Shtat\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e komisionit, me formimin intelektual dhe integritetin e tyre moral, jan\u00eb garanci p\u00ebr nj\u00eb proces t\u00eb bazuar mbi cil\u00ebsit\u00eb e meritat e \u00e7do kandidati apo kandidateje. Pavar\u00ebsisht mosh\u00ebs, gjinis\u00eb, fes\u00eb, krahin\u00ebs apo bindjeve politike. Ne duam nj\u00eb Avokat t\u00eb Popullit jo nj\u00eb avokat t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Socialiste. Dhe do t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebn p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces me t\u00eb gjith\u00eb seriozitetin, dinjitetin e integritetin q\u00eb duam t\u2019i japim jo thjesht institucionit t\u00eb Avokatit t\u00eb Popullit sot, po vet\u00eb shtetit nes\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Ky proces \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb moment tejet i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm, sepse sh\u00ebnon pik\u00ebn e kthes\u00ebs s\u00eb n\u00ebnvizuar n\u00eb programin ton\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb rilindje shqiptare, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht n\u00eb kapitullin \u201cRivendosje e Demokracis\u00eb\u201d, ku flitet qart\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb administrim publik europian t\u00eb shtetit e t\u00eb pun\u00ebve t\u00eb shtetit ton\u00eb. Ne besojm\u00eb se pa nj\u00eb administrat\u00eb normale Shqip\u00ebria s\u2019mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet kurr\u00eb nj\u00eb vend normal dhe shteti s\u2019mund t\u00eb sillet kurr\u00eb normalisht me qytetarin e me vendin si pasuri e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt. Ne jemi t\u00eb bindur se ndryshimi radikal q\u00eb duam t\u00eb sjellim p\u00ebr nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri normale, kalon p\u00ebrmes vendosjes s\u00eb nj\u00eb kufiri t\u00eb qart\u00eb mes shtetit e partis\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet. Ne jemi t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm ta marrim p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb detyr\u00eb tejet t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb p\u00ebr realitetin shqiptar, duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb sot z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit e nes\u00ebr jet\u00ebsuesit e k\u00ebtij ndryshimi themelor si edhe garant\u00ebt e integritetit kushtetues e profesional t\u00eb institucioneve shqiptare dhe t\u00eb administrat\u00ebs publike.<\/p>\n<p>Arrestimi i nj\u00eb bande mir\u00ebfilli partiake n\u00eb Ministrin\u00eb e Ekonomis\u00eb, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb kthyer ashtu si t\u00eb gjitha ministrit\u00eb e vendit ton\u00eb sot n\u00eb nj\u00eb deg\u00eb partie p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime fitimi, s\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb ve\u00e7se nj\u00eb shfaqje banale e asaj q\u00eb ndodh p\u00ebrdit\u00eb e p\u00ebrdit\u00eb n\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb k\u00ebtij vendi e t\u00eb \u00e7do qytetari. Qeveria e kthyer n\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrje aksionar\u00ebsh politik\u00eb p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime fitimi, n\u00eb tryez\u00ebn e s\u00eb cil\u00ebs shqyhen \u00e7do jav\u00eb copa Shqip\u00ebrie, \u00ebsht\u00eb sh\u00ebmb\u00eblltyra televizive e mij\u00ebra \u201cqeverive\u201d hije, banda partiake t\u00eb krijuara n\u00eb \u00e7do ministri, agjenci, drejtori, inspektoriat, struktur\u00eb shtet\u00ebrore t\u00eb madhe a t\u00eb vog\u00ebl, n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb a n\u00eb qarqe, t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrlajn\u00eb \u00e7do jav\u00eb \u201c\u00e7ikat e th\u00ebrrimet\u201d e tyre. Vjedhja \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb norm\u00eb pune n\u00eb shtetin e marr\u00eb peng brenda k\u00ebtij sistemi t\u00eb banditizuar nga maja n\u00eb baz\u00ebn e piramid\u00ebs shtet\u00ebrore. Procesi qeveris\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb katandisur n\u00eb nj\u00eb proces \u00e7m\u00ebsimor p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt dhe tejet d\u00ebrrmues, moralisht e fizikisht, p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Rim\u00ebk\u00ebmbja duhet t\u00eb nis\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht nga rivendosja e moralit publik n\u00eb themelin e procesit qeveris\u00ebs; nga mbushja e boshll\u00ebkut t\u00eb sot\u00ebm moral t\u00eb k\u00ebtij procesi me nj\u00eb frym\u00eb t\u00eb re respekti p\u00ebr parimet, vlerat, cil\u00ebsit\u00eb e nj\u00eb shteti europian; nga rind\u00ebrtimi i besimit t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrruar tek konkurrenca e lir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb si e vetmja rrug\u00eb zhvillimi njer\u00ebzor, demokratik, ekonomik, dhe tek merita e \u00e7dokujt, si nj\u00ebsia m\u00eb e besueshme mat\u00ebse n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimin e nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie t\u00eb hapur e shteti normal.<\/p>\n<p>Procesi i sapop\u00ebruruar prej nesh p\u00ebr p\u00ebrzgjedhjen e kandidatur\u00ebs s\u00eb Avokatit t\u00eb ri t\u00eb Popullit \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb sinjal q\u00eb duam t\u2019ia \u00e7ojm\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb. Duke i th\u00ebn\u00eb \u00e7do qytetari ja rruga jon\u00eb, e vetmja rrug\u00eb q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria t\u00eb shp\u00ebtoj\u00eb nga kthetrat e dallkauk\u00ebve e injorant\u00ebve q\u00eb bub\u00ebrrojn\u00eb brenda sistemit t\u00eb sot\u00ebm t\u00eb banditizimit t\u00eb procesit qeveris\u00ebs, n\u00ebn shembullin ul\u00ebrit\u00ebs t\u00eb atyre n\u00eb maj\u00eb q\u00eb \u00e7do dit\u00eb japin n\u00eb televizor shfaqjen e neveritshme t\u00eb banalitetit t\u00eb imponuar t\u00eb s\u00eb keqes.<\/p>\n<p>Uroj shum\u00eb q\u00eb ky proces i par\u00eb n\u00eb llojin e vet n\u00eb k\u00ebta nj\u00ebzet\u00eb vjet, t\u00eb dal\u00eb me suksesin q\u00eb presim dhe t\u00eb na sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb si nj\u00eb eksperiment i dal\u00eb mbar\u00eb, p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn e nisur n\u00eb detajimin e aspektit t\u00eb programit t\u00eb ri q\u00eb ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me modelimin e nj\u00eb procesi absolutisht novator rekrutimesh n\u00eb funksionet publike t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Dhe p\u00ebrfitoj nga rasti ta p\u00ebrs\u00ebris edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebto radh\u00eb apelin tim p\u00ebr k\u00ebdo q\u00eb e sheh veten si nj\u00eb kandidatur\u00eb t\u00eb mundshme p\u00ebr Avokatin e ri t\u00eb Popullit: Mos ngurroni t\u00eb provoni veten Tuaj n\u00eb nj\u00eb proces p\u00ebrzgjedhjeje ku ne kemi vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb interes e q\u00ebllim: T\u00eb gjejm\u00eb kandidatin apo kandidaten m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme. P\u00ebr nj\u00eb institucion t\u00eb shtetit shqiptar dhe n\u00eb asnj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb karrige p\u00ebr partin\u00eb ton\u00eb, si\u00e7 b\u00ebn Saliu me \u00e7do karrige t\u00eb paguar nga taksat e gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve ku ul\u00ebt t\u00eb ndenjurat e tribus\u00eb s\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>Rilindja Shqiptare q\u00eb \u00ebnd\u00ebrrojm\u00eb, shpresojm\u00eb dhe duam t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb realitet bashk\u00eb me \u00e7do shqiptar t\u00eb etur p\u00ebr ndryshim, duke rim\u00ebk\u00ebmbur ekonomin\u00eb, rip\u00ebrt\u00ebrir\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb, rivendosur demokracin\u00eb, ribashkuar Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb me Europ\u00ebn, mund t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb vet\u00ebm n\u00ebse nj\u00eb parti e madhe \u2013 Partia Socialiste \u00ebsht\u00eb e vetmja shpres\u00eb e mbetur sot p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u2013 b\u00ebhet instrument n\u00eb duart e \u00e7dokujt q\u00eb \u00ebnd\u00ebrron, shpreson dhe do t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gj\u00eb q\u00eb duam ne. Pavar\u00ebsisht n\u00ebse mendon ose jo si ne p\u00ebr shum\u00eb\u00e7ka. Pavar\u00ebsisht n\u00ebse e quan veten t\u00eb majt\u00eb apo t\u00eb djatht\u00eb.
