Kontrata sociale q\u00eb shoq\u00ebria ka b\u00ebr\u00eb me profesionin e mjekut, i jep form\u00ebn dhe p\u00ebrmbajtjen k\u00ebtij p\u00ebrkushtimi themelor. \u00c7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb kjo kontrat\u00eb?<\/p>\n<p>E v\u00ebrteta \u00ebsht\u00eb se kjo kontrat\u00eb asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk ka qen\u00eb e shkruar, por, po t\u2019i hedhim nj\u00eb shikim historis\u00eb s\u00eb profesionit t\u00eb mjekut, qart\u00ebsisht do t\u00eb shikojm\u00eb, se kontrata gjithnj\u00eb ka ekzistuar. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb kontrat\u00eb t\u00eb pashkruar, shoq\u00ebria u jep doktor\u00ebve lejen q\u00eb ta praktikojn\u00eb profesionin e tyre n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb autonome dhe me autoritet t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb. Duke u dh\u00ebn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb monopol t\u00eb licencuar, shoq\u00ebria, u ka garantuar mjek\u00ebve nj\u00eb jetes\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, nga shumica e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Doktor\u00ebt, n\u00eb nivel personal, kan\u00eb disa privilegje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme. Ata kan\u00eb privilegjin e madh q\u00eb t\u00eb g\u00ebzojn\u00eb besimin dhe respektin e t\u00eb s\u00ebmur\u00ebve. Ata jet\u00ebn e tyre t\u00eb shtrenjt\u00eb e dor\u00ebzojn\u00eb n\u00eb duart e doktor\u00ebve. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00ebra an\u00eb e kontrat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Cila \u00ebsht\u00eb ana tjet\u00ebr e kontrat\u00ebs?<\/p>\n<p>Doktor\u00ebve, u jan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto, n\u00eb k\u00ebmbim t\u00eb asaj q\u00eb shoq\u00ebria e pret prej tyre. Doktor\u00ebt duhet t\u2019u sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb interesave t\u00eb pacient\u00ebve. Doktor\u00ebt, si gjithkush tjet\u00ebr, kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn t\u00eb paguhen p\u00ebr nj\u00eb jet\u00eb dinjitoze. Por, pa asnj\u00eb dyshim, interesat ekonomike t\u00eb doktor\u00ebve duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb plan t\u00eb dyt\u00eb. Pavar\u00ebsisht pages\u00ebs dhe \u00e7do kompensimi q\u00eb atyre u jepet, nga doktor\u00ebt pritet q\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb kontrata midis doktor\u00ebve dhe pacient\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Po qe se e zmadhojm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim dhe pacientin e b\u00ebjm\u00eb shoq\u00ebri, ajo \u00e7\u2019ka tham\u00eb m\u00eb sip\u00ebr do t\u00eb ishte k\u00ebshtu: Nga doktor\u00ebt shoq\u00ebria pret t\u00eb japin k\u00ebshillat m\u00eb t\u00eb mira t\u00eb mundshme, n\u00eb interes t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb dhe t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetin sh\u00ebndetin e saj. Doktor\u00ebt, v\u00ebrtet nuk jan\u00eb autoritete n\u00eb ekonomi ose politik\u00eb, por ata jan\u00eb autoritete n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e sh\u00ebndetit. Ja pse shoq\u00ebria dhe qeveria duhet t\u00eb mb\u00ebshteten tek doktor\u00ebt, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kolektivisht dhe individualisht, duhet t\u00eb japin k\u00ebshillat m\u00eb t\u00eb mira p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur sh\u00ebndetin publik dhe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb vendi, ku interesat e doktor\u00ebve u afrohen m\u00eb shum\u00eb se kurr\u00eb interesave t\u00eb vendit.<\/p>\n<p>Un\u00eb jam i moshuar dhe e mbaj mend mir\u00eb koh\u00ebn e luft\u00ebs s\u00eb ftoht\u00eb . Por, ata kishin detyrimin ndaj shoq\u00ebris\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebnin edukim, q\u00eb t\u2019u shpjegonin dhe t\u2019i bindnin njer\u00ebzit p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebqijat q\u00eb u kanoseshin. Doktor\u00ebt kishin detyrimin t\u2019u shpjegonin njer\u00ebzve se kjo nuk duhet t\u00eb ndodhte. Ata duhet ta b\u00ebnin t\u00eb qart\u00eb faktin, se po t\u00eb b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb luft\u00eb nukleare ata q\u00eb do t\u00eb mbijetonin, do t\u2019ua kishin zili atyre q\u00eb vdiq\u00ebn t\u00eb par\u00ebt. T\u00eb ngrihen kund\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb centraleve b\u00ebrthamore dhe gjith\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb d\u00ebmtojn\u00eb sh\u00ebndetin e njer\u00ebzve. Kur mjek\u00ebt nuk e b\u00ebjn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb, ata kan\u00eb shkelur kontrat\u00ebn q\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb me shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Un\u00eb nuk mendoj se doktor\u00ebt jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb men\u00e7urit nga kushdo tjet\u00ebr. Por ata, me siguri, din\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se \u00e7dokush tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr rreziqet q\u00eb vin\u00eb nga plehrat dhe centralet atomike mbi sh\u00ebndetin e njer\u00ebzve dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb ata duhet ta tregojn\u00eb me z\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Le t\u00eb kthehemi edhe nj\u00ebher\u00eb tek shembulli i luft\u00ebs s\u00eb ftoht\u00eb.
