Si rrall\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb historin\u00eb e shtetit shqiptar q\u00eb nga koha kur dom Nikoll Ka\u00e7orri ishte n\/kryetar i qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Ismail Qemalit, gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb viteve pas 2005, nuk ka asnj\u00eb minist\u00ebr mirditas, as zv\/minist\u00ebr, as drejtor drejtorie e as drejtor policie. <\/p>\n<p>Edhe n\u00eb nivele t\u00eb tjera m\u00eb t\u00eb ulta, n\u00eb drejtori t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00ebp\u00ebr ministri, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb mirditasit u p\u00ebrcoll\u00ebn n\u00eb sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e tyre. Madje edhe n\u00eb Mirdit\u00eb u reduktua n\u00eb maksimum mund\u00ebsia e emrave n\u00eb administrat\u00eb, teksa institucione t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme si komisariati, prokuroria dhe gjykata, por edhe t\u00eb gjitha drejtorit\u00eb e tjera i larguan prej k\u00ebtu, duke l\u00ebn\u00eb pas vet\u00ebm zyra boshe teksa rr\u00ebnohen.<\/p>\n<p>Dikush nga lexuesit e atij shkrimi si p\u00ebr t\u00eb dashur t\u00eb m\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtonte, m\u00eb thot\u00eb se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht ashtu. Ja, tha bashk\u00ebbiseduesi, Berisha ka zgjedhur si m\u00eb t\u00eb besuarin nj\u00eb mirditas, Ndre Prendin, i cili kryeson drejtimin e gard\u00ebs s\u00eb Republik\u00ebs, pra ka n\u00eb dor\u00eb ruajtjen e personaliteteve, madje t\u00eb vet\u00eb Berish\u00ebs, por edhe t\u00eb rendit kushtetues. Edhe pse nuk ishte koh\u00eb tensionesh e nuk kishte plasur 21 janari i par\u00eb, e p\u00ebr pasoj\u00eb edhe ky i dyti, ndjeva nj\u00eb keqardhje, pse jo edhe nj\u00eb parandjenj\u00eb t\u00eb keqe, teksa mendja m\u00eb shkoi te mbreti Ahmet Zogu, dhe sjellja e tij me mirditasit.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe Mbreti \u00e7udit\u00ebrisht kishte prezantuar t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn sjellje ndaj mirditasve, teksa gjith\u00eb pushtetin e tij ia kishte deleguar nj\u00eb far\u00eb Lal Krosi, dhe n\u00eb axhend\u00ebn e tij qeveris\u00ebse nuk kishte as edhe nj\u00eb mirditas, madje m\u00eb t\u00eb shquarit e tyre i pat p\u00ebrndjekur tej kufijve t\u00eb vendit, pse jo edhe ekzekutuar. A nuk i ndodhi k\u00ebshtu dyshes s\u00eb mir\u00ebnjohur Marka Gjoni \u2013 Zef Ndoci q\u00eb pas vitit 1922 e p\u00ebr tre vite me radh\u00eb, u detyruan t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb t\u00eb arratisur n\u00eb ish-Jugosllavi? Por edhe pse me nj\u00eb dekret t\u00eb tij, Zogu i fali t\u00eb dy, Zef Ndoci e pagoi me jet\u00ebn e tij mospranimin e propozimit t\u00eb Mbretit, per t\u2019u shk\u00ebputur nga miq\u00ebsia me Marka Gjonin.<\/p>\n<p>Por edhe pse mbreti Zog prezantonte nj\u00eb vij\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb sjelljeje me mirditasit, nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr mirditas, Llesh Topollaj ishte kryegardisti i tij, madje besnik deri n\u00eb vetmohim p\u00ebr ruajtjen fizike t\u00eb mbretit. Tashm\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb e din\u00eb se fal\u00eb k\u00ebtij vetmohimi dhe bes\u00ebs s\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb, kryegardisti Llesh Topollaj nuk e vuri n\u00eb diskutim hilen\u00eb e mbretit, teksa i propozoi q\u00eb kryegardisti Topollaj t\u00eb vishej me kostumin e mbretit, dhe mbreti t\u00eb vishej me rrobat e kryegardistit. <\/p>\n<p>Ngjarja e r\u00ebnd\u00eb ndodhi n\u00eb fillimin e vitit 1931 n\u00eb Vien\u00eb t\u00eb Austris\u00eb, teksa mbreti ndodhej p\u00ebr kurim mjek\u00ebsor n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend.
