I dyti mban nj\u00eb mbiem\u00ebr, q\u00eb duhet ndaluar me ligj.<\/p>\n<p>Ai mbiem\u00ebr paraqet rrezik p\u00ebr paqen publike dhe e tmerron katundin. Pika 5 do t\u00eb nis\u00eb t\u00eb zbatohet n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb, sepse ata kan\u00eb ngr\u00ebn\u00eb shum\u00eb molla, molla q\u00eb i ka ndaluar Zoti personalisht.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo nuk mund t\u00eb tolerohet, kjo nuk mund t\u00eb anashkalohet dhe nuk mund t\u00eb injorohet ashtu leht\u00eb. Sipas k\u00ebtij paragrafi, ata nuk do t\u00eb ken\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb mos pranojn\u00eb fajin. Ky paragraf \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb interesant dhe shum\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u2019i diktuar dhe ndjekur edhe heretik\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb apo ndri\u00e7uar mbrapshtinat e tjera. P\u00ebr k\u00ebto ekzistojn\u00eb edhe dokumente dhe incizime. \u00c7do gj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e faktuar dhe do t\u2019i dor\u00ebzohen kadiut t\u00eb ri. Nuk ka asnj\u00eb dyshim se do t\u00eb d\u00ebnohen p\u00ebr blasfemi, sakrilegj dhe magji.
