Zgjedhja e presidentit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs nga Sali Berisha m\u00eb 24 qershor t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti i jep realisht fund Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb si nj\u00eb shtet i qytetar\u00ebve si\u00e7 sanksionohet n\u00eb Kushtetut\u00eb dhe e kthen at\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb form\u00eb atipike t\u00eb qeverisjes s\u00eb vendit, n\u00eb form\u00ebn e nj\u00eb republike t\u00eb em\u00ebruar nga Sali Berisha.<\/p>\n<p>Pas qershorit, Presidenti i Republik\u00ebs, Kryeministri, Kryetari i Kuvendit, Kryeprokurorja, kryetar\u00ebt dhe an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e gjykatave, SHISH, dhe pas k\u00ebsaj gjith\u00eb superstruktura e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, as nuk zgjidhet dhe as jep llogari para qytetar\u00ebve, por ka pun\u00eb vet\u00ebm me nj\u00eb njeri, me Sali Berish\u00ebn. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb ngjarje e sigurt dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb ngjarje, e cila nuk mund t\u00eb ndalet as nga presionet e zbehta diplomatike mbi Berish\u00ebn dhe as nga cic\u00ebrima deputet\u00ebsh brenda gardhit t\u00eb tij. R\u00ebnia e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe vendosja e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Berish\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb kusht i paparashikuar nga Brukseli n\u00eb 12 kushtet e tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb statusin e vendi kandidat p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian. 12 kushtet e famshme nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb se s\u2019plot\u00ebsohen. Dy-tri prej tyre q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me ligje t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta mund t\u00eb realizohen, por nuk kan\u00eb asnj\u00eb pesh\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo q\u00eb ka pesh\u00eb n\u00eb gjith\u00eb frym\u00ebn e kushteve q\u00eb ka vendosur Brukseli p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb fuqizimi i Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, q\u00eb shprehet n\u00eb kushtet q\u00eb ekzistojn\u00eb p\u00ebr pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e gjyq\u00ebsorit, pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e institucioneve, nd\u00ebshkueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e zyrtar\u00ebve t\u00eb lart\u00eb, barazin\u00eb e tyre para ligjit, lirin\u00eb ekonomike dhe lirin\u00eb e shtypit, etj. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebto q\u00eb sapo citova dhe q\u00eb jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore e 12 kushteve t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian, jan\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb ato \u00e7far\u00eb do t\u00eb viktimizohen p\u00ebrfundimisht dhe n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pashpres\u00eb n\u00eb qershor me r\u00ebnien e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. R\u00ebnia e k\u00ebsaj republike, jo vet\u00ebm i b\u00ebn t\u00eb paqena k\u00ebto kushte, q\u00eb ende nuk jan\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar, por dhe sikur pal\u00ebt t\u2019i plot\u00ebsojn\u00eb formalisht k\u00ebt\u00eb jav\u00eb, ato rr\u00ebzohen dhe b\u00ebhen t\u00eb paqena n\u00eb qershor, kur Berisha t\u00eb formoj\u00eb republik\u00ebn e tij.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb kjo arsyeja q\u00eb debati i sot\u00ebm mbi kushtet e Bashkimit Evropian dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb e qeveris\u00eb p\u00ebr mosrealizimin e tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb i zbeht\u00eb. Bashkimi Evropian nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mekaniz\u00ebm robotik apo nj\u00eb lexues provimesh elektronik q\u00eb lexon formularin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb me skaner vet\u00ebm n\u00ebse jan\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb kryqet n\u00eb kuadratet e duhura. Ai lexon realisht gjendjen q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri p\u00ebrmes misioneve t\u00eb tij faktmbledh\u00ebse, reporter\u00ebve dhe komisionit t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt nd\u00ebrparlamentar. Edhe k\u00ebshtu situata \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb larg p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimit pasi brenda atyre kushteve, gjyq\u00ebsori \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb kafshat\u00eb q\u00eb nuk kap\u00ebrdihet leht\u00eb prej tyre. Dy bashk\u00ebkryetar\u00ebt e Komisionit p\u00ebr Evrop\u00ebn Juglindore, Kukan dhe Swoboda, e b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pazakont\u00eb se ishin t\u00eb zhg\u00ebnjyer nga vendimi i Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Lart\u00eb p\u00ebr Ilir Met\u00ebn, nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb q\u00eb ngushton rrethimin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar ndaj pushtetit t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs mbi gjith\u00eb pushtetet e tjera n\u00eb vend.<\/p>\n<p>Por si\u00e7 e theksova, dhe n\u00ebse mrekullia teknike ndodh dhe ne plot\u00ebsojm\u00eb gjith\u00eb detyrimet teknike, republika e re q\u00eb vjen pas qershorit do t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbys\u00eb \u00e7do shpres\u00eb ton\u00ebn t\u00eb pranohemi si vend me standarde demokratike. Zhurma q\u00eb Berisha po p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb ngrej\u00eb duke p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur akuzat bajate p\u00ebr opozit\u00ebn, n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb synon q\u00eb t\u00eb zhurmoj\u00eb kryearsyen p\u00ebrse Shqip\u00ebria do t\u00eb humbas\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimisht shanset p\u00ebr Bashkimin Evropian pas r\u00ebnies s\u00eb republik\u00ebs n\u00eb qershor. Ajo q\u00eb do t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb n\u00eb qershor me marrjen e gjith\u00eb institucioneve nga Berisha, \u00ebsht\u00eb aq prap\u00ebsuese p\u00ebr kushtet formale t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian, sa mund t\u00eb korrigjohet pastaj vet\u00ebm me revolta popullore dhe paraliz\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00ebs shoq\u00ebrore n\u00eb vend, me t\u00eb cilat Berisha nj\u00ebsoj si homolog\u00ebt e tij do p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb terrorizoj\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt dhe t\u00eb shtoj\u00eb frik\u00ebn e tyre p\u00ebr kund\u00ebrshti t\u00eb regjimit.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb shmangur k\u00ebt\u00eb kolaps, Bashkimi Evropian ka pak fuqi. Diplomat\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb per\u00ebndimor\u00eb, p\u00ebrfshi dhe ata amerikan\u00eb, po ashtu kan\u00eb pak mund\u00ebsi, me gjith\u00eb vullnetin q\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebr tu marr\u00eb p\u00ebrdit\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje. I vetmi kontribut i tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb flasin qart\u00eb dhe me nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb nj\u00ebkuptimshme se qeveria po l\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb jasht\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb shprehin po ashtu qart\u00eb mospajtimin e tyre me zgjedhjen e nj\u00eb presidenti q\u00eb do t\u2019i jap\u00eb fund k\u00ebsaj republike. Biles k\u00ebtu p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb sovrane garancin\u00eb p\u00ebr mosr\u00ebnien e republik\u00ebs, ata duhet t\u00eb flasin qart\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr ndryshimin e formul\u00ebs p\u00ebr zgjedhje t\u00eb presidentit nga populli q\u00eb as n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen republika t\u00eb mos ngelet n\u00eb dor\u00eb t\u00eb dikujt tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Sot qytetar\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb vetmit qytetar\u00eb n\u00eb bot\u00eb q\u00eb zgjedhin vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb njeri, vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb pushtet dhe gjith\u00eb pushtetet e tjera burojn\u00eb nga ai. Sot qytetar\u00ebt p\u00ebrdoren si zgjedh\u00ebs vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb rr\u00ebmbyer mandatin. Sali Berisha as at\u00eb nuk e fiton dhe pas k\u00ebsaj ai prodhon gjith\u00eb pushtetet e tjera duke e p\u00ebrjashtuar popullin nga vendimmarrja. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb republika q\u00eb vendoset n\u00eb qershor n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.
