Ata u vran\u00eb si t\u00eb till\u00eb. Edhe pse situata n\u00eb at\u00eb vend \u00ebsht\u00eb absurde dhe shpesh ka kund\u00ebrv\u00ebnie t\u00eb policis\u00eb lokale ndaj forcave nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, ne duhet t\u00eb pranojm\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb qenit pjes\u00eb e NATO ka dhe taks\u00ebn e saj.<\/p>\n<p>Por nd\u00ebrsa dy ushtarak\u00ebt tan\u00eb u q\u00eblluan si ushtar\u00eb t\u00eb NATO-s, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ne na bren dyshimi dhe makthi n\u00ebse ata jan\u00eb trajtuar si gjith\u00eb ushtar\u00ebt e NATO-s q\u00eb kan\u00eb shkuar n\u00eb at\u00eb vend. P\u00ebr shum\u00eb vende an\u00ebtare t\u00eb NATO-s shkuarja n\u00eb nj\u00eb mision sh\u00ebrbimi paqeruajt\u00ebs si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe ai Afganistanit \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb procedure krenare dhe dinjitoze, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb hallk\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb karrier\u00ebn e nj\u00eb ushtaraku dhe mbi t\u00eb gjitha shoq\u00ebrohet me nj\u00eb statur\u00eb respekti dhe privilegjesh n\u00eb vendet e tyre pas misionit. Ndryshe nga k\u00ebto vende, ushtarak\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb marrin pjese n\u00eb misionet e NATO-s\u00eb kalojn\u00eb shpeshher\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb procedur\u00eb posht\u00ebrimi paraprak, sidomos ata ushtarak\u00eb q\u00eb vijn\u00eb nga familje t\u00eb varfra apo me probleme sociale.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb kabllogram t\u00eb ambasad\u00ebs s\u00eb SHBA n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, drejtuar Departamentit t\u00eb Shtetit, shkruhej tre vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb se nj\u00eb ushtarak i lart\u00eb i ushtris\u00eb shqiptare, q\u00eb sot \u00ebsht\u00eb Shef i Shtabit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb, merr ryshfet deri n\u00eb 7 mij\u00eb dollar\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00e7uar nj\u00eb ushtar n\u00eb misionet paqeruajt\u00ebse. Si\u00e7 dhe e ka pranuar vet\u00eb m\u00eb pas ambasadori Withers, raportimet e tij nga Shqip\u00ebria kan\u00eb qen\u00eb serioze dhe t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetura mbi burime q\u00eb ambasada e SHBA n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb ka siguruar brenda ushtris\u00eb. Ato jan\u00eb raportime reale dhe jan\u00eb p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb n\u00eb Uashington si shqet\u00ebsim p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vend q\u00eb po pranohej n\u00eb NATO.<\/p>\n<p>Sonte, kur miliona shqiptar\u00eb kan\u00eb pritur me hidh\u00ebrim lajmin e vrasjes s\u00eb ushtar\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb Afganistan, gj\u00ebja e par\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb shkon n\u00eb mendje \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebse i kemi posht\u00ebruar k\u00ebta njer\u00ebz kur i kemi nisur n\u00eb luft\u00eb? Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb pyetje q\u00eb mundon sot qytetar\u00ebt, q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb ngush\u00eblloj\u00eb familjet e tyre. Ne sot jemi t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm t\u2019i nderojm\u00eb ata dy ushtarak\u00eb, t\u00eb p\u00ebrlotemi dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb ceremoni madh\u00ebshtore p\u00ebr pritjen e tyre n\u00eb atdhe, por t\u00eb gjith\u00eb kemi at\u00eb dyshimin q\u00eb bren si krimb fasad\u00ebn e k\u00ebsaj feste t\u00eb shtirur. A i kemi respektuar nj\u00ebsoj dhe kur i nis\u00ebm t\u00eb gjall\u00eb? A u ka k\u00ebrkuar lek\u00eb ai oficeri i lart\u00eb q\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb u b\u00eb shef shtabi? A u ka k\u00ebrkuar lek dikush tjet\u00ebr? A kan\u00eb shkuar ata aty v\u00ebrtet\u00eb si ushtar\u00eb t\u00eb NATO-s, apo kan\u00eb shkuar thjesht si hallexhinj q\u00eb kan\u00eb paguar gjob\u00ebn tek ushtarak\u00ebt tan\u00eb t\u00eb korruptuar, pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb sistemi t\u00eb korruptuar?<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto jan\u00eb pyetje q\u00eb i r\u00ebndojn\u00eb sot n\u00eb supe k\u00ebsaj shoq\u00ebrie m\u00eb shum\u00eb se dy arkivolet e ushtarak\u00ebve t\u00eb vrar\u00eb. Ata po kthehen n\u00eb atdhe si d\u00ebshmor\u00eb t\u00eb NATO-s, por mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb ikur n\u00eb Afganistan si klient\u00eb t\u00eb ndonj\u00eb ushtaraku t\u00eb lart\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nga ky makth nuk na shp\u00ebton dot askush. \u00cbsht\u00eb taksa q\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri e korruptuar i paguan munges\u00ebs s\u00eb moralit dhe shtetit ligjor, nepotizmit dhe politik\u00ebs tribale, sekserll\u00ebkut q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ngritur n\u00eb sistem dhe humbjes s\u00eb besimit tek shteti ligjor. E vetmja gj\u00eb q\u00eb kemi n\u00eb dor\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb lutje p\u00ebr Shefin e Shtabit t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb Shqiptare, q\u00eb i ka dal\u00eb s\u00eb paku emri nga dokumentet amerikane q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb pisll\u00ebqe t\u00eb tilla. Lutja jon\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb se n\u00ebse ai ka marr\u00eb para p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebrguar k\u00ebta dy oficer\u00eb, ose n\u00ebse di se ka marr\u00eb para dikush q\u00eb k\u00ebta dy ushtarak\u00eb t\u00eb shkojn\u00eb n\u00eb Afganistan, t\u00eb mos dalin t\u2019i presin n\u00eb Rinas dhe sidomos t\u00eb mos shkojn\u00eb t\u2019i shoq\u00ebrojn\u00eb n\u00eb familjet e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Njer\u00ebzit mund t\u00eb zihen ngusht\u00eb dhe mund t\u00eb mos ua p\u00ebrmendin, por ata duhet t\u00eb ken\u00eb burr\u00ebrin\u00eb t\u00eb rrin\u00eb larg arkivoleve. Biles me kaq nam t\u00eb keq sa kan\u00eb marr\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb mos shfaqen askund. Ka plot shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb din\u00eb t\u2019i nderojn\u00eb dy djemt\u00eb e tyre q\u00eb u q\u00eblluan n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00eb misioni paqeruajt\u00ebs. Ka miliona shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb dhimbjen e familjeve t\u00eb tyre. Mos ta prishim paqen e k\u00ebsaj dhimbje duke par\u00eb n\u00eb ekran t\u00eb p\u00ebrlotur ato fytyra q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb pare p\u00ebr t\u2019i nisur djemt\u00eb tan\u00eb n\u00eb luft\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Derisa t\u00eb sigurohemi q\u00eb edhe djemt\u00eb tan\u00eb nisen plot dinjitet n\u00eb k\u00ebto misione si ushtar\u00eb t\u00eb NATO-s, \u00ebsht\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb ata t\u00eb cil\u00ebt na e kan\u00eb thyer k\u00ebt\u00eb besim dhe e kan\u00eb prishur k\u00ebt\u00eb fat dinjitoz p\u00ebr ushtarak\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb rrin\u00eb larg atyre arkivoleve. Ato po kthehen t\u00eb mbuluar me flamurin shqiptar dhe at\u00eb t\u00eb NATO-s plot nderime e respekt, por ne ende nuk e dim\u00eb si kan\u00eb ikur.
