Nuk besoj q\u00eb zoti Tha\u00e7i t\u00eb ket\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb gj\u00eb q\u00eb nuk i ka k\u00ebrkuar njeri, por e gjitha kjo situat\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrpjekja p\u00ebr t\u00eb prodhuar nj\u00eb lajm n\u00eb distanc\u00eb p\u00ebr kancelaren Merkel, pasqyron makthin q\u00eb ka Sali Berisha nga injorimi i Per\u00ebndimit dhe refuzimi i lider\u00ebve evropian\u00eb p\u00ebr ta takuar at\u00eb. E th\u00ebn\u00eb ashtu shkarazi si gjys\u00ebm e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb dhe gjys\u00ebm e d\u00ebgjuar, gjys\u00ebm e th\u00ebn\u00eb dhe gjys\u00ebm e n\u00ebnkuptuar, perifrazimi me t\u00eb tret\u00eb, pa burim dhe pa adres\u00eb, i ngjante m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti asaj shpotis\u00eb s\u00eb zakonshme shqiptare kur dikush do t\u00eb jap\u00eb duart dhe t\u00eb thot\u00eb \u201cT\u00eb fala\u2026 filanit\u201d n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast \u201cT\u00eb fala Berish\u00ebs\u201d!<\/p>\n<p>E v\u00ebrteta e hidhur p\u00ebr Berish\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb se kancelaria gjermane Angela Merkel vizitoi Kosov\u00ebn duke i b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje qeveris\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrballet me betej\u00ebn kund\u00ebr korrupsionit, dhe serb\u00ebve t\u00eb largojn\u00eb institucionet paralele n\u00eb veri. N\u00eb izolimin n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn gjendet Berisha, i b\u00ebn pun\u00eb qoft\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetje, qoft\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb detaj q\u00eb tu tregoj\u00eb njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb ndjekin pas at\u00eb se Merkel e di, e njeh dhe e \u00e7mon q\u00eb ai \u00ebsht\u00eb ende kryeminist\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb mesazhi i vizit\u00ebs s\u00eb zonj\u00ebs Merkel n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ishte edhe m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00eb p\u00ebr Berish\u00ebn. Ajo ishte n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb treguar se beson se qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs ka fuqi p\u00ebr t\u2019ia dal\u00eb k\u00ebsaj situate duke fuqizuar s\u00eb pari shtetin e saj ligjor. Fokusimi i kancelares Merkel tek lufta kund\u00ebr korrupsionit si prioritet komb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn, n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb forcon iden\u00eb se armiku komb\u00ebtar i shqiptar\u00ebve sot \u00ebsht\u00eb korrupsioni. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb realisht ndryshku q\u00eb mund t\u00eb brej\u00eb kolonat e shtetit shqiptar n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, si\u00e7 ka b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, ku shpresa p\u00ebr nj\u00eb betej\u00eb ndaj tij ka humbur.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse Kosova ka plot probleme me korrupsionin dhe shtetin ligjor, ai \u00ebsht\u00eb ende nj\u00eb vend n\u00eb shpres\u00eb p\u00ebr tu rregulluar dhe ai vizitohet rregullisht nga lider\u00ebt per\u00ebndimor\u00eb, qofshin k\u00ebta drejtues t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian apo personalitete t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsis\u00eb bot\u00ebrore si kancelaria Merkel.<\/p>\n<p>I nj\u00ebjti mesazh ka vite q\u00eb jepet p\u00ebr Tiran\u00ebn zyrtare, por ka r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb vesh t\u00eb shurdh\u00ebr. Korrupsioni n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri \u00ebsht\u00eb kthyer s\u00eb paku nga viti 2007, n\u00eb nj\u00eb institucion, i cili mbrohet nga shteti. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb mekaniz\u00ebm jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr tu pasuruar, por dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb karrier\u00eb politike apo p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos u nd\u00ebshkuar. Gjysma e ministrave t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb Berisha jan\u00eb t\u00eb kapur me dosje korruptive dhe jan\u00eb kthyer n\u00eb pula t\u00eb bindura t\u00eb tij, nd\u00ebrsa shembujt e mond\u00ebshkueshm\u00ebris\u00eb kan\u00eb startuar me Lul\u00ebzim Bash\u00ebn, i cili fillimisht u akuzua p\u00ebr 200 milion\u00eb euro dhe akoma s\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb gjykuar, pastaj vrau kat\u00ebr vet\u00eb dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb hetuar, s\u00eb fundmi ka vjedhur mandatin dhe ende vazhdon t\u00eb respektohet si kryetar bashkie. M\u00eb tej u vazhdua me Fatmir Mediun, i cili q\u00ebndron jasht\u00eb burgut p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mandatit t\u00eb deputetit dhe po degradon gjith\u00eb historia me mosd\u00ebnimin e Ilir Met\u00ebs, t\u00eb cilin miliona shqiptar\u00eb e pan\u00eb me z\u00eb dhe figur\u00eb duke folur p\u00ebr miliona.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb qeverisje me nj\u00eb begraund t\u00eb till\u00eb korrupsioni, \u00ebsht\u00eb normalisht nj\u00eb qeveri e izoluar, pa shpresa p\u00ebr tu ringjallur dhe pa mb\u00ebshtetje reale per\u00ebndimore. Kancelaria Merkel, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb stuhis\u00eb s\u00eb debatit t\u00eb madh p\u00ebr mbijetes\u00ebn e Evrop\u00ebs, gjen koh\u00eb t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht tani, dhe injoron Tiran\u00ebn, kryeqytetin i cili po i b\u00ebn karshill\u00ebk Per\u00ebndimit duke krijuar nj\u00eb mbret\u00ebrim t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb pand\u00ebshkuar nga drejt\u00ebsia n\u00eb krye t\u00eb shtetit.<\/p>\n<p>Sali Berisha, i cili ka tendenca t\u00eb qarta t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb far\u00eb paternalizmi mbi Kosov\u00ebn, \u00ebsht\u00eb ndjer\u00eb i turp\u00ebruar nga Hashim Tha\u00e7i, i cili kur u takua me Sali Berish\u00ebn n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb vinte nga takimi me Angela Merkelin, kurse Berisha nga takimi me Blendi Fevziun.<\/p>\n<p>Duke vuajtur k\u00ebt\u00eb izolim, duke tentuar ta zvog\u00ebloj\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e tij p\u00ebr publikun, por mbi t\u00eb gjitha dhe p\u00ebr t\u2019ia ulur r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb vizit\u00ebs s\u00eb Merkelit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, tek \u201cv\u00ebllai i vog\u00ebl\u201d i tij, ai tentoi p\u00ebrmes cepa gazetash ta paraqes\u00eb si nj\u00eb vizit\u00eb pa r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi tek \u201cnj\u00eb vart\u00ebs\u201d i Berish\u00ebs, me t\u00eb cilin i ka \u00e7u fjal\u00eb dhe t\u00eb fala t\u00eb jet\u00eb mir\u00eb, se ajo ishte e z\u00ebn\u00eb me ca pun\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme.<\/p>\n<p>Mendja e lodhur e Sali Berish\u00ebs n\u00eb raste t\u00eb tilla nuk ka fuqi t\u00eb prodhoj\u00eb di\u00e7ka m\u00eb shum\u00eb se sa diversioni dhe me nj\u00eb takim t\u00eb r\u00ebndomt\u00eb me Hashim Tha\u00e7in, ose m\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb themi nj\u00eb takim pas t\u00eb cilit edhe Hashim Tha\u00e7it i erdhi turp t\u00eb dilte bashk\u00eb me t\u00eb n\u00eb konferenc\u00eb shtypi. Se e dinte q\u00eb do ta turp\u00ebronte publikisht, p\u00ebr ta barazuar me veten, p\u00ebr t\u2019ia hequr merit\u00ebn, q\u00eb drejton nj\u00eb qeveri tek e cila Evropa shpreson ende. I duhej doemos di\u00e7ka si fjalia \u201ct\u00eb fala Berish\u00ebs\u201d, po Tha\u00e7i nuk kish se nga t\u2019ia sillte.
