Gatishm\u00ebria e konsullat\u00ebs ishte sa mbres\u00ebl\u00ebn\u00ebse, aq zhg\u00ebnjyese nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh: \u201cAta t\u00eb konsullat\u00ebs shqiptare ishin t\u00eb ngat\u00ebrruar, por m\u00eb duket se ata duan para\u201d, raportoi agjenti gjith\u00eb mllef.<\/p>\n<p>Sigurisht, kishte nj\u00eb doz\u00eb ironie kjo fraz\u00eb. Them ironi, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos th\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7mim p\u00ebr diplomacin\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb Amerik\u00eb. Kush m\u00eb shum\u00eb dhe kush m\u00eb pak ka n\u00eb n\u00ebnqenie nj\u00eb koeficient gjall\u00ebrie n\u00eb p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsimin e gj\u00ebrave materiale dhe parave, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i instaluar dhe i natyrsh\u00ebm. Prandaj q\u00ebllimi i ekspozimit t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve si nj\u00eb rac\u00eb ekstreme paradash\u00ebse n\u00eb filmin q\u00eb transmetoi \u201cTop Channel\u201d, mbase ishte tjet\u00ebr gj\u00eb. Me eleganc\u00eb, duke p\u00ebrmendur nj\u00eb institucion shqiptar, filmi amerikan s\u2019b\u00ebri gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, ve\u00e7se publikoi korrupsionin spektakolar q\u00eb sundon shtetin shqiptar, si nj\u00eb fenomen q\u00eb njihet bot\u00ebrisht.<\/p>\n<p>Dihet bot\u00ebrisht q\u00eb korrupsioni n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ka ngjitur, si dhi e eg\u00ebr, disa shkall\u00eb nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh drejt konsolidimit t\u00eb tij. Finalja ndodhi gjat\u00eb 21 janarit, ku pas protestave antikorrupsion, shteti shqiptar urdh\u00ebroi dhe vrau n\u00eb shesh kat\u00ebr qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm. I hidhur detaji n\u00eb film, gati posht\u00ebrues, por nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb se t\u00eb le goj\u00ebhapur, ashtu si nuk t\u00eb dalin syt\u00eb p\u00ebrjashta, n\u00ebse sheh xhaket\u00ebn e grisur t\u00eb nj\u00eb njeriu t\u00eb varf\u00ebr q\u00eb sheh vitrinat nga trotuari. Sepse, korrupsioni n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb rutin\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos th\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb ve\u00e7ori shqiptare n\u00eb opinionin bot\u00ebror, ashtu si ve\u00e7ori komb\u00ebtare \u00ebsht\u00eb varf\u00ebria n\u00eb Afrik\u00eb, t\u00ebrmetet n\u00eb Japoni apo homoseksualiteti n\u00eb Brazil.<\/p>\n<p>* * *<\/p>\n<p>Por nd\u00ebrkaq, duke supozuar korrupsionin si nj\u00eb ve\u00e7ori tipike, nuk mund t\u00eb shp\u00ebrfill\u00ebsh n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb tipike 21 janarin dhe sidomos hetimet rreth tij. Ndryshe nga hetimet p\u00ebr tragjedin\u00eb e G\u00ebrdecit, ku gjithashtu u vran\u00eb qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm, ngjarjet e 21 janarit, pasoj\u00eb e korrupsionit famoz q\u00eb p\u00ebrmend\u00ebm m\u00eb sip\u00ebr, soll\u00ebn nj\u00eb koshienc\u00eb t\u00eb re publike n\u00eb perceptimin q\u00eb shoq\u00ebria shqiptare ka p\u00ebr drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb. Nuk kishte ndodhur m\u00eb par\u00eb nj\u00eb duel kaq i qart\u00eb midis qeveris\u00eb dhe organit t\u00eb akuz\u00ebs, midis pushtetit dhe drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb si k\u00ebt\u00eb her\u00eb. Dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht kjo betej\u00eb e heshtur, por e dobishme, fal\u00eb autoritetit t\u00eb p\u00ebrballjes me realitetin e gj\u00ebrave, ajo q\u00eb shpjegon se p\u00ebrse sot, kryeprokurorja Ina Rama gjendet n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebmendjes.<\/p>\n<p>E krahasoi me Silvia Kontin, p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar kultur\u00ebn metaforike t\u00eb simboleve n\u00eb t\u00eb th\u00ebnat publike dhe e quajti n\u00eb fund \u201clavire bulevardi\u201d, p\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn arsye. Nd\u00ebrsa fraza \u201clavire bulevardi\u201d mbeti nj\u00eb metafor\u00eb e zez\u00eb, por edhe nj\u00eb simbol i fjalorit t\u00eb sh\u00ebmtuar t\u00eb kryeministrit shqiptar, q\u00eb nuk befason m\u00eb ask\u00ebnd me vulgaritetin primitiv ndaj kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebve, sot Ina Rama \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se kurr\u00eb \u201cSilvia Konti\u201d q\u00eb p\u00ebrmendi Berisha, apo Shote Galica, si e p\u00ebrshkruan dikush. Pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb nj\u00eb emision qeveritar si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cOpinioni\u201d i Fevziut, pa ju shmangur kurtheve t\u00eb moderatorit, Ina Rama tregoi pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb, q\u00eb ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb misionare e vetmuar e nj\u00eb drejt\u00ebsie t\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuar nga pushteti. Qart\u00ebsia, personaliteti dhe p\u00ebrballja e guximshme me akuzat e mazhoranc\u00ebs ndaj saj dhe me fatalitetin e ngjarjeve tragjike q\u00eb kulmuan me 21 janarin, ishin arm\u00ebt e saj n\u00eb debat.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse duhet th\u00ebn\u00eb me dy fjal\u00eb, zonja Rama u p\u00ebrball e vetme me dinamik\u00ebn e hekurt t\u00eb regjimit q\u00eb sundon sot Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. Q\u00eb kjo grua e virtytshme sfidoi hapur pushtetin, thjesht duke th\u00ebn\u00eb me guxim t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb kuptohet. Q\u00eb kryeprokurorja ka kontrolluar debatin p\u00ebr t\u00eb fituar p\u00ebrshtypjet, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e pranuar tashm\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb logjik\u00eb frym\u00ebzuese, kjo fem\u00ebr, me nj\u00eb personalitet t\u00eb spikatur, ku feminiliteti p\u00ebrzihet me fisnik\u00ebrin\u00eb, ka dal\u00eb mbi turbullir\u00ebn e ngjarjeve, p\u00ebr t\u2019i ndri\u00e7uar ato. P\u00ebrball\u00eb Blendi Fevziut, si t\u00eb qe p\u00ebrball\u00eb vet\u00eb pushtetit, kryeprokurorja rizgjoi shpres\u00ebn se n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ka ende hap\u00ebsir\u00eb dhe mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr moralitet dhe autoritet t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>* * *<\/p>\n<p>Jo si nj\u00eb personazh i filmit hollivudian, por si nj\u00eb faktor n\u00eb sken\u00ebn shqiptare t\u00eb ndodhive, duket se edhe ambasadori Arvizu, n\u00eb nj\u00ebfar\u00eb m\u00ebnyre dhe jo rast\u00ebsisht, ka zgjedhur Prokuroren e P\u00ebrgjithshme, apo mb\u00ebshtetjen ndaj saj, p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb edhe ai nj\u00eb mesazh pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsie ndaj mazhoranc\u00ebs. N\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebrthort\u00eb, sigurisht. Pun\u00ebt degjeneruan ndryshe dhe sot, v\u00ebshtir\u00eb ambasadori i nderuar ta \u00e7oj\u00eb n\u00eb mend t\u00eb p\u00ebrmend\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebri fjal\u00ebn \u201cburr\u00eb shteti\u201d p\u00ebr Berish\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Pas fakteve t\u00eb frikshme q\u00eb jan\u00eb ndri\u00e7uar s\u00eb fundmi edhe me ndihm\u00ebn e FBI-s\u00eb, lidhur me provat dhe manipulimet e tyre, \u00ebsht\u00eb i kuptuesh\u00ebm nj\u00eb lloj hutimi diplomatik i t\u00eb huajve. Sot, dashamir\u00ebsia e dikurshme p\u00ebr pushtetin e Tiran\u00ebs, rrezikon t\u00eb jet\u00eb di\u00e7ka si nj\u00eb maz\u00eb e shpenzuar gabim. Fakti se diplomacia e huaj n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri prezantohet s\u00eb fundmi m\u00eb e rafinuar se asnj\u00ebher\u00eb, tregon se mes dilemave tradicionale t\u00eb tyre ka nisur nj\u00eb v\u00ebmendje e re, ndon\u00ebse me nj\u00eb kosto tragjike. Duket se 21 janari, nd\u00ebrsa e v\u00ebrteta po zbardhet, dit\u00eb pas dite dhe fakt pas fakti, \u00ebsht\u00eb duke sjell\u00eb p\u00ebr ta, p\u00ebrmes dram\u00ebs, nj\u00eb leht\u00ebsi t\u00eb re t\u00eb t\u00eb kuptuarit t\u00eb gj\u00ebrave.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse e shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb tabel\u00eb qitje t\u00eb mazhoranc\u00ebs, q\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebngul me idiot\u00ebsi rrokullim\u00ebn drejt grop\u00ebs q\u00eb hapi vet\u00eb, gruaja m\u00eb e sulmuar, m\u00eb e fyer, m\u00eb e posht\u00ebruar prej kryeministrit dhe mazhoranc\u00ebs, \u201clavirja e bulevardeve, pu\u00e7istja, tradhtarja, adoleshentja, lozonjarja\u201d, \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb edhe gruaja m\u00eb e mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb vend nga ambasador\u00ebt e huaj n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, por edhe nga opinioni publik. Kjo gj\u00eb nuk ndodh rast\u00ebsisht. Arsyeja e k\u00ebsaj mb\u00ebshtetje nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb personi Ina Rama, as finesa e saj e natyrshme n\u00eb daljet publike, as feminiliteti i brisht\u00eb q\u00eb ajo rrezaton pafaj\u00ebsisht. P\u00ebrkundrazi! Arsyeja e k\u00ebsaj p\u00ebrkrahje masive \u00ebsht\u00eb autoriteti i sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm i institucionit t\u00eb akuz\u00ebs q\u00eb ajo p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson.<\/p>\n<p>Te ky autoritet z\u00eb fill shpresa p\u00ebr drejt\u00ebsi e njer\u00ebzve opozitar\u00eb. Mjafton t\u2019i hedh\u00ebsh nj\u00eb sy komenteve \u201conline\u201d n\u00eb blogjet shqiptare lidhur me intervist\u00ebn e saj, p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar p\u00ebrshtypjen se me k\u00ebt\u00eb sfid\u00eb, kryeprokurorja, e p\u00ebrshkruar me epitete hyjnore dhe epike, ka provokuar nj\u00eb frym\u00ebzim kolektiv anemban\u00eb vendit dhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Si \u00e7do frym\u00ebzim kolektiv, edhe ky lidhet me nevoj\u00ebn publike p\u00ebr ndershm\u00ebri dhe protest\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetshme ndaj sundimit. Kjo nevoj\u00eb e ngutshme shpjegon se p\u00ebrse n\u00eb komentet \u201conline\u201d ka nj\u00eb mbivler\u00ebsim t\u00eb merituar p\u00ebr Ina Ram\u00ebn.
