Brenda Partis\u00eb Demokratike zien nj\u00eb debat tjet\u00ebr. Si do t\u00eb rigrupohen forcat pas ikjes s\u00eb Ilir Met\u00ebs brenda shumic\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb paku pas 21 Janarit, dhe sidomos gjat\u00eb dhe pas fushat\u00ebs p\u00ebr zgjedhjet lokale, brenda shumic\u00ebs u konsoliduan dy grupe t\u00eb qarta politike, grupi i ministrave dhe drejtuesve t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb, luajal\u00eb me Berish\u00ebn dhe pa pretendime politike t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme, dhe grupi i Bash\u00ebs, i cili pretendonte se po zgjeronte shumic\u00ebn p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb aleanc\u00ebs s\u00eb tij t\u00eb fort\u00eb me Ilir Met\u00ebn dhe faktor\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb jasht\u00eb PD-s\u00eb s\u00eb vjet\u00ebr. Pjes\u00eb organike e k\u00ebtij grupi ishte botuesi i gazet\u00ebs 55, Fahri Balliu, botuesi i gazet\u00ebs Panorama dhe disa mediave t\u00eb tjera, disa deputet\u00eb t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb, t\u00eb pap\u00ebrfillur ende nga pushteti si dhe natyrisht f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e Berish\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kishin leht\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb komandonin k\u00ebt\u00eb aleanc\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb dy grupet funksionuan p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb n\u00eb gar\u00eb se kush ishte m\u00eb i af\u00ebrt me Berish\u00ebn, pa e shqet\u00ebsuar k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb fundit me rivalitetet e tyre. Her\u00eb pas here grupi Basha-Meta vinte n\u00eb sh\u00ebnjest\u00ebr ministra t\u00eb pap\u00eblqyer prej tyre, por kur \u00e7\u00ebshtja shkonte deri tek Berisha, t\u00ebrhiqeshin. I till\u00eb ishte sulmi ndaj ministrit Olldashi p\u00ebr linjat e internetit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, nj\u00eb sulm i drejt\u00eb dhe parimor, n\u00ebse do t\u00eb b\u00ebhej v\u00ebrtet p\u00ebr at\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb kish ndodhur.<\/p>\n<p>Por shum\u00eb shpejt u pa se n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb kapur si t\u00eb korruptuar Olldashin, padashje grupi Basha-Meta kishin \u201ckapur\u201d Berish\u00ebn dhe u t\u00ebrhoq\u00ebn menj\u00ebher\u00eb. Jo vet\u00ebm linj\u00ebn e internetit q\u00eb kish nisur <em>Bashkim Ulaj<\/em>, dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn sulmohej Olldashi, por dhe tenderin zyrtar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb projekt t\u00eb ngjash\u00ebm e fitoi e nj\u00ebjta kompani, por e nj\u00ebjta medie heshti. Po ashtu Olldashi ishte n\u00eb sulm t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm nga dyshja Meta-Balliu p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb der\u00ebs s\u00eb mbyllur q\u00eb ata gjenin p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb pazar me tender\u00ebt e rrug\u00ebs dhe tentonin ta akuzonin at\u00eb p\u00ebr lidhje me opozit\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr sulm pasoi m\u00eb pas ndaj disa ministrave t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr n\u00eb PD si\u00e7 ishte Ruli, dhe s\u00eb fundmi sulmet po p\u00ebrqendrohen mbi Ridvan Boden. Grupi Basha-Meta ka pasur nj\u00eb shtrirje m\u00eb t\u00eb zgjeruar n\u00eb medie, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 gazet\u00ebs RD, q\u00eb kontrollohet m\u00eb shum\u00eb nga kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt e tyre, dhe ka qen\u00eb m\u00eb aktiv n\u00eb krijimin e nj\u00eb klientele mediatike, por dhe biznesmen\u00ebsh rreth tyre. Basha dhe Meta frekuentohen publikisht me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit biznesmen\u00eb dhe botues gazetash e TV-sh dhe jan\u00eb thuajse n\u00eb armiq\u00ebsi me grupin mediatik t\u00eb Klanit dhe RD, q\u00eb jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb af\u00ebrt me pjes\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb ministrave.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, zhvillimi m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm brenda shumic\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb se si do t\u00eb riorientohet kjo struktur\u00eb e ngritur nga nj\u00eb konjuktur\u00eb politike me synimin p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb afatgjat\u00eb?<\/p>\n<p>Lul\u00ebzim Basha po hesht. Edhe pse ka kaluar nj\u00eb vit q\u00eb ka hyr\u00eb me dhun\u00eb n\u00eb zyrat e Bashkis\u00eb, ai p\u00ebrve\u00e7 karrotrecave t\u00eb Kunatit dhe njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb gruas q\u00eb ka pun\u00ebsuar, nuk ka b\u00ebr\u00eb asgj\u00eb p\u00ebr qytetin. Rrug\u00ebt vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb plot gropa dhe imazhi i tij n\u00eb medie \u00ebsht\u00eb sfumuar nga mosmbajtja e asnj\u00eb premtimi t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr vitin e par\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse Arjan \u00c7anit i pati premtuar se m\u00eb 13 n\u00ebntor t\u00eb 2011 do t\u2019i jepte hipotek\u00ebn e sht\u00ebpis\u00eb, ende pas nj\u00eb viti nuk ka mundur t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb dot gati qoft\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb dosje nga t\u00eb tijat, jo nga ato q\u00eb ka gjetur nga Rama, p\u00ebr ta \u00e7uar n\u00eb hipotek\u00eb. Edhe pse ka premtuar pun\u00ebsim, thjesht ka hequr nga puna rreth 400 punonj\u00ebs t\u00eb ish-administrat\u00ebs s\u00eb m\u00ebparshme. Edhe pse premtoi t\u00eb firmoste planin urbanistik q\u00eb ishte gati, po vjen v\u00ebrdall\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebnaq\u00eb gjith\u00eb klient\u00ebt e pushtetit q\u00eb po diktojn\u00eb zhvillimin e ardhsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse premtoi se do t\u00eb ulte taksat, i ka trefishuar ato gjithandej, dhe n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb rast si taksa e pastrimit, e ka dhjet\u00ebfishuar. I p\u00ebrballur me k\u00ebt\u00eb mashtrim publik, ai \u00ebsht\u00eb zhdukur nga ekranet dhe gazetat dhe i \u00ebsht\u00eb dor\u00ebzuar planeve t\u00eb biznesit t\u00eb Kunatit, q\u00eb po qeveris Tiran\u00ebn. N\u00eb PD ka eg\u00ebrsi ndaj tij p\u00ebr mosp\u00ebrfillje t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb dhe kthimin e Bashkis\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb sht\u00ebpi ku gjithkujt i duket vetja \u201cdh\u00ebnd\u00ebr brenda\u201d tek vjehrri i tij.<\/p>\n<p>Plasaritja e raporteve t\u00eb Ilir Met\u00ebs me shumic\u00ebn dhe nervozizmi q\u00eb po shoq\u00ebron k\u00ebt\u00eb proces, e ka v\u00ebn\u00eb Bash\u00ebn n\u00eb pozit\u00eb edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb. Mbi t\u00eb gjitha ai e di se nj\u00eb ikje p\u00ebrfundimtare e Met\u00ebs nga koalicioni me PD, p\u00ebrve\u00e7se e dob\u00ebson at\u00eb ndjesh\u00ebm brenda PD-s\u00eb, e l\u00eb at\u00eb pa asnj\u00eb shpres\u00eb p\u00ebr zgjedhjet e ardhshme, edhe sikur t\u2019i num\u00ebroj\u00eb votat vet\u00eb q\u00eb dit\u00ebn e par\u00eb Sashenka me Tom Ndrec\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebto rrethana, e vetmja shpres\u00eb e tij \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb fort kat\u00ebr- pes\u00eb deputet\u00eb q\u00eb ka brenda PD-s\u00eb, t\u2019i siguroj\u00eb q\u00eb votimi do t\u00eb jet\u00eb i fsheht\u00eb dhe t\u2019i mobilizoj\u00eb t\u00eb votojn\u00eb kund\u00ebr nj\u00eb kandidature t\u00eb mundshme t\u00eb zonj\u00ebs Topalli, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndalur shkakun q\u00eb mund ta l\u00ebr\u00eb at\u00eb jasht\u00eb \u00e7do gare n\u00eb PD. Ai ka shkuar larg n\u00eb intrigat dhe prapaskenat ndaj ministrave t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb, sidomos ndaj Olldashit, Rulit, Pollos dhe Bodes, dhe ka b\u00ebr\u00eb kujdes t\u00eb shihet hapur armiq\u00ebsia e tij me zonj\u00ebn Topalli. K\u00ebto jan\u00eb arsye t\u00eb mjaftueshme q\u00eb ata tashm\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb sikur ai nuk ekziston.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe ai ka arsye t\u00eb fort\u00eb p\u00ebr tu treguar se \u00ebsht\u00eb gjall\u00eb. K\u00ebrkesa e Met\u00ebs n\u00eb takimin me Ram\u00ebn p\u00ebr garantimin e nj\u00eb procesi t\u00eb sigurt t\u00eb fsheht\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb vot\u00ebs p\u00ebr presidentin, ka mes t\u00eb tjerash garancit\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb kategori deputet\u00ebsh, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt duan ta pengojn\u00eb me \u00e7do kusht fuqizimin e njer\u00ebzve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt do t\u2019ia b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb pamundur rikthimin Bash\u00ebs n\u00eb PD.<\/p>\n<p>Tani p\u00ebr tani ai po hesht, dhe ndoshta s\u00eb bashku me Balliun e 55 dhe klient\u00ebt e tij n\u00eb disa medie t\u00eb tjera, nuk po ia p\u00ebrmendin emrin Met\u00ebs si tradhtar, por vet\u00ebm Ram\u00ebs si imoral q\u00eb u ka marr\u00eb t\u00eb dashur\u00ebn e tyre.
