Qendra Arkeologjike as q\u00eb e v\u00eb ujin n\u00eb zjarr. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr q\u00eb ata nuk kan\u00eb as uj\u00eb e as zjarr. Bashkia e Shkodr\u00ebs b\u00ebn nj\u00eb prononcim publik, sipas t\u00eb cilit kemi shkuar n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr \u201cp\u00ebr pushime fundjave\u201d (hej bela!), se jemi komunist\u00eb, se nuk jemi b\u00ebr\u00eb merak asnj\u00ebher\u00eb p\u00ebr Shkodr\u00ebn, e plot bro\u00e7kulla si k\u00ebto. Se \u00e7do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet me ur\u00ebn e zbuluar, asnj\u00eb fjal\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>19 dhjetor. Vazhdojm\u00eb diskutojm\u00eb n\u00eb Forumin p\u00ebr Trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e gjetjeve n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr dhe furnizojm\u00eb mediat me materiale p\u00ebr ta mbajtur \u00e7\u00ebshtjen t\u00eb hapur. Gjithashtu edhe nj\u00eb grupim intelektual\u00ebsh dhe dashamir\u00ebsh shkodran\u00eb, disa edhe nga jasht\u00eb vendit, p\u00ebrpiqen t\u00eb t\u00ebrheqin v\u00ebmendjen e autoriteteve p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb zbulim n\u00eb qytetin e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>20 dhjetor. Bashkia Shkod\u00ebr deklaron se ne nuk qem\u00eb kujdesur asnj\u00ebher\u00eb p\u00ebr Ur\u00ebn e K\u00ebr\u00e7iles dhe se ura nuk ishte monument kulture ndaj punimet do t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb. Se si mund t\u00eb kujdeseshim ne p\u00ebr ur\u00ebn 10 vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb dhe se si mund t\u00eb ishte ura monument kur nuk ishte zbuluar akoma, vet\u00ebm ata t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs e din\u00eb!<\/p>\n<p>22 dhjetor. Vazhdojn\u00eb ngacmimet n\u00eb media, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb detyrojm\u00eb ndok\u00ebnd t\u00eb l\u00ebviz\u00eb vendit. M\u00eb n\u00eb fund, m\u00eb informojn\u00eb se Neritan Ceka paska deklaruar se bashk\u00eb me Apollon Ba\u00e7en do t\u00eb shkojn\u00eb vet\u00eb n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb si \u00ebsht\u00eb puna. M\u00eb n\u00eb fund u zgjuan, ose m\u00eb sakt\u00eb, i zuri turpi.<\/p>\n<p>Vazhdim dhjetori. Bashkia e Shkodr\u00ebs vazhdon luft\u00ebn me mullinjt\u00eb e er\u00ebs. Sipas tyre, fotot q\u00eb soll\u00ebn komunist\u00ebt nga Tirana (un\u00eb e Bejko) nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb vendit ku jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb zbulimet. Pastaj zbulimet nuk qenkan Ura K\u00ebr\u00e7ile, por kolektori mesjetar i uj\u00ebrave t\u00eb bardha etj. E thon\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i ulur vler\u00ebn, duke harruar se po t\u00eb jet\u00eb v\u00ebrtet kolektori, do t\u00eb ishte akoma m\u00eb me vler\u00eb, pasi do t\u00eb kishim t\u00eb parin kolektor mesjetar n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri!!!<\/p>\n<p>24 dhjetor. Artan Shkreli boton nj\u00eb shkrim p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e infrastruktur\u00ebs mesjetare n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e gjetjeve aktuale. Shkrimi \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht teknik dhe historik pa asnj\u00eb referenc\u00eb apo ngjyrim politik. Thjesht b\u00ebn thirrje q\u00eb t\u00eb kihet parasysh zbulimi i b\u00ebr\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Vazhdim dhjetori. Bashkia Shkod\u00ebr vazhdon me t\u00eb vet\u00ebn: \u201cArtan Shkreli kur ka qen\u00eb drejtor i Institutit t\u00eb Monumenteve dhe Artan Lame kur ka qen\u00eb zv.minist\u00ebr i Kultur\u00ebs (nuk kam qen\u00eb asnj\u00ebher\u00eb zv.minist\u00ebr i Kultur\u00ebs) nuk jan\u00eb kujdesur p\u00ebr Ur\u00ebn K\u00ebr\u00e7ile dhe nuk e kan\u00eb shpallur Monument Kulture\u201d. S\u00ebrish p\u00ebrpiqem t\u00eb kuptoj se si mund t\u00eb kujdeseshim apo se si mund t\u00eb shpallej ura monument, q\u00eb kur ishte nd\u00ebn dh\u00e9!!!<\/p>\n<p>Funddhjetori dhe fundi i historis\u00eb. Un\u00eb mora vesh q\u00eb qenkam komunist, Bashkia doli faqelar\u00eb para antikomunist\u00ebve, nd\u00ebrsa ura fal\u00eb zhurm\u00ebs s\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nga shum\u00eb dashamir\u00ebs dhe nga mediat, ka gjasa t\u00eb shp\u00ebtoj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb nderuar lexonj\u00ebs. Ju lodha me gjith\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kronologji jo p\u00ebr t\u2019u th\u00ebn\u00eb se \u00e7\u2019b\u00ebm\u00eb ne, por p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dukje nj\u00eb rac\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb t\u00eb zyrtar\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb molepsur aq keq n\u00eb politik\u00eb, sa u \u00ebsht\u00eb kthyer n\u00eb shtyll\u00eb kurrizore q\u00eb po ua hoqe bien e zhg\u00ebrryhen p\u00ebrdhe si qese pa vler\u00eb. P\u00ebr asnj\u00eb moment nuk e akuzuam Bashkin\u00eb, p\u00ebr asnj\u00eb moment nuk tham\u00eb se kan\u00eb faj a kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb keq, as b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktime p\u00ebr \u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb zbuluar e pam\u00eb n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr. Ne thjesht kemi k\u00ebrkuar t\u00eb t\u00ebrheqim v\u00ebmendjen e atyre q\u00eb paguhen nga ne qytetar\u00ebt, p\u00ebr ta pasur mendjen aty ku nuk e kan\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo s\u00ebr\u00eb zyrtar\u00ebsh shqiptar\u00eb, t\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm q\u00eb jasht\u00eb vath\u00ebs politike nuk i hyjn\u00eb n\u00eb pun\u00eb as dreqit, p\u00ebr \u00e7do gj\u00eb q\u00eb u thua t\u00eb p\u00ebrplasin menj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb fytyr\u00eb nj\u00eb frazeologji t\u00eb shp\u00eblar\u00eb politike, por q\u00eb p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq ende ngjit n\u00eb nj\u00eb mas\u00eb njer\u00ebzish, q\u00eb s\u2019do e s\u2019do t\u00eb kuptoj\u00eb se m\u00eb e keqja rac\u00eb e komunist\u00ebve jan\u00eb komunist\u00ebt e shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb antikomunist\u00eb. Nuk b\u00ebhen shum\u00eb merak as p\u00ebr shkrime si ky, si\u00e7 mund t\u00eb mendoj\u00eb lexonj\u00ebsi i thjesht\u00eb e me cip\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Jo, p\u00ebr ta mjafton q\u00eb ai t\u00eb cilin ata e kan\u00eb vendosur n\u00eb llogoren e armikut po i shan dhe ata ndihen n\u00eb rregull. Edhe k\u00ebtu p\u00ebr ta vlen parimi marksist \u201csa m\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb shaj\u00eb armiku aq m\u00eb n\u00eb rregull je\u201d. Nuk jan\u00eb zgjedhur e as em\u00ebruar as p\u00ebr t\u00eb administruar qytete as p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjidhur halle n\u00ebp\u00ebr zyrat e shtetit. Jan\u00eb aty ose p\u00ebr t\u2019i r\u00ebn\u00eb tallavas\u00eb antikomuniste ose si shp\u00ebrblim partie. Po e kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb detyr\u00eb ndihen t\u00eb sigurt.<\/p>\n<p>Dakord, po i pranoj t\u00eb gjitha q\u00eb m\u00eb thoni, i korruptuar, komunist e \u00e7\u2019t\u00eb doni, por a ka mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb merreni edhe me at\u00eb q\u00eb po ju themi, me ur\u00ebn pra!? Un\u00eb vet\u00eb po ta dija se mund t\u00eb ndihmonte n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pun\u00eb, nuk do nguroja t\u2019i k\u00ebrkoja nd\u00ebrhyrje as Jozefina Topallit apo kujtdo shkodrani q\u00eb ka fuqi n\u00eb k\u00ebto pun\u00eb.
