M\u00eb posht\u00eb po botojm\u00eb hyrjen (introdukt\u00ebn) e librit,e cila mendojm\u00eb se paraqet nj\u00eb trajtim t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhur ideor t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb librit.<\/p>\n<p>I mjer\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ai njeri q\u00eb s\u2019ka kujtime nga kjo jet\u00eb dhe fatkeq do t\u00eb mbetet gjithmon\u00eb ai tjetri, i cili, edhe pse ka shum\u00eb t\u00eb tilla, nuk di t\u2019i tregoj\u00eb ato. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb arsyeja e gj\u00ebrave kur flitet p\u00ebr kujtimet e tua. Ti duhet t\u00eb tregosh ato q\u00eb ke par\u00eb dhe ke p\u00ebrjetuar, si ngjarje apo si fakt historik, duke i rreshtuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb rend t\u00eb sakt\u00ebsuar gj\u00ebrash, n\u00eb nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr sidomos, ku jeta e kryer rr\u00ebfehet e sistemuar. \u00c7do jet\u00eb individuale, patjet\u00ebr q\u00eb krijon raporte t\u00eb caktuara me fenomene t\u00eb ndryshme shoq\u00ebrore dhe kujtimet nuk mund t\u2019i shmangen analiz\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse nuk analizohen shkaqet e nj\u00eb fenomeni dhe, pastaj, edhe vet\u00eb fenomeni, ato mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb kujtime, por jo histori. Q\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb edhe histori, kujtimet duhet t\u2019i tregojn\u00eb realisht ngjarjet, duke i analizuar faktet historike t\u00eb periudh\u00ebs dhe shkaqet e ardhjes s\u00eb tyre brenda nj\u00eb fenomeni shoq\u00ebror, i cili mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb sjell\u00eb ose zhvillim, ose regres. Jo \u00e7do ngjarje \u00ebsht\u00eb fakt historik, kurse vet\u00eb fakti historik ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr interpretim.<\/p>\n<p>Duhet ta kuptojm\u00eb bot\u00ebn \u2013 ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Albert Ajnshtajni \u2013 jo mbi baz\u00ebn e gj\u00ebrave q\u00eb ndodhin, por mbi baz\u00ebn e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb relativizmi dhe sigurisht q\u00eb ne jemi postrelativist\u00eb e prandaj na shqet\u00ebsojn\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet. Por, duke u q\u00ebndruar k\u00ebtyre marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve, \u201cA ka nj\u00eb logjik\u00eb t\u00eb historis\u00eb?\u201d pyet Osvald Shpengleri, e mandej shton: \u201cP\u00ebrtej gjith\u00eb elementeve shkak\u00ebsore dhe t\u00eb pakalkulueshme, a ka nj\u00eb di\u00e7ka t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ne mund ta quajm\u00eb struktur\u00eb metafizike t\u00eb humanitetit historik?&#8230; shkurt, e gjith\u00eb historia, a \u00ebsht\u00eb e bazuar mbi arketipat e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm biografik\u00eb?\u201d Po, ka nj\u00eb logjik\u00eb t\u00eb historis\u00eb, ka nj\u00eb metafizik\u00eb t\u00eb humanitetit historik dhe, po ashtu,e gjith\u00eb historia \u00ebsht\u00eb e bazuar mbi arketipat e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm biografik\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;Por, cilat kan\u00eb qen\u00eb shkaqet e k\u00ebsaj tiranie q\u00eb solli pasoja kaq t\u00eb r\u00ebnda p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare? Analiza e gjendjes \u00ebsht\u00eb rrekur t\u00eb konkludoj\u00eb duke renditur shkaqet historike q\u00eb kan\u00eb sjell\u00eb faktin historik. Ajo i paraqet arsyet e k\u00ebsaj ekzistence tiranike, duke e p\u00ebrcaktuar faktin historik si prodhim t\u00eb nj\u00eb fenomeni shoq\u00ebror, por, brenda k\u00ebtij fenomeni, gjith\u00e7ka kusht\u00ebzohet nga vendosja e d\u00ebshmis\u00eb time p\u00ebrpara ngjarjeve q\u00eb kan\u00eb karakterizuar tragjedin\u00eb shqiptare t\u00eb pasluft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n<p>Un\u00eb kam dashur q\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebshmoj p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn time, e cila, si gjithmon\u00eb, nuk i shp\u00ebtoi dot p\u00ebrplasjes s\u00eb kulturave dhe t\u00eb qytet\u00ebrimeve. Qytet\u00ebrimi \u00ebsht\u00eb difuzion kulture dhe ajo koh\u00eb kishte sjell\u00eb dy qendra t\u00eb m\u00ebdha thuajse imperiale, t\u00eb cilat reflektonin n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb bot\u00ebn dy kultura t\u00eb ndryshme dhe dy rende t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb sistemimit t\u00eb jet\u00ebs shoq\u00ebrore: Shtetet e Bashkuara t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs dhe Bashkimin Sovjetik. N\u00eb fakt, k\u00ebto ishin dy sisteme politike, t\u00eb cilat kishin ardhur n\u00eb koh\u00ebt moderne p\u00ebr t\u00eb konkuruar drejt liris\u00eb s\u00eb individit: kapitalizmi dhe socializmi. Nj\u00ebri ishte, ashtu sikurse ende \u00ebsht\u00eb, nj\u00eb sistem individualist vlerash,kurse tjetri ishte nj\u00eb sistem kolektivist vlerash. T\u00eb dyja sistemet kishin hyr\u00eb n\u00eb luft\u00ebn e madhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbijetuar m\u00ebvet\u00ebsisht: ose nj\u00ebri, ose tjetri.<\/p>\n<p>Un\u00eb kam qen\u00eb bashk\u00ebkoh\u00ebs i k\u00ebsaj lufte, e cila zhvillohej p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb dominanc\u00eb t\u00eb vetme dhe e pash\u00eb, e studiova dhe e jetova at\u00eb, natyrisht, n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb krejt timen. Ishin dy t\u00eb kund\u00ebrta q\u00eb u p\u00ebrplas\u00ebn, por prej t\u00eb cilave vet\u00ebm nj\u00ebra do t\u00eb q\u00ebndronte. N\u00ebse thelbi i k\u00ebsaj lufte do t\u00eb ishin racionalizmi dhe zgjedhja e lir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar p\u00ebrhapjen apo difuzionin e kultur\u00ebs, ky do t\u00eb kishte qen\u00eb nj\u00eb proces evolutiv, por n\u00ebse thelbi i saj jan\u00eb forca, dhuna dhe imponimi i nj\u00eb kulture mbi nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, at\u00ebher\u00eb kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb skllav\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>Socializmi rus n\u00eb stilin sovjetik, i strukturuar me dhun\u00eb dhe terror k\u00ebrkonte q\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet skllav\u00ebrimit ideologjik, barazimit t\u00eb vlerave individuale dhe rritjes s\u00eb frym\u00ebs kolektive t\u00eb krijonte nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri me barazi absolute.<\/p>\n<p>Tirania shqiptare ka nisur m\u00eb par\u00eb sesa Lufta e Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore sepse ajo z\u00eb fill n\u00eb vitin 1924, at\u00ebher\u00eb kur u asgj\u00ebsua p\u00ebrfundimisht procesi i votimit t\u00eb lir\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri,por, gjithsesi, kjo tirani, pas Luft\u00eb s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore erdhi e u shnd\u00ebrrua n\u00eb nj\u00eb fenomen tragjik. K\u00ebt\u00eb her\u00eb, shqiptar\u00ebt u ndesh\u00ebn me nj\u00eb diktatur\u00eb t\u00eb eg\u00ebr komuniste, e cila u shoq\u00ebrua gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb koh\u00ebs me terror shtet\u00ebror. Ana m\u00eb e prekshme e k\u00ebsaj tiranie ishte momenti kur kjo u nj\u00ebsua me pushtetin personal absolut t\u00eb Enver Hoxh\u00ebs. Tirania e pasluft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, me an\u00eb t\u00eb persekucionit, e ktheu gjendjen n\u00eb nj\u00eb frik\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsore p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Ky ishte nj\u00eb moment tragjik, n\u00eb nj\u00eb sens jet\u00ebsor, por, n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, edhe nj\u00eb fenomen patriarkal dhe totalitar n\u00eb pushtet, i cili, n\u00eb ushtrimin e terrorit, nuk ngurroi p\u00ebrpara asnj\u00eb mase. Tragjedia gjithmon\u00eb vjen si vrasje apo si nj\u00eb shfarosje jet\u00ebsore dhe kjo koh\u00eb prandaj ishte e till\u00eb, sepse u karakterizua nga vrasje permanente dhe masive. Ajo ishte e till\u00eb sepse dhuna u ushtrua kundrejt gjithkujt; kundrejt kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebve t\u00eb regjimit e t\u00eb Enver Hoxh\u00ebs, por edhe kund\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00ebve t\u00eb tij. Kjo, n\u00eb fakt, ishte vet\u00eb enigma q\u00eb ajo koh\u00eb mbante brenda saj, sepse k\u00ebtu z\u00eb fillin e vet analiza p\u00ebr ta par\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen jo si ushtrimin e nj\u00eb dhune kolektive t\u00eb nj\u00eb klase apo t\u00eb nj\u00eb grupi shoq\u00ebror mbi t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb, por si ushtrimin e k\u00ebsaj dhune nga nj\u00eb njeri i vet\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Ky individ, n\u00eb frym\u00ebn e nj\u00eb sistemi politik, pasi konsolidoi nj\u00eb pushtet personal absolut veproi pa asnj\u00eb norm\u00eb ligjore dhe morale p\u00ebr arritjen e nj\u00eb q\u00ebllimi t\u00eb vet\u00ebm: mbajtjen me \u00e7do kusht t\u00eb k\u00ebtij pushteti, q\u00eb merrte shpesh trajta t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta sadizmi. N\u00ebse dikush, brenda tendenc\u00ebs s\u00eb psikik\u00ebs s\u00eb tij k\u00ebrkon t\u2019u b\u00ebj\u00eb keq t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve apo gjith\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie, ose k\u00ebrkon t\u2019i d\u00ebmtoj\u00eb k\u00ebta dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe kjo gj\u00eb, k\u00ebtij individi, i duket si nj\u00eb e mir\u00eb natyrore q\u00eb ia blaton shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, ky n\u00eb fakt p\u00ebrb\u00ebn sadiz\u00ebm. N\u00ebse me an\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebmtimit t\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve realizohet pushteti, q\u00eb Hobsi e quante \u201cprirje t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme tek t\u00eb gjith\u00eb njer\u00ebzit\u201d, at\u00ebher\u00eb kuptohet se sadist\u00ebt kan\u00eb qen\u00eb pushtetar\u00ebt absolut\u00eb dhe tiran\u00ebt me t\u00eb eg\u00ebr t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha koh\u00ebrave sepse k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsia e tyre ka qen\u00eb dyfishe.<\/p>\n<p>&#8230; \u00c7\u00ebshtja \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb kjo: p\u00ebrse duhej shkaktuar nj\u00eb vuajtje kaq e madhe njer\u00ebzore, kur nuk ka qen\u00eb fare fjala p\u00ebr nj\u00eb luft\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr mbijetes\u00eb? P\u00ebrse duhej kthyer persekucioni n\u00eb nj\u00eb norm\u00eb morale dhe, madje, n\u00eb nj\u00eb kultur\u00eb shoq\u00ebrore?<\/p>\n<p>Ne e dim\u00eb, gjithashtu, se k\u00ebto ngjarje, personale dhe kolektive, duke qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, natyrsh\u00ebm kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb direkt me historin\u00eb e nj\u00eb periudhe dyzet\u00eb vje\u00e7are, kaq shum\u00eb t\u00eb rrahur dhe po aq shum\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfolur, e cila, pasi ka kaluar nj\u00eb her\u00eb r\u00ebmbimthi si tragjedi, ka sheshuar m\u00eb pas shum\u00eb gj\u00ebra dhe ka fshir\u00eb pa l\u00ebn\u00eb gjurm\u00eb shum\u00eb jet\u00eb individ\u00ebsh t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, padrejt\u00ebsisht, i ka nxjerr\u00eb nga kujtesa historike e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare. Kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb shumt\u00eb individ\u00ebt, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, megjithse nuk ishin aspak njer\u00ebz t\u00eb zakonsh\u00ebm, jan\u00eb shuar pa u ndier\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb komuniste, sikurse \u00e7do njeri tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb jet\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pushtetet shqiptare, edhe pas k\u00ebtij viti, kan\u00eb qen\u00eb tiranike, si nj\u00eb refleks i dob\u00ebsuar i vet\u00eb tiranis\u00eb shqiptare, e cila n\u00eb thelbin e vet, duke qen\u00eb totalitare, pa dyshim q\u00eb ka qen\u00eb edhe antihistorike.<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;Gjithmon\u00eb kam menduar se kujtimet duhet t\u00eb mpleksen me nj\u00ebri- tjetrin n\u00eb nj\u00eb unitet faktik dhe prandaj duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb nj\u00eb rrjedhoj\u00eb e qart\u00eb faktesh t\u00eb lidhura bashk\u00eb, por edhe t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuara me ngjarjet e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb. Dihet q\u00eb, gjithmon\u00eb ka nj\u00eb p\u00ebrjetim ngjarjesh, por ka edhe nj\u00eb v\u00ebshtrim individual t\u00eb tyre, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb i ndrysh\u00ebm p\u00ebrher\u00eb, n\u00eb raport me nivelin e kultur\u00ebs. Analiza individuale e p\u00ebrjetimeve nuk mund t\u2019i shmanget dot tendenc\u00ebs q\u00eb, si rregull, del nga konfliktet e tua t\u00eb brendshme. N\u00eb fund t\u00eb fundit, k\u00ebshtu ka qen\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb sepse ne pasqyrojm\u00eb ngaher\u00eb bot\u00ebn ton\u00eb t\u00eb brendshme, kurse t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, le t\u00eb na gjykojn\u00eb. Kujtimet q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb vij\u00ebn lineare t\u00eb k\u00ebtij jet\u00ebshkrimi t\u00eb gjat\u00eb jan\u00eb sistemuar n\u00eb kat\u00ebr libra, t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhur n\u00eb dy volume.<\/p>\n<p>Historia jon\u00eb e pasluft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore u lidh shum\u00eb me historin\u00eb globale, por, nd\u00ebrkaq, jam i bindur se p\u00ebrshkrimi i ngjarjeve t\u00eb pasluft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore do t\u00eb mbetet p\u00ebrher\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb e historis\u00eb ton\u00eb komb\u00ebtare. Le t\u00eb themi di\u00e7ka, ashtu si\u00e7 e kemi par\u00eb dhe si\u00e7 e kemi p\u00ebrjetuar, duke p\u00ebrshkruar imt\u00ebsisht edhe elementet m\u00eb pak t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, qoft\u00eb edhe n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet syrit t\u00eb nj\u00eb f\u00ebmije, por, t\u2019i nxjerrim, ama, ashtu si\u00e7 kan\u00eb qen\u00eb, t\u00eb zhveshura si ngjarje, si q\u00ebllime dhe si pasione, p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar m\u00eb n\u00eb fund edhe p\u00ebrgjigjen e pyetjes q\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb shpesh: a kemi shp\u00ebtuar nga tragjedia q\u00eb kaluam apo do t\u00eb jemi viktim\u00eb e saj dhe p\u00ebr shum\u00eb e shum\u00eb koh\u00eb akoma? A ka dal\u00eb nga gjiri yn\u00eb ajo fatkeq\u00ebsi komb\u00ebtare si nj\u00eb rrjedh\u00eb q\u00eb e pat nisur udh\u00ebn me koh\u00eb apo ka qen\u00eb krejt nj\u00eb rast q\u00eb na doli befas n\u00eb rrug\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb na shkaktuar vuajtjen m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb historis\u00eb ton\u00eb? Pse u bashkua me k\u00ebt\u00eb dhun\u00eb dhe abuzim t\u00eb madh, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb shum\u00eb e madhe e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb?<\/p>\n<p>Nga frika, nga bindja apo nga forca mistike e pushtetit p\u00ebrball\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie t\u00eb pazhvilluar? Nga \u00e7far\u00eb lindi gjith\u00eb ai entuziaz\u00ebm agresiv q\u00eb shfryhej n\u00ebp\u00ebr festa? Nga dob\u00ebsia e natyr\u00ebs nj\u00ebr\u00ebzore apo nga g\u00ebnjeshtra q\u00eb imponohej me propagand\u00eb nga regjimi? P\u00ebrse \u00e7irreshin aq ligsht njer\u00ebzit p\u00ebrball\u00eb tribunave? Nga dashuria p\u00ebr udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsin apo nga frika e tabus\u00eb? Kur dhe si u krijua Tabuja Shqiptare e shekullit t\u00eb XX? Dhe, m\u00eb n\u00eb fund, pse nuk dol\u00ebm nga tirania edhe pas r\u00ebnies s\u00eb Ramiz Alis\u00eb,por vijojm\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr gati nj\u00ebzet vjet\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, deri n\u00eb vitin 2010, t\u00eb qerthullojm\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb tirani q\u00eb vijon t\u00eb bjer\u00eb t\u00ebposht\u00eb, por nuk rr\u00ebzohet p\u00ebrfundimisht?<\/p>\n<p>Askush nuk ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb shtremb\u00ebroj\u00eb faktet historike, por kushdo, ama, ka t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e vet t\u00eb shkruaj\u00eb kujtimet e tij dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb analiz\u00ebn e ngjarjeve. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb jet\u00eb nuk paska gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme sesa kujtimet e tua. Njeriu q\u00eb ka shum\u00eb kujtime, kuptohet se ka jetuar me nj\u00eb intensitet t\u00eb lart\u00eb, ka takuar shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz, ka b\u00ebr\u00eb pjes\u00eb ose ka par\u00eb shum\u00eb ngjarje nga ato q\u00eb ngjizin historin\u00eb dhe q\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb koh\u00ebn si di\u00e7ka konkrete. Kur triumfoi komunizmi, kjo ngjarje ishte vet\u00ebm preludi dhe ne ende nuk mund ta dim\u00eb n\u00ebse do t\u00eb kishim r\u00ebn\u00eb apo jo n\u00eb nj\u00eb tragjedi komb\u00ebtare si ajo q\u00eb p\u00ebrjetuam, n\u00ebse do ta kishim instaluar socializmin si sistem pa Enver Hoxh\u00ebn. Kurse faza e dyt\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb triumfi i vullnetit t\u00eb Enver Hoxh\u00ebs si pushtet, triumf ky, i cili e plot\u00ebson tiranin\u00eb si nj\u00eb pushtet absolut individual, t\u00eb eg\u00ebr dhe terrorist, gjith\u00eb duke e sjell\u00eb Enver Hoxh\u00ebn n\u00eb gjyqin m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u2019i b\u00ebj\u00eb historia e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb ndonj\u00eb shqiptari. Nuk mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb pasur dhe nuk e dim\u00eb n\u00ebse do t\u00eb ket\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen nj\u00eb njeri q\u00eb t\u2019i k\u00ebt\u00eb sjell\u00eb kaq vuajtje dhe nj\u00eb d\u00ebm kaq t\u00eb madh shoq\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb vet sa Enver Hoxha.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb nuk jam asfare subjektiv sepse ajo tani kapet dhe kuptohet \u00e7do dit\u00eb, mjafton t\u00eb b\u00ebsh nj\u00eb krahasim t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb me at\u00eb q\u00eb ka qen\u00eb, me propagand\u00ebn shthur\u00ebse p\u00ebr t\u2019u imponuar njer\u00ebzve mendimin se jan\u00eb t\u00eb lumtur, se jan\u00eb t\u00eb pasur, se jan\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb dhe se jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb vendin m\u00eb t\u00eb lul\u00ebzuar t\u00eb bot\u00ebs, se udh\u00ebhiqen nga njeriu m\u00eb i ditur i njer\u00ebzimit, n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb q\u00eb ishin shum\u00eb t\u00eb varf\u00ebr, t\u00eb fyer, t\u00eb posht\u00ebruar,t\u00eb persekutuar dhe kurr\u00eb t\u00eb drejtuar nga nj\u00eb i ditur, por nga nj\u00eb sundues mediok\u00ebr dhe i s\u00ebmur\u00eb p\u00ebr sundim. T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto do t\u00eb mjaftonin p\u00ebr t\u00eb shpjeguar gjith\u00e7ka t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb, makabre dhe t\u00eb trisht\u00eb q\u00eb kemi kaluar t\u00eb gjith\u00eb n\u00ebn sundimin e Enver Hoxh\u00ebs. Por n\u00eb fund t\u00eb fundit, historia \u00ebsht\u00eb shkenca e s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs dhe ne jemi patjet\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebrthyer vet\u00ebm atje.<\/p>\n<p>Volumi i par\u00eb, q\u00eb mban brenda vetes dy libra, p\u00ebrshkruan ngjarjet e ndodhura n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn 1953 \u2013 1975. \u00cbsht\u00eb koha q\u00eb n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare ndodh nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmbysje e madhe dhe diktatura e re q\u00eb kishte ardhur n\u00eb pushtet, nuk ishte model shqiptar, por nj\u00eb model rus, q\u00eb, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, kishte marr\u00eb karakter bot\u00ebror. Ky sistem diktatorial i shpallur si i till\u00eb u implementua, normalisht, brenda rrjedh\u00ebs sistematike q\u00eb drejtohej nga Moska. \u00c7\u00ebshtja ky\u00e7e e nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie \u00ebsht\u00eb, pa dyshim, prodhimi i mallrave. Adam Smithi ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se nuk ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi prodhimi i mallrave, m\u00eb shum\u00eb sesa m\u00ebnyra si jan\u00eb prodhuar ato. Sistemi komunist i vendosur n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, q\u00eb n\u00eb fillim, nd\u00ebrmori procesin e industrializimit t\u00eb prodhimit shqiptar. K\u00ebtu, n\u00eb fakt, nis edhe procesi i urbanizimit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe, nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh, edhe procesi i modernizimit t\u00eb vendit. Por, pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebtu ndodhi edhe ndeshja e madhe e konfliktit midis modernizmit si nevoj\u00eb e zhvillimit shoq\u00ebror shqiptar dhe vullnetit t\u00eb Enver Hoxh\u00ebs, i cili nuk e d\u00ebshironte k\u00ebt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Enver Hoxha \u00ebsht\u00eb paraqitur n\u00eb k\u00ebto kujtime, jo p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb njohjeje personale me t\u00eb, por mbi baz\u00ebn e nj\u00eb p\u00ebrjetimi t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur q\u00eb vet\u00eb kam pasur duke ndjekur ngjarjet edhe nga af\u00ebr, edhe nga larg, por gjithmon\u00eb brenda lidershipit t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb Partis\u00eb s\u00eb tij. Kjo ka qen\u00eb jeta ime dhe do t\u00eb ishte m\u00ebkat po t\u00eb mos i shkruaja t\u00eb gjitha ato q\u00eb kam p\u00ebrjetuar e sidomos opinionin tim p\u00ebr ngjarjet e nj\u00eb tragjedie t\u00eb shkaktuar kryefund, edhe nga s\u00ebmundja e pashoqe q\u00eb kishte mb\u00ebrthyer bot\u00ebn si epidemi e jet\u00ebs kolektive, por edhe nga s\u00ebmundja e individ\u00ebve q\u00eb e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuan k\u00ebt\u00eb epidemi n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, si nj\u00eb grup njer\u00ebzish t\u00eb m\u00ebsuar me terrorin p\u00ebr t\u00eb sunduar, n\u00eb maj\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebve q\u00ebndronte despoti Enver Hoxha.<\/p>\n<p>Tragjedi dhe komedi bashk\u00eb! Injoranca q\u00eb tregonin k\u00ebta njer\u00ebz n\u00eb raport me qytet\u00ebrimin, mediokriteti i Enver Hoxh\u00ebs i ngritur n\u00eb kult dhe jeta q\u00eb vijonte me tamtame n\u00eb nj\u00ebrin krah dhe me varf\u00ebri, me frik\u00eb dhe e dhunuar, e par\u00eb keq, e nd\u00ebrtuar keq, n\u00eb krahun tjet\u00ebr, n\u00eb krahun e vuajtjes njer\u00ebzore q\u00eb shkaktonte dhuna e sundimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb njeriu t\u00eb vet\u00ebm por edhe e nj\u00eb partie, e cila, gradualisht dhe ca nga ca, mori e gjitha trajt\u00ebn e sh\u00ebmtuar t\u00eb k\u00ebtij njeriu dhe i dha trajt\u00ebn e vet t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb. Si rezultat i k\u00ebtij zinxhiri fatkeq\u00ebsish, do t\u00eb kemi ende v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi p\u00ebr ta larguar k\u00ebt\u00eb model t\u00eb keq dhe tiranik t\u00eb sunduari, pasi ne kurr\u00eb nuk u qeveris\u00ebm vet\u00ebm nga nj\u00eb regjim komunist q\u00eb k\u00ebrkonte t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtonte sistemin e kontrollit absolut t\u00eb shtetit p\u00ebr t\u00eb sjell\u00eb barazin\u00eb. Ne u sunduam ligsht dhe n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb sadiste prej nj\u00eb njeriu. Shfaqja e atij sistemi politik n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb qen\u00eb pashmangshm\u00ebri historike, por triumfi absolut i nj\u00eb vullneti t\u00eb vet\u00ebm e deformoi edhe vet\u00eb sistemin.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb volumin e dyt\u00eb, q\u00eb nis m\u00eb 1976 e mbaron n\u00eb vitin 2010, gjendet p\u00ebrmbledhja e dy librave. Nj\u00ebri lib\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb burgu politik shqiptar nga viti 1976 e deri n\u00eb vitin 1991, kur sistemi rr\u00ebzohet. Kurse libri tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb trajtimi i periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb m\u00ebpasme deri n\u00eb vitin 2010 si nj\u00eb zigzage, e cila s\u00ebrish shihet si vijim i t\u00eb tat\u00ebpjet\u00ebs s\u00eb tiranis\u00eb shqiptare t\u00eb pasluft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n<p>Libri tjet\u00ebr i k\u00ebtij volumi \u00ebsht\u00eb periudha postkomuniste n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, 1991-2010, ku tirania vijon t\u00eb bjer\u00eb por nuk zhduket, sepse gjith\u00e7ka u drejtua nga persona, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ishin formuar sipas arketipit t\u00eb Enver Hoxh\u00ebs. Nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb e gjat\u00eb terrori dhe kulture e imponuar sundimi, ku d\u00ebgjohet vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb z\u00eb dhe imponohet vet\u00ebm figura e nj\u00eb njeriu dhe krijohet arketipi i vet i drejtimit dhe i ushtrimit t\u00eb pushtetit sipas k\u00ebsaj figure. Ai imitohet dhe mbetet model, sidomos nga ata q\u00eb e kan\u00eb adhuruar, prandaj dhe nuk largohet aq leht\u00eb. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb arsyeja q\u00eb ai arketip nuk u largua nga drejtimi politik shoq\u00ebror n\u00eb ecurin\u00eb e sistemit t\u00eb ri q\u00eb u mendua se do t\u00eb implementohej pas vitit 1991.<\/p>\n<p>E gjith\u00eb kjo histori, q\u00eb nis n\u00eb vitin 1953 dhe mbaron n\u00eb vitin 2010 \u00ebsht\u00eb par\u00eb si tirani, si koh\u00eb tiranike, por q\u00eb ka nj\u00eb pik\u00eb ku ka nisur e tat\u00ebpjeta e saj. Ajo kishte nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb ngjitjeje, q\u00eb, sipas mendimit tim t\u00eb shprehur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr, \u00ebsht\u00eb koha nga viti 1948 e deri n\u00eb vitin 1960, koh\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nis e tat\u00ebpjeta e tiranis\u00eb&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vitin 1967 Enver Hoxha i hyri rrug\u00ebs s\u00eb krijimit t\u00eb dinastis\u00eb s\u00eb tij dhe, n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, nisi p\u00ebrpjekjet q\u00eb t\u00eb gjente edhe nj\u00eb burim financiar p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb dinasti. Hoxha e perceptonte intelektualizmin si t\u00eb keqen e madhe t\u00eb dinastis\u00eb s\u00eb tij dhe, duke shfryt\u00ebzuar Revolucionin Kulturor kinez iu drejtua antikultur\u00ebs shqiptare duke e implementuar n\u00eb pushtet&#8230; Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb viti kur Enver Hoxha e futi Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb neo-otomanizmin e tij, i cili, p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq, \u00ebsht\u00eb ende i pranish\u00ebm n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare. &#8230;Sundimi tiranik dinastik, e detyroi at\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmerrte aventur\u00ebn makabre t\u00eb autarkis\u00eb ekonomike dhe t\u00eb izolimit t\u00ebr\u00ebsor t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, e cila, pasi terrorizoi t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb, shkat\u00ebrroi edhe dinastin\u00eb Hoxha, edhe vet\u00eb sistemin. Enver Hoxha e gjeti edhe regjentin q\u00eb do t\u2019ia mbante n\u00eb pushtet familjen, Ramiz Alin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ky, dal\u00ebngadal\u00eb, duhej t\u2019ia transferonte pushtetin familjes, por kurr\u00eb nuk u gjet dot m\u00eb nj\u00eb burimin financiar dhe prandaj kurr\u00eb nuk u vendos dot dinastia e Hoxh\u00ebs n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, sepse n\u00eb fakt tirania ishte duke r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb rrafsh bot\u00ebror. Si rezultat nuk kishte m\u00eb gjas\u00eb q\u00eb vet\u00eb Hoxha e sidomos regjenca e tij, t\u00eb mund t\u00eb gjente vend p\u00ebr t\u00eb ekzistuar midis konflikteve t\u00eb Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Ftoht\u00eb. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb arsyeja q\u00eb tirania e Enver Hoxh\u00ebs nuk pati m\u00eb ngjitje, por vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb t\u00eb tat\u00ebpjet\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdueshme q\u00eb eci pandalsh\u00ebm drejt fundit. Ve\u00e7se duhet th\u00ebn\u00eb se, ndon\u00ebse n\u00eb vitin 1991-1992, regjenti Ramiz Alia, nuk pati forc\u00eb as t\u00eb rigjall\u00ebronte tiranin\u00eb dhe as q\u00eb ta nd\u00ebrtonte dinastin\u00eb Hoxha, sepse ai u rr\u00ebzua p\u00ebr vete, regjimet politike q\u00eb erdh\u00ebn pas vitit 1992, edhe pa dinastin\u00eb Hoxha nuk e likuiduan dot politikisht gjendjen tiranike.<\/p>\n<p>Ky regjim i ri duke qen\u00eb brenda natyr\u00ebs s\u00eb pushtetit q\u00eb Hoxha plazmoi nga viti 1967, e sidomos p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb viteve \u201880 vijoi t\u00eb ec\u00eb bashk\u00eb me t\u00eb tat\u00ebpjet\u00ebn e tiranis\u00eb shqiptare, e cila, gjithmon\u00eb n\u00eb zbutje, vijon deri n\u00eb vitin 2010, n\u00eb at\u00eb moment kur, m\u00ebse nj\u00eb milion shqiptar\u00eb u ngrit\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb fund tiranis\u00eb, duke k\u00ebrkuar institucionalizimin e vot\u00ebs s\u00eb lir\u00eb. Koha tregoi se vet\u00ebm vota e lir\u00eb mund ta mbyllte p\u00ebrfundimisht koh\u00ebn tiranike n\u00eb historin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe shenjat u duk\u00ebn. Un\u00eb mendoj se m\u00eb n\u00eb fund nga vet\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt sikur erdhi e u vendos nj\u00eb raport i ri me lirin\u00eb e vot\u00ebs tek ne. Ndihet se, tashm\u00eb, pothuaj tet\u00ebdhjet\u00eb e gjasht\u00eb vjet\u00eb pas vitit 1924, kur n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb ran\u00eb demokracia dhe pluralizmi, vota e lir\u00eb mund t\u00eb institucionalizohet n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.
