Kushtetuta e sakt\u00ebson qart\u00eb em\u00ebrimin e zv. kryetarit t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Larte t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb si dhe kthjellon n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb precize rastet e mbarimit t\u00eb mandatit t\u00eb an\u00ebtarit t\u00eb KLD-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A ju ka ardhur ju ndonj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb, apo ishte e papritur p\u00ebr ju kjo deklarat\u00eb e sotme?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aspak\u2026 Madje kjo ka kat\u00ebr vjet q\u00eb ka nisur me k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e ish-ministrit t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb Berisha 1, kur ne shkarkuam gjyqtar\u00ebt e \u00e7\u00ebshtjes G\u00ebrdeci q\u00eb i dhan\u00eb pafaj\u00ebsi Mihal Delijorgjit. Dhe ka vazhduar k\u00ebshtu me radh\u00eb deri n\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e fundit p\u00ebr shkarkim nga parlamenti. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb atentat kund\u00ebr Kushtetut\u00ebs dhe n\u00ebnshtrim i t\u00eb gjith\u00eb nomeklatur\u00ebs. Nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera duhet pyetur PD, por mbetem i hapur dhe shume kureshtar p\u00ebr arsyet ligjore dhe legjitimitetin kushtetues t\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs. Arsyet besoj se u deklaruan hapur nga kryeministri dhe sipas tij \u00ebsht\u00eb Aleanca Kuq e Zi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Z. Spahiu, a besoni ju se PD do mund t\u00eb arrij kuorumin e nevojsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u2019ju shkarkuar n\u00eb parlament?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>E ku pyesin deputet\u00ebt e sot\u00ebm p\u00ebr kuorum\u2026 A ju kujtohet sa her\u00eb i kemi faktuar se votojn\u00eb me dy duar, p\u00ebr shokun dhe \u00e7dok\u00ebnd q\u00eb kan\u00eb rrotull?! \u00c7\u00ebshtja \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e thell\u00eb se kaq. Kuvendi nuk ka tagrin ligjor p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb hetim dhe aq m\u00eb tep\u00ebr shkarkimin e z\u00ebvend\u00ebs kryetarit t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb. Largohem apo shkarkohem kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb me pak r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi sepse un\u00eb e kam zgjedhur rrug\u00ebn time, por \u00ebsht\u00eb thell\u00ebsisht serioz precedenti antikushtetues p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kryeministri Berisha deklaroi madje q\u00eb nuk e meritoni emrin Kreshnik, por jeni \u201cnj\u00eb liliput i pavler\u00eb\u201d, si\u00e7 ai u shpreh. Si e gjykoni ju, keni ju nj\u00eb koment n\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebto etiketime?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jo. Jo, sepse ky \u00ebsht\u00eb ndryshimi mes meje dhe kryeministrit. Un\u00eb quhem Kreshnik p\u00ebr shkak se jam bir i dy prind\u00ebrve t\u00eb mir\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb. Dhe ndjej keqardhje qe kryeministri p\u00ebr t\u00eb disat\u00ebn her\u00eb kalon \u00e7do kufij etik dhe moral ne nj\u00eb debat. Do e ftoja q\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb konflikt, se paku t\u00eb ruante disa raporte, jo p\u00ebr mua, por p\u00ebr institucionin dhe publikun q\u00eb do na ndjek\u00eb. Etiketimet dhe vler\u00ebsimet p\u00ebr nj\u00ebri tjetrin le t\u2019ia lem\u00eb publikut.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ka shum\u00eb z\u00ebra q\u00eb e lidhin Aleanc\u00ebn Kuq e Zi me nj\u00eb parti t\u00eb ardhshme. A jan\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta k\u00ebto z\u00ebra dhe cili do t\u00eb jet\u00eb posti juaj n\u00ebse kjo do t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aleanca Kuq e Zi \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e madhe se partit\u00eb politike dhe meriton nj\u00eb vler\u00ebsim tjet\u00ebr.
