Lubonja shkruan p\u00ebr Berish\u00ebn se \u201cai tentoi t\u00eb na jap\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb faqe pozitive t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj krize: shqiptar\u00ebt q\u00eb kan\u00eb humbur pun\u00ebt n\u00eb Greqi apo Itali po kthehen n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe po i investojn\u00eb n\u00eb vendin e tyre kursimet q\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebto vende.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u2019iu kund\u00ebrv\u00ebn\u00eb k\u00ebsaj th\u00ebnie t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs, Lubonja shkruan: \u201cLe t\u00eb ndalemi p\u00ebr nj\u00eb \u00e7ast n\u00eb deklarat\u00ebn e tij se shqiptar\u00ebt e mbetur pa pun\u00eb jasht\u00eb po kthehen dhe po investojn\u00eb k\u00ebtu. K\u00ebt\u00eb vit pata rastin t\u00eb vizitoj Veriun e Greqis\u00eb. Nj\u00eb nga gj\u00ebrat q\u00eb m\u00eb befasoi ishte numri jasht\u00ebzakonisht i madh i shqiptar\u00ebve q\u00eb takova atje. Pothuaj t\u00eb gjith\u00eb punonin ose n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtim, ose n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbime t\u00eb tilla si kamerier\u00eb, kuzhinier\u00eb, pastrues n\u00ebp\u00ebr sht\u00ebpi e hotele. Grek\u00ebt vet\u00eb t\u00eb thoshin se nd\u00ebrtimet atje i kishin b\u00ebr\u00eb duart e shqiptar\u00ebve. N\u00eb nj\u00eb fshat t\u00eb gadishullit Pilion, Murizi quhej, kishte 80 shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb shp\u00ebrngulur t\u00eb gjith\u00eb nga i nj\u00ebjti fshat i Peshkopis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk mund mos t\u00eb t\u00eb lindte mendimi se ndoshta krimi m\u00eb i madh i klas\u00ebs politike shqiptare q\u00eb ka qeverisur k\u00ebta 20 vjet \u00ebsht\u00eb moskrijimi i kushteve q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt t\u2019i derdhin energjit\u00eb n\u00eb vendin e tyre, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00ebn e tyre, s\u00eb bashku me ndjenj\u00ebn e neveris\u00eb p\u00ebr ata sharlatan\u00eb pseudopatriot\u00eb q\u00eb nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb me \u00e7ka b\u00ebjn\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri i detyrojn\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb punojn\u00eb si sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtor\u00eb t\u00eb grek\u00ebve, me fjal\u00eb hiqen sikur mbrojn\u00eb interesat e tyre duke manipuluar ndjenja e retorika nacionaliste antigreke me gjuh\u00ebn e Enver Hoxh\u00ebs. \u00cbsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb se nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e emigrant\u00ebve nuk i kan\u00eb humbur lidhjet me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, por \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe m\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb se shumica e tyre nuk e shohin t\u00eb ardhmen e tyre apo t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Po ashtu, kur b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr investime, thuajse i vetmi investim \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimi i ndonj\u00eb sht\u00ebpie, apo i ndonj\u00eb kafe-bari, apo restoranti. Por k\u00ebto nuk prodhojn\u00eb para. Ato k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb para.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb tej Lubonja sjell edhe k\u00ebt\u00eb episod tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb kritik\u00ebs ndaj th\u00ebnies s\u00eb Berish\u00ebs: \u201cPara disa koh\u00ebsh isha n\u00eb Bathore, ku, si\u00e7 dihet, banojn\u00eb edhe shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz t\u00eb ardhur kryesisht nga Veriu. Kur i pyeta disa se me \u00e7far\u00eb jetonin n\u00eb at\u00eb vend, p\u00ebrgjigjja q\u00eb m\u00eb dhan\u00eb shumica ishte se jetonin me ato \u00e7ika para q\u00eb u d\u00ebrgonin v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit apo motrat nga emigracioni. N\u00ebse k\u00ebta do t\u00eb kthehen n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, me \u00e7far\u00eb do t\u00eb han\u00eb k\u00ebta q\u00eb jan\u00eb k\u00ebtu? Si mund t\u00eb thuash se kthimi i k\u00ebtyre do t\u00eb sjell\u00eb investime n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri? \u00c7far\u00eb do t\u00eb investojn\u00eb n\u00eb Bathore k\u00ebta njer\u00ebz po u kthyen? \u00c7far\u00eb mund\u00ebsish t\u00eb tjera u ka krijuar qeveria p\u00ebr t\u00eb investuar, p\u00ebrve\u00e7se i ka l\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb zaptojn\u00eb toka buke p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar sht\u00ebpi e kafe-bare? Asgj\u00eb ose thuajse asgj\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjja.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u2019i ardhur n\u00eb ndihm\u00eb Lubonj\u00ebs n\u00eb argumentimin e tij, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb kryesisht episodik, po ofrojm\u00eb grafikun e m\u00ebsip\u00ebrm, i cili tregon l\u00ebvizjet disavje\u00e7are t\u00eb \u00e7mimit t\u00eb euros n\u00eb tregun valutor shqiptar (Sipas FMN-s\u00eb, rreth 90% e shk\u00ebmbimeve t\u00eb jashtme tregtare e financiare t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb kryhen n\u00eb euro.) Grafiku na thot\u00eb se \u00e7mimi i euros ishte i q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm n\u00eb nivelin rreth 125 lek gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs korrik 2004 &#8211; janar 2009. Por dy vjet\u00ebt e fundit, ka patur nj\u00eb rritje t\u00eb vazhdueshme, duke arritur tani pothuaj n\u00eb nivelin 141 lek\u00eb. N\u00eb qoft\u00eb se do t\u00eb ishte e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb ajo q\u00eb thot\u00eb Berisha, \u00e7mimi i euros do t\u00eb kishte r\u00ebn\u00eb, jo t\u00eb ngrihej.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo sepse k\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr euro n\u00eb treg ka mbetur pothuaj konstante (importet shqiptare nuk kan\u00eb p\u00ebsuar ndonj\u00eb luhatje t\u00eb ndieshme dy vjet\u00ebt e fundit), nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb rritja e ofert\u00ebs s\u00eb eurove nga shqiptar\u00ebt q\u00eb kan\u00eb humbur pun\u00ebt n\u00eb Greqi apo Itali dhe q\u00eb, sipas Berish\u00ebs, po i investojn\u00eb n\u00eb vendin e tyre kursimet, do t\u00eb kishte sjell\u00eb ulje t\u00eb \u00e7mimit t\u00eb euros n\u00eb treg. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, sipas p\u00ebrrallave t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs, oferta p\u00ebr euro n\u00eb treg duhej t\u00eb ishte rritur edhe nga rritjet prej 300% t\u00eb investimeve t\u00eb huaja t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejta dhe t\u00eb numrit t\u00eb turist\u00ebve t\u00eb huaj n\u00eb dy vjet\u00ebt e fundit!!!
