Pasi gazetar\u00ebt ndoq\u00ebn k\u00ebt\u00eb k\u00ebshill\u00eb, m\u00ebsuan se nj\u00eb shum\u00eb parash q\u00eb ishte gjetur n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e nj\u00ebrit prej atyre q\u00eb tentuan futjen fshehtazi n\u00eb zyrat e Partis\u00eb Demokrate, ishte \u201cdhuruar\u201d n\u00eb fakt nga Komiteti p\u00ebr Rizgjedhjen e Presidentit Nixon. Duke ndjekur m\u00eb tej gjurm\u00ebt e parave, u arrit deri te njer\u00ebzit m\u00eb t\u00eb af\u00ebrt t\u00eb presidentit amerikan, i cili dha dor\u00ebheqjen si rezultat i atij skandali.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo histori m\u2019u kujtua tek po ndiqja intervist\u00ebn e Edi Ram\u00ebs n\u00eb emisionin Debat t\u00eb Alfred Pez\u00ebs n\u00eb Vizion Plus TV. Dhe pik\u00eblidhja mes t\u00eb dyjave ishte tek k\u00ebto fjali t\u00eb Edi Ram\u00ebs \u201c[Berish\u00ebs] i intereson vet\u00ebm fati i karriges s\u00eb tij dhe mbase edhe garantimi i t\u00eb ardhmes s\u00eb tij kur t\u00eb mos jet\u00eb m\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb karrige\u2026 [Ai] don t\u00eb garantohet se nuk do t\u00eb ket\u00eb p\u00ebrballje me drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetave t\u00eb keqqeverisjes s\u00eb tij dhe, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet Presidentit, ai synon t\u00eb v\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00ebn kontroll t\u00eb plot\u00eb institucionet e pavarura kushtetuese.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto fjal\u00eb Rama i tha n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje t\u00eb pyetjes s\u00eb Pez\u00ebs se p\u00ebrse Berisha k\u00ebmb\u00ebngul kaq fort q\u00eb President i Republik\u00ebs t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb figur\u00eb e lart\u00eb e PD-s\u00eb. Dhe p\u00ebrgjigjia e tij m\u2019u duk sikur po thoshte: \u201cNdiqni gjurm\u00ebt e parave t\u00eb Berishajve &amp; co., p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar frik\u00ebn e tij nga drejt\u00ebsia!\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, Rama pothuajse tha shqip se Berisha don q\u00eb presidenti\/ja i\/e tij t\u00eb em\u00ebroj\u00eb nj\u00eb kryeprokuror q\u00eb nuk do t\u2019i rrezikoj\u00eb dikur nj\u00eb p\u00ebrballje me drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr parat\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb akumuluar ai dhe njer\u00ebzit rreth tij. Dhe p\u00ebr dik\u00eb q\u00eb pranon se Berisha &amp; co. kan\u00eb kryer b\u00ebma q\u00eb mund t\u2019i b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u2019ia ken\u00eb frik\u00ebn n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen nj\u00eb kryeprokurori q\u00eb s\u2019e kan\u00eb n\u00ebn hyq\u00ebm, ky shpjegim i Ram\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb se i arsyesh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr dik\u00eb q\u00eb nuk e pranon premis\u00ebn e arsyetimit t\u00eb Ram\u00ebs, vlen t\u00eb kujtohet se Berisha, pavar\u00ebsisht nga arsyet, ka qen\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje lufte me kryeprokuror\u00ebt q\u00eb nuk i ka patur n\u00ebn hyq\u00ebm (n\u00eb paqe ka qen\u00eb vet\u00ebm me nj\u00eb kryeprokuror t\u00eb n\u00ebnshtruar krejt\u00ebsisht ndaj tij, n\u00eb vitet \u201890). Madje, n\u00eb negociatat p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e Presidentit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs p\u00ebr dy mandatet e fundit, \u00e7\u00ebshtja e kryeprokurorit ka qen\u00eb absolutisht m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishmja p\u00ebr Berish\u00ebn \u2013 Gjenerali Moisiu u propozua nga Berisha n\u00eb vitin 2002, sepse pranoi t\u00eb em\u00ebronte kryeprokurorin q\u00eb donte ai, nd\u00ebrsa Gjenerali Zaimi u rr\u00ebzua n\u00eb minut\u00ebn e fundit nga Berisha n\u00eb vitin 2007, sepse nuk pranoi t\u00eb shkarkonte kryeprokurorin q\u00eb ai kishte sh\u00ebnjestruar p\u00ebr shkarkim.<\/p>\n<p>Me pak fjal\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsisht nga arsyeja p\u00ebrse Berisha k\u00ebmb\u00ebngul kaq fort q\u00eb President i Republik\u00ebs t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb figur\u00eb e lart\u00eb e PD-s\u00eb, po t\u00eb ndjek\u00ebsh gjurm\u00ebt e k\u00ebsaj k\u00ebmb\u00ebngulje, ato t\u00eb \u00e7ojn\u00eb n\u00eb Kryeprokurori.<\/p>\n<p>Por p\u00ebrse Ilir Meta, aleati kryesor i Berish\u00ebs n\u00eb qeverisje, ka dal\u00eb hapur kund\u00ebr d\u00ebshir\u00ebs s\u00eb k\u00ebtij t\u00eb fundit? P\u00ebrgjigjja publike e k\u00ebsaj pyetje gjendet n\u00eb deklaratat e shpeshta t\u00eb Met\u00ebs dhe njer\u00ebzve rreth tij p\u00ebr domosdoshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e zgjedhjes s\u00eb nj\u00eb presidenti konsensual n\u00eb prag t\u00eb provimit t\u00eb madh t\u00eb marrjes s\u00eb statusit t\u00eb vendit kandidat p\u00ebr n\u00eb BE, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb kusht\u00ebzuar fort nga Brukseli me zgjedhjen e nj\u00eb presidenti konsensual. Ky q\u00ebndrim publik i Met\u00ebs &amp; co. \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb koherenc\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb edhe me kauz\u00ebn e deklaruar t\u00eb partis\u00eb s\u00eb tyre, e cila edhe n\u00eb emrin e saj ka fjal\u00ebn ting\u00eblluese \u201cIntegrim\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Sidoqoft\u00eb, historia bot\u00ebrore, dhe sidomos ajo shqiptare, na sugjerojn\u00eb q\u00eb deklarimet publike t\u00eb politikan\u00ebve t\u2019i shoq\u00ebrojm\u00eb me pak krip\u00eb e piper. Dhe po t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb, edhe gjurm\u00ebt e kund\u00ebrshtimit t\u00eb Met\u00ebs, ashtu si ato t\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebnguljes s\u00eb Berish\u00ebs, mund t\u00eb na \u00e7ojn\u00eb\u2026 p\u00ebrs\u00ebri tek Kryeprokuroria.<\/p>\n<p>Nga p\u00ebrvoja e gjat\u00eb n\u00eb politik\u00ebn shqiptare, Meta e di se Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb mjeshtri i shantazheve ndaj vart\u00ebsve dhe aleat\u00ebve t\u00eb vegj\u00ebl. Madje, shantazhet e k\u00ebtij t\u00eb fundit i ka ndjer\u00eb n\u00eb kurrizin e vet koh\u00ebt e fundit, sapo filloi t\u00eb ravizohej krisja mes t\u00eb dyve. Me nj\u00eb kryeprokuror n\u00eb xhepin e Berish\u00ebs, bashk\u00ebqeverisja me t\u00eb do t\u00eb jet\u00eb thjesht nga pozitat e vasalit. T\u00eb pun\u00ebsuarit e LSI-s\u00eb n\u00eb administrat\u00ebn shtet\u00ebrore, nga m\u00eb t\u00eb vegjlit tek m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenjt\u00eb, do ta ndjejn\u00eb vazhdimisht frym\u00ebmarrjen e r\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb kryeprokuroris\u00eb pas kurrizit t\u00eb tyre. Dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte, Met\u00ebs do t\u2019i duhet t\u00eb vihet n\u00ebn zgjedh\u00ebn q\u00eb kan\u00eb provuar deri m\u00eb sot shum\u00eb vart\u00ebs e aleat\u00eb t\u00eb vegj\u00ebl t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Por Meta \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb dem politik q\u00eb nuk pranon kollaj t\u00eb vihet n\u00eb parmend\u00eb. Duke theksuar shpesh publikisht se LSI-ja \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb parti q\u00eb nuk i prish marr\u00ebveshjet, Meta i ka kujtuar Berish\u00ebs se, n\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjen e koalicionit q\u00eb kan\u00eb firmosur t\u00eb dy, ka nj\u00eb pik\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, sipas t\u00eb cil\u00ebs, \u201ckoalicioni do t\u00eb realizoj\u00eb zgjedhjen e Presidentit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs mbi baz\u00ebn e konsensusit PD-LSI\u201d (http:\/\/lajme.shqiperia.com\/lajme\/artikull\/iden\/302187\/titulli\/Marreveshja-e-plote-mes-PD-dhe-LSI ).<\/p>\n<p>Pra, me kujtes\u00ebn e m\u00ebsip\u00ebrme, Meta , praktikisht, po i thot\u00eb Berish\u00ebs se \u00ebsht\u00eb PD-ja q\u00eb po e prish marr\u00ebveshjen dhe jo LSI-ja. Dhe \u00e7far\u00eb ndodh n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se marr\u00ebveshja prishet? LSI-ja mund t\u00eb inicioj\u00eb nj\u00eb mocion mosbesimi p\u00ebr z\u00ebvend\u00ebsimin e Berish\u00ebs me nj\u00eb kryeminist\u00ebr q\u00eb merr votat e opozit\u00ebs. Pra, q\u00eb opozita, me ndihm\u00ebn e votave t\u00eb LSI-s\u00eb, t\u00eb vij\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet para zgjedhjeve t\u00eb 2013-\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Prandaj dhe lufta aktuale p\u00ebr 71 votat nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht luft\u00eb p\u00ebr Presidentin e Republik\u00ebs (n\u00ebnkupto kryeprokurorin). N\u00eb qoft\u00eb se Berisha i gjen 71 vota n\u00eb Kuvend p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjedhur presidentin pa ndihm\u00ebn e LSI-s\u00eb, do t\u00eb mundohet t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb pa t\u00eb deri n\u00eb zgjedhjet e 2013-\u00ebs, duke mos e vrar\u00eb shum\u00eb mendjen p\u00ebr mosmarrjen e statusit t\u00eb vendit kandidat p\u00ebr BE k\u00ebt\u00eb vit.
