N\u00eb Epistolae (Letrat), ai shkruan, pos t\u00eb tjerash, edhe k\u00ebt\u00eb: \u201cM\u00eb rr\u00ebnqeth\u00ebt stati kur\u00eb mendoj t\u00eb tregoj p\u00ebr shkat\u00ebrrimet n\u00eb koh\u00ebn ton\u00eb\u2026 Sa gra fisnike, sa virgj\u00ebra kushtuar Zotit, sa njer\u00ebz t\u00eb lir\u00eb dhe finik\u00eb u dhunuan n\u00eb k\u00ebto lufta! U mor\u00ebn rob\u00ebr ipeshkvinj, u vran\u00eb presbyter dhe rr\u00ebmbyes t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm t\u00eb kish\u00ebs. U shkat\u00ebrruan kishat. Pran\u00eb lter\u00ebve t\u00eb Krishtit u vendos\u00ebn si n\u00eb grazhd kuajt. Kockat e martir\u00ebve u nxor\u00ebn nga varret. Kudo zi, kudo ofshe dhe hija e madhe e vdekjes\u2026\u201d[13].<\/p>\n

Ndon\u00ebse b\u00ebn\u00eb jet\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, jet\u00eb martire, Kisha katolike shqiptare n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ishte e themeluar, e rregulluar dhe e organizuar mir\u00eb, madje mjaft mir\u00eb[14]. N\u00eb kontekst me k\u00ebt\u00eb duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendim edhe vitin 325, kur u thirr Kon\u00e7ilin e Nices\u00eb, ku mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 delegat\u00ebve t\u00eb Pap\u00ebs s\u00eb Rom\u00ebs, edhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e Kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Dardanis\u00eb (Kosov\u00ebs). Dhe n\u00eb mesin e n\u00ebnshkrimeve t\u00eb delegat\u00ebve t\u00eb Pap\u00ebs, hasim edhe n\u00ebnshkrimin e ipshkvit t\u00eb Dardanis\u00eb\u201cDacus Dardaniae\u201d[15].<\/p>\n

Vet\u00eb fakti se n\u00eb Koncilin e Nices\u00eb Dak Dardani merr pjes\u00eb si metropolit i t\u00ebr\u00eb provinc\u00ebs, bashk\u00eb me sufragan\u00eb, si dhe m\u00ebnyra e n\u00ebnshkrimit t\u00eb tij n\u00eb krahasim me metropolit\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb[16], d\u00ebshmon se territori kishtar dhe bashk me k\u00ebt\u00eb edhe hierarkia kishtare e Dradanis\u00eb, ka qen\u00eb themeluar edhe e rregulluar m\u00eb her\u00ebt sikur edhe n\u00eb viset tjera. K\u00ebshtu ka d\u00ebshmuar, me nj\u00eb varg argumentesh t\u00eb pamohuesh\u00ebm, edhe studiuesi i rral\u00eb, Dr. Dom Gasp\u00ebr Gjini[17].<\/p>\n

Me koh\u00eb n\u00eb Dardani \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur edhe numri i dioqezave. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb d\u00ebshmon nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i madh\u00eb i dokumenteve kishtare[18]. Dhe kjo tregon se jeta fetare n\u00eb Dardani (Kosov\u00eb) po gufante. Mir\u00ebpo mbi rregullimin e mbrendsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs dardane jan\u00eb ruajtur shum\u00eb pak lajme nga shek. V. N\u00eb kontekst me k\u00ebt\u00eb vlen t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendim edhe let\u00ebrk\u00ebmbimet midis ipeshkvijve t\u00eb Dradanis\u00eb dhe Pap\u00ebs t\u00eb Rom\u00ebs. K\u00ebshtu, p\u00ebr shembull, Papa Gelaziu, m\u00eb 493, i drejton nj\u00eb let\u00ebr t\u00eb posa\u00e7me nj\u00eb ipeshkvi t\u00eb Dardanis\u00eb, me \u00e7`rast e inkujaron q\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndroj\u00eb edhe m\u00eb tej n\u00eb fen\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb[19].<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrkaq m\u00eb 494 ipeshkvinjt e Dardanis\u00eb i pat\u00ebn drejtuar nj\u00eb let\u00ebr Pap\u00ebs, Gelaziu, duke i premtuar se do t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb konsekuent\u00eb n\u00eb fen\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb t\u00eb Jezu Krishtit[20]. Edhe Papa, Simah, p\u00ebrmes le trave t\u00eb veta, q\u00eb kan\u00eb gjith\u00ebashtu karakter institucional, inkurajonte, pos tjer\u00ebve, edhe prelat\u00ebt kishtar\u00eb dhe mbar\u00eb klerin e Dardanis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb q\u00ebndruar besnik\u00eb ndaj Kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Rom\u00ebs[21].<\/p>\n

Nga k\u00ebto let\u00ebrk\u00ebmbime midis Pap\u00ebs dhe ipeshkvinjve t\u00eb Dardanis\u00eb, let\u00ebrk\u00ebmbime k\u00ebto q\u00eb kan\u00eb karakter baritor-institucional e kishtar, m\u00ebsojm\u00eb se Kisha e Dardanis\u00eb (Kosov\u00ebs) ishte mir\u00eb e organizuar dhe se ajo q\u00ebndronte konsekuente dhe besnike, n`ato koh\u00eb herezish\u00eb t\u00eb shumta, ndaj Kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Rom\u00ebs.
\nHistoria e Kish\u00ebs katolike shqiptare n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb mund t\u00eb v\u00ebshtrohet, t\u00eb studiohet vet\u00ebm n\u00eb kontekst me ipshkvin e Scupit t\u00eb lasht\u00eb, t\u00eb Justinian\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb (Justiana prima).<\/p>\n

Por vet\u00ebm edhe n\u00eb kontekst me ipeshkvin\u00eb e Shkup-Prizrenit, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht t\u00eb Prizrenit. N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre dy dioqezave q\u00eb ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb kishin p\u00ebrjetuar bashkimin personal ose kur e kur, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb rrethanave politike, ishin \u201cshuar\u201d ose ishin rip\u00ebrt\u00ebrir\u00eb, kishte qen\u00eb e organizuar jeta kishtare n\u00eb k\u00ebto hap\u00ebsira.
