Kush ishte Migjeni \u00ebsht\u00eb e panevojshme t\u00eb rithuhet pasi brezat me vite dhe deri n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona e njohin at\u00eb permes vepr\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, e cila me madh\u00ebshtin\u00eb e saj i ka \u201cmbijetuar\u201d edhe k\u00ebtyre viteve t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira t\u00eb bjerrjes s\u00eb \u00e7do vlere.<\/p>\n<p>Ndryshe nga vitet e tjera, kur p\u00ebrvjetor\u00ebt e lindjes apo t\u00eb vdekjes s\u00eb shkrimtarit t\u00eb madh liheshin n\u00eb harres\u00eb, \u2013 dhe kjo jo pa q\u00ebllim, \u2013 k\u00ebt\u00eb vit duket se di\u00e7ka po b\u00ebhet. Por p\u00ebrball\u00eb aktivitetete q\u00eb kan\u00eb marr\u00eb p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr t\u00eb organizojn\u00eb institucione t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, ajo q\u00eb bie n\u00eb sy \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebri harresa e Migjenit nga ato q\u00eb kan\u00eb tagrin dhe detyr\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos i harruar figura t\u00eb tilla.<\/p>\n<p>E kam fjal\u00ebn p\u00ebr drejtues vendor\u00eb n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr por dhe m\u00eb tej, n\u00eb institucionet qendrore n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Migjeni nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm i Shkodr\u00ebs, ai i p\u00ebrket gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve dhe pse p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr t\u2019i ndryshuar atij deri edhe komb\u00ebsin\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb munguar. \u00cbsht\u00eb quajtur serb, edhe pse ishte nj\u00eb ortodoks Shkodre i mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb quajtur nga komunizmi poet \u201crevolucionar\u201d, por n\u00eb fakt asgj\u00eb nuk e lidhte Migjenin me komunizmin dhe idet\u00eb e tij. \u00cbsht\u00eb quajtur me p\u00eb\u00e7mim ateist dhe pse ai besonte n\u00eb Zot.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrball\u00eb harrres\u00ebs jo t\u00eb paq\u00ebllimshme t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre 20 viteve, p\u00ebrball\u00eb tentativave p\u00ebr njollosjen e figur\u00ebs s\u00eb tij q\u00ebndron vepra e tij q\u00eb me madh\u00ebshtin\u00eb e saj flet vet\u00eb dhe nuk do t\u2019ia dij\u00eb p\u00ebr asgj\u00eb. P\u00ebr fat t\u00eb mir\u00eb ajo vazhdon t\u00eb jet\u00eb e pranishme n\u00eb tekstet m\u00ebsimore t\u00eb nivele t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb arsimit tone publik, pa dashur t\u00eb pyes\u00eb p\u00ebr harres\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>E megjithat\u00eb, k\u00ebt\u00eb vit di\u00e7ka po b\u00ebhet n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr. Nj\u00eb konferenc\u00eb shkencore \u201cMigjeni i shekujve \u201corganizuar nga Universitetit i Shkodr\u00ebs, nj\u00eb jav\u00eb migjeniane e shkollave t\u00eb qytetit e organizuar nga DAR n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, nj\u00eb takim p\u00ebr Migjenin i organizuar nga Lidhja e Shkrimtar\u00ebve dhe Artist\u00ebve t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs, nj\u00eb shfaqje me krijimtarin\u00eb e Migjenit nga teatri q\u00eb mban emrin e tij. Fal\u00eb angazhimit t\u00eb drejtuesve t\u00eb teatrit, m\u00eb s\u00eb fundmi edhe busti i tij \u201cu riparua \u201cdhe u zhvendos nga vendi aspak i p\u00ebrshtash\u00ebn ku ndodhej duke u futur brenda rrethimit t\u00eb teatri. Por t\u00eb gjitha \u00e7far\u00eb b\u00ebhen p\u00ebr Migjenin jan\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje individuale t\u00eb inelektual\u00ebve shkodran\u00eb. Institucionet qendrore t\u00eb artit e t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs asgj\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb deri tani. As n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb 100- vjetor t\u00eb lindjes s\u00eb poetit \u201cNder i Kombit\u201d nuk ka patur nj\u00eb program t\u00eb organizuar zyrtarisht. P\u00ebrmenda m\u00eb sip\u00ebr titullin \u201cNder i Kombit p\u00ebr Migjenin sepse jan\u00eb t\u00eb shumt\u00eb ata q\u00eb \u00e7uditen kur njihen me k\u00ebt\u00eb fakt.<\/p>\n<p>Para pak kohe pata shkruar tek \u201cShekulli\u201d p\u00ebr dh\u00ebnien e k\u00ebtij titulli, mbi nj\u00eb vit pasi ai ishte firmosur nga ish-presidenti Alfred Moisiu, ku nipi i Migjenit rr\u00ebfente p\u00ebr gazet\u00ebn se si nuk ishte b\u00ebr\u00eb asnj\u00eb ceremoni p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb titull por ishin thirrur dhe ia kishte dor\u00ebzuar kabineti i presidentit aktual q\u00eb e kishte gjetur diku n\u00eb sirtare. P\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e Shkodr\u00ebs, t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr e t\u00eb rinj, arsyeja p\u00ebr k\u00ebto shp\u00ebrfillje nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e paditur.<\/p>\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb Migjeni n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr la nj\u00eb vep\u00ebr letrare jo vet\u00ebm t\u00eb madhe p\u00ebr nga vlerat por edhe sfidante t\u00eb koh\u00ebs.
