Kryeministri Berisha po b\u00ebn \u00e7\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur ta mbaj\u00eb at\u00eb prezent para shqiptar\u00ebve \u00e7do dit\u00eb, qyshkurse ai deklaroi se ka ambicie politike dhe do t\u00eb rikthehet n\u00eb politik\u00eb pas vitit 2012. Sulmin  e par\u00eb nuk e mendoi gjat\u00eb. Sapo Presidenti tha q\u00eb Jozefina e flet shqipen si injorante, ai i turri gjith\u00eb ithtar\u00ebt e dialektit shkodran p\u00ebr t\u00eb akuzuar se ka fyer Shkodr\u00ebn.  Presidenti e mori n\u00eb fillim seriozisht dhe desh t\u00eb sqaroj\u00eb q\u00eb s\u2019ka gj\u00eb me dialektin shkodran se zonja flet nj\u00eb zhargon rrug\u00ebsh prej injoranteje, por fushata nuk u ndal. <\/p>\n<p>Q\u00ebllimi \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb mbahet larg veriut ambicia politike e Bamir Topit, atje ku Berisha mendon se ka k\u00ebshtjell\u00ebn e vet. Nuk ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi se b\u00ebn qesharake Jozefin\u00ebn dhe v\u00eb n\u00eb sed\u00ebr nj\u00eb qytet si Shkodra, t\u00eb cilit i ka r\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr pjes\u00eb t\u00eb mbroj\u00eb edhe dialektin e vet, edhe Jozefin\u00ebn. Aq entuziast ishte n\u00eb iden\u00eb se Bamir Topin po e nd\u00ebshkonte p\u00ebr faktin se nuk p\u00eblqente zhargonin e Jozefin\u00ebs, sa n\u00eb debate publike, zhargoni i Jozefin\u00ebs u shpall nj\u00eb vler\u00eb m\u00eb e madhe se gjuha e nj\u00ebsuar n\u00eb vend. Bile u shkua dhe m\u00eb tej sa vlerat lokale apo deformimet e tyre t\u00eb shpallen si mbivlera komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>Pasi u b\u00eb objekt barsoletash n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr me aksionin e tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb shpallur Jozefinishten gjuh\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, dje kaloi tek plehrat. Bamir Topi ka kthyer p\u00ebr rishqyrtim ligjin e plehrave dhe Sali Berisha gjeti rastin ta sulmonte dje duke e quajtur Aleanca e Plehrave. Duke mbajtur nj\u00eb fjalim t\u00eb gjat\u00eb kund\u00ebr gjith\u00eb bashkiak\u00ebve socialist\u00eb, q\u00eb sipas tij po ndotin mjedisin, ai sulmoi Topin si kryetar t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Nes\u00ebr, pasnes\u00ebr dhe n\u00eb dit\u00ebt n\u00eb vazhdim do t\u00eb ket\u00eb ngjarje t\u00eb tjera n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend. Mos u \u00e7udisni q\u00eb \u00e7do gj\u00eb e keqe tani e tutje ka lidhje me Bamir Topin. N\u00ebse bie ndonj\u00eb komet\u00eb, n\u00ebse del H\u00ebna blu dhe ka p\u00ebrmbytje n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, n\u00ebse ka aksidente dhe plehra n\u00eb rrug\u00eb, n\u00ebse ka korrupsion apo krim t\u00eb zhvilluar, n\u00ebse ka rritje abortesh apo vet\u00ebvrasjesh, fajtor do t\u00eb jet\u00eb Bamir Topi.<\/p>\n<p>Sali Berisha e ka t\u00eb qart\u00eb se deri n\u00eb vitin 2013 ai ka p\u00ebrpara vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb armik t\u00eb strukturuar, at\u00eb q\u00eb ka pasur n\u00ebnkryetar t\u00eb partis\u00eb s\u00eb tij dhe q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson brenda asaj partie anti-berishizmin.<\/p>\n<p>Pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebtu e ka problemin m\u00eb t\u00eb madh Sali Berisha. P\u00ebr t\u00eb mundur Bamir Topin, nuk ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr kaq shum\u00eb luft\u00eb. P\u00ebr ta mundur at\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr ta shmangur nga mb\u00ebshtetja brenda PD-s\u00eb mjafton q\u00eb Berisha t\u00eb shmang\u00eb pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsit\u00eb dhe zhg\u00ebnjimet q\u00eb ndodhin brenda asaj partie nga drejtimi i hekurt i partis\u00eb prej Familjes Berisha. <\/p>\n<p>Mjafton q\u00eb Berisha t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e duhur kuvendet e partis\u00eb, t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb gara t\u00eb hapura, t\u00eb mos fus\u00eb n\u00eb parti pa gar\u00eb nj\u00eb tuf\u00eb dashnoresh t\u00eb shok\u00ebve t\u00eb \u00e7unit p\u00ebr tu dukur parti trendy dhe t\u00eb respektoj\u00eb kontributet e individ\u00ebve n\u00eb at\u00eb parti. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb ekuacion i v\u00ebshtir\u00eb. N\u00ebse Berisha b\u00ebn k\u00ebt\u00eb, ai demokratizon partin\u00eb, dhe n\u00ebse e b\u00ebn k\u00ebt\u00eb, ai e humbet at\u00eb parti. N\u00ebse ai nuk e b\u00ebn k\u00ebt\u00eb, q\u00eb si\u00e7 shihet s\u2019ka nd\u00ebrmend ta b\u00ebj\u00eb, ai automatikisht ka prodhuar nj\u00eb frym\u00eb jo t\u00eb vog\u00ebl kund\u00ebr tij q\u00eb shkon heshturazi tek Bamir Topi.<\/p>\n<p>Ka plot z\u00ebra, bile autoritar\u00eb brenda PD-s\u00eb si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb rasti i Mustafajt apo dikujt tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb thirrje formale q\u00eb Bamir Topi t\u00eb mos krijoj\u00eb parti t\u00eb re, por t\u00eb demokratizoj\u00eb PD. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u2019i kujtuar Berish\u00ebs at\u00eb q\u00eb nuk ka fuqi ta b\u00ebj\u00eb dhe jo t\u2019i kujtojn\u00eb Bamirit at\u00eb q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb. Partia Demokratike nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb seli dhe as shpell\u00eb e Dragobis\u00eb. <\/p>\n<p>Ajo ishte nj\u00eb ideal dhe ideali n\u00ebse do ta respektosh, gjen streh\u00eb kudo. Sali Berisha di pik\u00ebrisht faktin se rreziku i vjen nga ata q\u00eb nuk ka fuqi t\u2019i mbaj\u00eb brenda gardhit. N\u00eb \u00e7do qark, n\u00eb \u00e7do rreth, n\u00eb \u00e7do qytet dhe fshat, ai ka nj\u00eb njeri q\u00eb e ka t\u00eb komanduar t\u00eb Familjes dhe nj\u00eb rival t\u00eb tij t\u00eb hidh\u00ebruar nga ky pushtet i pafundm\u00eb dhe pa kuptim. <\/p>\n<p>Ai e di dhe e ndjen se k\u00ebta njer\u00ebz do ta tradhtojn\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00ebn q\u00eb ai do t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb rikonfirmoj\u00eb njer\u00ebzit e Familjes n\u00eb at\u00eb parti. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye ia ka nisur pun\u00ebs, q\u00eb \u00e7do dit\u00eb t\u00eb merret me Bamir Topin, me \u00e7far\u00ebdo teme dhe subjekti politik q\u00eb ta nis\u00eb bised\u00ebn. Atij i duhet tu thot\u00eb mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsve t\u00eb vet se ai nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i tyre, \u00ebsht\u00eb i armikut, \u00ebsht\u00eb pleh, horr, faqezi, dhe bile nuk p\u00eblqen as t\u00eb folmen e Jozefin\u00ebs. <\/p>\n<p>Ai k\u00ebrkon doemos t\u00eb p\u00ebrdor\u00eb kund\u00ebr tij krahinarizmin, militantizmin, antikomunizmin, komunizmin, t\u00eb majt\u00ebn, t\u00eb djatht\u00ebn, t\u00eb persekutuari, persekutor\u00ebt, pronar\u00ebt, grabit\u00ebsit e pronave, gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb ka n\u00eb dispozicion t\u00eb tij si mbart\u00ebs i gjith\u00eb pushteteve n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend. Dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb e b\u00ebn vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shkak, se nuk ka m\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb t\u00eb vendos\u00eb p\u00ebr fatin e nj\u00eb njeriu, t\u00eb Bamir Topit.
