Ne m\u00eb nuk po ecim disa hapa pas shteteve t\u00eb rajonit. Ne as nuk po vendnum\u00ebrojm\u00eb. Fatkeq\u00ebsisht, ne po ecim prapa!<\/p>\n<p>SA HER\u00cb Q\u00cb NGA goja e politikan\u00ebve tan\u00eb k\u00ebta 2-3 vjet\u00ebt e fundit kemi d\u00ebgjuar fjalit\u00eb se Kosova po fiton l\u00ebvizje t\u00eb lir\u00eb dhe liberalizim vizash, fatkeq\u00ebsisht kjo doli se ka n\u00ebnkuptuar krejt t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Si rrjedhoj\u00eb, Kosova, vendi ndoshta m\u00eb i izoluar n\u00eb bot\u00eb, me vet\u00ebm 4 shtete, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat mund t\u00eb udh\u00ebtohet pa viza, sot l\u00ebre q\u00eb s\u2019ka sh\u00ebnuar ndonj\u00eb progres, por \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe m\u00eb e izoluar se m\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>-A ka ku t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb m\u00eb tep\u00ebr?! \u2013 mund t\u00eb pyes dikush.<\/p>\n<p>-Ja q\u00eb paska! \u2013 \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjja.<\/p>\n<p>Kosova, pavar\u00ebsisht deklaratave p\u00ebr konsum ditor t\u00eb lider\u00ebve institucional\u00eb, ka sh\u00ebnuar regres n\u00eb l\u00ebvizjen e lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>DUSHI I FTOHT\u00cb akull s\u00eb fundi erdhi nga Komisioni Evropian, q\u00eb na tregoi se jemi larg, ende shum\u00eb larg liberalizimit t\u00eb vizave, e sidomos \u2013 si\u00e7 u pa! \u2013 tep\u00ebr larg nga 15-muajshi i proklamuar nga kryeministri Tha\u00e7i, rreth \u2013 hm! \u2013 25 muaj m\u00eb par\u00eb (sic!).<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u00ebpo, nuk besoj se dikush q\u00eb ka dy ide rreth Kosov\u00ebs t\u00eb kishte besuar se do t\u00eb ndodhte ndonj\u00eb Schengen i Bardh\u00eb n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb \u201cafat rekord\u201d. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, fjala shum\u00eb e p\u00ebrmendur pas secil\u00ebs kritik\u00eb nga Brukseli, fjala \u201crekord\u201d pra, po gjen nj\u00ebfar\u00eb zbatimi, por n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb matur rekordin kosovar t\u00eb izolimit.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo po v\u00ebrehet edhe n\u00eb praktik\u00eb, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur shtetet e BE-s\u00eb kan\u00eb filluar t\u00eb ashp\u00ebrsojn\u00eb procedurat p\u00ebr marrjen e vizave Schengen p\u00ebr kosovar\u00ebt, e assesi t\u00eb leht\u00ebsojn\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb fundi, n\u00eb nj\u00eb rast, ndodhi q\u00eb nj\u00eb ambasad\u00eb e nj\u00eb shteti t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb t\u00eb jap\u00eb viza me koh\u00ebzgjatje prej vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb muaji p\u00ebr dhjet\u00eb gazetar\u00eb, gj\u00eb q\u00eb s\u2019kishte ndodhur m\u00eb her\u00ebt. Dhe k\u00ebtu, pa hyr\u00eb fare n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen se gazetar\u00ebt kosovar\u00eb nuk g\u00ebzojn\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha ambasadat t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e pajisjes s\u00eb vizave pa pages\u00eb, ose me pages\u00eb standarde prej 35 eurosh. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, ka ambasada q\u00eb vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr pasaport\u00eb t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb 60 euro pages\u00eb vize, gj\u00eb n\u00eb nuk vlente me dokumentet e udh\u00ebtimit t\u00eb UNMIK-ut. Pavar\u00ebsisht a merret apo refuzohet aplikimi.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00cb AN\u00cbN TJET\u00cbR, sigurisht se ju kujtohet fare mir\u00eb se si ishte trumbetuar si nj\u00eb arritje e madhe ajo q\u00eb u quajt \u201cl\u00ebvizje e lir\u00eb\u201d p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr territoret e nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebs nga Tahiri e Stefanoviq. Epo, q\u00eb nga ajo koh\u00eb, kjo l\u00ebvizje e lir\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht nj\u00eb oksimoron, pasi q\u00eb ajo q\u00eb u proklamua si liri e l\u00ebvizjes, n\u00eb fakt, vet\u00ebm sa ka v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsuar edhe m\u00eb tep\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb ishte.<\/p>\n<p>Qeveria serbe me dredhi ia kishte dal\u00eb t\u2019ia shiste delegacionit kosovar si kompromis, di\u00e7ka q\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb kishte ekzistuar, madje n\u00eb version m\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00eb. Deri dy-tre muaj para se te fillonte dialogu teknik-(politik) Prishtin\u00eb-Beograd, qytetar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs kan\u00eb pasur mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb t\u00eb hyjn\u00eb me vetura n\u00eb territorin e Serbis\u00eb, duke marr\u00eb targa t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohshme dhe duke paguar rreth 30 euro, por vet\u00ebm sa p\u00ebr t\u00eb fituar terren gjat\u00eb negociatave kjo praktik\u00eb u ndalua. Pastaj, gjat\u00eb dialogut u arrit marr\u00ebveshja, por thuajse identike me at\u00eb q\u00eb ishte m\u00eb par\u00eb, ve\u00e7se tash me \u00e7mim kat\u00ebr her\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Tash, p\u00ebr t\u00eb kaluar me vetur\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr territorin e Serbis\u00eb, (gj\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn shum\u00eb kosovar\u00eb e p\u00ebrdorin p\u00ebr t\u00eb dal\u00eb n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb, ose anasjelltas), duhet paguar plot 113 euro, plus 7 euro targat e p\u00ebrkohshme p\u00ebr secil\u00ebn dit\u00eb. Kjo ka shkaktuar shum\u00eb telashe, sidomos p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb Lugin\u00eb t\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs, m\u00ebrgimtar\u00ebt, si dhe serb\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>A \u00ebsht\u00eb kjo v\u00ebrtet liri e qarkullimit, apo pengim i tij?!<\/p>\n<p>E ndon\u00ebse dialogu teknik-(politik) \u00ebsht\u00eb duke vazhduar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb bukur diskrete n\u00eb Bruksel, ende nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb realizuar premtimi i zonj\u00ebs Tahiri, se kjo marr\u00ebveshje do t\u00eb rishqyrtohet. Kurse, derisa t\u2019u bjer\u00eb n\u00eb mend pal\u00ebve vuajtja e qytetar\u00ebve q\u00eb paguajn\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb kalim kufiri gjysm\u00ebn e pag\u00ebs mesatare, kjo vet\u00ebm sa dend\u00ebson izolimin.<\/p>\n<p>THELLIMI I IZOLIMIT jav\u00ebt e fundit ndodhi edhe me t\u00ebrheqjen e vendimit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kroacis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb lejuar qarkullimin n\u00ebp\u00ebr territorin e vet p\u00ebr kosovar\u00ebt me viza Schengen me shum\u00eb hyrje.<\/p>\n<p>Vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb ky vendim ishte reklamuar nga Qeveria, si nj\u00eb hap drejt l\u00ebvizjes m\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs. Mir\u00ebpo, ky hap, si\u00e7 po e shohim sot, jo q\u00eb nuk bindi ndonj\u00eb shtet tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb veproj\u00eb nj\u00ebsoj, por u kthye mbrapsht edhe nga vet\u00eb Zagrebi. Me arsyetimin se ky shtet \u00ebsht\u00eb duke p\u00ebrshtatur me shpejt\u00ebsi legjislacionin me BE-n\u00eb, n\u00eb prag t\u00eb b\u00ebrjes an\u00ebtar n\u00eb mes t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti, u anulua vendimi i m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe, p\u00ebr dallim nga rrahagjoksi i nj\u00eb viti m\u00eb par\u00eb, nuk pam\u00eb asnj\u00eb an\u00ebtar t\u00eb kabinetit qeveritar t\u00eb marr\u00eb mundin p\u00ebr t\u00eb sqaruar k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb regresi, e as t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb ndonj\u00eb sqarim nga shteti mik.<\/p>\n<p>Tash, si t\u00eb sqarohet fakti q\u00eb Qeveria Tha\u00e7i mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb unike n\u00eb bot\u00eb p\u00ebr nga numri i resor\u00ebve q\u00eb merren me politik\u00ebn e jashtme dhe ne vet\u00ebm sa po shkojm\u00eb duke u izoluar?<\/p>\n<p>Ne kemi dy zv.kryeministra p\u00ebr pun\u00eb t\u00eb jashtme, Pacollin e Tahirin, kemi ministrin e Jasht\u00ebm, Hoxhaj, kemi ministren e Integrimeve, \u00c7itaku, kemi ministrin e Brendsh\u00ebm, Rexhepi, pa p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb k\u00ebtu kryeministrin Tha\u00e7i. Plus presidentja Jahjaga. Dhe nuk ka p\u00ebrparim!<\/p>\n<p>Epo, di\u00e7ka nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rregull, di\u00e7ka nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rregull shum\u00eb!
