Lojtar ekzemplar me t\u00eb gjitha levat e pushtetit, median, biznesin dhe padyshim t\u00eb huajt, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt her\u00eb i hipnotizon, her\u00eb i intimidon, e her\u00eb i josh, sipas rastit dhe momentit.<\/p>\n<p>Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb Sali Berisha \u201ci dyt\u00eb\u201d q\u00eb kemi para syve gjith\u00eb dit\u00ebn. Kryeministri, me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, jo presidenti i viteve \u201990, i cili tregonte rregullisht grushtin ndaj kujtdo q\u00eb i priste rrug\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Sali Berisha ka p\u00ebsuar nj\u00eb metamorfoz\u00eb, n\u00eb disa aspekte spektakolare, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb politikan t\u00eb mosh\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs politike q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson. Aq sa sot, 22 vjet pas shpalljes s\u00eb pluralizmit, ai vijon t\u00eb jet\u00eb e vetmja garanci p\u00ebr partin\u00eb q\u00eb kryeson me dor\u00eb t\u00eb hekurt. Por n\u00ebse kur ishte kryetar shteti, ai ndiqte parimin \u201cshtat\u00eb trim\u00ebri, asnj\u00eb hile\u201d, sot ai e zbaton v\u00ebrtet fjal\u00ebn e urt\u00eb \u201cshtat\u00eb hile e nj\u00eb trim\u00ebri\u201d. Personazhi i ngrysur i nj\u00eb dekade e gjysm\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, sot \u00ebsht\u00eb kthyer n\u00eb politikanin hokatar e ironik, q\u00eb ngjan shum\u00eb pak me presidentin q\u00eb rizgjidhej n\u00ebn krismat e kallashnikovit, n\u00eb mars t\u00eb vitit 1997.<\/p>\n<p>E megjithat\u00eb, edhe Sali Berisha nuk i shp\u00ebton verdiktit t\u00eb gjysm\u00ebs bosh t\u00eb got\u00ebs s\u00eb ujit. Sepse ky politikan kaq dinak e i aft\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb sunduar n\u00eb vitet e fundit (si\u00e7 ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Xhon Uithers), kaq nuhat\u00ebs dhe manovrues, do t\u00eb kishte qen\u00eb nj\u00eb makin\u00eb perfekte pushteti, n\u00ebse nuk do t\u2019i binte po vet\u00eb me shkelm, mjaft shpesh, en\u00ebs s\u00eb mbushur me qum\u00ebsht. Kjo, sepse ana e shk\u00eblqyer e medaljes s\u00eb politikanit Sali Berisha, stili, m\u00ebnyrat, linja q\u00eb ai ndjek p\u00ebr t\u00eb q\u00ebndruar mbi kresht\u00ebn e dallg\u00ebs s\u00eb pushtetit, ka nj\u00eb an\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, t\u00eb err\u00ebt e plot defekte.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb n\u00ebntorin e vitit 2010, Kryeministri mbajti nj\u00eb fjalim n\u00eb Kuvend. Ishte nj\u00eb moment i nxeht\u00eb, plot tension e helme n\u00eb ajrin e r\u00ebnduar t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs. Nuk la fjal\u00eb pa e shar\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtarin e tij, i cili nuk ndodhej p\u00ebrball\u00eb tij. I kujtoi atij plot t\u00eb zeza, q\u00eb edhe sot jan\u00eb t\u00eb sikletshme p\u00ebr t\u2019u evokuar. Ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr ato momente q\u00eb ka ekspozuar nervin e zbuluar, an\u00ebn e err\u00ebt t\u00eb njeriut q\u00eb gdhihet e ngryset duke u p\u00ebrbetuar se e respekton opozit\u00ebn. P\u00ebrtej k\u00ebtij rasti, zoti Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb kujdesur gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebtyre viteve, q\u00eb t\u00eb kultivoj\u00eb nj\u00eb stil politik, ku suksesi dhe d\u00ebshtimi, rezultatet dhe kostot, q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb p\u00ebrkrah, jan\u00eb t\u00eb ng\u00ebrthyera e t\u00eb p\u00ebrziera pazgjidhshm\u00ebrisht mes tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Ndon\u00ebse ia ka dal\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndroj\u00eb p\u00ebr dy mandate n\u00eb qeverisje, e ky \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb vetvete nj\u00eb sukses jo i vog\u00ebl p\u00ebr nj\u00eb person q\u00eb prej vitesh nuk i ka votat popullore p\u00ebr t\u00eb qeverisur, Sali Berisha, n\u00eb p\u00ebrditshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e tij, shfaq nj\u00eb talent t\u00eb pakrahasuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u2019iu bashkangjitur avantazheve q\u00eb krijon, fatura t\u00eb kripura q\u00eb r\u00ebndojn\u00eb mbi imazhin e tij dhe t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>Mjafton t\u00eb shoh\u00ebsh sesi e ka impostuar axhend\u00ebn e tij, me dalje t\u00eb pafundme publike, a thua se ka vendosur t\u2019ia b\u00ebj\u00eb me \u00e7do kusht t\u00eb m\u00ebrzitshme dit\u00ebn shqiptar\u00ebve q\u00eb enden me telekomand\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb, n\u00ebp\u00ebr kanalet televizive t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs. E kur del kaq shpesh n\u00eb media, padyshim q\u00eb rritet edhe mund\u00ebsia q\u00eb t\u00eb thuash gj\u00ebra jo fort t\u00eb men\u00e7ura. Dhuna brutale ndaj demonstruesve t\u00eb paarmatosur, d\u00ebshira patologjike p\u00ebr kapjen e institucioneve t\u00eb shtetit, mbjelljet imagjinare t\u00eb miliona ullinjve, kur plantacionet po shkretohen, promovimi i turizmit masiv, kur plazhet jan\u00eb mbytur n\u00eb plehra, predikimi i luft\u00ebs ndaj korrupsionit, kur gjysma e qeveris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr n\u00eb prokurori, deklamimet gjasme patriotike kur marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb detit ende s\u2019i \u00ebsht\u00eb thar\u00eb boja e kur koncesionet ndaj fqinjit jugor bien er\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb t\u00eb keqe, inaugurimet e p\u00ebrs\u00ebritura t\u00eb s\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebs vep\u00ebr pa asnj\u00eb merak dhe kriter, shkelja e rregullit dhe e ligjit edhe brenda Kuvendit, me urdh\u00ebr, k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimet banale ndaj t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve, opozit\u00ebs, presidentit, sistemit t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, medias, prekja e p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur e zgjedhjeve, krijimi i nj\u00eb klientele biznesi q\u00eb ka futur n\u00eb dor\u00eb praktikisht gjith\u00e7ka ka nj\u00eb vler\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend \u2013 t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb \u201can\u00ebn e err\u00ebt t\u00eb H\u00ebn\u00ebs\u201d te zoti Berisha.
