T\u00eb dyja ngjarjet nuk jan\u00eb pa lidhje nj\u00ebra me tjetr\u00ebn, sepse presidenti aktual ka deklaruar tashm\u00eb projektin e tij politik dhe paralelisht kemi edhe nj\u00eb l\u00ebvizje q\u00eb duket n\u00eb ekspansion t\u00eb gjer\u00eb si aleanca kuqezi, e cila gjithashtu mund t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb parti politike. Duke pasur parasysh k\u00ebto dy zhvillime, por edhe t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb mund t\u00eb kondicionohen nga nj\u00eb reform\u00eb e pritshme zgjedhore, por edhe nga rrethanat politike shum\u00eb specifike t\u00eb k\u00ebtij mandati t\u00eb dyt\u00eb qeveris\u00ebs s\u00eb Partis\u00eb Demokratike dhe aleat\u00ebve, mendoni se harta elektorale e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb e nj\u00ebjta?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Naser Aliu: Jo. Harta elektorale do t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb n\u00eb drejtim pozitiv, por edhe n\u00eb at\u00eb negativ. Koalicionet do t\u00eb jen\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira n\u00eb nj\u00eb an\u00eb, n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr Partia Demokratike do t\u00eb dob\u00ebsohet. Dob\u00ebsimi i saj do t\u00eb sjell\u00eb tollovi brenda partis\u00eb dhe mund t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb \u201cpu\u00e7\u201d i brendsh\u00ebm n\u00eb Partin\u00eb Demokratike. Aty ka shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz t\u00eb zhg\u00ebnjyer. Aty ka demokrat t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, por jan\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtuar nga neostalinist\u00ebt e Berish\u00ebs. Politika kilienteliste e PD-s\u00eb, ekonomia fisnore, tribale do t\u00eb p\u00ebsoj\u00eb nj\u00eb goditje. Por Berisha nuk do t\u00eb largohet vullnetarisht.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Bamir Topi dhe Aleanca Kuqezi, mendoni se do t\u00eb jen\u00eb nj\u00eb parti apo dy parti t\u00eb reja?<\/p>\n<p>Naser Aliu: Sikur t\u00eb shfaqeshin s\u00eb bashku, do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohej nj\u00eb alternativ\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. K\u00ebto dy s\u00eb bashku apo t\u00eb ndara, duhet ta luftojn\u00eb korrupsionin, kriminalitetin dhe t\u00eb nxirren para gjyqit shum\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb pezulluara. Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb i duhen politikan q\u00eb flasin dhe mendojn\u00eb shqip. Politika pakurrizore duhet t\u00eb marr\u00eb fund. Shqiptar\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb votojn\u00eb njer\u00ebz q\u00eb luftojn\u00eb p\u00ebr interesat e vendit, po jo p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb cop\u00ebtojn\u00eb vendin dhe shnd\u00ebrrojn\u00eb n\u00eb kontenier b\u00ebrlogu t\u00eb Italis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Nj\u00eb parti e mundshme e Topit, do t\u00eb merrte vota t\u00eb majta apo t\u00eb djathta?<\/p>\n<p>Naser Aliu: Do t\u00eb merrte nga t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, por m\u00eb shum\u00eb do t\u00eb merrte nga e djathta.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ka nj\u00eb p\u00ebrshtypje t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapur n\u00eb publik se militant\u00ebt e dy partive kryesore nuk ndikohen nga mir\u00ebqeverisja apo nga keqqeverisja dhe as nga fushatat elektorale respektive, por votojn\u00eb verb\u00ebrisht liderin ose kund\u00ebrvotojn\u00eb liderin e pal\u00ebs tjet\u00ebr\u2026 Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb pjesa tjet\u00ebr e elektoratit, ajo q\u00eb quhet gri, po b\u00ebhet p\u00ebrher\u00eb e m\u00eb mosbesuese te dy forcat kryesore politike\u2026 E ndani dhe ju k\u00ebt\u00eb perceptim?<\/p>\n<p>Naser Aliu: Militant\u00ebt votojn\u00eb symbyllur. Ata kan\u00eb motive tjera, yshten ndryshe, mir\u00ebpo demokracia e sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet nga njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb nuk tolerojn\u00eb krijimin e kulteve t\u00eb reja. N\u00eb Ballkan, jo vet\u00ebm nga munges\u00eb e kultur\u00ebs demokratike, por edhe p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs, jan\u00eb t\u00eb predestinuar t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtojn\u00eb dhe kultivojn\u00eb despotizmin.
