Jan\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebs t\u00eb dalluar t\u00eb shkollave 9-vje\u00e7are, q\u00eb shkojn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb takuar krer\u00ebt e shtetit. Ishin tek kryetarja e Kuvendit, m\u00eb pas shkuan tek presidenti Bamir Topi. K\u00ebtu e pyet\u00ebn Topin me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb p\u00ebr ligjin e plehrave. Nuk duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb ndjer\u00eb komod ambasadori Volfart, i cili mbrojti ligjin e plehrave, kur Topi tha se me votimin e ligjit humb\u00ebn qytetar\u00ebt dhe fitoi bab\u00ebzia e interesat.<\/p>\n<p>Pas takimit me Topin, Volfart i \u00e7oi f\u00ebmij\u00ebt tek kryeministri. T\u00eb kuriozuar nga deklaratat e Berish\u00ebs se Shqip\u00ebria n\u00eb vendin 2017 do jet\u00eb nj\u00eb vend shum\u00eb i zhvilluar, f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e pyet\u00ebn si do e realizonte nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb. Nj\u00ebsoj si tek ajo barsoleta e komunizmit, ku nj\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb nis e qan kur d\u00ebgjon sa e mir\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria e thot\u00eb \u2018dua t\u00eb shkoj n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri\u2019. Nuk e dim\u00eb n\u00ebse ndonj\u00eb nga f\u00ebmij\u00ebt ka th\u00ebn\u00eb dua t\u00eb shkoj n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, pasi ka d\u00ebgjuar ato q\u00eb ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Berisha si p\u00ebrgjigje, por do jen\u00eb \u00e7uditur se sa shum\u00eb u foli Berisha p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e past\u00ebr n\u00eb dit\u00ebn kur vendosi t\u00eb importoj\u00eb plehra.<\/p>\n<p>Ja p\u00ebrgjigja e Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShqip\u00ebria vend i zhvilluar n\u00ebnkupton nj\u00eb zhvillim t\u00eb gjithansh\u00ebm t\u00eb vendit, por edhe nj\u00eb zhvillim q\u00eb ka p\u00ebr rezultante vendosjen e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb grupin e vendeve me t\u00eb ardhura t\u00eb larta n\u00eb bot\u00eb. Do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se Shqip\u00ebria ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb grupin e vendeve me t\u00eb ardhura m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebta, nd\u00ebrsa sot \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb grupin e vendeve me t\u00eb ardhura t\u00eb mesme t\u00eb larta, duhet t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb n\u00eb grupin e vendeve me t\u00eb ardhura t\u00eb larta. Objektivi i p\u00ebrcaktuar p\u00ebr vitin 2017 \u00ebsht\u00eb objektivi m\u00eb ambicioz i jet\u00ebs sime dhe m\u00eb frym\u00ebzuesi. \u00cbsht\u00eb kompleks si nocion, vet\u00ebkupton nj\u00eb zhvillim cil\u00ebsor t\u00eb sistemit t\u00eb arsimit dhe disa hapa pozitiv\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb ne i kemi b\u00ebr\u00eb. \u00c7far\u00eb kemi arritur ne? Ne nuk e kemi dhe nuk do ta b\u00ebjm\u00eb t\u00eb detyruesh\u00ebm, sepse kjo shif\u00ebr 91 p\u00ebrqind \u00ebsht\u00eb e shk\u00eblqyer si shif\u00ebr. Kemi arritjen tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb 70 p\u00ebrqind e atyre q\u00eb mbarojn\u00eb shkollat e mesme ndjekin universitetet. Tani, ne m\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb potencialin ton\u00eb duhet t\u00eb angazhohemi n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e m\u00ebsimit. N\u00eb arsimin parauniversitar ne duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka t\u00eb forcojm\u00eb leximin dhe matematik\u00ebn, si baza e t\u00eb gjitha bazave. N\u00eb arsimin universitar ne duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatemi me kushtet e tregut, k\u00ebrkesat e tij. Po k\u00ebshtu n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e sh\u00ebndetit dhe ruajtjes s\u00eb tij. Ne do t\u00eb kapim brenda vitit 2017 dhe kemi kapur disa nga treguesit e vendeve t\u00eb zhvilluara, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb jet\u00ebgjat\u00ebsia. Ka nj\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb fundit q\u00eb ne kemi nj\u00eb jet\u00ebgjat\u00ebsi prej 79.4 vjet. Ne kemi nj\u00eb vdekshm\u00ebri foshnjor\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebri m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb se \u00e7\u2019duhet ta kemi, por k\u00ebt\u00eb vit e kemi nj\u00eb shifrore, e kemi pasur dy shifrore dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e papranueshme. Ne synojm\u00eb q\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm t\u00eb b\u00ebhemi nj\u00eb vend i zhvilluar, por nj\u00eb vend i zhvilluar i q\u00ebndrueshme, n\u00eb rrug\u00eb jeshile.
