Dihet mir\u00eb se t\u00eb gjith\u00eb gardist\u00ebt kan\u00eb q\u00eblluar n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin moment, mbi turm\u00ebn apo n\u00eb aj\u00ebr. K\u00ebt\u00eb e tregojn\u00eb mir\u00eb pamjet filmike q\u00eb transmetuan t\u00eb gjitha mediat. Po k\u00ebshtu dihet mir\u00eb se urdh\u00ebri p\u00ebr t\u00eb q\u00eblluar ishte i Ndrea Prendit n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet radios marr\u00ebse dhe dh\u00ebn\u00ebse. Tashm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e sqaruar sakt\u00eb edhe fakti q\u00eb Prendi e dha k\u00ebt\u00eb urdh\u00ebr pas grushtave t\u00eb shefit t\u00eb siguris\u00eb s\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs, i cili p\u00ebrcolli me nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb \u201cbind\u00ebse\u201d detyrimin q\u00eb i vuri shefi i vet, kryeminist\u00ebr. Tashm\u00eb nuk ka shqiptar q\u00eb nuk e di t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn, se Prendi \u00ebsht\u00eb rrahur, n\u00eb prani t\u00eb vet kryeministrit. Mbetet e dyshimt\u00eb mund\u00ebsia q\u00eb kreu i Gard\u00ebs ta ket\u00eb pasur n\u00eb brez arm\u00ebn at\u00eb moment. Me siguri arma i \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb nga dhunuesi, i cili e ka p\u00ebrdorur m\u00eb pas vet\u00eb, apo dikush tjet\u00ebr, pa e prishur terezin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>E th\u00ebn\u00eb ndryshe Prendi \u00ebsht\u00eb kurbani i duhur p\u00ebr Berish\u00ebn, i cili e ruajti p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vit me radh\u00eb, madje duke e shp\u00ebrblyer, mes tjerash me nj\u00eb makin\u00eb tip \u201cPorche\u201d q\u00eb rezultonte e vjedhur jasht\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe q\u00eb ishte bllokuar nga prokuroria. Por ashtu si\u00e7 e ka zakon Berisha q\u00eb t\u00eb shes\u00eb viktimat, (nuk mund t\u00eb quhen ndryshe kamikaz\u00ebt e grupit t\u00eb zjarrit t\u00eb 21 janarit), ashtu ia shp\u00ebrbleu edhe Prendit p\u00ebrdorjen jasht\u00ebzakonshme q\u00eb i b\u00ebri. Menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas ngjarjes, n\u00eb daljen e tij t\u00eb par\u00eb publike, Berisha e l\u00ebvdoi sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtorin e tij t\u00eb zellsh\u00ebm para gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve. Madje kryeministri, pasi p\u00ebrhapi g\u00ebnjeshtr\u00ebn p\u00ebr \u00e7adra granat-hedh\u00ebs, stilolapsa-pistolet\u00eb, 40 kg tritol, gur\u00eb-bomba, pohoi faqe shqiptar\u00ebve se Ndrea Prendi ishte goditur n\u00eb sy nga protestuesit.<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00eb at\u00ebher\u00eb lind\u00ebn dyshimet e para, pasi Prendi nuk u pa n\u00eb asnj\u00eb moment jasht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs s\u00eb kryeministris\u00eb, por gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb koh\u00eb ka rezultuar se ka q\u00ebndruar n\u00eb zyr\u00ebn e Berish\u00ebs. Kjo e v\u00ebrteton edhe faktin se atij arma i ishte marr\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, pasi \u00ebsht\u00eb e pabesueshm\u00eb q\u00eb nj\u00eb ushtarak, t\u00eb rrihej me grushta e shkelma, t\u00eb shahej me lib\u00ebr fisi dhe familjeje dhe t\u00eb mos reagonte n\u00ebse kishte pistolet\u00eb n\u00eb brez. Por ndryshe nga Prendi, shefi i siguris\u00eb s\u00eb Sal\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb fotografuar dhe filmuar shum\u00eb her\u00eb sip\u00ebr terrac\u00ebs s\u00eb kryeministris\u00eb, madje edhe n\u00ebp\u00ebr oborr, disa her\u00eb i armatosur edhe me kallashnikov.<\/p>\n<p>Po citoj t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat zyrtare t\u00eb hetimit, pak dit\u00eb pas ngjarjes: \u201c\u2026 Faik Myrtaj \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eblluar pran\u00eb trotuarit, n\u00eb an\u00eb t\u00eb kullave binjake, p\u00ebrball\u00eb port\u00ebs s\u00eb hekurit t\u00eb godin\u00ebs s\u00eb Kryeministris\u00eb. Ai ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb bulevardit, duke u larguar, kur ka marr\u00eb nj\u00eb plumb n\u00eb kurriz dhe ka r\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrdhe dhe ka gjetur vdekjen. Ai e ka marr\u00eb plumbin nga lart-posht\u00eb. Ekspert\u00ebt kan\u00eb dal\u00eb n\u00eb konkluzionin se nj\u00eb plumb t\u00eb till\u00eb mund ta ket\u00eb marr\u00eb nga ndonj\u00eb person sip\u00ebr Kryeministris\u00eb\u2026\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe ja t\u00eb vijm\u00eb tani tek deklarata publike e Prokurores s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme Ina Rama: \u201cNga aktet e ekzaminimeve balistike t\u00eb kryera si n\u00eb laboratorin e Kriminalistik\u00ebs n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, ashtu edhe n\u00eb laborator\u00ebt e kriminalistik\u00ebs s\u00eb FBI n\u00eb SHBA, rezulton e provuar tej \u00e7do dyshimi se, nga arma personale e shtetasit Ndrea Prendi, pistolet\u00eb tip Beretta e kalibrit 9 mm dhe me num\u00ebr P52796Z, jan\u00eb realizuar 11 qitje n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb turm\u00ebs. Nj\u00eb nga predhat q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb qitur nga arma e shtetasit Ndrea Prendi, ka shkaktuar vdekjen e shtetasit Faik Myrtaj. Predhat e tjera t\u00eb qitura prej tij jan\u00eb gjendur n\u00eb pem\u00ebt dekorative dhe n\u00eb muret e zyrave t\u00eb UNHCR.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb shmangur zbulimin e k\u00ebtij fakti, ky person duke p\u00ebrfituar nga detyra q\u00eb mban, ka nd\u00ebrruar tyt\u00ebn e pistolet\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, me tyt\u00ebn e pistolet\u00ebs s\u00eb personit tjet\u00ebr n\u00ebn hetim, shtetasit Margarit Kume. Nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht ai ka d\u00ebmtuar mekanikisht gjilp\u00ebr\u00ebn godit\u00ebse t\u00eb pistolet\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, duke patur si synim q\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet d\u00ebmtimit t\u00eb saj t\u00eb b\u00ebnte t\u00eb pamundur q\u00eb ekspert\u00ebt t\u00eb evidentonin se g\u00ebzhojat e gjetura n\u00eb vendngjarje ishin qitur nga arma e tij. Modifikimet e b\u00ebra n\u00eb arm\u00ebn e tij pas ngjarjes, jan\u00eb provuar plot\u00ebsisht nga ekzaminimet m\u00eb t\u00eb specializuara t\u00eb kryera nga ekspert\u00ebt e FBI\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Pra nuk mbetet gj\u00eb ve\u00e7se vet\u00eb Ndrea Prendi t\u00eb tregoj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn sesi u p\u00ebrdor arma e tij. I duhet t\u00eb rr\u00ebfehet edhe p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb peripecit\u00eb e kryera deri n\u00eb nd\u00ebrrimin e pjes\u00ebve t\u00eb arm\u00ebs, dhe pse pik\u00ebrisht arm\u00ebs s\u00eb tij dhe jo, p\u00ebr shembull, asaj t\u00eb Agim Llupos. Gardist\u00ebt s\u00eb bashku me armatimin kan\u00eb q\u00ebndruar p\u00ebr shum\u00eb dit\u00eb brenda kryeministris\u00eb duke pasur mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e modifikimit t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha arm\u00ebve, por kjo gj\u00eb u b\u00eb vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr pistolet\u00ebn e Prendit. Berisha pasi e pa q\u00eb nuk mund ta mbronte dot m\u00eb kryegardistin n\u00eb grop\u00ebn e plehut ku e zhyti, dje i b\u00ebri edhe nj\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb fundit, duke nd\u00ebrhyr\u00eb n\u00eb gjykat\u00eb p\u00ebr mosburgosjen.<\/p>\n<p>Tashm\u00eb mbi Ndrea Prendin, ve\u00e7 hasm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb dyfisht\u00eb me familjen Myrtaj i ka mbetur mbi supe edhe tallja publike nga Berisha. Shefi i vet, kryeminist\u00ebr e rrahu, e ofendoi, e detyroi t\u00eb jepte urdh\u00ebrin p\u00ebr t\u00eb vrar\u00eb kat\u00ebr njer\u00ebz dhe m\u00eb n\u00eb fund e la zbuluar, pa p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb k\u00ebtu hesapet penale q\u00eb mirditori Prendi ka me drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb. Tani mbetet n\u00eb dor\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb vet\u00eb Prendit t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb Berisha b\u00ebri ndaj tij.
