Banor\u00ebt e zonave t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbytura nuk pranojn\u00eb t\u00eb evakuohen, nd\u00ebrsa kreu i Emergjencave Civile, Alfred Olli, u shpreh se nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb do t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb, edhe n\u00ebse duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret forca. Situata pritet q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsohet, pasi n\u00eb dit\u00ebt n\u00eb vijim priten reshje t\u00eb dendura shiu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Situata<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb shum\u00eb se 750 banesa jan\u00eb p\u00ebrmbytur, nd\u00ebrsa 200 t\u00eb tjera gjenden t\u00eb izoluara, Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb situata n\u00eb rrethin e Shkodr\u00ebs pas shirave t\u00eb r\u00ebna gjat\u00eb dit\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit. Sipas autoriteteve vendore, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb kan\u00eb ndikuar shirat e rr\u00ebmbyesh\u00ebm t\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre dit\u00ebve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebve iu shtohet edhe hapja e kaskadave t\u00eb Drinit. Situata m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00eb dhe problematike paraqitet n\u00eb Shirqi, Obot, Bah\u00e7all\u00ebk, Ajasem dhe Daj\u00e7. N\u00eb Obot m\u00ebsohet se rreth 150 sht\u00ebpi jan\u00eb t\u00eb izoluara plot\u00ebsisht, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb Ajasem jan\u00eb bllokuar 30 sht\u00ebpi, n\u00eb Bah\u00e7all\u00ebk 10 dhe n\u00eb Daj\u00e7 30. Pavar\u00ebsisht situat\u00ebs s\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrmbytjeve, m\u00ebsohet se banor\u00ebt e Obotit nuk pranojn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb shp\u00ebrngulen nga banesat e veta. Banor\u00ebt nuk pranojn\u00eb t\u00eb evakuohen, pasi nuk duan t\u00eb braktisin bag\u00ebtit\u00eb dhe pronat. Por autoritetet iu kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje atyre q\u00eb t\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb sht\u00ebpit\u00eb, pasi situata mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsohet n\u00eb vijim.<\/p>\n<p>Emergjencat Civile, ushtria dhe policia jan\u00eb t\u00eb vetmet q\u00eb hyjn\u00eb n\u00eb fshatin Obot, ku tashm\u00eb kalohet vet\u00ebm me varka. Ata kan\u00eb d\u00ebrguar ushqime dhe medikamente p\u00ebr banor\u00ebt e k\u00ebtyre zonave, q\u00eb nuk pranojn\u00eb t\u00eb braktisin banesat, edhe pse situata \u00ebsht\u00eb mjaft e rrezikshme dhe e paparashikueshme. Autoritetet vendore thon\u00eb se jan\u00eb rreth 420 banesa n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Daj\u00e7it dhe fshatrat e tjera p\u00ebrreth, q\u00eb ndodhen n\u00ebn uj\u00eb, por vet\u00ebm 50 familje jan\u00eb evakuuar. Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb deritanishme, sip\u00ebrfaqja e tok\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrmbytur gjat\u00eb dit\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb rrethin e Shkodr\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb 3500 ha. Qeveria shpalli gjendjen e jasht\u00ebzakonshme dy dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, teksa tashm\u00eb jan\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje gatishm\u00ebrie forcat e ushtris\u00eb e t\u00eb policis\u00eb. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 rrethit t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs, p\u00ebrmbytje t\u00eb m\u00ebdha ka pasur edhe n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Lezh\u00ebs. K\u00ebshtu, dhjet\u00ebra banesa jan\u00eb p\u00ebrmbytur n\u00eb Ishull Sh\u00ebngjin, Tale dhe Fush\u00eb-Kuqe.<\/p>\n<p>Shkaktar i k\u00ebtyre p\u00ebrmbytjeve, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 reshjeve t\u00eb shiut, \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb edhe v\u00ebrshimi i ujit t\u00eb detit. Autoritetet vendore thon\u00eb se shkak p\u00ebr v\u00ebrshimin e uj\u00ebrave t\u00eb detit n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Lezh\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb batica detare, nd\u00ebrsa jan\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar edhe pritat e ngritura p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb bregdetit p\u00ebr t\u00eb parandaluar situata t\u00eb ngjashme. Burime zyrtare t\u00eb Drejtoris\u00eb s\u00eb Emergjencave Civile b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se nga ana e prefektur\u00ebs jan\u00eb marr\u00eb masat p\u00ebr normalizimin e situat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe n\u00eb qarkun e Durr\u00ebsit shum\u00eb banesa n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e plazhit jan\u00eb p\u00ebrmbytur gjat\u00eb dit\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit. Shkak \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb bllokimi i nj\u00eb kolektori, nd\u00ebrsa drejtuesit e prefektur\u00ebs b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se s\u00eb shpejti do t\u00eb ket\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrje n\u00eb zon\u00eb duke prishur, sipas tyre, \u201cnd\u00ebrtime mbi kolektorin e uj\u00ebrave, me q\u00ebllim stabilizimin e situat\u00ebs\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stojku: Sistemi energjitik, n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cSistemi energjetik ka kaluar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb situat\u00ebs mjaft t\u00eb r\u00ebnduar hidrike\u201d. K\u00ebshtu u shpreh drejtori i KESH, Muharrem Stojku, gjat\u00eb dit\u00ebs s\u00eb djeshme, duke dh\u00ebn\u00eb alarmin p\u00ebr situat\u00ebn aktuale. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehur se niveli i ujit n\u00eb hidrocentrale \u00ebsht\u00eb ngritur n\u00eb nivelet maksimale historike.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPrurjet rekord n\u00eb rangun 1 mij\u00eb metra kub uj\u00eb p\u00ebr sekond\u00eb e kan\u00eb ngritur nivelin e ujit n\u00eb hidrocentrale n\u00eb maksimumet historike, duke k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuar me p\u00ebrmbytje\u201d, &#8211; tha Stojku. Ky i fundit u shpreh se do t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb shkarkimet e ujit, pasi nuk mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrballohet kjo prurje uji.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKemi shpallur gjendjen e jasht\u00ebzakonshme n\u00eb KESH dhe OST. Nga Fierza po shkarkojm\u00eb 460 m\/kub n\u00eb sekond\u00eb, nga Komani 900 m\/kub n\u00eb sekond\u00eb dhe po e nj\u00ebjta sasi nga Vau i Dej\u00ebs. Jemi t\u00eb detyruar t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb shkarkimet e duhura p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos rrezikuar gjith\u00eb vendin\u201d, &#8211; tha Stojku. KESH njoftoi se t\u00eb gjitha hidrocentralet jan\u00eb duke punuar me kapacitetin maksimal, por kjo nuk mjafton p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrballuar nivelin e lart\u00eb t\u00eb prurjeve. \u201cObjektet po punojn\u00eb me fuqin\u00eb maksimale. Po eksportojm\u00eb 11.5 milion\u00eb kw\/or\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00eb\u201d, &#8211; p\u00ebrfundoi Stojku.<\/p>\n<p>Niveli i ujit n\u00eb Fierz\u00eb ka arritur n\u00eb 293.2 metra mbi nivelin e detit, nga 296 metra q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pika kritike. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye jan\u00eb duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb shkarkime t\u00eb shumta uji, \u00e7ka ka ndikuar edhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbytjen e qindra banesave n\u00eb rrethin e Shkodr\u00ebs dhe Lezh\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Parashikimi, dit\u00ebt n\u00eb vijim, reshje t\u00eb shumta<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Situata e zon\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs dhe Lezh\u00ebs duket se do t\u00eb p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsohet. Sipas parashikimit, dit\u00ebt n\u00eb vijim do t\u00eb sh\u00ebnojn\u00eb reshje t\u00eb shumta shiu, \u00e7ka do t\u00eb ndikoj\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsimin e situat\u00ebs. Sh\u00ebrbimi Sinoptik ka paralajm\u00ebruar se reshjet do t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb edhe k\u00ebt\u00eb jav\u00eb, \u00e7ka do ta \u00e7onte situat\u00ebn n\u00eb nj\u00eb nivel shum\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb emergjence. Prej disa dit\u00ebsh, qindra sht\u00ebpi jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb pabanueshme dhe kan\u00eb nisur evakuimet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>U evakuuan nga p\u00ebrmbytjet, kthehen n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb kushteve t\u00eb k\u00ebqija<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb shum\u00eb se 130 banor\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb lagjeje rome n\u00eb Bah\u00e7all\u00ebk t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt u evakuuan dy dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbytjeve t\u00eb sht\u00ebpive, jan\u00eb rikthyer dje n\u00eb banesat e tyre q\u00eb ndodhen n\u00ebn uj\u00eb. Shkak p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb, sipas tyre, jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb kushtet e v\u00ebshtira t\u00eb jetes\u00ebs n\u00eb kapanonet e repartit ushtarak t\u00eb Melgush\u00ebs, ku edhe ishin strehuar nga Emergjencat Civile. Ata jan\u00eb rikthyer n\u00eb banesat e tyre vet\u00ebm pak pas nj\u00eb prononcimi t\u00eb kreut t\u00eb Emergjencave Civile, Alfred Olli, i cili tha se ata u akomoduan n\u00eb kushte shum\u00eb t\u00eb mira. \u201cDje pasdite 130 persona t\u00eb komunitetit rom jan\u00eb akomoduar n\u00eb repartin ushtarak Melgush\u00eb, ku u \u00ebsht\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb asistenc\u00eb me ndihma n\u00eb ushqime dhe ndihm\u00eb mjek\u00ebsore.
