N\u00eb fest\u00ebn e radh\u00ebs nuk do t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb tribun\u00eb as e ardhmja fem\u00ebrore dhe muzikore e Partis\u00eb Demokratike, Greta Ko\u00e7i.<\/p>\n<p><strong>K\u00ebt\u00eb her\u00eb pran\u00eb Berish\u00ebs do t\u00eb jet\u00eb fenomeni bot\u00ebror q\u00eb quhet Shakir\u00eb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Shakira do t\u00eb k\u00ebndoj\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e 100-t\u00eb t\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Me k\u00ebmb\u00eb t\u00eb zbuluara, me flok\u00ebt ngjyr\u00eb ari, me z\u00ebrin dhe trupin drith\u00ebrues, ajo do t\u00eb shpenzoj\u00eb frym\u00ebn e saj p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndezur frym\u00ebn e fest\u00ebs q\u00eb pritet t\u00eb lumturoj\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt. Prania e Shakir\u00ebs do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se kemi vendosur t\u00eb paguajm\u00eb shtrenjt\u00eb k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb ajo do t\u2019i shtoj\u00eb \u201csuperpavar\u00ebsis\u00eb\u201d. Luks i shtrenjt\u00eb aq sa vetiu lind pyetja: Kujt do t\u2019i besohet regjia e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb? Si do t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatet ngaz\u00ebllimi bjeshkor i pushtetarit me tundjen marramend\u00ebse t\u00eb s\u00eb pasmes elegante t\u00eb k\u00ebng\u00ebtares s\u00eb madhe? Do t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb ky nj\u00eb fjalim, shum\u00eb i prekur q\u00eb, mbas 100 vjet\u00ebsh jemi ende t\u00eb pavarur, apo do t\u00eb k\u00ebndoj\u00eb e para ajo, shal\u00ebjasht\u00eb, gjoksjasht\u00eb, me k\u00ebmb\u00ebt e bronxuara n\u00eb Karaibe, dhe vithet e fryra, me ose pa silikon, e m\u00eb pas do t\u00eb shp\u00ebrthej\u00eb ai? Kush do t\u00eb performoj\u00eb n\u00eb fillim, muzika e Shakir\u00ebs apo politika e Berish\u00ebs?<\/p>\n<p>Turma e t\u00eb mbledhurve, a do ta shqyej\u00eb me britma fytin gjigand, nd\u00ebrsa eksitimi, marr\u00ebzia, dashuria, urrejtja apo kushedi \u00e7\u2019lloj ndjesie tjet\u00ebr, mb\u00ebshtjell\u00eb si tornado do t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb magji n\u00eb tribun\u00eb? Saliu dhe Shakira, a do ta bekojn\u00eb t\u00eb dy, nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh, dit\u00ebn e madhe? Apo ve\u00e7 e ve\u00e7? Kushedi! V\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb fantazosh portretin e kryeministrit at\u00eb dit\u00eb, dor\u00eb p\u00ebr dore me yllin bot\u00ebror, n\u00eb mitingun e p\u00ebrbindsh\u00ebm t\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb shekullore. Mbase, si kurr\u00eb ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb, do t\u00eb q\u00eblloj\u00eb drejt e n\u00eb zem\u00ebr pesimizmin e njer\u00ebzve me nj\u00eb fjalim planetar!<\/p>\n<p>(\u201c100 vjet pavar\u00ebsi, 100 vjet vetmi, por jo 100 vjet krenari! Krenari p\u00ebr \u00e7far\u00eb???????????)<\/p>\n<p>Syt\u00eb e kuq nga pagjum\u00ebsia e nat\u00ebs s\u00eb shkuar, por t\u00eb p\u00ebrlotur nga mall\u00ebngjimi i turm\u00ebs, z\u00ebri i \u00e7jerr\u00eb nga provat e jav\u00ebs s\u00eb fundit, me nj\u00eb not\u00eb t\u00eb jasht\u00eb-pentagramt\u00eb, nj\u00eb emocion i shenjt\u00eb pran\u00eb bjondin\u00ebs hyjnore, dhe n\u00eb fund nj\u00eb shp\u00ebrthim i tij i njohur, ekzaltik, ekzotik, ekrokurocentrik \u2026 K\u00ebshtu do t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb. Si do ta menaxhoj\u00eb regjia shp\u00ebrthimin e paralajm\u00ebruar t\u00eb Saliut dhe hutimin e Shakir\u00ebs nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh? K\u00ebt\u00eb nuk mund ta dim\u00eb, por dim\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb pun\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>* * *<\/p>\n<p>Nervozizmi me t\u00eb cilin stafi i Berishs po punon t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb frym\u00ebn e fest\u00ebs s\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, e b\u00ebn k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrvjetor t\u00eb \u00e7uditsh\u00ebm. Nervozizmi u duk qysh kur, si rrufe n\u00eb qiell t\u00eb past\u00ebr, u hodh papritur ideja e prishjes s\u00eb Piramid\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u2019u nd\u00ebrtuar mbi rr\u00ebnojat e saj nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00eb e re p\u00ebr kuvendin e vjet\u00ebr. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb se p\u00ebrse mazhoranca u t\u00ebrhoq nga projekti i par\u00eb, ashtu si nuk dihet n\u00ebse kjo t\u00ebrheqje nga shkat\u00ebrrimi \u00ebsht\u00eb ose jo e p\u00ebrkohshme. Mes sinosuidash psikike, edhe t\u00eb pushtetshmit kan\u00eb nazet e tyre, q\u00eb shpesh jan\u00eb nj\u00eb hap larg mar\u00ebzis\u00eb. Mazhoranca e Berish\u00ebs hoqi dor\u00eb nga zakoni i mjer\u00eb i t\u00eb b\u00ebrit dhurata vetvetes. E la m\u00ebnjan\u00eb si nj\u00eb monument t\u00eb harruar iden\u00eb p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs s\u00eb re 100 milion\u00ebshe t\u00eb kuvendit, nd\u00ebrsa e z\u00ebvend\u00ebsoi at\u00eb me nj\u00eb ide tjet\u00ebr: Krijimin e frym\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Gjith\u00eb mekanizmi shtet\u00ebror \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb l\u00ebvizje. E par\u00eb qasht\u00ebr, krijimi i frym\u00ebs s\u00eb fest\u00ebs, tej p\u00ebrmas\u00ebs logjike, duket sikur po sjell rritjen e inflacionit t\u00eb saj. N\u00eb nj\u00eb vend ku m\u00eb shum\u00eb se kurr\u00eb dhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb se kudo \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme b\u00ebrja e nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje kolektive p\u00ebr t\u00eb perceptuar lirin\u00eb, p\u00ebr shkak se liria \u00ebsht\u00eb e paqart\u00eb, shpesh edhe e cenuar, jehona e nj\u00eb p\u00ebrvjetori pavar\u00ebsie, pavar\u00ebsisht zhurm\u00ebs s\u00eb madhe q\u00eb b\u00ebhet, nuk mund t\u00eb mb\u00ebrrij\u00eb ve\u00e7se e mek\u00ebt n\u00eb vesh\u00ebt e qytetar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb pushteti, p\u00ebr t\u00eb fshehur kualitetin e ul\u00ebt t\u00eb liris\u00eb dhe demokracis\u00eb n\u00eb vendin e tij, i ngre kult pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, n\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrvjetor t\u00eb saj, aq m\u00eb shum\u00eb jehona e saj shkon drejt vet\u00ebshuarjes. Njeriut shqiptar t\u00eb k\u00ebtij shekulli i k\u00ebrkohet t\u00eb shkrihet dhe t\u00eb festoj\u00eb pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa ka t\u00eb cunguar lirin\u00eb dhe t\u00eb drejtat e tij. Ashtu si n\u00eb legjendat me mbret\u00ebr e monarki, ku koncepti i pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe liris\u00eb kacafyten nj\u00ebra me tjetr\u00ebn, n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri p\u00ebrkufizimi i tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb i paqart\u00eb. Dhe do t\u00eb jet\u00eb i paqart\u00eb p\u00ebr sa koh\u00eb, n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb qeveriset, ky vend do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb sundohet. A mjafton pavar\u00ebsia n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend ku t\u00eb drejtat e njeriut shkelen me k\u00ebmb\u00eb? Sigurisht q\u00eb jo. Pyetje naive, p\u00ebrgjigje e thjesht\u00eb. N\u00eb bot\u00eb ka mjaft vende ku ende sundojn\u00eb diktaturat dhe q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb pavarura.<\/p>\n<p>E till\u00eb ka qen\u00eb edhe Shqip\u00ebria n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e komunizmit, por \u00e7\u2019r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi dhe \u00e7\u2019vler\u00eb kish pavar\u00ebsia e saj kur njer\u00ebzit nuk ishin t\u00eb lir\u00eb n\u00ebn diktatur\u00ebn e eg\u00ebr. Sot, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb nuk meditojn\u00eb m\u00eb p\u00ebr shkall\u00ebzimin e fatit n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend ku problemet, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb cenimit t\u00eb liris\u00eb, jan\u00eb si vargmalet. \u00c7\u00ebshtja e liris\u00eb s\u00eb individit \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e t\u00eb drejtave themelore, q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt sot nuk i kan\u00eb. A mund t\u00eb g\u00ebzosh t\u00eb drejtat e tua e p\u00ebr rrjedhoj\u00eb t\u00eb ndihesh i lir\u00eb, n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend ku nuk ka barazi p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb dhe konkurrenc\u00eb t\u00eb ndershme. Ku sundojn\u00eb monopolet? Ku shteti \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mekaniz\u00ebm privat n\u00eb duart e pushtetit. A mund t\u00eb jesh i lir\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend q\u00eb nuk ka mundur kurr\u00eb t\u00eb zhvilloj\u00eb zgjedhje t\u00eb ndershme? A mund t\u00eb jesh i lir\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend ku lul\u00ebzon korrupsioni n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha majat dhe pllajat e shtetit?<\/p>\n<p>Jo! A mund t\u00eb ndihesh i lir\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend ku qeveria kontrollon dhe mb\u00ebshtet bizneset pran\u00eb saj duke shkat\u00ebrruar t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt? Kontrollon mediat pran\u00eb saj p\u00ebr t\u00eb fshir\u00eb t\u00eb tjerat? Sigurisht q\u00eb jo. A mund t\u00eb ndihesh i lir\u00eb n\u00eb kuj\u00ebn e kriz\u00ebs, kur ekonomia e vendit t\u00ebnd ka marr\u00eb rrokullim\u00ebn dhe kryeministri shp\u00ebrfill Gjermanin\u00eb, ekonomin\u00eb e s\u00eb cil\u00ebs e sfidon \u00e7dokaq me deklarata? A mund t\u00eb ndihesh mir\u00eb dhe i lir\u00eb kur je i pa pun\u00eb dhe kur shpres\u00eb nuk gjeneron p\u00ebr ask\u00ebnd ky vend i pavarur?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Asnj\u00ebher\u00eb!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb vend q\u00eb nuk ka liri, drejt\u00ebsi, ekonomi, krenari edhe shpres\u00eb, p\u00ebrgatitet megjithat\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vit t\u00eb festoj\u00eb me madh\u00ebshti kontinentale pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb, p\u00ebr 100-vjetor. Po krijohet fasada q\u00eb do t\u00eb fsheh\u00eb mjerimin komb\u00ebtar n\u00eb dit\u00ebn shekullore t\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb komb\u00ebtare. Pushteti po synon t\u00eb mbuloj\u00eb me flamurin kuq e zi t\u00eb zezat q\u00eb i ka sjell\u00eb k\u00ebtij vendi, me ngjarje t\u00eb zeza, n\u00eb data t\u00eb zeza.
