Mediat e ndryshme greke po i kushtojn\u00eb v\u00ebmendje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme marr\u00ebveshjes n\u00eb fjal\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje quhet e mbyllur pasi Gjykata Kushtetuese e rr\u00ebzoj\u00eb si t\u00eb pavlefshme marr\u00ebveshjen e uj\u00ebrave kufitare t\u00eb n\u00eb shkruar midis dy qeverive n\u00eb maj t\u00eb 2009. Por edhe pse kan\u00eb kaluar rreth dy vite, tek qeveria greke ende vazhdon q\u00eb kjo Marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb funksionoj\u00eb duke par\u00eb se politikan\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb jan\u00eb dor\u00ebl\u00ebshuar p\u00ebr falje territoresh fqinj\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre kur b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfitime t\u00eb interesave t\u00eb ngushta personale.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb takimin e ministrit t\u00eb jasht\u00ebm Edmond Haxhinasto, q\u00eb u zhvillua n\u00eb Nju-Jork me kolegun e tij grek Stavros Lambrinidhis, ky i fundit e trajtoi si \u00e7\u00ebshtje delikate dhe t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme marr\u00ebveshjen e uj\u00ebrave midis dy vendeve. Pra, p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb Greqia nuk kishte m\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb takim si prioritet t\u00eb drejtat e minoritetit grek, por biznesin e marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb uj\u00ebrave. Por p\u00ebrse kaq shqet\u00ebsim dhe k\u00ebmb\u00ebngulje e grek\u00ebve p\u00ebr kufirin detar n\u00eb Detin Jon? \u00c7far\u00eb fshihet pas firm\u00ebs s\u00eb k\u00ebsaj marr\u00ebveshje? K\u00ebto jan\u00eb pyetje q\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb duhet t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsohet mbar\u00eb opinioni shqiptar me q\u00ebllim mos t\u00eb na p\u00ebrs\u00ebritet historia e ngjashme e shitjes s\u00eb Sh\u00ebn Naumit.<\/p>\n<p><em>Mediat greke shkruajn\u00eb p\u00ebr luft\u00eb n\u00eb detin Jon!!!<\/em><br \/>\nRevista greke e shtatorit 2011, \u201cBilanci Ushtarak dhe Gjeopolitika\u201d, shkruan me shkronja t\u00eb m\u00ebdha: \u201cLuft\u00eb n\u00eb Jon, Operacioni, \u201cSkenderbeis\u201d\u201d. Autor i k\u00ebtij shkrimi \u00ebsht\u00eb Joani S. Theodhoratu, i cili shkruan p\u00ebr interesat strategjike n\u00eb detin Jon dhe Adriatik ku ka rezerva t\u00eb m\u00ebdha gazi, nafte dhe kalimi i tubacioneve q\u00eb do t\u00eb furnizoj\u00eb Europ\u00ebn p\u00ebr shum\u00eb vite (revista marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb kufirit ujor midis Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe Greqis\u00eb i kushton 10 faqe). Ai gjithashtu thot\u00eb se interesat e Greqis\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb zon\u00eb po pengohen nga ana e turqve q\u00eb tashm\u00eb, kan\u00eb nj\u00eb aleanc\u00eb ushtarake afatgjat\u00eb me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Si pasoj\u00eb e mos funksionimit n\u00eb detin Jon e marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb Greqis\u00eb me EEZ p\u00ebr nxjerrjen e gazit dhe naft\u00ebs, mund t\u00eb kalohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb konflikt ushtarak midis Greqis\u00eb dhe Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Greqia, edhe pse ka potencial ushtarak t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm ndaj Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, grek\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb bindur se Turqia do ta sulmonte Greqin\u00eb p\u00ebr interesat e saja n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast. Autori nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera shkruan p\u00ebr st\u00ebrvitjet e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta ushtarake midis Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe Turqis\u00eb, duke shfaqur shqet\u00ebsimet e Athin\u00ebs e cila prej 20 vitesh strehon mij\u00ebra shqiptar\u00eb emigrant\u00eb ekonomik\u00eb dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga investitor\u00ebt kryesor\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>Si\u00e7 duket grek\u00ebt me \u00e7do \u00e7mim duan t\u00eb p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsojn\u00eb pjes\u00eb nga deti Jon q\u00eb i p\u00ebrket Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Sot klasa jon\u00eb politike \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb huti, n\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7arje t\u00eb thell\u00eb dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7udi q\u00eb n\u00eb heshtje t\u2019i dhurohet Greqis\u00eb pjes\u00eb detare shqiptare ashtu si\u00e7 ka ndodhur dikur me tokat shqiptare q\u00eb ia dhuruar Greqis\u00eb, Serbis\u00eb, Maqedonis\u00eb dhe Malit t\u00eb Zi nga politikan\u00eb dhe qeveritar\u00ebt e kaluar.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00c7far\u00eb fshihet pas vizit\u00ebs t\u00eb Franko Fratinit dhe Stavro Lambridhis?<\/em><br \/>\nM\u00eb 12 shtator b\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb vizit\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ministri i Jasht\u00ebm i Italis\u00eb dhe i Greqis\u00eb Fratini dhe Lambridhis, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt deklaruan se kishin ardhur me mision p\u00ebr bashkimin komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin n\u00eb BE. Sa ironike \u00ebsht\u00eb kur dy ministrat t\u00eb huaj b\u00ebjn\u00eb deklarata p\u00ebr bashkimin komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb politik\u00ebs shqiptare dhe q\u00ebllimi i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb i ministrave t\u00eb Greqis\u00eb dhe Italis\u00eb ishte ardhja n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb kufirit detar me Greqin\u00eb n\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb duke i vjedhur shqiptar\u00ebve pasurin\u00eb natyrore (ironike \u00ebsht\u00eb fakti historik se Italia q\u00eb i shpalli luft\u00eb Greqis\u00eb m\u00eb 28 tetor 1940 \u00ebsht\u00eb mike e mir\u00eb e saj, nd\u00ebrsa me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, Greqia ende mban n\u00eb fuqi ligjin fam\u00ebkeq t\u00eb luft\u00ebs s\u00eb pa shpallur asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nga Shqip\u00ebria e pushtuar nga Italia fashiste).<br \/>\nN\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e qeverive t\u00eb Athin\u00ebs dhe Rom\u00ebs erdh\u00ebn p\u00ebr tu b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb politikan\u00ebve dhe qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs se \u00e7far\u00eb pozicioni do mbajn\u00eb n\u00eb lidhje me tubacionin e gazit dhe t\u00eb sektorit energjetik si dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb paralizuar zhvillimin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fush\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb biznesit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb dy k\u00ebto shtete t\u00eb BE ndodhen n\u00eb kriz\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb ekonomike dhe shp\u00ebtimin e tyre e shohin nga p\u00ebrfitimet n\u00eb miliarda euro nga rezervat e naft\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb gazit t\u00eb cilat ndodhen n\u00eb detet q\u00eb lagin Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, Qipron, Egjiptin dhe Libin\u00eb (pas disa vitesh do m\u00ebsohet e v\u00ebrteta e luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Egjipt dhe Libi). Prandaj, dy ministrat Fratini dhe Lambridhis ishin t\u00eb qart\u00eb me pushtetar\u00ebt shqiptar duke ju th\u00ebn\u00eb se jan\u00eb dy vende miq t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Por nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb e urt\u00eb greke thot\u00eb: miq t\u00eb mir\u00eb llogari t\u00eb mira. Si shk\u00ebmbim Shqip\u00ebria do t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb dy vota p\u00ebr tu an\u00ebtar\u00ebsuar n\u00eb BE, n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se i dhuron territor ujor Greqis\u00eb n\u00eb detin Jon. Nd\u00ebrsa Italia do ket\u00eb p\u00ebrfitime n\u00eb Libi dhe tubacionet e gazit q\u00eb do t\u00eb kalojn\u00eb n\u00eb detin Jon dhe Adriatik.<\/p>\n<p>Dy ministrat Franko Fratinit i Italis\u00eb dhe Stavro Lambridhis i Greqis\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt erdh\u00ebn me mision t\u00eb fsheht\u00eb p\u00ebr Marr\u00ebveshjen e uj\u00ebrave midis Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe Greqis\u00eb<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rezerva nafte dhe gazi n\u00eb detet q\u00eb lagin Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, Qipron dhe Libin\u00eb n\u00eb fitim kolosal rreth 700 miliard euro<\/strong><br \/>\nN\u00eb studimin e tij gjeologu dhe ekonomist i energjetik\u00ebs greke dr. Kostandinos A. Nikolas ka shkruar se n\u00eb detin Jon, Qipro dhe Kret\u00eb gjenden rezerva nafte dhe gazi natyror (gazeta Avriani shkruajti diku rreth 700 miliard euro mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitoj\u00eb Greqia q\u00eb n\u00ebnshkrimin e marr\u00ebveshjes me EEZ). Ai k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb b\u00ebhen hetime n\u00eb k\u00ebto zona detare p\u00ebr burimet e hidrokarbureve.<\/p>\n<p>Shkenc\u00ebtari n\u00eb fjal\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb pasqyr\u00eb historike t\u00eb probleme t\u00eb Greqis\u00eb me kufirin detar q\u00eb ka nd\u00ebr vite t\u00eb pazgjidhur me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, Turqin\u00eb, Libin\u00eb, Egjiptin, nd\u00ebrsa me Italin\u00eb e ka zgjidhur n\u00eb vitin 1978. Sipas z.Nikolas m\u00eb 1994 Shqip\u00ebria dhe Greqia ishin shum\u00eb af\u00ebr p\u00ebr ta zgjidhur \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e kufirit detar, por autoritetet shqiptare nuk l\u00ebshuan pe, ishin m\u00eb t\u00eb ashpra dhe Greqia n\u00ebnshkroi q\u00eb blloku i zon\u00ebs 5 Hamilton n\u00eb detin Jon t\u2019i takoj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.
