K\u00ebta z\u00ebra jan\u00eb edhe n\u00eb disa qarqe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare ku Serbia akoma perceptohet si faktor qe prish\u00eb paqen dhe duke e konsideruar at\u00eb si t\u00eb vetmen vler\u00eb ata vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb sugjerojn\u00eb zgjidhje shpesh larg planit t\u00eb Ahtisarit dhe k\u00ebrkesave shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Mund t\u00eb kuptohen k\u00ebto insiativa (m\u00eb shum\u00eb serbe), por nuk mund t\u00eb arsyetohen sepse n\u00eb nj\u00ebfar\u00eb m\u00ebnyre paqja aktuale mund t\u00eb ruhet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr, nd\u00ebrsa ajo mund t\u00eb prishet nga \u00e7far\u00ebdo faktorizimi radikal n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, po qese ka zgjidhje jasht\u00eb planit koncensional t\u00eb Ahtisarit.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb sakt\u00ebsojm\u00eb se nuk ka \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb veriut t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Ajo ka nj\u00eb zgjidhje superiore dhe t\u00eb pakrahasueshme p\u00ebr nj\u00eb minoritet, i cili me kaq num\u00ebr t\u00eb vog\u00ebl karshi shumic\u00ebs shqiptare p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsohet n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha institucionet shtet\u00ebrore t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. \u00cbsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm fushata, ajo qe nd\u00ebrmerret, planifikohet nga Serbia qe gjendja aktuale n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs t\u00eb instrumentalizohet si \u00e7\u00ebshtje qe duhet t\u00eb shtrohet ne dialogun e pas zgjidhjeve serbe.<\/p>\n<p>Qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs ka rip\u00ebrs\u00ebritur disa her\u00eb se nuk mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb zgjidhje tjet\u00ebr jasht\u00eb planit t\u00eb Ahtisarit, nuk mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb kompromis tjet\u00ebr nga Kosova dhe shqiptaret, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt p\u00ebrpos qe hoq\u00ebn dor\u00eb nga p\u00ebrcaktimi nacional i definimit t\u00eb shtetit n\u00eb at\u00eb multietnik, nuk mund t\u00eb japin m\u00eb shum\u00eb se kaq.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrfundimisht nuk mund t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb autonomi t\u00eb tjera brenda shtetit sepse \u00e7far\u00ebdo autonomie tjet\u00ebr, jasht\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar n\u00eb planin e Ahtisarit, e b\u00ebn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb plan absurd dhe mjeran. Ndryshe, nj\u00eb prishje e planit t\u00eb Ahtisarit, duke hapur \u201c\u00e7\u00ebshtjen e veriut t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs\u201d, p\u00ebr zgjidhje tjet\u00ebr, nuk ka kuptim t\u00eb q\u00ebndroi n\u00eb jet\u00eb akoma sepse ai mund t\u00eb kuptohet si nj\u00eb plan i cili deri m\u00eb tani zgjedh dhe i zgjeron k\u00ebrkesat serbe dhe n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr i ngulfat dhe i ngushton k\u00ebrkesat shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Dialogu me Serbin duhet t\u00eb marr\u00eb fund, sepse qasja serbe p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn nuk ka ndryshuar, p\u00ebr paqen e q\u00ebndrueshme nuk ka ndryshuar, p\u00ebr integrimet nuk ka ndryshuar! Serbia akoma orientohet nga politika e mbeturinave t\u00eb millosheviqve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb. Nuk e do nj\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ku serbet e mbetur t\u00eb mund t\u00eb qeverisen nga nj\u00eb qeveri shqiptare. Nuk e do nj\u00eb paqe qe rehabiliton shqiptaret ne shtetin e tyre. Nuk e do integrimin t\u00eb nj\u00ebkohsh\u00ebm t\u00eb serb\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve ne Evrop\u00eb. E do p\u00ebrfundimisht vet\u00ebm veten e saj t\u00eb jet\u00eb atje, ndaj k\u00ebshtu vazhdon t\u00eb sillet dhe t\u00eb tolerohet nga institucionet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>Kosova ka b\u00ebr\u00eb disa hapa mjaft\u00eb dhimbsh\u00ebm, Ka pranuar planin e Ahtisarit dhe ka krijuar nj\u00eb shtet multietnik edhe pse me mbi 90% e popullsis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shumic\u00eb shqiptare. Nuk ka paditur Serbin p\u00ebr krimet e luft\u00ebs n\u00eb gjyqin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr krime. Ka hequr dor\u00eb nga em\u00ebrimi i republik\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb tjera si k\u00ebto!.<\/p>\n<p>Por, tani duhet ti ndaloj t\u00eb gjitha koncesionet me Serbin p\u00ebrmes dialogut sepse kjo rrug\u00eb po e qon Kosov\u00ebn n\u00eb pseudozgjidhje, dhe si\u00e7 kemi kuptuar edhe ne t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn zgjidhjet e tilla vet\u00ebm se programojn\u00eb konflikte t\u00eb reja. Na mbetet fare e pakuptimt\u00eb se si pala shqiptare ne em\u00ebr t\u00eb dialogut teknik po redukton \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme politike t\u00eb shtetit, t\u00eb cilat nuk mund t\u00eb preken aq leht\u00eb ne em\u00ebr t\u00eb \u201cobjektivitetit\u201d e \u201crealizmit\u201d politik.
