Mes t\u00eb tjerash, zoti Mustafaj komenton aty edhe kandidaturat q\u00eb jan\u00eb shfaqur deri tani p\u00ebr postin e kreut t\u00eb shtetit. I pyetur p\u00ebr Nanon e Topallin, si kandidat\u00eb p\u00ebr kryetar shteti, Mustafaj jep k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNuk m\u00eb duken nj\u00ebra as tjetra zgjidhje e q\u00ebndrueshme. Nano u largua nga politika p\u00ebrmes humbjes s\u00eb zgjedhjeve n\u00eb qershor 2005. M\u00ebnyra si e mbajti ai p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb para partis\u00eb s\u00eb vet n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb, e mandej para kombit, p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb kontribut m\u00eb vete nga ana e tij n\u00eb pjekurin\u00eb e politik\u00ebs shqiptare. N\u00eb asnj\u00eb vend demokratik nuk riciklohen personalitete t\u00eb tilla, pavar\u00ebsisht mosh\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre. I rikthyer si kryetar shteti, ai moralisht do t\u00eb kishte tashm\u00eb ato cene q\u00eb kimikisht ka nj\u00eb mall i ricikluar.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk besoj se elitat shqiptare jan\u00eb rr\u00ebnuar n\u00eb at\u00eb mas\u00eb sa kombi t\u00eb th\u00ebrriste n\u00eb ndihm\u00eb Nanon. Gjithsesi, jam i bindur se zgjedhja e Nanos n\u00eb krye t\u00eb shtetit i sh\u00ebrben vet\u00ebm Berish\u00ebs personalisht, lidhur me zgjedhjet e vitit 2013. Por do t\u00eb ishte krejt\u00ebsisht n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me interesat programore t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Demokratike dhe do e d\u00ebmtonte r\u00ebnd\u00eb rrezatimin moral t\u00eb antar\u00ebsis\u00eb demokrate mbi pjes\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa hipoteza Topalli p\u00ebrputhet me tepri me kall\u00ebpin q\u00eb Berisha ka tashm\u00eb p\u00ebr njeriun n\u00eb Presidenc\u00ebn e Republik\u00ebs. Si veteran i Partis\u00eb Demokratike do t\u00eb thosha se delegimi i Topallit n\u00eb krye t\u00eb shtetit do i d\u00ebmtonte po ashtu r\u00ebnd\u00eb interesat programore t\u00eb vet\u00eb Partis\u00eb Demokratike. Nisur nga cil\u00ebsit\u00eb intelektuale t\u00eb Zonj\u00ebs Topalli, em\u00ebrimi i saj \u201catje lart\u201d do t\u00eb shprehte para shqiptar\u00ebve nj\u00eb n\u00ebnvleft\u00ebsim t\u00eb palavdish\u00ebm nga ne, demokrat\u00ebt, p\u00ebr vet\u00eb shtetin. Por \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe aspekti i integritetit t\u00eb saj moral.<\/p>\n<p>Em\u00ebrimi i dh\u00ebndrrit t\u00eb saj nga nj\u00eb ambasad\u00eb n\u00eb tjetr\u00ebn duke ndjekur t\u00eb bij\u00ebn ku shkon p\u00ebr t\u00eb studiuar, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb simptom\u00eb shum\u00eb e rrezikshme. Fjala \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb djalosh q\u00eb nuk ka asnj\u00eb lidhje me diplomacin\u00eb. Atij i jepen \u00e7el\u00ebsat e nj\u00eb zyre t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme me nj\u00eb rrog\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb vet\u00ebm q\u00eb vajza e Jozefin\u00ebs t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb jet\u00eb studenti n\u00ebp\u00ebr apartamente luksoze, t\u00eb ket\u00eb vetur\u00eb dhe privilegje t\u00eb tjera. P\u00ebr abuzime shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb vogla me pushtetin, Presidenti i Gjermanis\u00eb dha dor\u00ebheqjen para pak dit\u00ebsh, duke i k\u00ebrkuar madje ndjes\u00eb kombit pse me sjelljen e vet e kishte njollosur institucionin e kryetarit t\u00eb shtetit.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>I pyetur nga Java p\u00ebr diplomacin\u00eb aktuale, Mustafai v\u00eb n\u00eb dukje se ajo paraqet disa anomali t\u00eb pakuptueshme n\u00eb nj\u00eb sistem normal t\u00eb politik\u00ebs s\u00eb jashtme. Duke folur daljet jasht\u00eb t\u00eb krer\u00ebve t\u00eb institucioneve, Mustafaj shprehet: \u201cVizitat e Zonj\u00ebs Topalli, qoft\u00eb n\u00eb Lindje e qoft\u00eb n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim, nuk kan\u00eb asnj\u00eb ndikim n\u00eb procesin e veprimtaris\u00eb diplomatike t\u00eb shtetit ton\u00eb. Ato mendoj se thjesht tregojn\u00eb se Kryetarja ka koh\u00eb me boll\u00ebk dhe nuk ka skrupuj n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimin e buxhetit t\u00eb Kuvendit. N\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb internetit, sot mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhen leht\u00ebsisht krahasime me homolog\u00ebt e saj t\u00eb vendeve t\u00eb tjera.<\/p>\n<p>Rasti \u201cTopalli\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb unik. Ajo q\u00eb quhet diplomaci parlamentare kudo n\u00eb bot\u00ebn e lir\u00eb e demokratike zhvillohet nga komisionet p\u00ebr politik\u00eb t\u00eb jashtme, nga delegacionet parlamentare pran\u00eb asambleve parlamentare t\u00eb organizatave nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare si dhe grupet parlamentare t\u00eb miq\u00ebsis\u00eb me vendet e ndryshme. K\u00ebtu te ne t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto misione i ka marr\u00eb p\u00ebr vete ekskluzivisht Zonja Topalli thjesht se i p\u00eblqen t\u00eb udh\u00ebtoj\u00eb, jo se e kryen dot pun\u00ebn e koleg\u00ebve t\u00eb vet t\u00eb rangut m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr aktivitetin e kryeministrit mendoj se arsyetimi duhet b\u00ebr\u00eb ndryshe. Shqip\u00ebria ka dal\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimisht nga izolimi, por nuk e ka kap\u00ebrcyer ende mir\u00eb \u201charrimin\u201d nga pjesa m\u00eb e madhe e bot\u00ebs p\u00ebr gjysm\u00eb shekulli. Rrjedhimisht, vendi yn\u00eb vazhdon t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb dinamik\u00eb zgjerimi dhe intensifikimi t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve diplomatike, ekonomike dhe kulturore me shum\u00eb vende t\u00eb bot\u00ebs. Dhe m\u00eb duket e natyrshme q\u00eb figurat qendrore t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb t\u00eb zhvillojn\u00eb vizita n\u00eb k\u00ebto vende.<\/p>\n<p>Por nuk duhet harruar se ne jemi Republik\u00eb Parlamentare, ku kryeministri ka nj\u00eb status shum\u00eb t\u00eb ngjash\u00ebm me at\u00eb t\u00eb kancelarit t\u00eb Gjermani. Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se udh\u00ebtimet e tij jasht\u00eb zhvillohen vet\u00ebm n\u00eb rastet e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb si dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb samite. Vizitat e pun\u00ebs kryhen doemos nga ministri i jasht\u00ebm, ai i ekonomis\u00eb, ai i kultur\u00ebs dhe antar\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb kabinetit. P\u00ebr t\u2019u kthyer konkretisht te pyetja juaj: udh\u00ebtimet e Berish\u00ebs drejt vendeve si ato q\u00eb p\u00ebrmend\u00ebt ju, jan\u00eb shprehje e protagonizmit t\u00eb tij t\u00eb pap\u00ebrmbajtur.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebto vizita ai kryen zakonisht nj\u00eb pun\u00eb q\u00eb do e p\u00ebrmbushte m\u00eb s\u00eb miri nj\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsminist\u00ebr. Pse nuk ka edhe n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim vizita t\u00eb tilla? Nuk ka sepse bisedimet rutinore me k\u00ebto vende jan\u00eb p\u00ebrmbyllur prej vitesh.
