Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb Saliu s\u2019e ka problem t\u00eb flas\u00eb p\u00ebr kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt si\u00e7 flasin t\u00eb gjith\u00eb bandit\u00ebt n\u00eb krye t\u00eb vendeve pa zgjedhje t\u00eb lira, pa drejt\u00ebsi, pa garanci kushtetuese p\u00ebr ask\u00ebnd, pik\u00ebrisht sepse votat i vjedh, gjyqet i komandon vet\u00eb, garancit\u00eb i shp\u00ebrndan si shp\u00ebrblime p\u00ebr t\u00eb n\u00ebnshtruarit e vet. Prandaj edhe ka p\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr kuraj\u00ebn t\u00eb g\u00ebnjej\u00eb derr\u00e7e, p\u00ebrdit\u00eb, duke folur p\u00ebr mrekullira ekonomike nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb popullit t\u00eb vet i ka vajtur thika n\u00eb rrasht\u00eb. Apo duke b\u00ebr\u00eb s\u00eb fundi ambientalistin e madh, n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb bekuar nga Zoti ku qeveria e tij s\u2019po le vend pa shkat\u00ebrruar.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJam ambientalist\u201d thot\u00eb \u201cpo s\u2019jam antiglobalist\u201d, medemek s\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb si t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb i thon\u00eb mos, mos i\u2019a b\u00ebj peshqesh Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb plehrat e bot\u00ebs sepse Shqip\u00ebria sot po mbytet nga plehrat e veta. S\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb si Presidenti i Republik\u00ebs, q\u00eb i thot\u00eb refuzoj ta firmos at\u00eb ligj plehrash ku s\u2019ka vend p\u00ebr nenin q\u00eb lejon importimin e plehrave nga jasht\u00eb. S\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb as si intelektual\u00ebt, q\u00eb i kan\u00eb kushtuar nj\u00ebzet vjet jet\u00eb mbrojtjes s\u00eb ambientit dhe luftojn\u00eb sot d\u00ebshp\u00ebrimisht p\u00ebr ta mbrojtur trupin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nga kafshimet mizore t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb tij. S\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb Saliu as si gazetar\u00ebt kurajoz\u00eb, q\u00eb i kan\u00eb treguar popullit shqiptar t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn rr\u00ebqeth\u00ebse t\u00eb kontrollit t\u00eb mafies mbi linjat e transportit t\u00eb plehrave drejt vendesh q\u00eb s\u2019pastrojn\u00eb dot as plehrat e veta. Si opozita s\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb e s\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb ai, njeriu q\u00eb nxjerr p\u00ebrdit\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn rrug\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb na shar\u00eb para kujt i del p\u00ebrpara dhe hap goj\u00ebn m\u00ebngjez, drek\u00eb, dark\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb g\u00ebnjyer popullin. Po s\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb as si populli vet\u00eb, q\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e plehrave ka si rrall\u00ebher\u00eb konsensus thuajse t\u00eb plot\u00eb mesveti.<\/p>\n<p>Saliu \u00ebsht\u00eb ndryshe v\u00ebrtet, i do plehrat si asnj\u00eb shqiptar dhe s\u2019i mjaftojn\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb ato q\u00eb ka p\u00ebrreth. Prandaj n\u00eb vend se t\u00eb gjej\u00eb rrug\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00e7liruar Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb nga plehrat anemban\u00eb, i shton kapic\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre edhe nj\u00eb kapic\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, potencialisht t\u00eb tmerrshme, ardhur me viston e tij peshqesh nga jasht\u00eb p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt e mbetur peng mes plehrave. E b\u00ebn p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfitime mir\u00ebfilli t\u00eb paligjshme q\u00eb i\u2019a garanton barkut t\u00eb oborrit t\u00eb pushtetit t\u00eb vet me k\u00ebt\u00eb plehprojekt. Q\u00eb e ndot akoma m\u00eb keq p\u00ebrve\u00e7se Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb edhe parlamentin e votave t\u00eb vjedhura. Po ku i hyjn\u00eb n\u00eb sy Saliut plag\u00ebt q\u00eb i hap vendit dhe pisll\u00ebku q\u00eb e ka mbuluar! Vet\u00ebm p\u00ebrfitimet e zmadhojn\u00eb beben e syrit t\u00eb tij, nj\u00ebsoj si t\u00eb atyre rrufjan\u00ebve andej nga Etiopia, Somalia e me rradh\u00eb n\u00eb krye t\u00eb vendeve t\u00eb mbytura n\u00eb fukarall\u00ebk e n\u00eb plehra ku ky lloj peshqeshi kryeministror, me l\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb padeklaruara radioaktive brenda, ka futur mortjen n\u00eb trupin e vendit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vend se t\u00eb \u00e7oj\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb vendin me alarmin p\u00ebr mbytjen nga plehrat gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb vij\u00ebs s\u00eb Adriatikut, p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb shtret\u00ebrve t\u00eb lumenjve e n\u00ebp\u00ebr t\u00ebr\u00eb territoret e shkelura t\u00eb vendit, Saliu preferon t\u00eb sundoj\u00eb mes plehrave duke shar\u00eb e g\u00ebnjyer p\u00ebrdit\u00eb. P\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur me pahir nj\u00eb pushtet t\u00eb degjeneruar q\u00eb e ka degraduar shtetin shqiptar e moralin publik n\u00eb nj\u00eb grad\u00eb ku s\u2019ka qen\u00eb kurr\u00eb. Cop\u00eb-cop\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vend se t\u00eb ndaloj\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrimin e mjedisit duke filluar nga Kruja, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn askush, askund n\u00eb bot\u00eb, po t\u00eb kishte pasur privilegjin fatlum ta kishte pjes\u00eb t\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb vendit t\u00eb vet, s\u2019do ta kishte rrjepur p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb \u00e7imento e gur\u00eb apo djegur, p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb g\u00eblqere me goma t\u00eb p\u00ebrflakura makinash, po do e kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb avansken\u00eb t\u00eb krenaris\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, Saliu thot\u00eb gjith\u00eb kaposhll\u00ebk \u201cShqip\u00ebria ka uri p\u00ebr \u00e7imento!\u201d. N\u00eb fakt nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria q\u00eb ka uri p\u00ebr \u00e7imento, po \u00ebsht\u00eb barku i oborrit t\u00eb pushtetit t\u00eb tij q\u00eb ka uri p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. Aq t\u00eb madhe e ka urin\u00eb ai bark sa s\u2019po pyet m\u00eb as p\u00ebr oborrin dhe pyllin e Sk\u00ebnderbeut, l\u00ebre pastaj p\u00ebr lumenjt\u00eb, pyjet e plazhet larteposht\u00eb q\u00eb kafshohen e bluhen p\u00ebrdit\u00eb p\u00ebr hesap t\u00eb oreksit t\u00eb vet t\u00eb pashuajtsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vend se t\u00eb vendos\u00eb nj\u00eb moratorium q\u00eb ndalon rrept\u00ebsisht prekjen e pyjeve, lumenjve, tok\u00ebs s\u00eb buk\u00ebs, Saliu vete vendos moratorium mbi detin. Duke e b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebsisoj Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb t\u00eb vetmin breg t\u00eb Mesdheut q\u00eb nuk shfryt\u00ebzohet p\u00ebr lundrim mjetesh turistike, po vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr nj\u00eb lloj lundrimi qesharak t\u00eb vet\u00eb kryeministrit t\u00eb vendit. I cili del edhe n\u00eb lajme si mashkull i suksessh\u00ebm ngaq\u00eb arrin t\u00eb rrij\u00eb mbi uj\u00eb pa u mbytur. Po s\u2019ka si t\u00eb jet\u00eb ndryshe n\u00eb fakt, sepse detin ai e di pellg p\u00ebr t\u2019u lloko\u00e7itur, jo nj\u00eb pasuri komb\u00ebtare q\u00eb duhet v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb efi\u00e7enc\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb. Prandaj flota shqiptare e peshkimit \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb rrangall\u00eb groteske nd\u00ebrsa peshkatar\u00ebt kan\u00eb mbetur jetim\u00eb n\u00eb mes t\u00eb detit. E nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb si kurrkund n\u00eb bot\u00eb k\u00ebrcet dinamiti detshterrues pa marr\u00eb asnj\u00eb shembull nga fqinj\u00ebt, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt si edhe e t\u00ebr\u00eb bota me det investojn\u00eb pa pushim p\u00ebr peshkimin. Madje vijn\u00eb e gjuajn\u00eb peshk edhe n\u00eb uj\u00ebrat tona, gj\u00eb q\u00eb s\u2019b\u00ebn kurr\u00eb vaki dot n\u00eb uj\u00ebrat e vendeve t\u00eb asnj\u00eb vendi ku ka shtet, kurse k\u00ebtu vet\u00ebm k\u00ebshtu mund t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb p\u00ebrderisa qeveria nuk pyet p\u00ebr fatet e vendit po vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr fatin e vet.<\/p>\n<p>Vendi yn\u00eb po e humbet me shpejt\u00ebsi fuqin\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe q\u00eb i fali per\u00ebndia, bukurin\u00eb, dhe bashk\u00eb me t\u00eb edhe pasurit\u00eb e \u00e7muara t\u00eb nj\u00eb natyre t\u00eb rrall\u00eb q\u00eb po barbarizohet dita \u2013 dit\u00ebs. Kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje ambientalizmi global apo antiglobalizmi mjedisor, si\u00e7 e shtron halldup\u00ebrisht Saliu. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje jasht\u00ebzakonisht e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, q\u00eb po \u00e7armatoset p\u00ebrdit\u00eb edhe nga mburojat natyrale t\u00eb mjedisit, p\u00ebrve\u00e7se po zhvishet e rripet l\u00ebkure p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb territorit t\u00eb saj. Vet\u00eb p\u00ebrmbytjet e shpeshta dhe p\u00ebrher\u00eb e m\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebmshme s\u2019jan\u00eb tjet\u00ebr ve\u00e7se paralajm\u00ebrimi alarmant i natyr\u00ebs s\u00eb dal\u00eb duarsh p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb sjelljes armiq\u00ebsore t\u00eb njeriut me t\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Shqip\u00ebria e ka humbur vijim\u00ebsisht n\u00eb vitet e tranzicionit e vazhdon ta humbas\u00eb tok\u00ebn e buk\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn as n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e kontrollit diktatorial t\u00eb \u00e7do metri katror s\u2019e ka pasur t\u00eb tep\u00ebrt p\u00ebr frym\u00eb popullsie. Ka humbur vijim\u00ebsisht e vazhdon ta humbas\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e uj\u00ebrave, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb ndotjes s\u00eb tok\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb vet\u00eb toka po ballafaqohet me k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimin e llahtarsh\u00ebm t\u00eb krip\u00ebzimit, n\u00ebnkupto shterp\u00ebzimit t\u00eb saj, n\u00eb shum\u00eb pjes\u00eb prodhuese. Ka humbur vijim\u00ebsisht e vazhdon ta humbas\u00eb pejsazhin e vet t\u00eb mrekulluesh\u00ebm, t\u00eb cilin zhvillimi i paq\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm e ka plagosur simosozot m\u00eb keq, e s\u00eb fundmi plaga ka nisur t\u00eb shfaqet tmerruesh\u00ebm dhe mbi l\u00ebkur\u00ebn e mrekullueshme t\u00eb Jonit, ku \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe pjesa m\u00eb e magjishme e bregut shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>Po \u00e7\u2019mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria nes\u00ebr po t\u00eb humbas\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimisht mund\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb prodhuar ushqime bio n\u00eb tok\u00ebn e saj, mund\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar nj\u00eb turiz\u00ebm t\u00eb bazuar tek spektakli i natyr\u00ebs e i tavolin\u00ebs buz\u00eb deteve, mes pyjeve a maj\u00eb maleve, mund\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb nj\u00eb bukuri t\u00ebrheq\u00ebse mesdhetare e jo nj\u00eb pazar oriental q\u00eb mbahet n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb me merkantiliz\u00ebm, me para emigrant\u00ebsh e me informalitet? P\u00ebrgjigja \u00ebsht\u00eb drith\u00ebruese, ashtu si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb drith\u00ebrues edhe vet\u00ebm fakti i thjesht\u00eb, dometh\u00ebn\u00ebs, kok\u00ebfort\u00eb, se vet\u00ebm lajmi q\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend importohen plehra nga jasht\u00eb do t\u00eb mjaftoj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb trembur at\u00eb pak turiz\u00ebm real q\u00eb ka sot Shqip\u00ebria. S\u2019e kam fjal\u00ebn k\u00ebtu natyrisht p\u00ebr turizmin e shifrave qesharake t\u00eb Saliut, i cili edhe nj\u00eb qytetar shqiptar q\u00eb del nj\u00ebzet her\u00eb jasht\u00eb dhe kthehet nj\u00ebzet her\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri e num\u00ebron si nj\u00ebzet turist\u00eb. Edhe pse, n\u00eb fakt, n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e Saliut t\u00eb gjith\u00eb jan\u00eb turist\u00eb p\u00ebrve\u00e7 atij vet\u00eb dhe oborrtar\u00ebve t\u00eb tij, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb zot\u00ebr t\u00eb vendit, pronar\u00eb n\u00eb tokat e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, shit\u00ebs t\u00eb pasuris\u00eb s\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebve, p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsues t\u00eb parave t\u00eb gjithsekujt q\u00eb kontribuon si taksapagues, megjith\u00ebse llogaritet thjesht si turist e pastaj trajtohet ashtu si\u00e7 nuk ndodh kurr\u00eb t\u00eb trajtohet nj\u00eb turist n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend normal.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb kur Saliu thot\u00eb se refuzimi publik p\u00ebr t\u00eb pranuar importin e plehrave vjen nga reaksionar\u00eb antiglobalist\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt duan t\u00eb pengojn\u00eb furin\u00eb e zhvillimit trondit\u00ebs para syve t\u00eb mbar\u00eb bot\u00ebn e hutuar nga sukseset e tij prej vizionari e ambientalisti global, i cili pretendon se e ka kthyer Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb fuqin\u00eb e dyt\u00eb ekonomike n\u00eb Europ\u00eb e nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht n\u00eb nj\u00eb model mjedisor t\u00eb p\u00ebrbotsh\u00ebm nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria reale po bie, copa e \u00e7ika, n\u00eb p\u00ebrtok\u00ebn e mbushur me plehra, meriton si p\u00ebrgjigje vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb shuplak\u00eb t\u00eb madhe popullore. Q\u00eb jam i bindur se do t\u00eb k\u00ebrcas\u00eb kudo e fort\u00eb si\u00e7 qe n\u00eb 8 maj n\u00eb gjith\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb q\u00eb paguan taksa, por k\u00ebt\u00eb rradh\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb \u00e7do qytet, po edhe n\u00eb \u00e7do fshat.
