Ishte mitingu p\u00ebrmbyll\u00ebs i fusht\u00ebs s\u00eb PD dhe Martens deklaroi se Sali Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb i vetmi lider q\u00eb mund ta \u00e7oj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb Europ\u00eb. Plakaruqi Martens, sikur t\u00eb mos ishte nj\u00eb konservator evropian por nj\u00eb PD-ist i thekur, tha edhe shum\u00eb t\u00eb pav\u00ebrteta t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb do ia kishte zili propaganda kultngrit\u00ebse e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb diktator\u00ebve dhe autokrat\u00ebve t\u00eb bot\u00ebs t\u00eb gjall\u00eb e t\u00eb vdekur, nga Hitleri e deri te Enveri, nga \u00c7avez deri te Llukashenko. N\u00eb fakt konservatori Martens nuk b\u00ebri gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr ve\u00e7se mb\u00ebshteti at\u00eb q\u00eb shfaqet sot si pengesa kryesore e europianizimit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, kultin e Sali Berish\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe kur flasim p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb kult, nuk kemi parasysh vet\u00ebm personin Sali Berisha por t\u00ebr\u00eb at\u00eb piramid\u00eb n\u00ebnshtrimi njer\u00ebzish dhe institucionesh, t\u00ebr\u00eb rrjetin e kapjeve, korruptimeve apo shantazheve q\u00eb nuk e lejon shtetin ligjor dhe drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb ngrej\u00eb kok\u00ebn n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. As vot\u00ebn e lir\u00eb. Kulti i individit Berisha nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht individi Berisha, por nj\u00eb qenie sa kolektive aq antidemokratike. Esht\u00eb nj\u00eb Leviatan me shum\u00eb kok\u00eb. Atij i del n\u00eb mbrojtje jo vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb minist\u00ebr i oborrit berishist q\u00eb fiton miliona por edhe fshatari shkodran, t\u00eb cilit i \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmbytur bag\u00ebtia dhe sht\u00ebpia p\u00ebr faj t\u00eb ministrit.<\/p>\n<p>Dukuria nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e re. Nuk qen\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00eb ata fshatar\u00eb q\u00eb u b\u00ebn\u00eb themeli i diktatur\u00ebs komuniste p\u00ebr dekada me radh\u00eb edhe pse ushqeheshin vet\u00ebm me buk\u00eb misri dhe dhall\u00eb. Edhe kulti i Berish\u00ebs i ka rr\u00ebnj\u00ebt sa te lakmia aq edhe t\u00eb verb\u00ebria. Te po ajo verb\u00ebri q\u00eb ushqeu p\u00ebr 45 vjet kultin e ish-diktatorit Enver Hoxha. Dhe \u201ceuropiani\u201d Martens vuri nj\u00eb tull\u00eb n\u00eb piramid\u00ebn e k\u00ebtij kulti antieuropian. Sepse Berisha jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb lideri q\u00eb mund ta \u00e7oj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb Europ\u00eb (n\u00eb fakt ai s\u2019e ka fare nj\u00eb q\u00ebllim t\u00eb till\u00eb), por kulti i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb sot shk\u00ebmbi q\u00eb ka bllokuar rrug\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb drejt Europ\u00ebs. Ndryshe si shpjegohet q\u00eb pas 20 vjet\u00ebsh \u201cdrejt Europ\u00ebs\u201d n\u00ebn udh\u00ebheqjen e politikan\u00ebve si Berisha, Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb ende larg saj?<\/p>\n<p>* * *<\/p>\n<p>Kulti i Berish\u00ebs nuk ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb m\u00eb vet\u00ebm me Berish\u00ebn. Por natyrisht ai kult nuk mund t\u00eb marr\u00eb fund pa fundin politik t\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe arsyeja q\u00eb krahas denoncimit t\u00eb sistemit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij kulti (nj\u00eb sistem q\u00eb ka kapur p\u00ebr fyti sistemin e demokracis\u00eb dhe shtetit ligjor), kritika i drejtohet pa prer\u00eb kok\u00ebs s\u00eb k\u00ebtij kulti q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00eb politikani Sali Berisha. Ka shum\u00eb argumente q\u00eb provojn\u00eb se politikani Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb penges\u00eb p\u00ebr europianizmin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Edhe pse ca \u201ceuropian\u00eb\u201d si Martens vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb thon\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn. Por nuk ofrojn\u00eb dot prova p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Martens thot\u00eb se Berisha luftoi me toleranc\u00eb zero korrupsionin. Por \u00ebsht\u00eb KE-ja q\u00eb tha t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn n\u00eb raportin e progresit. Martens b\u00ebri altoparlantin e propagand\u00ebs s\u00eb r\u00ebndomt\u00eb berishiste kur tha se Berisha zhduku bandat. Por nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb krimi organizuar dhe korrupsioni galopant mbeten nj\u00eb nga shkaqet q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria nuk fitoi dot statusin e kandidatit t\u00eb BE. Martens e paraqet Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb q\u00eb po ndryshon si nj\u00eb parajs\u00eb t\u00eb krijuar nga demiurgu Berisha. Por pyetja q\u00eb i b\u00ebhet atij \u00ebsht\u00eb se p\u00ebrse Europa nuk ia hapi der\u00ebn e kandidatit k\u00ebsaj parajse? Shqip\u00ebria n\u00ebn Berish\u00ebn v\u00ebrtet po ndryshon por po ndryshon p\u00ebr keq.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb gjitha ato q\u00eb tha dhe thot\u00eb Martens e K\u00b0, jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb propagande q\u00eb verbon sot jo pak shqiptar\u00eb. Dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb propagand\u00eb jo pa pasoja negative kur nj\u00eb politikan i lart\u00eb europian del n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb berishizmit, korrentit politik m\u00eb antieuropian n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Gjithsesi pa u p\u00ebrhapur shum\u00eb n\u00eb fakte t\u00eb tjera, do t\u00eb ndalemi vet\u00ebm n\u00eb nj\u00eb fakt t\u00eb vet\u00ebm q\u00eb d\u00ebshmon pa ekuivoke natyr\u00ebn antidemokratike dhe antieuropiane t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs. Ka mbi 20 vjet q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb Krijuar Partia Demokratike (PD). Dhe ajo u krijua me premtimin se do t\u00eb ishte e kund\u00ebrta e PPSH si n\u00eb form\u00eb dhe organizim ashtu edhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtje. Duke patur parasysh se n\u00eb partin\u00eb komuniste lideri ishte i p\u00ebrjetsh\u00ebm, n\u00eb statutin e PD u fiksua q\u00eb lideri, kryetari i partis\u00eb nuk duhet t\u00eb q\u00ebndronte m\u00eb shum\u00eb se dy mandate n\u00eb krye t\u00eb saj. Por \u00e7\u2019ndodhi? Sikund\u00ebr denoncon sot Besnik Mustafaj, ky nen i statutit, q\u00eb pengonte Berish\u00ebn t\u00eb b\u00ebhej nj\u00eb Enver Hoxh\u00eb n\u00eb PD, u hoq.<\/p>\n<p>Te kjo l\u00ebvizje e padukshme statutore duhet t\u00eb shikojm\u00eb spermatozoidin e autokratizmit q\u00eb degjeneroi demokracin\u00eb n\u00eb PD duke e shnd\u00ebrruar at\u00eb, gradualisht, n\u00eb nj\u00eb parti, n\u00eb thelb, bolshevike. N\u00eb nj\u00eb parti t\u00eb kuqe flak\u00eb por t\u00eb maskuar me boj\u00eb blu. Pa nj\u00eb modifikim t\u00eb till\u00eb Berisha nuk do t\u00eb kish q\u00ebndruar dot n\u00eb krye t\u00eb partis\u00eb p\u00ebr mbi 20 vjet rresht. Pa qen\u00eb kryetar i PD ai nuk do t\u00eb kish q\u00ebndruar dot as n\u00eb krye t\u00eb politik\u00ebs, t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs dhe m\u00eb pas edhe t\u00eb shtetit po aq gjat\u00eb. N\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij deformimi statutor, sot PD-ja \u00ebsht\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb nj\u00eb klan ku shumica i bindet verb\u00ebrisht liderit, ashtu sikund\u00ebr dje shumica i bindej verb\u00ebrisht Enverit. N\u00eb jet\u00ebn e brendshme t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb nuk ka asgj\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore t\u00eb ndryshme nga ajo e PPSH-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Esht\u00eb po ai n\u00ebnshtrim, bindje dhe verb\u00ebri absolute ndaj liderit. Rival\u00ebt e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, si Selami, Ngjela, p\u00ebrzihen me shkelma nga partia dhe jan\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebpritur t\u00eb rikthehen atje vet\u00ebm si servil\u00eb, si djem plangprish\u00ebs q\u00eb i p\u00ebrulen patriarkut dhe i k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb falje. Sikund\u00ebr u rikthyen Ruli, Pollo apo Imami. N\u00eb PD Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb sot Zot si \u201cshoku Enver\u201d dje n\u00eb PPSH. Prandaj ca pyetje shkojn\u00eb p\u00ebr konservatorin Martens: A \u00ebsht\u00eb normale, p\u00ebr standardet evropiane, q\u00eb nj\u00eb lider t\u00eb q\u00ebndroj\u00eb n\u00eb krye t\u00eb partis\u00eb s\u00eb tij 20 vjet e kusur pa u nd\u00ebrruar fare? A \u00ebsht\u00eb lideri i p\u00ebrjetsh\u00ebm tipar i partive demokratike apo i partive totalitare?<\/p>\n<p>A \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur nj\u00eb parti jo demokratike t\u00eb aspiroj\u00eb q\u00ebllime dhe strategji demokratike sikund\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb integrimi europian i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb? S\u00eb fundi q\u00eb Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb autokrat dhe nuk ngopet me pushtet as n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb por as edhe n\u00eb koh\u00eb nuk do koment. Sikur t\u00eb kish edhe nj\u00eb fije sens p\u00ebr demokracin\u00eb, Berisha jo vet\u00ebm nuk do ndryshonte statutin e PD por do vet\u00eb-largohej pas dy mandatesh nga kreu i saj. Pra do sillej ndryshe nga Enveri. Por at\u00ebher\u00eb Berisha nuk do ishte Berish\u00eb .
