N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb hetimeve, prokuror\u00ebt kan\u00eb arritur n\u00eb konkluzionin se protesta e opozit\u00ebs ishte e ligjshme, e pajisur me leje nga policia lokale, dhe nuk ishte nj\u00eb tentativ\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb rr\u00ebzuar rendin kushtetues. Lajmi konfirmohet nga burimet zyrtare t\u00eb organit qendror t\u00eb akuz\u00ebs, sipas t\u00eb cil\u00ebve Prokuroria nuk ka arritur t\u00eb provoj\u00eb se demonstrata e 21 Janarit kishte si synim rr\u00ebzimin e qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb drejtuar nga kryeministri Sali Berisha.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebtij konstatim t\u00eb arritur nga organi i akuz\u00ebs, edhe Policia e Shtetit nuk ka arritur t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb ndonj\u00eb prov\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb faktoj\u00eb deklaratat e ministrave dhe kryeministrit Berisha p\u00ebr nj\u00eb grusht shteti.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb prokuroris\u00eb, edhe pse hetimet kan\u00eb nisur prej koh\u00ebsh, pritet pushimi i dosjes, p\u00ebr shkak se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb arritur t\u00eb provohet se 21 Janari kishte si synim nj\u00eb grusht shteti. Ky p\u00ebrfundim i organit t\u00eb akuz\u00ebs dhe policis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nxjerr pas hetimeve gati nj\u00eb vje\u00e7are ku jan\u00eb pyetur dhe administruar n\u00eb dosje nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb shkresash zyrtare t\u00eb ndryshme, ku n\u00eb asnj\u00eb prov\u00eb nuk faktohet se demonstrat\u00eb e 21 Janarit ishte nj\u00eb grusht shteti. Sipas policis\u00eb, duke iu referuar materialet t\u00eb d\u00ebrguar n\u00eb prokurori, m\u00eb dat\u00eb 21 Janar 2011 nuk kishte ndonj\u00eb organizim p\u00ebr grusht shtetit, por vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb demonstrat\u00eb t\u00eb ligjshme, e cila kaloi n\u00eb trazira duke shkat\u00ebrruar pron\u00ebn publike.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cN\u00eb asnj\u00eb vend t\u00eb shkres\u00ebs s\u00eb policis\u00eb nuk p\u00ebrmend\u00ebn viktimat e vrar\u00eb dit\u00ebn e 21 Janarit 2011. Aty renditet dhunimi i rendit kushtetues, shkat\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb pron\u00ebs private dhe shtet\u00ebrore dhe sulmi ndaj efektiv\u00ebve t\u00eb policis\u00eb. Aty nuk p\u00ebrmend\u00ebt as dhuna e ushtruar nga policia ndaj demonstruesve, por as vrasjet dhe plagosjet e ndodhura dit\u00ebn e demonstrat\u00ebs\u201d,- thuhet nga burimet e prokuroris\u00eb, duke iu referuar materialeve q\u00eb policia i ka kaluar organit t\u00eb akuz\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNga hetimet e deri tanishme, nuk na rezulton se kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me organizim t\u00eb grushtit t\u00eb shtetit apo \u201cpucit\u201d shtet\u00ebror. Nga verifikimi i kryer dhe hetimi i gjithansh\u00ebm kemi provuar se organizator\u00ebt, pra opozita, ka organizuar nj\u00eb demonstrat\u00eb qytetare, e cila m\u00eb pas ka dal\u00eb jasht\u00eb kontrollit nga individ\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar duke sjell edhe pasojat e vrasjes nga efektiv\u00ebt e Gard\u00ebs s\u00eb Republik\u00ebs, q\u00eb jan\u00eb treguar jo profesional\u00eb n\u00eb detyr\u00ebn e tyre\u201d,- thuhet nga burimet pran\u00eb organit qendror t\u00eb akuz\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dosja e gardist\u00ebve do t\u00eb d\u00ebrgohet n\u00eb gjyq<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat burime shpjeguan se n\u00eb dit\u00ebt n\u00eb vazhdim dosja penale ndaj organizator\u00ebve t\u00eb demonstrat\u00ebs do t\u00eb pushohet, nd\u00ebrsa do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb n\u00eb gjyq hetimi ndaj efektiv\u00ebve t\u00eb Gard\u00ebs q\u00eb q\u00eblluan drejt turm\u00ebs s\u00eb demonstruesve. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 gardist\u00ebve n\u00eb gjyq do t\u00eb d\u00ebrgohen edhe zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb kryeministris\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb personat q\u00eb penguan prokurorin\u00eb p\u00ebr zbulimin dhe identifikimin e vrasjeve duke fshir\u00eb pamjet filmike t\u00eb kamerave t\u00eb siguris\u00eb mesnat\u00ebn e 21 janarit 2011 duke u gdhir\u00eb m\u00ebngjesi i dat\u00ebs 22 janar brenda godin\u00ebs s\u00eb kryeministris\u00eb. Hetuesit sakt\u00ebsojn\u00eb se subjekti Partia Socialiste kishte marr\u00eb leje p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb demonstrat\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa policia nuk e ka kund\u00ebrshtuar.
