Gjuha e sp\u00ebrdredhur e Bash\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebrpjekja p\u00ebr t\u00eb quajtur viktima t\u00eb pafajshme kat\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e vrar\u00eb m\u00eb 21 janar, n\u00eb diferenc\u00eb nga vler\u00ebsimi si \u201ckok\u00ebpalar\u00eb\u201d q\u00eb u ka b\u00ebr\u00eb Berisha dhe Meta, shpjegon qart\u00eb at\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb Lul\u00ebzim Basha ka d\u00ebgjuar n\u00eb Uashington p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e qeveris\u00eb shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Por a ka fuqin\u00eb e lajm\u00ebsit ky njeri?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jo, dhe jo t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht p\u00ebr faj t\u00eb tij. Nj\u00eb nga arsyet p\u00ebrse ai i mbylli der\u00ebn n\u00eb vitin 1996 Ndihm\u00ebs\/sekretarit Amerikan t\u00eb Shtetit, Timothy Worth, ishte pik\u00ebrisht pasi e dinte \u00e7far\u00eb do t\u2019i thoshte. Kjo situat\u00eb e r\u00ebndon at\u00eb psikologjikisht dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb tilla raste ai b\u00ebn gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb lajm\u00ebsi t\u00eb mos mb\u00ebrrij\u00eb kurr\u00eb n\u00eb zyr\u00ebn e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe p\u00ebr t\u2019ia b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00eb Bash\u00ebs mosp\u00ebrcjelljen e porosis\u00eb n\u00eb zyr\u00ebn e tij, ai doli dje p\u00ebrmes z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebses s\u00eb vet p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00e7uar n\u00eb ekstrem q\u00ebndrimin ndaj kryeprokurores, ekspertiz\u00ebs s\u00eb FBI, dhe opozit\u00ebs. Ai shpalli armiq\u00ebsore ekspertiz\u00ebn q\u00eb konsideron se vrasjet jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb me dashje dhe akuzoi Ina Ram\u00ebn se p\u00ebr intervist\u00ebn televizive ishte konsultuar me Edi Ram\u00ebn. Kjo b\u00ebhej pak or\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, pasi Arvizu do t\u00eb merrte realisht p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr se ishte konsultuar ai me kryeprokuroren dhe Fevziun p\u00ebr intervist\u00ebn, dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb ai q\u00eb mbron ekspertiz\u00ebn e SHBA p\u00ebr 21 janarin. Duke e ditur fare qart\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb, Berisha doli publikisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb bashk\u00eb jo Edi Ram\u00ebn me Ina Ram\u00ebn, por Arvizun\u00eb me opozit\u00ebn shqiptare, dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb delegjitimuar ekspertiz\u00ebn e FBI dhe rekomandimet politike t\u00eb Uashingtonit.<\/p>\n<p>Nxitimi i tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsen pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn e atyre q\u00eb ai pret t\u2019i sjell\u00eb Lul\u00ebzim Basha nga Uashingtoni dhe ambasadori i SHBA nga Tirana, \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebnyra se si Berisha i mbyll der\u00ebn problemit, \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebnyra se si ai nuk ballafaqohet me t\u00eb, por me pasojat e \u00e7uarjes n\u00eb ekstrem t\u00eb kriz\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Kolegu im, Mustafa Nano, mendon se Basha ka ndryshuar gjuh\u00ebn nga presioni i Uashingtonit, t\u00eb tjer\u00eb dyshojn\u00eb se ai b\u00ebn loj\u00eb. N\u00eb fakt ai thjesht nuk di \u00e7\u2019t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb duke b\u00ebr\u00eb as loj\u00eb dhe as ndonj\u00eb pun\u00eb p\u00ebr Berish\u00ebn. Si nj\u00eb njeri q\u00eb nga Berisha ka p\u00ebrfituar vet\u00ebm privilegje, para dhe pushtet, ai \u00ebsht\u00eb tani n\u00eb udh\u00ebkryqin e tij t\u00eb par\u00eb, pasi duhet t\u00eb zgjedh\u00eb mes asaj q\u00eb ai shikon n\u00eb Uashington dhe asaj q\u00eb ka prodhuar pushteti i tij dhe Berish\u00ebs n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Nuk duhet t\u00eb kemi iluzione se kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me dik\u00eb q\u00eb po mendohet si t\u00eb tradhtoj\u00eb Berish\u00ebn, por kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb kanakar q\u00eb nuk ka provuar t\u00eb menaxhoj\u00eb krizat e Berish\u00ebs, por vet\u00ebm t\u00eb vjel\u00eb pushtetin e tij.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb tortur\u00eb e madhe t\u2019i k\u00ebrkosh sot Lul\u00ebzim Bash\u00ebs se pse flet ashtu si foli dhe akoma m\u00eb tortur\u00eb e madhe ta pyes\u00ebsh se \u00e7far\u00eb duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebsh n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb hallin e tij t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb madh, pasi nuk di kujt t\u2019ia thot\u00eb ato q\u00eb ka d\u00ebgjuar. Ndaj Berisha thjesht d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb l\u00ebr\u00eb larg der\u00ebs s\u00eb tij k\u00ebto z\u00ebra. Ai nuk do t\u00eb d\u00ebgjoj\u00eb asgj\u00eb q\u00eb nuk d\u00ebshiron. Mesazhet e Uashingtonit, p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb n\u00eb zarf me dyll\u00eb p\u00ebrmes Bash\u00ebs, kan\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbetur n\u00eb duart e Lul\u00ebzim Bash\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse guxon t\u00eb bisedoj\u00eb me Berish\u00ebn p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje, do t\u00eb prishet me t\u00eb dhe ai k\u00ebt\u00eb nuk e b\u00ebn kurr\u00eb. Edhe kaq ka rrezikuar shum\u00eb. Ka d\u00ebgjuar q\u00eb At\u00eb nuk e duan.
