Dhe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e kuptueshme, sa koh\u00eb q\u00eb njer\u00ebzimi ka pasur dhe do t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb kureshtje dhe shtys\u00eb t\u00eb pap\u00ebrballueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb njohur t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn e vet. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00ebrheqje t\u00eb natyrshme drejt historis\u00eb dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb kaq t\u00eb madhe (hap\u00ebsira kohore), historiografia paraqitet shkenca me diversitetin m\u00eb t\u00eb madh nga t\u00eb gjitha shkencat e tjera. Herodoti \u00ebsht\u00eb i pari q\u00eb p\u00ebrdor termin Historia (k\u00ebrkim, hetim, g\u00ebrmim) p\u00ebr at\u00eb shkenc\u00eb q\u00eb sot e quajm\u00eb Histori. Nj\u00eb histori \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr Homerin ai q\u00eb jep nj\u00eb gjykim t\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb fakte si rezultat i nj\u00eb investigimi.<\/p>\n<p>Si\u00e7 shihet, lidhja mes historis\u00eb dhe investigimin, zhbirilimin e fakteve e t\u00eb evidencave na dalka q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb fort e vjet\u00ebr. K\u00ebsisoj del se Historia asht nj\u00eb varg i pafundm\u00eb marrjesh dhe dh\u00ebniesh, k\u00ebrkimesh dhe hulumtimesh, dokumentesh dhe faktesh. N\u00eb shkrimin e Historis\u00eb nuk ka Rembrandts,nuk ka Shakespeares dhe nuk ka Beethoven \u2013 autor\u00eb q\u00eb krijojn\u00eb vepra t\u00eb cilat as ata vet\u00eb, autor\u00ebt, nuk mund t\u2019i rikrijojn\u00eb m\u00eb me pas. Historian\u00ebt bien dakord a nuk bien dakord me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin, grinden, kund\u00ebrshtojn\u00eb nj\u00ebri-tjetrin, kund\u00ebrshtojn\u00eb vetveten, ndryshojn\u00eb dhe rip\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb pamjet e veta. Vepra e historianit asht n\u00eb rishikim t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm, ajo modifikohet, p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohet, rishkruhet. Ne nuk do t\u00eb guxonim q\u00eb t\u00eb ripikturonim pikturat e Rembrandtit apo ta rishkruanim muzik\u00ebn e Beethoven-it. Por, nga ana tjet\u00ebr, Historia shkruhet dhe rishkruhet. Vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb mendje e nj\u00eb ndryshkeshe kok\u00ebfort\u00eb do t\u00eb kishte guximin p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos pranuar rishikimin dhe rishkrimin e historis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Me t\u00eb gjith\u00eb diversitetin e shkenc\u00ebs s\u00eb Historiografis\u00eb, me gjith\u00eb mospajtimet se si duhet shkruar historia, me gjith\u00eb shkollat e pafundme q\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn m\u00eb autoritare nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebn, historian\u00ebt gjithmon\u00eb kane qene dhe vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb mendjeje se historia duhur shkruar, rishkruar, madje t\u00eb ri-rishkruhet ajo q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb rishkruar.<\/p>\n<p>Pik\u00ebrisht nga k\u00ebto shtresa t\u00eb pafundme t\u00eb shkrimit t\u00eb historis\u00eb sot ekziston ajo q\u00eb quhet Historia e Historive, nj\u00eb narracion i vet\u00ebm historik q\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledh historin\u00eb e historive (shih p.sh., \u201cA history of Histories\u201d, John Burrow, Penguin Books 2007).<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte duket normale kur dy historian\u00eb te viseve tona, Luan Malltezi dhe Ferid Duka deklarohen p\u00ebr rishkrimin e historis\u00eb. I pari, Luan Malltezi, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht dhe Drejtor i Muzeut Komb\u00ebtar. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye v\u00ebmendja ime do t\u2019i p\u00ebrkushtohet m\u00eb tep\u00ebr atij, sepse, si t\u00eb thuash, duke qene Drejtor i atij institucioni komb\u00ebtar q\u00eb kujdeset p\u00ebr ruajtjen e kujtes\u00ebs kolektive t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, ai \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb z\u00eb m\u00eb zyrtar nga t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Deklarat\u00ebn p\u00ebr rishkrimin e historis\u00eb ai e artikulon n\u00eb nj\u00eb shkrim te botuar jo shum\u00eb koh\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb. Megjith\u00ebse teza e rishkrimit te historis\u00eb nuk ka nevoje p\u00ebr asnj\u00eb argumentim, Malltezi sjell arsyet e tij perse Historia duhet rishkruhet. Dhe pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebtu fillojn\u00eb dhe problemet e tij. Dhe problemet i ithtar\u00ebve t\u00eb tij q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00eb. Sepse problemi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebse duhet a nuk duhet rishkruar Historia, por \u00e7far\u00eb kuptojn\u00eb ata me rishkrim t\u00eb Historis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Historia q\u00eb duhet rishkruar, sipas Malltezit, \u00ebsht\u00eb historia e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve t\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb turke me shqiptar\u00ebt (ata q\u00eb ca t\u00eb tjer\u00eb preferojn\u00eb t\u2019i quajn\u00eb arb\u00ebresh\u00ebt e djesh\u00ebm dhe shqiptar\u00ebt e m\u00ebvonsh\u00ebm). K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb argumentimi teorik i rishkrimit t\u00eb historis\u00eb reduktohet q\u00eb n\u00eb fillim n\u00eb \u201crishikimin e historis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00ebn Perandorin\u00eb Osmane\u201d, \u2013 si\u00e7 shkruan Malltezi. Por ky parcelizim i vet\u00ebm asaj pjes\u00eb t\u00eb historis\u00eb nga e gjith\u00eb Historia e shqiptar\u00ebve nuk e pengon Malltezin q\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrdor\u00eb termin p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsues Histori (\u201chistoria shqiptare \u00ebsht\u00eb e politizuar s\u00eb tep\u00ebrmi ndaj edhe ka vend p\u00ebr rishikim\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb argumentit t\u00eb vet perse historia nuk duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb e politizuar, e k\u00ebsisoj p\u00ebrse ajo duhet rishkruhet, ai thot\u00eb (sepse). \u201cMinistrat turq kan\u00eb lexuar tekstet e botuara nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb dhe kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb v\u00ebrejte m\u00eb vend, ata mendojn\u00eb se k\u00ebto mund t\u00eb shkruhen m\u00eb mir\u00eb; midis popujve ka pasur bashk\u00ebpunim, dhe lidhje ekonomike tregtare. K\u00ebrkesa e tyre sigurisht \u00ebsht\u00eb politike, por \u00ebsht\u00eb e drejt\u00eb, ata jan\u00eb ministra, p\u00ebrpiqen t\u00eb forcojn\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet e Turqis\u00eb me Kosov\u00ebn dhe Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Si\u00e7 shihet, argumentit kund\u00ebr politizimit t\u00eb historis\u00eb shqiptare i kund\u00ebrvihet nj\u00eb argument politik, aq politik, sa justifikim logjik i tij k\u00ebt\u00eb radh\u00eb jan\u00eb \u201cministrat turq\u201d. Q\u00ebllimi po ashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb politik: \u201cT\u00eb forcoj\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet e Turqis\u00eb me Kosov\u00ebn dhe Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb\u201d. As argumenti i par\u00eb dhe as a i dyti, me gjith\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00ebn e mir\u00eb t\u00eb Malltezit, nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb natyr\u00ebs s\u00eb shkenc\u00ebs s\u00eb Historis\u00eb. Argument tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb tez\u00ebs s\u00eb rishkrimit e t\u00eb rishikimit t\u00eb historis\u00eb n\u00ebn Perandorin\u00eb Osmane\u201d, \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe se \u201cK\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr t\u00eb t\u00eb rishkruar historin\u00eb ka ardhur m\u00eb par\u00eb dhe nga K\u00ebshilli i Europ\u00ebs, Bashkimi Europian. Pse? Sepse jemi n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Bashkimit Europian. Popujt duhet t\u00eb ken\u00eb besim midis tyre, duhet t\u00eb njohim m\u00eb mir\u00eb nj\u00ebri-tjetrin, t\u00eb konstatojn\u00eb lidhje dhe miq\u00ebsi midis tyre\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Prap\u00eb nj\u00eb antiargument v\u00ebn\u00eb me krye posht\u00eb: historia duhet t\u00eb rishkruhet \u201cngase ka qen\u00eb e politizuar\u201d gj\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00ebnkupton q\u00eb tani e prapa nuk duhet t\u00eb politizohet. Por kjo nuk e pengon Drejtorin e Muzeut Komb\u00ebtar q\u00eb t\u00eb sjell\u00eb prap\u00eb e prap\u00eb arsye politike.<\/p>\n<p>Me nj\u00eb dinak\u00ebri t\u00eb dukshme, ngase argumentet e tij nuk kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb asgj\u00eb me shkenc\u00ebs e Historis\u00eb, ai l\u00eb t\u00eb n\u00ebnkuptoj\u00eb se ata q\u00eb nuk duan q\u00eb historia t\u00eb rishkruhet ( n\u00ebnkupto: Historia n\u00ebn Perandorin\u00eb Osmane,,) jan\u00eb t\u00eb trembur, jan\u00eb me mend\u00ebsi komuniste, jan\u00eb kund\u00ebr K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs dhe kund\u00ebr Bashkimit Europian. \u00c7uditem se si ka harruar t\u00eb shtoj\u00eb se jan\u00eb kund\u00ebr SHBA.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas drejtorit t\u00eb Muzeut Komb\u00ebtar: \u201cshqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb shumt\u00eb kaluan me koh\u00eb n\u00eb besimin e osman me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb ishin t\u00eb lir\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebnin karrier\u00eb ushtarake. Gjenerali Ballaban Pasha q\u00eb luftoi m\u00eb Sk\u00ebnderbeun ishte nj\u00eb shqiptar i talentuar ushtarak i koh\u00ebs. Gjer m\u00eb sot shqiptar\u00ebt i kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb 23 kryeministra (sadrazem\u00eb) Perandoris\u00eb Osman\u00eb pa num\u00ebruar k\u00ebtu njer\u00ebz t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj t\u00eb administrat\u00ebs s\u00eb lart\u00eb q\u00eb ishin t\u00eb shumt\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb. N\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur Perandoria ra dhe i ishte afruar gremin\u00ebs nj\u00eb dor\u00eb shqiptare si Mehmet Pash\u00eb Qypriliu nga fshatrat e Beratit e ngriti dhe i dha jep nj\u00eb fuqi t\u00eb re.<\/p>\n<p>I biri i Mehmet Pash\u00ebs, Fazil Pasha i shpuri ushtrit\u00eb e perandoris\u00eb deri n\u00eb Austri dhe Rusi, nj\u00eb shqiptar tjet\u00ebr Sinan Pashai shpuri arm\u00ebt e perandoris\u00eb osmane n\u00eb Jemen dhe n\u00eb shkret\u00ebtir\u00ebn e Arabis\u00eb N\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur Perandoria ra dhe i ishte afruar gremin\u00ebs nj\u00eb dor\u00eb shqiptare si Mehmet Pash\u00eb Qypriliu nga fshatrat e Beratit e ngriti dhe i dha jep nj\u00eb fuqi t\u00eb re. I biri i Mehmet Pash\u00ebs, Fazil Pasha i shpuri ushtrit\u00eb e perandoris\u00eb deri n\u00eb Austri dhe Rusi, nj\u00eb shqiptar tjet\u00ebr Sinan Pashai shpuri arm\u00ebt e perandoris\u00eb osmane n\u00eb Jemen dhe n\u00eb shkret\u00ebtir\u00ebn e Arabis\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebtu \u00e7do njeri me mendje t\u00eb kthjellt\u00eb duhet t\u00eb ndalet e t\u00eb pyes: Ballaban Pasha me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb qen\u00eb nj\u00eb gjeni ushtarak i koh\u00ebs \u2013 i talentuar \u2013 thot\u00eb Malltezi ( do t\u00eb isha kurioz t\u00eb dija burimin historik t\u00eb k\u00ebtij epiteti p\u00ebr Pashain q\u00eb luftoi kund\u00ebr vendit t\u00eb vet, ve\u00e7 ndonj\u00eb defteri turk q\u00eb nuk ka se si t\u00eb merret si dokument i besuesh\u00ebm kur lavd\u00ebron nj\u00eb gjeneral t\u00eb ushtris\u00eb s\u00eb Sulltanit), por a e shp\u00ebton at\u00eb gjenia e tij ushtarake p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos qen\u00eb nj\u00eb renegat q\u00eb luftoi kund\u00ebr vendit t\u00eb vet?<\/p>\n<p>Nuk jam i sigurt p\u00ebr ministrat turq, por jam i sigurt se K\u00ebshilli i Europ\u00ebs, Bashkimi Europian, q\u00eb i p\u00ebrmend Malltezi n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb tez\u00ebs se tij, nuk do ta pranonin si nj\u00eb ri-shkrim t\u00eb Historis\u00eb se Kuislingu qe nj\u00eb Kryeminist\u00ebr i talentuar norvegjez e se Qeveria e Vishis\u00eb kishte ministra t\u00eb talentuar e t\u00eb virtytsh\u00ebm! \u00cbsht\u00eb e \u00e7uditshme kur lexon pohime t\u00eb tilla t\u00eb artikuluara jo n\u00eb klubin e Mamurrasit, por n\u00eb sallen e Muzeut Komb\u00ebtar, madje n\u00eb zyr\u00ebn e Drejtorit t\u00eb saj. Nuk do t\u00eb \u00e7uditeshim se, si pjes\u00eb e rishkrimit te historis\u00eb, me ket\u00eb mend\u00ebsi t\u00eb Drejtorit Malltezi, ndonj\u00eb dit\u00eb mund t\u00eb shohim nj\u00eb portret t\u00eb Ballaban Pash\u00ebs n\u00eb sallat e Muzeut Komb\u00ebtar me dixhitur\u00ebn \u2013 I talentuari!<\/p>\n<p>Sa p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmendjen e atyre pashallar\u00ebve q\u00eb paskan shkuar \u201cp\u00ebr t\u00eb shpur\u00eb arm\u00ebt e Perandoris\u00eb Osmane deri n\u00eb Austri dhe Rusi\u201d, \u2013 do thonim \u201cgood for them\u201d. Karriera ushtarake \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje personale e tyre dhe nuk kuptohet se \u00e7far\u00eb lidhje ka karriera e tyre n\u00eb dyert e Austris\u00eb e t\u00eb Rusis\u00eb me historin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Nuk besoj se historiani Malltezi ka t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin mendim me Gjeorgjeviqin q\u00eb thot\u00eb se shqiptar\u00ebt jan\u00eb nj\u00eb popull renegat dhe mercenar\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb luftuar kund\u00ebr liris\u00eb s\u00eb popujve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, dhe kjo shpjegon perse Historia e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb ka prodhuar ve\u00e7 tradhtar\u00eb t\u00eb kombit t\u00eb vet.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebta shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb paskan shkuar \u201cderi n\u00eb Jemen dhe n\u00eb shkret\u00ebtir\u00ebn e Arabis\u00eb\u201d \u2013 s\u00eb bashku me k\u00ebta 37 kryeministra shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb osmane, \u00e7far\u00eb i dhan\u00eb vendit te vet kur ai ishte n\u00eb Or\u00ebn e nevoj\u00ebs m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe \u2013 si\u00e7 e kish zakon t\u00eb thoshte \u00c7ur\u00e7ill? Ndihma q\u00eb ata i paskan dh\u00ebn\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb turke duke e shp\u00ebtuar at\u00eb nga rr\u00ebnimi, shkon kund\u00ebr fam\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre. A nuk do t\u00eb kishte qene mij\u00ebra her\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos e kishin ndihmuar perandorin\u00eb turke me gjenin\u00eb e tyre, q\u00eb, duke mos pasur gjenin\u00eb e tyre sh\u00ebruese dhe shp\u00ebtuese, perandoria turke t\u00eb qe shembur e k\u00ebsisoj t\u00eb ishte b\u00ebr\u00eb e mundur q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria t\u00eb qe b\u00ebr\u00eb shtet i pavarur dy shekuj m\u00eb par\u00eb se 1912? Apo duhet rishkruar dhe ripar\u00eb dhe vet\u00eb pavar\u00ebsia e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, si nj\u00eb ide e gabuar q\u00eb vinte nga Per\u00ebndimi? Madje, Naim Frash\u00ebri duhet t\u2019i rishoh\u00eb ato vargjet e veta tek shkruan se \u201cDielli lind nga Per\u00ebndimi\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Malltezi shkon tep\u00ebr larg tek pohon se \u201cShqiptar\u00ebt kaluan n\u00eb mas\u00eb (sidomos n\u00eb gjysm\u00eb e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb shek XVIII) n\u00eb besimin osman. \u00cbsht\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb theksohet se ky kalim nuk u b\u00eb m\u00eb forc\u00eb nga Perandoria osmane dhe respektoi t\u00eb krishter\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtur besimin e tyre, kjo shpjegon midis t\u00eb tjerave pse shqiptar\u00ebt ishin tolerant\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb besimi n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet midis tyre. N\u00eb tekstet e historis\u00eb duhen t\u00eb hiqen q\u00ebndrimet fyese dhe posht\u00ebrues p\u00ebr osman\u00ebt pavar\u00ebsisht se ata vinin si pushtues; historiani duhet t\u00eb tregoj\u00eb ngjarjet por pa p\u00ebrdoruar terma posht\u00ebrues. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb krejt\u00ebsisht e mundshme t\u00eb b\u00ebhet; historian\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj modern\u00eb e b\u00ebjn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kur shkruajn\u00eb p\u00ebr kryq\u00ebzatat e m\u00ebdha kishtare kund\u00ebr perandoris\u00eb bizantine n\u00eb mesjet\u00eb; ata tregojn\u00eb ngjarjet por nuk posht\u00ebrojn\u00eb kryqtar\u00ebt pavar\u00ebsisht se ata me kryq\u00ebzat\u00ebn e IV (1204) shkat\u00ebrruan Perandorin\u00eb Bizantine dhe pushtuan Kostandinopoj\u00ebn\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ngaq\u00eb Malltezi \u00ebsht\u00eb i kujdessh\u00ebm q\u00eb t\u00eb sjell\u00eb shembullin e Kostandinopoj\u00ebs, le t\u00eb sjellim nj\u00eb sh\u00ebnim t\u00eb Perandorit bizantin, i cili, duke qen\u00eb vasal i Sulltanit otoman, qe marre nga turqit p\u00ebr n\u00eb parad\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb pare forc\u00ebn e tyre ushtarake. Shkruan n\u00eb Maj t\u00eb vitit 1391 Perandori Manuel: \u201cFusha ku u vendosem \u00ebsht\u00eb e shkret\u00eb, nga se banoret kan\u00eb ikur pyjeve dhe shpellave dhe drejt maj\u00ebmaleve, me shpres\u00ebn q\u00eb t\u2019i shmangen asaj q\u00eb duket e pamundur t\u2019i shmangesh: kasaphan\u00ebs s\u00eb turqve q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7njer\u00ebzore dhe barbare dhe q\u00eb kryhet pa asnj\u00eb formalitet t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb.
