Kjo ka qen\u00eb \u00ebndrra e disa nacionalist\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nocioni \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur si arsyetim nga regjimi i Beogradit p\u00ebr t\u00eb shtypur pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsit\u00eb e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb vitin 1980 n\u00eb ish-Jugosllavi dhe p\u00ebr represion n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb gjat\u00eb viteve \u201990. Me deklarimin e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb shkurt 2008, Kosova u b\u00eb shteti i dyt\u00eb shqiptar. Influenca politike shqiptare n\u00eb Maqedoni \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar si rezultat i Marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb Ohrit n\u00eb vitin 2001, q\u00eb i dha fund nj\u00eb lufte t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr. Vazhdimi i shqet\u00ebsimit se \u201cShqip\u00ebria e Madhe\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00ebllimi p\u00ebrfundimtar, nuk duhet t\u00eb diskutohet. \u201cShqip\u00ebria e Madhe\u201d nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb interesin e shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Procesi i integrimit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Kosov\u00ebs dhe Maqedonis\u00eb n\u00eb Bashkimin Europian dhe NATO e ndryshon krejt llogarin\u00eb. An\u00ebtar\u00ebsimi i mundsh\u00ebm n\u00eb BE i t\u00eb tre shteteve p\u00ebrkthehet n\u00eb dy vota e gjys\u00ebm nga shqiptar\u00ebt dhe veto potenciale n\u00eb strukturat ky\u00e7e vendimmarr\u00ebse (gjysma e vot\u00ebs influencohet nga shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Maqedoni).<\/p>\n<p>Skenari hipotetik i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb Madhe, n\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt, do p\u00ebrkthehej n\u00eb nj\u00eb vot\u00eb t\u00eb vetme. Duke marr\u00eb n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb se do ket\u00eb solidaritet politik mes lider\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb tre shtetet, m\u00eb shum\u00eb vot\u00eb do sjell\u00eb edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb pesh\u00eb e leva manovrimi p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt. Bazuar n\u00eb mekanizmin aktual t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit t\u00eb qeverive n\u00eb Bashkimin Europian, p\u00ebrllogaritja b\u00ebhet e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme sidomos kur aplikohet p\u00ebr K\u00ebshillin Europian.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb rastin e K\u00ebshillit Europian, t\u00eb pakt\u00eb dy komisioner\u00eb do jen\u00eb nga secili shtet shqiptar, me mund\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb t\u00eb tret\u00eb. Votimi n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin e Bashkimit Europian anon n\u00eb favor t\u00eb shteteve me popullsi t\u00eb vog\u00ebl, duke garantuar nj\u00eb avantazh shtes\u00eb. Ngjash\u00ebm, me an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb NATO, an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimi i ardhsh\u00ebm i Maqedonis\u00eb dhe Kosov\u00ebs do amplifikoj\u00eb z\u00ebrin e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve politik\u00eb t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb tre shtetet gjat\u00eb procesit t\u00eb vendimmarrjes n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin e Atlantikut t\u00eb Veriut. E nj\u00ebjta logjik\u00eb vepron edhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb num\u00ebr institucionesh nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>Ky nuk do jet\u00eb precedent megjithat\u00eb. Me an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Qipros n\u00eb BE n\u00eb vitin 2004, u dyfishua vota e grek\u00ebve n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin dhe Komisionin Europian. Megjithat\u00eb ky rast \u00ebsht\u00eb i ndrysh\u00ebm sa i p\u00ebrket ndikimit t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit t\u00eb Turqis\u00eb n\u00eb BE.<\/p>\n<p>Ironia e debatit n\u00eb lidhje me \u201cShqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e Madhe\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb se neglizhon nj\u00eb faktor ky\u00e7: interesat e rip\u00ebrcaktuara t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve.
