Kjo p\u00ebrgjigje e tij duket se ka ngacmuar Henri \u00c7ilin p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkruar nj\u00eb artikull n\u00eb gazet\u00ebn MAPO (Pse e do m\u00eb tej pushtetin Sali Berisha?), n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin ai, praktikisht, i sugjeron Berish\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u00eb mos kandidoj\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb mandat t\u00eb tret\u00eb kryeministror.<\/p>\n<p>Jo m\u00eb kot p\u00ebrdora fjal\u00ebn \u201cduket\u201d n\u00eb fjalin\u00eb paraardh\u00ebse, sepse \u00c7ili ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb nga njer\u00ebzit ky\u00e7 t\u00eb fushat\u00ebs mediatike t\u00eb koalicionit qeveritar n\u00eb zgjedhjet e fundit lokale. Pra, ngacmimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkruar artikullin mund t\u2019i ket\u00eb ardhur v\u00ebrtet nga brenda vetes (si\u00e7 m\u00eb siguroi n\u00eb nj\u00eb bised\u00eb telefonike), por mund t\u2019i ket\u00eb ardhur edhe nga njer\u00ebzit rreth Berish\u00ebs, sidomos pas problemit sh\u00ebndetsor q\u00eb ky i fundit shfaqi publikisht kur u kthye nga Franca.<\/p>\n<p>Disa nga argumentet q\u00eb p\u00ebrdor \u00c7ili n\u00eb artikullin e tij: \u201cSali Berisha ka hyr\u00eb q\u00eb tani nd\u00ebr 3 figurat politike m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr historin\u00eb e shtetit shqiptar, s\u00eb bashku me Ahmet Zogun dhe Enver Hoxh\u00ebn\u201d; \u201cKa qen\u00eb autor kryesor n\u00eb integrimin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb NATO, n\u00eb l\u00ebvizjen e lir\u00eb t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb BE etj\u201d; \u201cN\u00eb fund t\u00eb fundit, \u00e7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo di\u00e7ka historike q\u00eb do ta p\u00ebrligjte nj\u00eb mandat t\u00eb tret\u00eb p\u00ebr Sali Berish\u00ebn n\u00eb pushtet? Pa nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb q\u00eb ende nuk dihet se \u00e7far\u00eb forme a p\u00ebrmbajtjeje ka, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn p\u00ebr momentin, \u00ebsht\u00eb ndoshta i pakuptimt\u00eb vijimi i k\u00ebsaj inercie. P\u00ebr Sali Berish\u00ebn vet\u00eb t\u00eb parin, pastaj p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb praktikisht i ka sugjeruar Berish\u00ebs t\u00eb mos kandidoj\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb mandat t\u00eb tret\u00eb kryeministror, \u00c7ili, nga ana tjet\u00ebr, nuk i sugjeron atij se me \u00e7\u2019duhet t\u00eb merret po u t\u00ebrhoq nga gara elektorale. Dikush tjet\u00ebr pran\u00eb mazhoranc\u00ebs, i ndjeri Sabri Godo, e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb \u2013 para se t\u00eb vdiste, ai i sugjeroi publikisht Berish\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhej President i Republik\u00ebs. K\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb patur n\u00eb mendje edhe \u00c7ili kur shkruajti artikullin e sip\u00ebrp\u00ebrmendur? Ndoshta.<\/p>\n<p>Por le t\u00eb mos zgjatemi me hamendje rreth arsyeve pse ka shkruajtur \u00c7ili at\u00eb q\u00eb ka shkruajtur \u2013 le ta quajm\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebq\u00ebn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb skenar hipotetik dhe le ta analizojm\u00eb at\u00eb nga k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrimi i interesit politik t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Le t\u00eb supozojm\u00eb q\u00eb, edhe pse pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsia e votuesve nga v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsit\u00eb ekonomike dhe korrupsioni galopant duket se \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rritje, partit\u00eb e koalicionit qeveritar do t\u00eb marrin po aq vota sa morr\u00ebn n\u00eb vitin 2009 dhe partit\u00eb e koalicionit opozitar nuk do t\u00eb ken\u00eb rritje t\u00eb kuotave elektorale. Me sistemin aktual zgjedhor (q\u00eb PD-s\u00eb i intereson fort t\u00eb mos e ndryshoj\u00eb), koalicioni qeveritar do t\u00eb siguronte 74 mandate parlamentare n\u00eb nj\u00eb skenar t\u00eb till\u00eb optimist.<\/p>\n<p>Por LSI-ja dhe PDIU-ja do t\u00eb merrnin respektivisht 6 dhe 2 mandate n\u00eb koalicion me PD-n\u00eb. Dhe udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit e k\u00ebtyre dy partive kan\u00eb demonstruar se mund t\u00eb marrin vota nga nj\u00ebri krah dhe pastaj ta krijojn\u00eb qeverin\u00eb me partit\u00eb e krahut tjet\u00ebr. N\u00eb qoft\u00eb se marrin nj\u00eb ofert\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb nga i d\u00ebshp\u00ebruari Rama dhe\/ose nxiten nga kancelerit\u00eb euroatlantike, ata mund ta kap\u00ebrcejn\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebri ylberin \u2013 k\u00ebsaj radhe nga djathtas majtas. Dhe Berish\u00ebs do t\u2019i duhet t\u00eb filloj\u00eb nga e para luft\u00ebn e gjat\u00eb opozitare\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Por Berisha mund ta k\u00ebrc\u00ebnoj\u00eb Met\u00ebn me nj\u00eb rihapje t\u00eb procesit gjyq\u00ebsor p\u00ebr videon e Priftit, sepse do t\u00eb ket\u00eb marr\u00eb deri at\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb kontroll prokurorin\u00eb dhe KLD-n\u00eb. Duket nj\u00eb arm\u00eb e fort\u00eb kjo, por q\u00eb mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet nul n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se Berisha nuk ka 71 vota n\u00eb Kuvend p\u00ebr t\u2019i rihequr imunitetin parlamentar Met\u00ebs. Me pak fjal\u00eb, ashtu si\u00e7 Meta ishte nj\u00eb bekim p\u00ebr t\u00eb n\u00eb 2009-\u00ebn, mund t\u2019i kthehet n\u00eb nj\u00eb mallkim n\u00eb 2013-\u00ebn\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se Berisha vendos t\u00eb b\u00ebhet President i Republik\u00ebs n\u00eb korrik (pas ndonj\u00eb interpretimi t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese rreth mandatit presidencial t\u00eb nd\u00ebrprer\u00eb n\u00eb 1997-\u00ebn), PD-ja p\u00ebrs\u00ebri do t\u00eb ket\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin problem me LSI-n\u00eb dhe PDIU-n\u00eb, por ai vet\u00eb do t\u00eb siguronte mbylljen e karrier\u00ebs politike nga posti m\u00eb i lart\u00eb i shtetit. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se PD-ja do t\u00eb dal\u00eb n\u00eb opozit\u00eb, ai do t\u00eb jet\u00eb ende n\u00eb Presidenc\u00eb kur ajo t\u00eb garoj\u00eb p\u00ebr pushtetin qendror n\u00eb 2017-\u00ebn. Dhe ky mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb plus i madh si p\u00ebr Berish\u00ebn edhe p\u00ebr PD-n\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Analiza e m\u00ebsip\u00ebrme \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nga k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrimi i interesit politik t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs. Po p\u00ebr interesin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb Berisha? Mendja ime m\u00eb thot\u00eb se duhet t\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqet n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e vet private n\u00eb 2013-\u00ebn. Sepse, n\u00eb fund t\u00eb fundit, si\u00e7 thot\u00eb dhe \u00c7ili, \u00e7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo di\u00e7ka historike q\u00eb do ta p\u00ebrligjte nj\u00eb mandat t\u00eb tret\u00eb p\u00ebr Sali Berish\u00ebn n\u00eb pushtet? Pa nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb i pakuptimt\u00eb vijimi i k\u00ebsaj inercie.
