Me \u00e7ka, pahetuesh\u00ebm u fut\u00ebn n\u00eb nj\u00eb \u201cneokomuniz\u00ebm\u201d vulgar, balta e t\u00eb cilit gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb thellohet e ku ata ndihen \u00e7doher\u00eb e m\u00eb t\u00eb ngulfatur. Gj\u00eb q\u00eb u mund\u00ebsoi partive shqiptare n\u00eb pushtet q\u00eb \u00e7do gj\u00eb t\u00eb mundur ta v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb tyre dhe interesin partiak ta barazojn\u00eb me at\u00eb kolektiv. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb sot shqiptar\u00ebt e Maqedonis\u00eb kan\u00eb disa institucione kulturore e arsimore, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb si deg\u00eb e partis\u00eb q\u00eb vjen n\u00eb pushtet, kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues e drejtues t\u00eb lart\u00eb shtet\u00ebror\u00eb, por t\u00eb cil\u00ebt interes par\u00ebsor kan\u00eb at\u00eb t\u00eb partis\u00eb, e jo t\u00eb kolektivitetit n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb t\u00eb cilit sigurojn\u00eb mir\u00ebqenien e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe pas zgjedhjeve t\u00eb fundit parlamentare dhe pas formimit t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb re, u pa edhe m\u00eb qart\u00eb se partit\u00eb e k\u00ebtushme kan\u00eb popullin e vet, por populli nuk ka parti. K\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00eb s\u00eb miri e d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb ngjarjet e muajve t\u00eb fundit, si p\u00ebr shembull, protesta e prind\u00ebrve q\u00eb nuk mund t\u2019i regjistronin f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e tyre n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn \u201cV\u00ebllaz\u00ebrimi\u201d n\u00eb lagjen \u201cNerez\u201d t\u00eb Shkupit, e t\u00eb cil\u00ebt hoq\u00ebn dor\u00eb nga revolta e tyre n\u00eb \u00e7astin kur mbase partia shqiptare n\u00eb pushtet u dha sinjal se duhej t\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqeshin.<\/p>\n<p>Gj\u00eb q\u00eb shpalos t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn e dhembshme se pushtetar\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb ende nuk e kan\u00eb kuptuar se kur b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr deshqiptarizimin e Shkupit, partit\u00eb maqedonase \u2013 t\u00eb armiq\u00ebsuara mes veti &#8211; veprojn\u00eb si me qen\u00eb nj\u00eb e vetme. Gj\u00eb q\u00eb gjithashtu d\u00ebshmon se partia shqiptare n\u00eb pushtet e kontrollon popullin, e jo populli at\u00eb, se ajo nuk zbaton vullnetin e popullit, por popullit ia imponon vullnetin e vet partiak. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb vendimi p\u00ebr mosregjistrimin e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shkoll\u00eb, i sjell\u00eb nga kryetari komunal nga radh\u00ebt e opozit\u00ebs maqedonase, me asgj\u00eb nuk u kund\u00ebrshtua nga qeveria e Gruevskit dhe u realizua me ndihm\u00ebn e pushtetar\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pa dyshim se edhe kjo ngjarje tregon se shqiptar\u00ebt e Maqedonis\u00eb nuk ia dol\u00ebn t\u00eb \u00e7lirohen nga frika ndaj partis\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet. Mbase edhe me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, sepse edhe sot, nj\u00ebsoj si dikur n\u00eb sistemin socialist, partia \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo q\u00eb t\u00eb pun\u00ebson e t\u00eb largon nga puna, ajo t\u00eb l\u00eb t\u00eb kalbesh i pafajsh\u00ebm n\u00eb burg n\u00ebse nuk je an\u00ebtar i saj, ajo ushtron mbi ty zbatimin e ligjit q\u00eb nuk e p\u00ebrfillin aktivist\u00ebt e saj, ajo t\u00eb b\u00ebn minist\u00ebr edhe kur kurr\u00eb nuk ke \u00ebnd\u00ebrruar se do b\u00ebhesh di\u00e7ka m\u00eb shum\u00eb se drejtues i ndonj\u00eb kooperative bujq\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n<p>Pra ajo rikultivon vet\u00ebdijen e deridjeshme komuniste se p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb i suksessh\u00ebm nuk duhet t\u00eb luftosh p\u00ebr aft\u00ebsim t\u00eb vetvetes dhe mbind\u00ebrtim t\u00eb vlerave vetjake, por mjafton t\u00eb mbetesh i d\u00ebgjuesh\u00ebm dhe sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtor i p\u00ebrkulur i \u201cm\u00ebmave\u201d parti. Me \u00e7ka shqiptar\u00ebt e Maqedonis\u00eb edhe gjat\u00eb koh\u00eb do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtojn\u00eb demokraci me mentalitetet e prind\u00ebrve t\u00eb deridjesh\u00ebm q\u00eb rriteshin me k\u00ebshillat t\u00eb mos e irritosh prij\u00ebsin partiak dhe t\u00eb mos i kund\u00ebrvihen pushtetmbajt\u00ebsit.<\/p>\n<p>Andaj mund t\u00eb thuhet se q\u00ebmoti ka kaluar koha kur mang\u00ebsit\u00eb e veta, shqiptar\u00ebt e Maqedonis\u00eb i mbulonin me arsyetimet se hasnin n\u00eb mosmarr\u00ebveshje nga pala maqedonase. Ata sot duhet ta pranojn\u00eb se problemi m\u00eb i madh i tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb frika ndaj partive q\u00eb kan\u00eb, si dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrballen me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn se votojn\u00eb p\u00ebr \u201csekte\u201d partiake q\u00eb interesin e popullit e barazojn\u00eb me mir\u00ebqenien e elitave partiake, \u201csekte\u201d t\u00eb cilat q\u00ebllim t\u00eb vet\u00ebm kan\u00eb pun\u00ebsimin e tyre si ministra apo drejtues t\u00eb institucioneve publike, \u201csekte\u201d t\u00eb cilat q\u00eb mos ta prishin \u201cbashk\u00ebpunimin e mir\u00eb\u201d me partnerin maqedonas, nuk shohin edhe at\u00eb q\u00eb u ndodh p\u00ebrpara hund\u00ebs. Si p\u00ebr shembull, kremtimin e 20-vjetorit t\u00eb m\u00ebvet\u00ebsimit t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb, q\u00eb ngjante thuajse n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shtet nuk ka asnj\u00eb shqiptar t\u00eb gjall\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kush nuk u beson vler\u00ebsimeve t\u00eb lartp\u00ebrmendura, le t\u00eb dal\u00eb publikisht e le t\u00eb tregoj\u00eb se cili individ \u00ebsht\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb institucion publik pa p\u00eblqimin e partis\u00eb. Le t\u00eb dal\u00eb t\u00eb tregoj\u00eb se ku q\u00ebndron dallimi mes socializmit t\u00eb dikursh\u00ebm q\u00eb i nd\u00ebshkonte t\u00eb pad\u00ebgjueshmit, p\u00ebrfshi edhe familjar\u00ebt e tyre, nga kjo q\u00eb ndodh sot kur nd\u00ebshkimi i pret t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb af\u00ebrt me kritikuesit e partis\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb pushtet. Apo, kush nuk u beson pohimeve t\u00eb lartp\u00ebrmendura, le t\u00eb marr\u00eb listat e gjith\u00eb t\u00eb zgjedhurve partiak\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb mbushur institucionet e pakta shqiptare dhe ato shtet\u00ebrore, t\u00eb atyre q\u00eb jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebshillave dhe vendosin p\u00ebr fatin kolektiv, e le t\u00eb tregoj\u00eb sipas cilit kriter \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb zgjedhja e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Shqiptar\u00ebt e Maqedonis\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt n\u00eb zgjedhjet e fundit votuan ashtu si\u00e7 vler\u00ebsuan se \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb p\u00ebr ta, n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb treguan se jo votuesi partin\u00eb, por partia e zgjedh votuesin e vet. E k\u00ebt\u00eb e arrin sa n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet \u201cshp\u00ebrblimeve\u201d po aq edhe n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet nd\u00ebshkimit. Aq m\u00eb shum\u00eb, shumica e votuesve shqiptar\u00eb, q\u00eb sot vajtojn\u00eb po aq pik\u00eblluesh\u00ebm sa edhe para zgjedhjeve, vet\u00ebm d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb sa nuk e kan\u00eb kuptuar se para se t\u00eb zgjedh\u00ebsh dik\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsoj\u00eb, duhet ta dish se cila \u00ebsht\u00eb zgjidhja m\u00eb e mir\u00eb p\u00ebr ty. E sa u p\u00ebrket zgjedhjeve e zgjidhjeve, populli i k\u00ebtush\u00ebm shqiptar votoi p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb maqedonasit t\u00eb sundojn\u00eb e shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb ndihmojn\u00eb, edhe at\u00eb duke e kontrolluar vet\u00ebm popullin e vet e jo t\u00ebr\u00eb shtetin.<\/p>\n<p>Andaj, ata s\u2019kan\u00eb arsye pse t\u00eb ankohen, nj\u00ebsoj si\u00e7 ka shum\u00eb arsye partia shqiptare n\u00eb pushtet q\u00eb t\u00eb konsideroj\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb duke ecur rrug\u00ebs s\u00eb duhur. Me \u00e7ka edhe gjat\u00eb koh\u00eb ky popull nuk do ia dal\u00eb t\u00eb shoh\u00eb se \u00e7do kund n\u00eb bot\u00ebn demokratike qeverit\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebhen nga partit\u00eb fituese, por askund n\u00eb at\u00eb bot\u00eb shteti nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm n\u00eb duart e pushtetmbajt\u00ebsve, se askund n\u00eb at\u00eb bot\u00eb partit\u00eb nuk kontrollojn\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb nuk u bie n\u00eb hise. Pra edhe gjat\u00eb koh\u00eb ky popull nuk do t\u00eb ket\u00eb guxim t\u00eb p\u00ebrballet me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn se nj\u00ebzet vitet e kaluara jan\u00eb t\u00eb mbushura p\u00ebrplot me premtime t\u00eb kota, me d\u00ebshp\u00ebrime, me luhatje si t\u00eb shkohet m\u00eb tej, ku b\u00ebn pjes\u00eb edhe referendumi i harruar p\u00ebr autonomi t\u00eb plot\u00eb territoriale, politike e kulturore.<\/p>\n<p>Ka shum\u00eb elemente q\u00eb d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb se shqiptar\u00ebt e sot\u00ebm t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb neokomuniz\u00ebm nga m\u00eb primitiv\u00ebt dhe se ata jan\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb partis\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet e jo ajo n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb tyre. N\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb saj jan\u00eb institucionet arsimore, kulturore&#8230;, ku kultivohet vet\u00ebdija e t\u00eb n\u00ebnshtruarit, si e atyre q\u00eb sot shajn\u00eb partit\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr \u201codat e burrave\u201d, por jo edhe publikisht. N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, ka di\u00e7ka q\u00eb nuk duhet mohuar e q\u00eb shpesh e p\u00ebrmendin pushtetar\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb: sot ka m\u00eb shum\u00eb polic\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb se kurdoher\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, sot ka m\u00eb shum\u00eb administrator\u00eb e drejtues shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb institucioneve publike se sa dikur n\u00eb socializ\u00ebm. Por ka di\u00e7ka q\u00eb k\u00ebta t\u00eb shumtit e sot\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb paktit e dikursh\u00ebm, i b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00eb: kryesisht jan\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb partis\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet, e jo zbatues t\u00eb vullnetit t\u00eb popullit. Andaj edhe m\u00ebnyra e veprimit \u00ebsht\u00eb pothuajse e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb: rezultatet e partis\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb pushtet jan\u00eb proporcionale me d\u00ebnesjen kolektive t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb k\u00ebtush\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Duke qen\u00eb t\u00eb tilla, partit\u00eb e sotme \u201ckomuniste\u201d t\u00eb popullit shqiptar t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb, ndihen edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb fuqishme dhe m\u00eb mosp\u00ebrfill\u00ebse ndaj \u00e7do mendimi kritik. Dhe ndihen t\u00eb tilla, sepse e din\u00eb q\u00eb ky popull nuk ka ku shkon m\u00eb larg se sa n\u00eb \u201coborrin\u201d e tyre. E n\u00eb nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, Gruevski as q\u00eb lodhet \u00e7ka mendojn\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt q\u00eb nuk e duan, ngaq\u00eb e ka kuptuar se \u201cpopulli\u201d jan\u00eb shok\u00ebt e tij q\u00eb ka n\u00eb qeveri. E ka kuptuar se sa her\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb ndonj\u00eb mosmarr\u00ebveshje me shqiptar\u00ebt, at\u00eb do ia zgjidhin \u201ckomisaret\u201d e partis\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb qeverin\u00eb e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Ai e ka kuptuar se shumica e shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb k\u00ebtush\u00ebm, assesi ta shohin se aty ku vendos partia q\u00eb nuk vepron sipas vullnetit t\u00eb popullit, por popullit ia imponon vullnetin e vet, nuk mund t\u00eb flitet p\u00ebr demokraci, por p\u00ebr sundim t\u00eb sekteve q\u00eb han\u00eb nga grazhdi i popullit, por flen\u00eb n\u00eb shtratin e sunduesit. Me \u00e7ka politikan\u00ebve t\u00eb till\u00eb, nga dita n\u00eb dit\u00eb, shteti u duket m\u00eb i mir\u00eb, e populli q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb shum\u00eb k\u00ebrkues.
