E ka fjal\u00ebn p\u00ebr qeveritar\u00ebt, ata q\u00eb bojkotuan n\u00eb unison premier\u00ebn e filmit \u201cFalja e gjakut\u201d, filmit q\u00eb rr\u00ebmbeu \u00e7mimin \u201cAriu i Argjendt\u00eb\u201d n\u00eb Festivalin Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Berlinit 2011, p\u00ebr skenarin m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb mban firmat e Xhoshua Marston dhe Andamion Murataj.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb gati dy or\u00eb rr\u00ebfim, regjisori Marston, q\u00eb thot\u00eb se lindi n\u00eb Kaliforni dhe q\u00eb s\u2019ka lidhje gjaku me shqiptar\u00ebt, tregon pesh\u00ebn e r\u00ebnd\u00eb q\u00eb ka gjakmarrja n\u00eb shum\u00eb familje n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, nj\u00eb bot\u00eb e izoluar, mbushur me viktima, t\u00eb mbijetuar q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb kalojn\u00eb jet\u00ebt t\u00eb ngujuar dhe pasojat e pariparueshme sociale dhe ekonomike, nj\u00eb bot\u00eb q\u00eb fshihet dhe injorohet totalisht nga institucionet shqiptare nga ato qendrore deri tek ato vendore, duke ia l\u00ebn\u00eb zgjidhjen rregullave t\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7udnuara t\u00eb t\u00eb ashtuquajturit <em>Kanun<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb rreth dy or\u00eb, shikuesi b\u00ebhet d\u00ebshmitar i dram\u00ebs q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jetoj\u00eb nj\u00eb familje q\u00eb futet n\u00eb gjak p\u00ebr nder. Nj\u00eb dram\u00eb q\u00eb synon t\u00eb kandidoj\u00eb p\u00ebr Oskar, sepse si Xhoshua Marston, bashk\u00ebskenarist e regjisor dhe producenti Pol Mezej, kan\u00eb arkivuar deri m\u00eb sot nj\u00eb tuf\u00eb me \u00e7mime dhe jan\u00eb nominuar edhe p\u00ebr Oskar.<\/p>\n<p>Befasia e par\u00eb e ekranizimit m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit p\u00ebr gjakmarrjen shqiptare \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht\u00ebsia. Nj\u00eb vendxhirim n\u00eb fshatin Guri i Zi n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, duke mos sajuar asgj\u00eb, por duke e dh\u00ebn\u00eb realitetin si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb. Marston thot\u00eb se nuk ka qen\u00eb i interesuar t\u00eb tregoj\u00eb historin\u00eb e nj\u00eb gjakmarrjeje, si\u00e7 kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb koleg\u00ebt e tij shqiptar\u00eb, por t\u00eb kap\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00ebn, t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb p\u00ebr shikuesin historin\u00eb e izolimit. N\u00eb rreth 2 or\u00eb film shihet nj\u00eb familje q\u00eb jeton e ngujuar, meshkujt q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb mos rrezikojn\u00eb duke dal\u00eb jasht\u00eb pragut dhe femrat e sht\u00ebpis\u00eb q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb sigurojn\u00eb mbijetes\u00ebn e familjes. Duke u vrar\u00eb \u00ebndrrat e mosh\u00ebs dhe d\u00ebshirat njer\u00ebzore.<\/p>\n<p>Vasjan Lami si shum\u00eb profesionist\u00eb t\u00eb kinemas\u00eb shqiptare shprehet i befasuar nga loja e aktor\u00ebve t\u00eb rinj, madje duke vler\u00ebsuar ata m\u00eb tep\u00ebr se emrat e aktor\u00ebve t\u00eb njohur nga Kosova, apo Maqedonia. Ata jan\u00eb zbulime t\u00eb audicioneve t\u00eb shumta me mbi 2000 t\u00eb rinj. Por q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb pad\u00ebshiruar t\u00eb rriten n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn shqiptare t\u00eb aktrimit. Si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb rasti i aktorit kryesor, 19-vje\u00e7arit Tristan Halilaj, i cili si dhe aktor\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb adoleshent\u00eb ndiqte shkoll\u00ebn e mesme n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, kur u p\u00ebrzgjodh sepse kishte aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb shk\u00eblqyera dhe personalitet vibrant p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb emocione te shikuesi. Por kjo nuk mjaftoi q\u00eb Halilaj t\u00eb pranohej n\u00eb deg\u00ebn e aktrimit n\u00eb Akademin\u00eb e Arteve n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe ai po ndjek studimet p\u00ebr aktrim n\u00eb Tetov\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Tema q\u00eb zgjodhi regjisori me origjin\u00eb hebrenje ka qen\u00eb prej vitesh \u201cpasaporta\u201d e p\u00ebrgjakur e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb pas viteve \u201890. N\u00eb filma, dokumentar\u00eb, kronika televizive apo reportazhe mediash bot\u00ebrore gjakmarrja shqiptare, ka treguar para bot\u00ebs s\u00eb qytet\u00ebruar nj\u00eb bot\u00eb t\u00eb err\u00ebt dhe kriminale ku ligjin e b\u00ebjn\u00eb rregullat e Kanunit dhe zbythja e shtetit p\u00ebr t\u00eb rivendosur ligjin n\u00eb k\u00ebto \u201cenklava t\u00eb gjakut\u201d, q\u00eb shtrihen n\u00ebp\u00ebr lagje qytetesh dhe fshatra nga Tirana n\u00eb skajin m\u00eb t\u00eb larg\u00ebt verior.<\/p>\n<p>I nd\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm ndaj trajtimit t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj teme kaq t\u00eb ndjeshme, Marston nxiton t\u00eb thot\u00eb se ky nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb film q\u00eb synon t\u2019i p\u00ebrshkruaj\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt si barbar\u00eb apo t\u00eb marr\u00eb, por t\u00eb tregoj\u00eb pasojat e ngujimit n\u00eb familjet shqiptare. Aty ku ai zbuloi Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e eg\u00ebr, e t\u00eb braktisur nga shteti: nj\u00eb familje prej 15 vitesh n\u00eb ngujim dhe kat\u00ebr djem n\u00ebn mosh\u00ebn 14-vje\u00e7are, pra q\u00eb kishin lindur t\u00eb ngujuar, nj\u00eb 13-vje\u00e7ar t\u00eb d\u00ebshp\u00ebruar q\u00eb rr\u00ebfen mes lot\u00ebve se sa i mungojn\u00eb shok\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Ata ndryshe nga heroi i filmit nuk kan\u00eb mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb marrin 24 or\u00eb leje, q\u00eb t\u00eb arratisen p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos u b\u00ebr\u00eb viktima t\u00eb gjakmarrjes. Ata vijojn\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb burgosur brenda mureve n\u00ebn indiferenc\u00ebn e strukturave shtet\u00ebrore, t\u00eb cilat ia kan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb fatin e tyre n\u00eb dor\u00eb rregullave t\u00eb deformuara t\u00eb Kanunit, viktima t\u00eb t\u00eb cilit bien voc\u00ebrrak\u00eb dhe femra.<\/p>\n<p>Mjeku Edmond Faber e v\u00eb gishtin te mungesa e shtetit, duke e krahasuar lul\u00ebzimin e sot\u00ebm t\u00eb gjakmarrjes me shuarjen gati t\u00eb plot\u00eb gjat\u00eb sistemit t\u00eb kaluar. Shifrat i japin t\u00eb drejt\u00eb mjekut q\u00eb n\u00eb duar ka edhe viktimat nga gjakmarrja. N\u00ebse n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn 2004-2007 krimet p\u00ebr gjakmarrje, sipas statistikave zyrtare, pat\u00ebn r\u00ebnie t\u00eb ndjeshme, pas vitit 2009 ato u shtuan, madje duke i b\u00ebr\u00eb edhe m\u00eb makabre ekzekutimet.<\/p>\n<p>Si\u00e7 ishte vrasja e pastorit 29-vje\u00e7ar Dritan Prroni n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, n\u00eb 8 shtator 2010, edhe pse e drejta e pashkruar kanunore e konsideron krim t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb dhe dhunim t\u00eb gjith\u00eb komunitetit vrasjen e nj\u00eb kleriku.
