Hegel thekson q\u00eb duhet kuptuar realiteti i gj\u00ebrave q\u00eb na rrethojn\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet arsyetimit, kur ky aspekt pranohet nga racionaliteti, at\u00ebhere duhet stabilizuar edhe detyra e filozofis\u00eb. Marks duke pranuar \u00e7\u2019ka thot\u00eb Hegel shkon akoma m\u00eb tej dhe mb\u00ebshtet faktin, q\u00eb filozofia nuk duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb si detyr\u00eb trasformimin e realitetit.<\/p>\n<p>Shtrohet pyetja: ky realitet dhe racionalitet kujt i drejtohet, p\u00ebr k\u00eb b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb? Aspekti kryesor n\u00eb dy rastet e p\u00ebrmendur shikon nga af\u00ebr problemet q\u00eb lidhen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb me Institucionet e Shtetit. Deduktojm\u00eb q\u00eb filozofia, duke qen\u00eb manifestazioni m\u00eb i lart\u00eb i Arsyetimit dhe Llogjik\u00ebs, edhe pse nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb prezent gjithmon\u00eb n\u00eb mendejen e individit, duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb e qart\u00eb dhe e konkretizuar tek Shteti. K\u00ebto pro\u00e7ese, pra reale dhe racionale, q\u00eb shikohen sakt\u00ebsisht tek pjekuria dhe ecuria e sh\u00ebndosh e vet\u00eb Shtetit, arrihen mbas nj\u00eb rruge t\u00eb gjat\u00eb eksperience.<\/p>\n<p>Mb\u00ebshtetur mbi bazat e demokracis\u00eb Shteti transmenton tek individ\u00ebt trasparenc\u00ebn e pro\u00e7eseve q\u00eb karakterizojn\u00eb funksionin dhe rolin e tij drejtues. Pra faktor\u00ebt real dhe razional, din\u00eb t\u00eb komunikojn\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet trasparenc\u00ebs me popullin, ky i fundit i nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsh\u00ebm i sh\u00ebrben Shtetit duke zbatuar direktivat e politikave drejtuese. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb linja e drejt\u00eb, por megjithat\u00eb ekzistojn\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ecuri edhe devijime q\u00eb p\u00ebr shum\u00eb arsye nuk shkojn\u00eb n\u00eb drejtimet e duhura.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, justifikimi mund t\u00eb shp\u00ebtoj\u00eb p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht subjektin Shtet nga mosv\u00ebm\u00ebndja, mos arritja q\u00eb tregon ndaj k\u00ebtyre problemeve, e megjithat\u00eb justifikimi tregon mos pranim p\u00ebr gabimin e b\u00ebr\u00eb. M\u00eb e mira do t\u00eb ishte autokritika, e cila mund t\u00eb rekuperoj\u00eb terrenin disi t\u00eb humbur nga gabimet e b\u00ebra, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb v\u00ebmendja duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrq\u00ebndrohet tek kujdesi, i cili duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb jasht\u00eb mase i mpreht\u00eb sepse po u p\u00ebrs\u00ebrit\u00ebn justifikimet dhe autokritikat Shteti ka humbur krejt\u00ebsisht funksionin e tij drejtues ndaj vendit.<\/p>\n<p>Pra filozofia n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb njer\u00ebzimit ndihmon, shum\u00eb m\u00eb tep\u00ebr nga \u00e7\u2019e mendojm\u00eb ne, p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar se deri ku kemi arritur n\u00eb pro\u00e7eset q\u00eb kishim menduar dhe d\u00ebshiruar, ajo na tregon n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb \u00e7do t\u00eb thot\u00eb besimi q\u00eb ne kemi ndaj Shtetit ton\u00eb, i cili duhet ti p\u00ebrgjigjet nevojave tona. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e lidhur n\u00eb filozofin e Hegeli-it me figur\u00ebn metaforike Prindi\/Shtet; kujtojm\u00eb gjithashtu, q\u00eb Shteti si qendra e ligjshme e transparenc\u00ebs (Marx) nuk mund t\u00eb maskoj\u00eb t\u00eb keqen n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet fjal\u00ebve t\u00eb bukura dhe t\u00eb mira.<\/p>\n<p>Nisemi duke arsyetuar nga nj\u00eb pyetje; \u2013 \u2018Fajet, gabimet o borxhet e Prindit duhet ti pagojn\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt q\u00eb faj nuk kan\u00eb\u2019 ?- Normalisht t\u00eb gjith\u00eb mendojm\u00eb, \u2018\u00e7\u2019faj\u00eb kan\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt t\u00eb paguajn\u00eb kusuret e prind\u00ebrve\u2019, e megjithat\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, drejt\u00ebp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb ose t\u00ebrthorazi, trash\u00ebgojn\u00eb p\u00ebr faj t\u00eb prind\u00ebrve nj\u00eb seri d\u00ebmesh, ose t\u00eb mira, q\u00eb mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb ekonomike, politike, kulturore, shoq\u00ebrore etj. Duke aplikuar pyetjen e m\u00ebsip\u00ebrme n\u00ebn kontekstin Hegelian, le t\u00eb nxjerrim disa konkluzione n\u00eb lidhje me Prindin-Shtetin ton\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb pari: shtrojm\u00eb problemin Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb e drejtuar nga nj\u00eb \u2018Prind\u2019 p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e saj apo jo? E n\u00ebse jo cilat jan\u00eb arsyet? Fillojm\u00eb duke t\u00ebrhequr v\u00ebmendjen tek ajo q\u00eb mungon, tek ajo q\u00eb perceptohet n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi nga ne t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, pra mungesa e nj\u00eb modeli civil n\u00eb lidhje me eksperienc\u00ebn politike si mjet efikat\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjidhur problemet e popullit. Ky model tashm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb krejt\u00ebsisht i rr\u00ebzuar, nuk d\u00ebgjohet m\u00eb, sepse ka vet\u00ebm polemika, vet\u00ebm kund\u00ebrshtime, vet\u00ebm gishta q\u00eb drejtohen tek fajtori. Pra \u2018Prindi \u2013Shtet\u2019 nuk merr p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr asnj\u00eb faj. Kjo p\u00ebr sa koh\u00eb do zgjas\u00eb, a mund t\u00eb ecet p\u00ebrpara duke i dh\u00ebn\u00eb fajin gjithmon t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve? P\u00ebrgjigjen e ka vet\u00eb pyetja.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb dyti: nj\u00eb \u2018Prind\u2019 i till\u00eb nuk i sh\u00ebrben vet\u00ebvetes e jo m\u00eb f\u00ebmijve t\u00eb tij. At\u00ebhere si mund t\u00eb dalim nga kjo gj\u00ebndje paralize sot dhe jo nes\u00ebr? Si duhet t\u00eb ushtrojm\u00eb nj\u00eb presion pozitiv p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbushur hallkat e k\u00ebsaj demokracie t\u00eb brisht\u00eb, q\u00eb tashm\u00eb e kemi pothuaj boshatisur nga dometh\u00ebnia e saj kryesore? Si mund t\u00eb injorojm\u00eb \u201cviolencat\u201d verbale, si mund t\u00eb shprehim lirsh\u00ebm, br\u00ebnda normave t\u00eb demokracis, at\u00eb q\u00eb mendojn\u00eb pa patur asnj\u00eb \u201crrezik\u201d si pasoj\u00eb, sepse \u2018Prindi\u2019 mund t\u00eb na godas\u00eb?<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb treti: kuptojm\u00eb q\u00eb \u2018Prindi\u2019 nuk paska punuar fare p\u00ebr ne, kemi mbetur t\u00eb mjer\u00eb dhe t\u00eb varf\u00ebr duke, menduar q\u00eb s\u2019ka prind ti doj\u00eb t\u00eb keqen f\u00ebmijve (pa naivitet, sepse norma \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebshtu) por jemi gabuar. Sot, m\u00eb tep\u00ebr se kurr\u00eb jemi zgjuar duke kuptuar akoma m\u00eb mir\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb Frojd shkruante 100 vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb; \u201cduhet prer\u00eb raporti me nj\u00eb Padre \u2013Padron.<\/p>\n<p>Kokluzioni: p\u00ebr t\u00eb thyer raportin e diktuar nga Frojd me Prindin ton\u00eb, duhet ti drejtohemi pa tjet\u00ebr vet\u00ebm pun\u00ebs rigoroze me vetveten, kjo si kusht kryesor, m\u00eb pas mbasi t\u00eb jemi fort\u00ebsuar moralisht mund t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtojm\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet jo-violenc\u00ebs d\u00ebshtimin e figur\u00ebs prind\u00ebrore n\u00eb drejtimin t\u00eb ecuris\u00eb ton\u00eb. Largimi n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet mos rizgjedhjes n\u00eb rrolin drejtues.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrmbledhja finale. Kush falimenton n\u00eb nj\u00eb projekt pune nga edukimi e deri n\u00eb zhvillimin p\u00ebrfundimtar duhet t\u00eb jap\u00eb dorheqen, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb minimalja; maksimalja p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb gabon \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjet deri m\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebr d\u00ebshtimet e arritura. K\u00ebto nuk jan\u00eb opinione, por jan\u00eb fakte konkrete q\u00eb gjithsekush nga ne mund ti v\u00ebrtetoj\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00ebse nuk sillet korrekt\u00ebsisht.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk trajtohet problemi duke u fshehur mbas nj\u00eb gishti, mbahet nj\u00eb pozicion i prer\u00eb dhe nuk nd\u00ebrrohen flamur\u00ebt sipas atij q\u00eb fiton betej\u00ebn. Duke par\u00eb vet\u00ebm demagogji dhe jo fakte konkrete, kuptojm\u00eb q\u00eb demokracia \u00ebsht\u00eb degjeneruar krejt\u00ebsisht dhe shoq\u00ebria civile k\u00ebt\u00eb fakt e vuan. E vuan kur punon, e vuan kur shtrohet n\u00eb spital, kur k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb ardhmen e f\u00ebmijve, kur i drejtohet drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, kur k\u00ebrkon lirin\u00eb e plot\u00eb t\u00eb fjal\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb pasuris\u00eb personale, kur duhet t\u00eb fus\u00eb dor\u00ebn n\u00eb xhep p\u00ebr \u00e7do pro\u00e7edur\u00eb burokratike dhe jo vet\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>E akoma, mbi t\u00eb gjitha, kemi eleminuar krejt\u00ebsisht t\u00eb mirat e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta q\u00eb ne duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrceptojm\u00eb si popull, duke p\u00ebrmendur sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsin\u00eb, arsimin, asistenc\u00ebn minimale p\u00ebr t\u00eb papun\u00ebt, sepse mungon krejt\u00ebsisht t\u00ebr\u00ebsia e sistemit welfare state dhe deri tek transporti publik q\u00eb nuk funksionon, pra \u00e7do gj\u00eb ka marr\u00eb fund, shteti social ka marr\u00eb fund, triumfon kudo forma private me karakteristikat e saj m\u00eb t\u00eb egra. Realiteti racional \u00ebsht\u00eb ky, si mund t\u00eb flasim ndryshe.!<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb \u2018indinjuarit\u2019q\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb mos rrin\u00eb n\u00eb heshtje na kujtojn\u00eb akoma, q\u00eb koha e kapitalizmit si\u00e7 e kemi m\u00ebsuar ka marr\u00eb fund sepse po rilind realizmi social razionalist nga posht\u00eb, nga shtresat dhe jo nga lart. Shtresat po l\u00ebvizin sepse politikat neo-liberiste gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebtyre viteve kan\u00eb shkatarruar pro\u00e7esin liberal demokratik. Ajo q\u00eb shikojm\u00eb dhe d\u00ebgjojm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb s\u00ebmundje e p\u00ebrhapur kudo, ndaj posht\u00eb maskat e hipokrizis\u00eb edhe tek ne kur gj\u00ebrat nuk shkojn\u00eb mir\u00eb. Jemi t\u00eb lodhur t\u00eb g\u00eblltisim kafshatat farmak t\u00eb nj\u00eb qeverie t\u00eb d\u00ebshtuar, e cila ka harruar detyr\u00ebn ndaj \u2018f\u00ebmij\u00ebve\u2019, sepse vepron vet\u00ebm egoizmi personal.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrteta kujt si vjen mir\u00eb le t\u00eb ket\u00eb durim t\u00eb d\u00ebgjoj\u00eb edhe k\u00ebmbanat e tjera q\u00eb tring\u00ebllojn\u00eb hidhur. Ishte e qart\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigja Jo nga BE-ja, p\u00ebr vet\u00eb gj\u00ebndjen ton\u00eb, e megjithat\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebri \u2018Prindi-Shtet\u2019 p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi s\u2019mori, kishte nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjente fajtor\u00ebt pa ditur cili ishte faiji. \u2018Prindi-Shtet\u2019 ka bluajtur krunde n\u00eb vend t\u00eb bluante miell p\u00ebr buk\u00eb,e ne jemi t\u00eb zhg\u00ebnjyer sepse kuptojm\u00eb q\u00eb mungon respekti p\u00ebr ne, kujdesi p\u00ebr ne, rregullat p\u00ebr ne, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb garancia e sistemit demokratik. Le ta mendojm\u00eb si t\u00eb duam, por BE nuk ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr halle t\u00eb tjera, boll ka problemet finanziare dhe kriz\u00ebn q\u00eb po rrezikon v\u00ebrtet terrenin e Komunitetit Europian: po t\u00eb jemi t\u00eb ndersh\u00ebm 12 pikat n\u00eb teori jan\u00eb pak, sepse n\u00eb praktik\u00eb pikat q\u00eb ne nuk p\u00ebrmbushim arrijn\u00eb di\u00e7ka m\u00eb shum\u00eb, ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fakt i arsyeshme p\u00ebr ato q\u00eb mungojn\u00eb dhe shkojn\u00eb mbrapsht tek ne. Frojd k\u00ebshillon shk\u00ebputjen e f\u00ebmijve nga Padre-Padron, sepse rasti klinik i pazientit -Prind- mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb patologji me ndikim infektim brezash. K\u00ebto jan\u00eb kushtet.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk ka m\u00eb surpriza, n\u00ebse politika nuk ka zgjidhje, jemi t\u00eb mir\u00eb e t\u00eb k\u00ebqinj t\u00eb gjith\u00eb s\u00eb bashku, e kemi kuptuar tashm\u00eb prej koh\u00ebsh. Ajo q\u00eb nevoijtet \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb kthejm\u00eb rrug\u00eb si individ\u00eb duke punuar dhe reflektuar s\u00eb bashku pa patur m\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb \u2018Prind-Shtet\u2019, i cili vet\u00ebquhet \u2018i bukur\u2019, \u2018i mir\u00eb\u2019 dhe \u2018i zoti\u2019. Ne q\u00eb jemi t\u00eb \u2018pazot\u00eb\u2019, t\u00eb \u2018k\u00ebqinj\u2019 dhe t\u00eb \u2018shumtuar\u2019 duhet t\u00eb marrim p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndryshuar \u201ckartat e fatit\u201d ton\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7do evolucion njer\u00ebzor nuk lindi thjesht nga d\u00ebshp\u00ebrimi, por edhe nga shtytja ekspansive drejt\u00eb s\u00eb mir\u00ebs, e cila rrjedh nga d\u00ebshira e fort\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur di\u00e7ka me Vler\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb mbetet p\u00ebrher\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile. Si konkluzion ngelet p\u00ebr zgjidhje problemi jon\u00eb n\u00eb lidhje me \u2018Prindin\/Shtet\u2019.
