P\u00ebr k\u00ebta lider\u00eb t\u00eb kastruar n\u00eb integritet nuk ka asnj\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi se si i gjykojm\u00eb ne zgjedh\u00ebsit, por si i presin dhe si i p\u00ebrcjellin zyrtar\u00ebt e SHBA-s\u00eb dhe BE-s\u00eb, qoft\u00eb edhe ata t\u00eb nivelit m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt!<\/p>\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb arsyeja bazike pse partia jon\u00eb po sulmon dit\u00ebt e fundit Washington. Me sa duket jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb shqip, po n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha gjuh\u00ebt politike t\u00eb ish-lindor\u00ebve, takime t\u00eb tilla synojn\u00eb braktisjen sa m\u00eb shpejt t\u00eb fjal\u00ebs arnaute \u2018qok\u00eb\u2019 p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb kuptimin enigmatiko-magjik t\u00eb fjal\u00ebs s\u00eb huaj \u2018lobing\u2019\u2026 T\u00eb bind\u00ebsh zgjedh\u00ebsit e k\u00ebtyre an\u00ebve se n\u00eb SHBA dhe n\u00eb BE ke nj\u00eb lobing t\u00ebndin, i cili t\u00eb do dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrkrah, ka m\u00eb tep\u00ebr pesh\u00eb e kuptim se t\u00eb jesh udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs popullor: N\u00ebse arrin t\u00eb tjet\u00ebrsosh \u2018qokat\u2019 n\u00eb \u2018lobing\u2019 n\u00eb shqipen e sotme do t\u00eb thot\u00eb: Hap syt\u00eb e shiko o milet se si BE dhe SHBA po p\u00ebrkrahin pik\u00ebrisht at\u00eb lider p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin ti kujton se je i pak\u00ebnaqur\u2026 Kur at\u00eb e duan dhe e nderojn\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenjt\u00eb e bot\u00ebs, \u00e7\u2019t\u00eb mbetet ty, o njeri i vog\u00ebl? Ndaj ti si qytetar nuk ke rrug\u00eb tjet\u00ebr ve\u00e7se t\u00eb votosh p\u00ebr t\u00eb\/p\u00ebr ta me g\u00ebzim e pa ngurrim, sigurisht n\u00ebse e d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb ardhmen e vendit t\u00ebnd e t\u00eb familjes t\u00eb jet\u00eb e lumtur, e begat\u00eb, e sigurt!<br \/>\n***<br \/>\nPas qokave t\u00eb Bash\u00ebs, Ram\u00ebs, Spahiut e Met\u00ebs n\u00eb SHBA me sa duket edhe Berish\u00ebs iu b\u00eb jetike dhe urgjente nj\u00eb qok\u00eb e till\u00eb n\u00eb Washington, pasi mungesa e qok\u00ebs amerikane, qoft\u00eb edhe si nj\u00eb vizit\u00eb e zakont\u00eb, (te Vatra apo te nj\u00eb muze i Holokaustit, mjaft t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb SHBA!), gati sa nuk i bindi militant\u00ebt dhe gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt se Berish\u00ebn, pas vizitave t\u00eb tij n\u00eb Azerbajxhan dhe Hungari e ka braktisur Per\u00ebndimi, SHBA-ja dhe BE-ja. Vet\u00ebkuptohet, kjo ndjesi popullore do t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb kosto tejet e r\u00ebnd\u00eb p\u00ebr fatin e m\u00ebtutejm\u00eb t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb sotme, pasi do t\u2019i b\u00ebnte zgjedhjet e pritshme, nj\u00eb vit e gjysm\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, t\u00eb kota, t\u00eb panevojshme e t\u00eb pavlefshme! Sikur p.sh t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb vaki q\u00eb zoti Riker t\u00eb mos pranoj\u00eb nj\u00eb qok\u00eb t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs, at\u00ebher\u00eb k\u00ebtu, jo vet\u00ebm analist\u00ebt, por shum\u00ebkush do t\u00eb bindet se ai i ka t\u00eb num\u00ebruara dit\u00ebt. Se SHBA e pask\u00ebsh braktisur ashtu si, n\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt po ia pranoi qok\u00ebn edhe zonja Klinton, &#8211; le m\u00eb po t\u2019i jap\u00eb dor\u00ebn e t\u2019i bjer\u00eb shpatullave si nj\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsi t\u00eb mir\u00eb edhe zoti Obama! &#8211; at\u00ebher\u00eb Berisha dhe t\u00eb tijt\u00eb me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb do t\u00eb ngaz\u00ebllehen e do t\u00eb besojn\u00eb se ai e ka t\u00eb fituar davan\u00eb, nj\u00eb mandat t\u00eb tret\u00eb e ndoshta m\u00eb shum\u00eb, pa q\u00ebn\u00eb e nevojshme t\u00eb b\u00ebhet fushat\u00eb p\u00ebr zgjedhjet e vitit 2013, madje pa marr\u00eb e as \u201cverdiktin\u201d e sovranit dhe hyqmin e t\u00eb plotfuqishmit!<br \/>\nNuk k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst nuk ka asnj\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi p\u00ebr opinionin e k\u00ebtush\u00ebm se \u00e7far\u00eb porosish u jep zoti Riker apo n\u00ebse ua mat kok\u00ebn me spango qokaxhinjve tan\u00eb kur i pret n\u00eb zyr\u00eb. Nuk ka gjasa q\u00eb zoti Riker ta njoh\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mend\u00ebsi primitive, k\u00ebt\u00eb parapolitik\u00eb, k\u00ebt\u00eb loj\u00eb kaq primitive me qoka ballkanike prandaj besoj se b\u00ebhet e domosdoshme p\u00ebrkthimi dhe shpjegimi sa m\u00eb shpejt i fjal\u00ebs \u2018qok\u00eb\u2019 dhe haz\u00ebrll\u00ebqeve e procedurave q\u00eb presupozon kjo lloj ceremonie tribale. Ka shum\u00eb mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb ai t\u00eb mos e dij\u00eb, si i ri n\u00eb detyr\u00eb, se disa muaj m\u00eb par\u00eb nj\u00eb gazet\u00eb amerikane p\u00ebrmendi fakte dhe emra personalitetesh t\u00eb larta, kongresmen\u00eb dhe ish-gjeneral\u00eb t\u00eb z\u00ebsh\u00ebm t\u00eb paguar si fr\u00ebngu pul\u00ebn nga diktator\u00eb dhe nga figura autokrate e t\u00eb dyshimta t\u00eb tranzicionit, t\u00eb Lindjes dhe t\u00eb Azis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar nj\u00eb foto, nj\u00eb intervist\u00eb, nj\u00eb buz\u00ebqeshje, nj\u00eb duarshtr\u00ebngim, d.m.th p\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar qoka (gjasme lobingje) t\u00eb tilla n\u00eb SHBA, qoka t\u00eb sponsorizuara e t\u00eb pompuara t\u00eb cilat m\u00eb von\u00eb kan\u00eb rezultuar se kan\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar jo vet\u00ebm popujt e demokracive t\u00eb brishta, por edhe interesat amerikane. Para ca dit\u00ebsh u tha q\u00eb Gadafi ka financuar fushat\u00ebn e Sarkozis\u00eb\u2026<br \/>\nAshtu si ndikoi shprehja e famshme e zotit Arvizu, fill pas 21 janarit, se Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cburr\u00eb shteti\u201d, po aq ka p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndikuar edhe nj\u00eb pritje e mundshme e Berish\u00ebs nga zoti Riker, sido t\u00eb justifikohet ajo, edhe n\u00eb qoft\u00eb rutinore, pa ndonj\u00eb pesh\u00eb politike, por edhe n\u00eb qoft\u00eb kritike( si p.sh: Tani largohu, zoti Berisha, boll!), por kjo, p\u00ebr konsumin e k\u00ebtush\u00ebm nuk do t\u00eb ket\u00eb pik\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsie!\u2026 Kemi p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb se sa pompozitet dhe publicitet do t\u2019i b\u00ebhet nga RTSH e simotrat e saj vizit\u00ebs s\u00eb Berish\u00ebs te \u201cVatra\u201d, te kjo organizat\u00eb fantazm\u00eb e cila m\u00eb shum\u00eb po i sh\u00ebrben p\u00ebr\u00e7arjes se unitetit komb\u00ebtar, pasi prej koh\u00ebsh nuk m\u00eb asnj\u00eb lidhje me frym\u00ebn dhe trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb e Nolit e t\u00eb Konic\u00ebs\u2026 E pra, nuk do t\u00eb lihet gur pa l\u00ebvizur q\u00eb qoka e Berish\u00ebs n\u00eb Washington t\u00eb jet\u00eb s\u00eb paku nj\u00eb kok\u00eb m\u00eb lart se e rival\u00ebve t\u00eb tij, gj\u00eb q\u00eb do ta v\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb pozit\u00eb tep\u00ebr qesharake edhe vet\u00eb Washingtonin, sigurisht n\u00eb raport me opinionin e k\u00ebtush\u00ebm publik!<br \/>\n***<br \/>\nN\u00eb vitet e para t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb nj\u00eb shkronj\u00ebs b\u00ebri buj\u00eb se pat num\u00ebruar sa mij\u00ebra km pat b\u00ebr\u00eb anek\u00ebnd Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb lideri i ri Berisha, n\u00eb fushat\u00ebn e par\u00eb zgjedhore, para se t\u00eb merrte pushtetin\u2026 Koh\u00ebrat kan\u00eb ndryshuar, sigurisht. Edhe standardet nuk jan\u00eb m\u00eb ato t\u00eb viteve t\u00eb para t\u00eb pluralizmit. Mir\u00ebqenia \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur, niveli i mediave dhe i analizave po ashtu. Sikund\u00ebr kostumet, kravatat firmato e shamit\u00eb te xhepi i xhaket\u00ebs e bashk\u00eb me anglishten e udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsve tan\u00eb. N\u00eb vitet e para t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb mjaftonte prania e ambasadorit Rajerson, le m\u00eb po t\u00eb kishe nj\u00eb foto me nj\u00eb personalitet t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs dhe BE-s\u00eb. Asokohe qokat b\u00ebheshin n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, tani krer\u00ebt tan\u00eb qokat i b\u00ebjn\u00eb jasht\u00eb. Sot d\u00ebgjojm\u00eb t\u00eb flitet p\u00ebr \u201cdiplomaci parlamentare\u201d, \u201cp\u00ebr diplomaci ekonomike\u201d, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb diplomaci n\u00eb dobi t\u00eb njohjeve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, por qokat kan\u00eb mbetur po ato, qoka t\u00eb r\u00ebndomta, jo diplomatike, as politike, por lap\u00ebrdhar\u00ebsh provincial\u00eb, qoka puthador\u00ebsh prej t\u00eb cilave Shqip\u00ebria ka mbetur e fundit, pa dinjitet, pa sovranitet, larg integrimit e me demokraci t\u00eb cung\u00ebt.<br \/>\nDeri m\u00eb sot askush nuk ka llogaritur se sa milion km rrug\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb me vizitat-qoka jasht\u00eb vendit krer\u00ebt tan\u00eb t\u00eb diplomacis\u00eb parlamentare e qeveritare n\u00ebp\u00ebr t\u00eb kat\u00ebr an\u00ebt e bot\u00ebs. Aq m\u00eb pak t\u00eb kemi d\u00ebgjuar t\u00eb thuhet sa kan\u00eb kushtuar ato, le m\u00eb pastaj n\u00eb se i kan\u00eb prur\u00eb ndonj\u00eb dobi vendit edhe kur qokat jan\u00eb realizuar n\u00eb restorante t\u00eb shtrenjt\u00eb me emrin \u201cKrokodil\u201d. Shpesh \u00ebsht\u00eb provuar, edhe me d\u00ebshmi filmike, se krer\u00ebt jan\u00eb shoq\u00ebruar n\u00eb k\u00ebsi qokash nga biznesmen\u00eb sponsorizues t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm e t\u00eb dyshimt\u00eb, ashtu si pam\u00eb s\u00eb fundi edhe nj\u00eb foto protokollare t\u00eb kryeministrit ton\u00eb n\u00eb Azerbajxhan, pas t\u00eb cilit q\u00ebndronte biznesmeni egjiptian me emrin Ali, ish-mik i Mubarakut i k\u00ebrkuar nga Interpoli p\u00ebr pastrim parash dhe i liruar nga gjykata jon\u00eb \u201cp\u00ebr munges\u00eb provash\u201d.<br \/>\nE pra, qokat e krer\u00ebve provincial\u00eb p\u00ebrcillen me badigard\u00eb e shpurra t\u00eb m\u00ebdha nga pas, -k\u00ebshilltar\u00eb, biznesmen\u00eb, deputet\u00eb, z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebs, bashk\u00ebshorte, kameraman\u00eb, lloj-lloj puthador\u00ebsh profesionist\u00eb, fjalimshkronj\u00ebs, tendermarr\u00ebs\u2026 Tekefundit ato u ngjajn\u00eb pik\u00eb p\u00ebr pik\u00eb qokave q\u00eb b\u00ebnin dikur bejlur\u00e7inat n\u00eb Rom\u00eb e n\u00eb Vjen\u00eb, para se vendi t\u00eb pushtohej nga Italia fashiste\u2026. P\u00ebr krer\u00ebt tan\u00eb nuk ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi sa shpenzime b\u00ebhen, mjaft q\u00eb ata t\u00eb bien n\u00eb sy, mjaft q\u00eb t\u00eb duken t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm, sojlinj t\u00eb pranuar si t\u00eb till\u00eb edhe nga sojlinjt\u00eb e Evrop\u00ebs e t\u00eb SHBA-ve.
