Avokati Tevfick Souleiman dhe banda e tij, sillnin gra n\u00eb Britani nga vendet e Bashkimit Evropian q\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb pjes\u00eb e Bashkimit Sovjetik , p\u00ebr t\u2019u martuar me shtetas q\u00eb vinin nga vendet jo an\u00ebtare t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, kryesisht shqiptar\u00eb dhe kosovar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pjesa m\u00eb e madhe e \u00e7ifteve njiheshin n\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb vetme, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn zhvillohej edhe dasma dhe t\u00eb gjithat procedurat e nevojshme. Pjesa m\u00eb e madhe e t\u00eb martuarve ishin shqiptar\u00eb m\u00eb karrier\u00eb t\u00eb pasur kriminale nga Shqip\u00ebria, t\u00eb dyshuar p\u00ebr vrasje, trafik droge dhe pastrim parash.<\/p>\n<p>Por gjithsesi, k\u00ebta individ\u00eb kan\u00eb marr\u00eb tashm\u00eb n\u00ebnshtet\u00ebsin\u00eb britanike p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre martesave fiktive. Kjo organizat\u00eb konsiderohet si m\u00eb e madhja n\u00eb historin\u00eb e Britanis\u00eb s\u00eb madhe duke u cil\u00ebsuar si nj\u00eb industri e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, e cila ka ushtruar veprimtarin\u00eb e saj p\u00ebr 8 vjet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gjyqi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Duke i d\u00ebnuar pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e band\u00ebs me 35 vjet n\u00eb total, gjyqtari, John Bevan tha n\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e tij se kjo organizat\u00eb i ka b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb sulm institucionit t\u00eb martes\u00ebs n\u00eb vend duke i shkelur \u00e7do ligj p\u00ebr emigrant\u00ebt n\u00eb vend. Ai iu drejtua t\u00eb akuzuarve me k\u00ebto fjal\u00eb: \u201cP\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia m\u00eb e madhe p\u00ebr zbatimin e ligjit dhe k\u00ebrkimit t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb u takon avokat\u00ebve, por ju tashm\u00eb keni b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb shkelje t\u00eb madhe. N\u00ebse publiku nuk mund t\u2019i besoj\u00eb m\u00eb avokat\u00ebve, at\u00ebher\u00eb ku mund ta k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb ata?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Souleiman, 39-vje\u00e7, u d\u00ebnua me 10 vjet burg, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebshilltari i tij, Cenk Guclu 41-vje\u00e7 dhe Furrah Kosimov 29-vje\u00e7 u d\u00ebnuan nga 9 vjet secili. Zafer Altinbas, pjes\u00ebtari i tret\u00eb i band\u00ebs, u d\u00ebnua me 6 vjet e 9 muaj burgim. N\u00eb nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt, trupi gjykues tha: \u201cKjo organizat\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson shembullin m\u00eb t\u00eb keq t\u00eb sulmit ndaj institucionit t\u00eb martes\u00ebs n\u00eb vend, duke i trajtuar letrat p\u00ebr krijimin e nj\u00eb familjeje si nj\u00eb let\u00ebr fitimprur\u00ebse. P\u00ebrmes tyre jan\u00eb martuar njer\u00ebz q\u00eb nuk i kuptojn\u00eb nj\u00ebri-tjetrit as edhe nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb duke dhunuar k\u00ebshtu edhe simbolik\u00ebn q\u00eb ka vet\u00eb dasma.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Veprimtaria<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kriminel\u00ebt dhe emigrant\u00ebt e paligjsh\u00ebm i paguanin \u201cSouleiman GA\u201d, firm\u00ebs ligjore t\u00eb avokatit t\u00eb d\u00ebnuar me baz\u00eb n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Londr\u00ebs, nj\u00eb shum\u00eb prej 14 mij\u00eb paund p\u00ebr t\u2019u martuar me gra nga Evropa Lindore. Firma shpikte \u2018histori t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillta dashurie\u2019 p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb mundur martesat e meshkujve nga Shqip\u00ebria, Rusia, Pakistani dhe India. Grat\u00eb merreshin nga vendet e Evrop\u00ebs Lindore q\u00eb jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e Bashkimit Evropian dhe d\u00ebrgoheshin n\u00eb nj\u00eb hotel p\u00ebrpara se t\u00eb b\u00ebheshin gati dokumentet e nevojshme.
