Kan\u00eb kaluar 3 vjet q\u00eb prej atij muaji korrik 2009, kur Saliu u rikthye n\u00eb pushtet duke k\u00ebnduar n\u00eb \u00e7do cep e maj\u00eb pallati, n\u00eb \u00e7do maj\u00eb peme e p\u00ebrrua fshati, k\u00ebng\u00ebn \u201cShqip\u00ebria po ndryshon\u201d. Kjo k\u00ebng\u00eb gj\u00ebmoi gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb fushat\u00ebs elektorale, madje deri sa p\u00ebrfundoi ndarja e posteve t\u00eb larta dhe vendeve t\u00eb pun\u00ebs n\u00eb pushtetin e PD. Q\u00eb prej asaj kohe, k\u00ebnga e Sali mashtruesit nuk po d\u00ebgjohet m\u00eb. Por na kujtohet q\u00eb \u00e7do militant dhe \u201cintelektual i pavarur\u201d i PD q\u00eb k\u00ebrkonte vend pune kishte vendosur si melodi zileje t\u00eb telefonit refrenin e k\u00ebng\u00ebs: \u201cShqip\u00ebria po ndryshon\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Madje aq komike u b\u00eb kjo puna e k\u00ebng\u00ebs s\u00eb Saliut n\u00ebp\u00ebr telefona, makina, dumdum, zetora e karroca kuajsh, sa ata q\u00eb shkonin p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar vende pune n\u00eb PD, kur ishin tek zyra e \u201cshef\u201d Flamur Nok\u00ebs q\u00eb \u00e7onin \u201cCV\u201d-t\u00eb, porositnin q\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb shok\u00ebt e tyre t\u2019u b\u00ebnin zile telefoni pa pushim, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebgjohej melodia e k\u00ebng\u00ebs, q\u00eb \u201cshef\u201d Flamuri t\u00eb bindej se ata ishin ushtar\u00eb t\u00eb PD e besnik\u00eb t\u00eb Saliut. Ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb futur n\u00eb pun\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb e mbajn\u00eb akoma at\u00eb melodi si zile telefoni dhe patjet\u00ebr q\u00eb nga halli, do ta mbajn\u00eb deri sa t\u00eb jet\u00eb PD n\u00eb pushtet. Nd\u00ebrsa ata q\u00eb nuk u fut\u00ebn dot n\u00eb pun\u00eb e mbet\u00ebn t\u00eb pak\u00ebnaqur nga mashtrimet e PD, kan\u00eb vendosur si melodi p\u00ebr zilen e telefonit t\u00eb tyre k\u00ebng\u00ebn tall\u00ebse: \u201cO Sali hund Pinoku\/do ta hash si Ndoc Rroku\u2026\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Megjith\u00ebse\u201cSali Pinoku\u201d e p\u00ebrjetoi edhe me k\u00ebng\u00eb ndryshimin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00ebn udh\u00ebheqjen e tij, tani pas 7 vitesh shikojm\u00eb q\u00eb nuk ka ndryshuar Shqip\u00ebria, por ka ndryshuar teksti i k\u00ebng\u00ebs.
