Gjermanis\u00eb i intereson stabiliteti n\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa protestat e L\u00ebvizjes \u201cVet\u00ebvendosje\u201d e mbrojn\u00eb sovranitetin e Kuvendit nga Qeveria autoritare dhe antidemokratike e Tha\u00e7it, thot\u00eb Max Brym, nj\u00eb hebre me shtet\u00ebsi gjermane, i angazhuar si ligj\u00ebrues n\u00eb Universitetin e Prishtin\u00ebs, e i cili i njeh shum\u00eb mir\u00eb personalitetet shqiptare, prej Hysen T\u00ebrpez\u00ebs e deri te k\u00ebta q\u00eb jan\u00eb aktualisht.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>I mb\u00ebshtjell\u00eb me nj\u00eb pallto t\u00eb madhe ngjyr\u00eb kafeje, me nj\u00eb kapel\u00eb t\u00eb gjelb\u00ebr n\u00eb kok\u00eb q\u00eb njihet si \u201crepublika\u201d dhe me nj\u00eb \u00e7ant\u00eb t\u00eb zez\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb, ai n\u00eb dukje t\u00eb par\u00eb krijon perceptimin se mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb pensionist i zakonsh\u00ebm q\u00eb gjendja ekonomike n\u00eb vend e ka detyruar t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb xhiro. Por, kjo p\u00ebrshtypje \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb jet\u00ebshkurt\u00ebr. Rr\u00ebnohet sapo ai ta \u00e7el\u00eb goj\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb me nj\u00eb theks t\u00eb asnj\u00eb rajoni shqiptar: \u201cUn\u00eb jam Max Brym. Un\u00eb jam nga Gjermania\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Max \u00ebsht\u00eb biri i nj\u00eb \u00e7ifti hebrenjsh. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb filozof me profesion, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb vjen shpesh, meq\u00eb ekziston nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje n\u00eb mes t\u00eb Universitetit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs dhe Universitetit t\u00eb Regensburgut t\u00eb Gjermanis\u00eb p\u00ebr shk\u00ebmbimin e profesor\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb student\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Fakultetin Filozofik t\u00eb UP-s\u00eb, Max mban ligj\u00ebrata t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebs hyrje n\u00eb filozofi. Mir\u00ebpo, lidhja e pes\u00ebdhjetekat\u00ebrvje\u00e7arit nga Munihu me Kosov\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e fort\u00eb sesa marr\u00ebveshja midis dy universiteteve p\u00ebr shk\u00ebmbime. Kjo fal\u00eb s\u00eb \u00ebm\u00ebs s\u00eb Maxit. Ajo gjat\u00eb Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore kishte qen\u00eb nj\u00ebra nga t\u00eb mbijetuarat e t\u00ebr\u00eb asaj q\u00eb kishte ndodhur fal\u00eb p\u00ebrkujdesjes s\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Max, n\u00eb nj\u00eb intervist\u00eb p\u00ebr Koha Ditore, tregon se me t\u00eb kuptuar n\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebri t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn e n\u00ebn\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, kjo gj\u00eb ka ndikuar tek ai q\u00eb t\u00eb interesohet p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt. Thot\u00eb se i njeh shum\u00eb mir\u00eb personalitetet shqiptare, prej Hysen T\u00ebrpez\u00ebs e deri te k\u00ebta q\u00eb jan\u00eb aktualisht.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas tij, shqiptar\u00ebt jan\u00eb njer\u00ebz t\u00eb mir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb merituar udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs politik\u00eb si Sali Berisha n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe Hashim Tha\u00e7i n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cE vler\u00ebsoj popullin shqiptar shum\u00eb lart, sidomos historin\u00eb e tij t\u00eb lavdishme q\u00eb prej koh\u00ebs s\u00eb Sk\u00ebnderbeut e deri te Lidhja Shqiptare e Prizrenit\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Max thot\u00eb se e vler\u00ebson edhe tradit\u00ebn e shqiptar\u00ebve dhe pjes\u00ebmarrjen e tyre n\u00eb luft\u00ebn antifashiste.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShqip\u00ebria ve\u00e7ohet n\u00eb histori prej t\u00eb gjitha vendeve t\u00eb tjera: para aneksimit fashist n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri kan\u00eb jetuar diku rreth 200 hebrenj, nd\u00ebrsa pas pushtimit fashist n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, me t\u00eb strehuarit numri i hebrenjve \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur n\u00eb mbi 1000\u201d, kujton ai. \u201cPra kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb Evrop\u00ebn\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas tij, populli shqiptar pas Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore nuk e ka merituar q\u00eb t\u00eb jetoj\u00eb i ndar\u00eb dhe as, si\u00e7 i quan ai, n\u00eb diktaturat pseudosocialiste dhe staliniste si n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ashtu edhe n\u00eb Jugosllavi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cP\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhur te aktualiteti, shqiptar\u00ebt me vetit\u00eb q\u00eb i kan\u00eb nuk i meritojn\u00eb qeverit\u00eb q\u00eb i kan\u00eb si n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb edhe n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. N\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb Evrop\u00ebn tashm\u00eb dihet se si Berisha n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe Tha\u00e7i n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb i kan\u00eb pllakosur vendet n\u00eb korrupsion\u201d, thot\u00eb Max. \u201cMir\u00ebpo, un\u00eb besoj se shum\u00eb shpejt populli shqiptar n\u00eb t\u00eb dyja an\u00ebt e kufirit do ta heq\u00eb qaf\u00ebsh k\u00ebt\u00eb model t\u00eb qeverisjes\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Kosova sot p\u00ebrballet me shum\u00eb probleme. Por, ai thot\u00eb q\u00eb dy t\u00eb jen\u00eb kryesoret: mungesa e sovranitetit dhe gjendja e r\u00ebnd\u00eb ekonomike.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cN\u00ebse e shikojm\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn nga k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrimi real, at\u00ebher\u00eb mund t\u00eb themi se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb shtet sovran. Edhe pse Kosova ka Qeveri, ka Parlament, prap\u00ebseprap\u00eb ICO-ja n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet Pakos s\u00eb Ahtisaarit e ka fjal\u00ebn p\u00ebrfundimtare. ICO-ja mund t\u00eb kthej\u00eb ligje, t\u2019i nd\u00ebrroj\u00eb ministrat etj.\u201d, thot\u00eb Max. \u201cP\u00ebr ta marr\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb shembull tjet\u00ebr: \u00ebsht\u00eb ambasadori amerikan Christopher Dell, ai q\u00eb tashm\u00eb e ka marr\u00eb nofk\u00ebn \u2018Zeusi i Kosov\u00ebs\u2019. Gjat\u00eb zgjedhjes s\u00eb Presidentit ai krijoi skandalin e SMS-ve, gj\u00eb e cila n\u00eb Gjermani nuk do t\u00eb tolerohej, sepse asnj\u00eb diplomat i huaj nuk do t\u00eb lejohej q\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhynte n\u00eb pun\u00ebt e brendshme t\u00eb Gjermanis\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Me t\u00eb ilustruar munges\u00ebn e sovranitetit, Max del te problemi i dyt\u00eb thelb\u00ebsor me t\u00eb cilin sipas tij p\u00ebrballet shoq\u00ebria n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSipas Bank\u00ebs Bot\u00ebrore, 36 p\u00ebr qind e qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs jetojn\u00eb me m\u00eb pak se dy euro n\u00eb dit\u00eb dhe 16 p\u00ebr qind me m\u00eb pak se nj\u00eb euro n\u00eb dit\u00eb. N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, e kemi nj\u00eb grup t\u00eb vog\u00ebl njer\u00ebzish t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb milioner\u00eb brenda nat\u00ebs e q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb p\u00ebr mrekulli. Kjo paraqet nj\u00eb mosp\u00ebrputhje t\u00eb tmerrshme midis k\u00ebtyre dy kategorive\u201d, thot\u00eb ai. \u201cI kam d\u00ebgjuar shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se si shum\u00eb politikan\u00eb gjat\u00eb nat\u00ebs b\u00ebhen biznesmen\u00eb. Un\u00eb dua t\u2019i besoj popullit, sepse kur \u00ebsht\u00eb fjala p\u00ebr k\u00ebso gj\u00ebrash \u00e7do popull ka shqisa t\u00eb mprehta p\u00ebr t\u2019i ndier ato\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Shtetasi gjerman ka treguar se ka qen\u00eb duke ndenjur n\u00eb qet\u00ebsi tash dit\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit, derisa nuk ka hasur n\u00eb nj\u00eb intervist\u00eb t\u00eb ish-shefit t\u00eb Sh\u00ebrbimit Informativ t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Kadri Veseli, dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb portali gjerman. Apelin e Veselit p\u00ebr kompanit\u00eb gjermane q\u00eb t\u00eb vijn\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe t\u00eb investojn\u00eb \u2013 sa vijn\u00eb kompani turke \u2013 Max e ka quajtur apel budallall\u00ebku.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cApeli i zotit Veselit ka qen\u00eb apel budallall\u00ebku. Nuk ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi se a vjen investitori privat nga Turqia apo nga Gjermania. Investitori privat i huaj \u00ebsht\u00eb i interesuar q\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebrfitime, sa m\u00eb shpejt, pa paguar tatime dhe me fuqi pun\u00ebtore sa m\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb\u201d, shprehet ai. \u201cLufta e korporatave private p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfitime maksimale nuk ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb asgj\u00eb me kombet\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Max ka treguar se ka par\u00eb q\u00eb Veseli e ka lavd\u00ebruar kompanin\u00eb gjermane ANR, nj\u00eb kompani kjo q\u00eb, sipas tij, n\u00eb rajonin e Rahovecit \u00ebsht\u00eb e interesuar q\u00eb t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb kromin q\u00eb gjendet aty.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cN\u00eb vend se zoti Veseli t\u00eb marr\u00eb parasysh nevoj\u00ebn e madhe t\u00eb tregut p\u00ebr kromin \u2013 t\u00eb kujtojm\u00eb faktin se si Kosova e Shqip\u00ebria s\u00eb bashku e kan\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb tret\u00ebn e rezervave bot\u00ebrore t\u00eb kromit \u2013 dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrkrah\u00eb iden\u00eb q\u00eb kromi k\u00ebtu t\u00eb p\u00ebrpunohej e m\u00eb pas t\u00eb shitej e t\u00eb ringjallej ekonomia, ai shp\u00ebrfaq simpati p\u00ebr korporatat e huaja q\u00eb do t\u2019ua merrnin pasurin\u00eb\u201d, thot\u00eb ai.<\/p>\n<p>Filozofi q\u00eb shkollimin e tij e ka kryer n\u00eb Izrael, ka treguar se si e sheh politik\u00ebn e Berlinit n\u00eb raport me Kosov\u00ebn. Ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se Gjermanis\u00eb i intereson vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb gj\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb: stabiliteti.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPolitika zyrtare gjermane e ka vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb interes n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb: q\u00eb t\u00eb mbizot\u00ebroj\u00eb stabiliteti. Mir\u00ebpo, stabiliteti q\u00eb proklamohet nga Qeveria gjermane dhe t\u00eb tjerat, p\u00ebr mua ka nj\u00eb kuptim negativ. Kur thuhet se gjendja duhet t\u00eb mbetet stabile, at\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00ebnkuptohet q\u00eb ajo t\u00eb mos zhvillohet pozitivisht\u201d, thot\u00eb Max.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPas vizit\u00ebs s\u00eb zonj\u00ebs Merkel n\u00eb Beograd, kam v\u00ebrejtur se ajo ka fituar simpati t\u00eb madhe tek shqiptar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs. Shum\u00eb gj\u00ebra q\u00eb ajo i ka th\u00ebn\u00eb kan\u00eb ting\u00eblluar pozitivisht, por edhe zonja Merkel \u00ebsht\u00eb e interesuar q\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb stabiliteti\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas tij, Merkel ka interes t\u00eb madh p\u00ebr marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie t\u00eb mira me Serbin\u00eb, meq\u00eb Serbia partner t\u00eb dyt\u00eb p\u00ebr shk\u00ebmbime tregtare e ka Gjermanin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb procesin e privatizimit, interesim t\u00eb madh kan\u00eb shfaqur edhe kompani t\u00eb ndryshme gjermane. \u2018Deutsche Telekom\u2019 n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet selis\u00eb s\u00eb saj n\u00eb Kroaci \u00ebsht\u00eb interesuar q\u00eb ta privatizoj\u00eb PTK-n\u00eb dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb \u00e7mim sa m\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb, madje \u00e7mimi prej 350 milion\u00eb eurosh u \u00ebsht\u00eb dukur shtrenjt\u00eb\u201d, thot\u00eb ai.<\/p>\n<p>Pes\u00ebdhjetekat\u00ebrvje\u00e7ari nga Munihu, pos filozofis\u00eb, i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb vetes nj\u00eb angazhim shtes\u00eb. At\u00eb thot\u00eb se e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt. Max s\u00eb bashku me disa shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2002 e kishin hapur portalin www.kosova-aktuell.de. Aty ka lajme p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn gjermane.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPat\u00ebm vler\u00ebsuar se shtypi gjerman informonte shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb gjermane keq dhe jo mjaftuesh\u00ebm rreth ngjarjeve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Kosova z\u00eb vend n\u00eb shtypin gjerman vet\u00ebm n\u00ebse ndizet ndonj\u00eb zjarr dhe kur vdesin njer\u00ebz\u2026 Arsyeja tjet\u00ebr pse e kemi b\u00ebr\u00eb portalin lidhet me numrin e madh t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Gjermani, Zvic\u00ebr dhe Austri\u201d, tregon Max. \u201cKosova-aktuell i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb vet\u00ebs misionin q\u00eb gjenerat\u00ebn e tret\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebrgat\u00ebs shqiptare t\u00eb mos e l\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb shk\u00ebputet plot\u00ebsisht prej vendit t\u00eb origjin\u00ebs\u201d, tregon ai.<\/p>\n<p>Max i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes \u201cVet\u00ebvendosje\u201d n\u00eb aksionin e saj p\u00ebr mbylljen e kufirit me Serbin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cProtestat e k\u00ebsaj l\u00ebvizjeje jan\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht legjitime. L\u00ebvizja \u2018Vet\u00ebvendosje\u2019 po e mbron sovranitetin e Kuvendit nga Qeveria autoritare dhe antidemokratike e Tha\u00e7it\u201d, thot\u00eb Max.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cN\u00ebse Serbia nuk i njeh tabelat e automjeteve t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, edhe Kosova me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb nuk duhet t\u2019i njoh\u00eb tabelat e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Serbis\u00eb.
