt\u00ebse e parandaluese pa u p\u00ebrv\u00ebluar prej saj. Fantazma e nj\u00eb tragjedie ka qen\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb n\u00eb ajrin e zon\u00ebs duke pritur \u00e7astin. Element\u00ebt e fatkeq\u00ebsive njer\u00ebzore e gjejn\u00eb nj\u00ebra tjetr\u00ebn n\u00eb terr.<\/p>\n<p>Disheza, autobuzi i vjet\u00ebr, frenat e dyshimta, nj\u00eb pakujdesi nj\u00ebr\u00ebzore ndoshta &#8211; t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb bashk\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb sekond n\u00eb koktelin vdekjeprur\u00ebs. Njer\u00ebzit e thjesht\u00eb, por ma merr mendja edhe disa t\u00eb \u201cp\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb\u201d q\u00eb na qeverisin, kan\u00eb n\u00eb zem\u00ebr sot pengun e dyfisht\u00eb t\u00eb vajzave t\u00eb shp\u00ebtuara, t\u00eb cilat nuk gjejn\u00eb fjal\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrballojn\u00eb humbjen e shoqeve n\u00eb at\u00eb llotari t\u00eb rrufeshme t\u00eb fatit dhe, kryesorja, kan\u00eb n\u00eb zem\u00ebr pengun e nj\u00eb tragjedie q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ishte evituar, n\u00ebse nj\u00eb nga element\u00ebt e koktelit t\u00eb m\u00ebsip\u00ebrm do t\u00eb kishte munguar. Fjala vjen dishez\u00ebs do t\u2019i ishte gjetur ila\u00e7i duke e shmangur apo duke e ngritur, autobuzi do t\u00eb ishte m\u00eb i ri, frenat do t\u2019i kishte top, e tjer\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pendimi dhe remordi popullor (brerja e nd\u00ebrgjegjes) p\u00ebr k\u00ebto vdekje t\u00eb llahtarshme besoj vjen nga mendimi se pik\u00ebrisht ato q\u00eb duhej t\u00eb jetonin u b\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb grup kurban i shvler\u00ebsimit te jet\u00ebs, d\u00ebshmore t\u00eb kujtes\u00ebs s\u00eb terratisur p\u00ebr sa e sa qafa t\u00eb tjera shqiptare ku vdekja ka zwn\u00eb pusi dhe pret me nge pren\u00eb e radh\u00ebs, p\u00ebr sa e sa element\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb tragjedish q\u00eb po k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb nj\u00ebra tjetr\u00ebn n\u00eb terr n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend ku jeta e shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb njer\u00ebzve ec\u00ebn n\u00eb fije t\u00eb perit, ku kontrolli i sh\u00ebrbimeve dhe standarteve t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha llojeve \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mashtrim i madh dhe nj\u00eb korrupsion i madh, plot\u00ebsisht i ngjash\u00ebm me diplomat e blera pa dh\u00ebn\u00eb asnj\u00eb provim dhe pa hapur asnj\u00eb lib\u00ebr, nj\u00eb sh\u00ebmb\u00eblltyr\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb se vog\u00ebl t\u00eb luksit, pla\u00e7kitjes dhe injoranc\u00ebs q\u00eb q\u00ebndron me fytyr\u00ebn e saj t\u00eb fryr\u00eb e t\u00eb pagdhendur p\u00ebrball\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb madhe fisnike dhe hallemadhe t\u00eb vajzave q\u00eb vdiqwn dhe t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve q\u00eb g\u00ebrryhen nga dhimbja si t\u2019i kishin bijat dhe motrat e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Oh, sa e r\u00ebnd\u00eb p\u00ebrball\u00eb k\u00ebsaj dhimbjeje dhe k\u00ebtij pendimi fisnik popullor gara e neveritshme e zyrtar\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb dal\u00eb kush e kush m\u00eb i dalluar se tjetri n\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebn\u00ebt dor\u00ebjasht\u00eb p\u00ebr tragjedin\u00eb. Asnj\u00eb shenj\u00eb dor\u00ebheqjeje nga k\u00ebrkush. (Ministri i Trasporteve t\u00eb Bullgaris\u00eb dha dor\u00ebheqjen parvjet p\u00ebr mbytjen e nj\u00eb anije me turist\u00eb bullgar\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet tjet\u00ebr, n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn maqedonase t\u00eb liqenit t\u00eb Ohrit).<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrkudrazi, u duk se tragjedia u dha shkas t\u00eb binin edhe me shum\u00eb n\u00eb sy me psikologjin\u00eb e tyre prej padron\u00ebsh. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst edhe thirrja n\u00eb ekstaz\u00eb e disa spik\u00ebrve televiziv\u00eb, krejt e huaj p\u00ebr zakonet e lashta dhe t\u00eb reja t\u00eb k\u00ebtij kombi, \u201csapo erdhi lajmi i fundit, kryeministri Berisha ka nd\u00ebrprer\u00eb vizit\u00ebn n\u00eb \u00c7ikago\u201d, a thua se kryeministri po kthehej p\u00ebr t\u2019i ringjallur t\u00eb mbaruarit dhe ai mavri, n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb kthehej n\u00eb heshtjen q\u00eb meriton zija, e kishte hedhur n\u00eb eter p\u00ebr antenat e tij t\u00eb ngaz\u00ebllyera buj\u00ebn e kthimit.<\/p>\n<p>Nes\u00ebr do t\u00eb jet\u00eb dita p\u00ebr t\u00eb hapur syt\u00eb. Sot \u00ebsht\u00eb dita p\u00ebr t\u2019u lutur n\u00eb ndjenj\u00ebn e thell\u00eb t\u00eb pendes\u00ebs p\u00ebr gj\u00ebm\u00ebn q\u00eb na ra p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb lutemi p\u00ebr vajzat e vdekura, t\u00eb lutemi t\u00eb ken\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar se klithuri shpitrat e tyre t\u00eb tmerruar, pasi kan\u00eb pushuar p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb dhimbjet e trupave t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb coptuar. T\u00eb lutemi p\u00ebr shoferin, t\u00eb cilit nuk i shqitet hidh\u00ebrimi as n\u00eb vdekje prej mendimit se i \u00e7oi ai drejt humner\u00ebs t\u00eb mjerat; t\u00eb lutemi t\u00eb vij\u00eb ora ta lajm\u00ebrojm\u00eb prej k\u00ebndej: jo P\u00ebllumb, ti nuk ishe shkaktari, ti ishe viktima, ishe studenti flok\u00ebbardh\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb fat. T\u00eb lutemi p\u00ebr djaloshin nga Kavaja, t\u00eb lutemi p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb vajzave t\u00eb plagosurave, t\u00eb lutemi t\u00eb gjendet sa m\u00eb par\u00eb shkaku i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb i aksidentit tragjik dhe t\u00eb dalin p\u00ebrgjegjesit\u00eb dhe t\u00eb merren masa q\u00eb as n\u00eb qaf\u00ebn e Vish\u00ebs dhe k\u00ebrkund tjet\u00ebr jeta e njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb mos shkoj\u00eb k\u00ebshtu n\u00eb fije t\u00eb perit.<\/p>\n<p>Gabimi m\u00eb i madh n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shqyrtim kritik t\u00eb tragjedis\u00eb do t\u00eb ishte ta linim tragjedin\u00eb pa autor dhe pa shpjegim, domethen\u00eb t\u2019ja linim fatit. Kjo do t\u00eb na kushtonte zem\u00ebrimin e zotit, si\u00e7 thon\u00eb hebrenjt\u00eb n\u00eb dhjat\u00ebn e tyre. Zoti e b\u00ebri mrekullin\u00eb e vet, i shp\u00ebtoi shumic\u00ebn e vajzave nga grumbulli i hekurishteve n\u00eb humner\u00eb.
