N\u00eb nj\u00eb leksion q\u00eb ka mbajtur, i ftuar nga Instituti Shqiptar p\u00ebr Studime Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, ai flet p\u00ebr progres- raportin e BE, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se Shqip\u00ebria ka d\u00ebshtuar n\u00eb \u00e7do fush\u00eb, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 asaj t\u00eb politik\u00ebs s\u00eb jashtme. Sipas tij, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kriza politike ajo q\u00eb po mban peng Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebs m\u00eb shum\u00eb se miratimi i ligjeve, i duhet zbatimi i tyre.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDebati n\u00eb media \u00ebsht\u00eb fokusuar thuajse ekskluzivisht tek efektet e kriz\u00ebs politike n\u00eb raportin e progresit. N\u00eb nj\u00eb far\u00eb mase, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e kuptueshme. Megjithat\u00eb, ju q\u00eb e keni lexuar v\u00ebrtet raportin e gjat\u00eb e dini se ng\u00ebr\u00e7i aktual politik \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb porcion i vog\u00ebl i numrit shum\u00eb t\u00eb madh t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve shqet\u00ebsuese q\u00eb jan\u00eb ngritur n\u00eb raport,\u201d tha Jensen.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJu q\u00eb nuk e keni lexuar raportin- dhe ju b\u00ebj thirrje ta lexoni at\u00eb- duhet t\u00eb dini se ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb analiz\u00eb e p\u00ebrpikt\u00eb, kapitull p\u00ebr kapitull, se si Shqip\u00ebria dhe institucionet e saj kan\u00eb funksionuar vitin q\u00eb shkoi. A ka ndonj\u00eb progres n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si policia zbaton ligjet? Si kan\u00eb p\u00ebrparuar shkollat? A kan\u00eb ministrit\u00eb burimet dhe ekspertiz\u00ebn e nevojshme? A jan\u00eb mbajtur premtimet? A ka avancuar sundimi i ligjit? A jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb procedurat parlamentare m\u00eb demokratike? Dhe a jan\u00eb sjell\u00eb pran\u00eb standardeve t\u00eb BE fushat e politikave individuale? E k\u00ebshtu me radh\u00eb. P\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq, raporti n\u00eb shum\u00eb fusha tregon p\u00ebr nj\u00eb d\u00ebshtim ose nj\u00eb not\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt n\u00eb krahasim me progresin e vitit q\u00eb shkoi. N\u00ebse kujtesa m\u00eb sh\u00ebrben mir\u00eb, vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb fush\u00eb karakterizohet aktualisht nga raporti si n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e duhur drejt BE dhe ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb politika e jashtme.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ambasadori danez thot\u00eb se p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr d\u00ebshtimet \u00ebsht\u00eb qeveria. \u201cProgres- raporti i \u00ebsht\u00eb dor\u00ebzuar qeveris\u00eb sepse n\u00eb analiz\u00ebn p\u00ebrfundimtare, qeveria \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr shum\u00eb nga ato gj\u00ebra q\u00eb jan\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar n\u00eb raport. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb raport p\u00ebr at\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb qeveria ka arritur n\u00eb nj\u00eb vit,\u201d tha ambasadori.<\/p>\n<p>Ambasadori thot\u00eb m\u00eb posht\u00eb se n\u00eb nj\u00ebzet vite, qeverit\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrparuar shum\u00eb avash drejt BE. Ai thot\u00eb se nuk e kupton pse Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gjendje, kur \u00ebsht\u00eb bekuar kaq shum\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUn\u00eb jam danez dhe kur e konsideroj se me \u00e7far\u00eb jan\u00eb bekuar shqiptar\u00ebt, nuk arrij v\u00ebrtet ta kuptoj se si Shqip\u00ebria nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb ball\u00eb t\u00eb BE. Kam d\u00ebgjuar q\u00eb politikan\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb i referohen Danimark\u00ebs si shembull i shk\u00eblqyer i asaj q\u00eb mund t\u00eb realizohet. Por nga perspektiva ime, \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb kuptoj se p\u00ebrse Shqip\u00ebria nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrpara Danimark\u00ebs. Ju keni qen\u00eb me fat me natyr\u00ebn, burimet, klim\u00ebn, etj, n\u00eb krahasim me ne. Dhe shqiptar\u00ebt nuk jan\u00eb m\u00eb pak pun\u00ebtor\u00eb dhe t\u00eb zgjuar se danez\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Mendoj se nj\u00eb shpjegim \u00ebsht\u00eb se danez\u00ebt mendojn\u00eb dhe veprojn\u00eb si nj\u00eb komb, si nj\u00eb popull. Shqiptar\u00ebt veprojn\u00eb si individ\u00eb ose si an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb familjes.
