T\u00eb dyja ngjarjet nuk jan\u00eb pa lidhje nj\u00ebra me tjetr\u00ebn, sepse presidenti aktual ka deklaruar tashm\u00eb projektin e tij politik dhe paralelisht kemi edhe nj\u00eb l\u00ebvizje q\u00eb duket n\u00eb ekspansion t\u00eb gjer\u00eb si aleanca kuqezi, e cila gjithashtu mund t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb parti politike. Duke pasur parasysh k\u00ebto dy zhvillime, por edhe t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb mund t\u00eb kondicionohen nga nj\u00eb reform\u00eb e pritshme zgjedhore, por edhe nga rrethanat politike shum\u00eb specifike t\u00eb k\u00ebtij mandati t\u00eb dyt\u00eb qeveris\u00ebs t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Demokratike dhe aleat\u00ebve, mendoni se harta elektorale e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb e nj\u00ebjta?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mero Baze<\/strong>: Presidenti do t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb zhvillim serioz. Berisha ka koh\u00eb q\u00eb flet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb president sipas Kushtetut\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb deinkurjuar kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt me iden\u00eb q\u00eb Presidenti do t\u00eb jet\u00eb i tij dhe jo konsensual. N\u00eb fakt, Berisha nuk e ka hallin tek Presidenti, por tek Kushtetuta q\u00eb mund t\u2019i hap\u00eb nj\u00eb problem serioz n\u00eb zgjedhje, pasi Kosova, e ka marr\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e zgjedhjes s\u00eb Presidentit nga Kushtetua jon\u00eb dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb qartazi e sigurt se p\u00ebr t\u2019u \u00e7elur votimi duhen 84 vota n\u00eb sall\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Votimi nuk mund t\u00eb \u00e7elet n\u00eb raundin e kat\u00ebrt, por n\u00eb raund t\u00eb par\u00eb, dhe, n\u00ebse opozita nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb dakord dhe bojkoton seanc\u00ebn, Kushtetuta jon\u00eb nuk t\u00eb lejon t\u00eb zgjedh\u00ebsh president. Berisha mund ta zgjedh\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00eb antikushtetuese dhe po ul\u00ebret qysh tani se do ta zgjedh\u00eb sipas Kushtetut\u00ebs. Pra, n\u00eb vend t\u00eb nj\u00eb presidenti t\u00eb ri mund t\u00eb kemi nj\u00eb kriz\u00eb t\u00eb re kushtetuese.<\/p>\n<p>Sa p\u00ebr l\u00ebvizjet e reja politike, \u00ebsht\u00eb interesant fakti q\u00eb gjith\u00eb l\u00ebvizjet e reja politike, ose l\u00ebvizjet e pavarura politike vijn\u00eb nga e djathta, pra jan\u00eb rrjedhje t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs, Topi, Spahiu, Ngjela, Ndoka, Shehi, q\u00eb jan\u00eb pes\u00eb aktor\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb koalicion e tret\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vota-ngr\u00ebn\u00ebs t\u00eb s\u00eb djatht\u00ebs. Kjo e b\u00ebn Berish\u00ebn t\u00eb pashpres\u00eb p\u00ebr zgjedhjet e reja.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, t\u00eb tret\u00ebt q\u00eb do konkurojn\u00eb n\u00eb politik\u00eb, ndryshe nga 2009 vijn\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb nga e djathta, nd\u00ebrsa e majta s\u2019ka alternativ\u00eb tjet\u00ebr ve\u00e7 koalicionit q\u00eb ekziston. Kjo do t\u00eb rr\u00ebzoj\u00eb Berish\u00ebn nga pushteti, edhe sikur ai t\u00eb vjedh\u00eb aq sa ka vjedhur deri m\u00eb sot. Vet\u00ebm n\u00ebse vjedh gjith\u00e7ka mund t\u00eb shp\u00ebtoj\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa po i la t\u00eb lir\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt e tij mund t\u00eb shkojn\u00eb tek nj\u00eb mazhoranc\u00eb 62 p\u00ebr qind.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bamir Topi dhe Aleanca Kuqezi, mendoni se do t\u00eb jen\u00eb nj\u00eb parti apo dy parti t\u00eb reja?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mero Baze<\/strong>: Do t\u00eb jen\u00eb dy parti t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb \u00e7do gj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Nj\u00eb parti e mundshme e Bamir Topit, do t\u00eb merrte vota t\u00eb majta apo t\u00eb djathta?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mero Baze<\/strong>: Bamir Topi \u00ebsht\u00eb njeriu q\u00eb mbledh votat antiBerish\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb djatht\u00ebn. Ai ka nj\u00eb shtrirje kapilare n\u00eb gjith\u00eb strukturat e PD-s\u00eb n\u00eb vend, struktura q\u00eb jan\u00eb injoruar dhe fyer n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb klientelizmit me LSI dhe element\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb s\u00eb majt\u00ebs, me t\u00eb cil\u00ebt baza e PD \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebshkuar gjith\u00eb jet\u00ebn e saj. Topi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb simbol i tyre, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb ofert\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e duhur dhe n\u00eb vendin e duhur.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Ka nj\u00eb p\u00ebrshtypje t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapur n\u00eb publik se militant\u00ebt e dy partive kryesore nuk ndikohen nga mir\u00ebqeverisja apo nga keqqeverisja dhe as nga fushatat elektorale respektive, por votojn\u00eb verb\u00ebrisht liderin ose kund\u00ebrvotojn\u00eb liderin e pal\u00ebs tjet\u00ebr\u2026 Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb pjesa tjet\u00ebr e elektoratit, ajo q\u00eb quhet gri, po b\u00ebhet p\u00ebrher\u00eb e m\u00eb mosbesuese te dy forcat kryesore politike\u2026 E ndani dhe ju k\u00ebt\u00eb perceptim?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mero Baze<\/strong>: Po. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb tradicionale. Ka vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb ndryshim k\u00ebt\u00eb radh\u00eb, q\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e militant\u00ebve t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb mund t\u00eb shkojn\u00eb pas Topit dhe po ashtu nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e elektoratit gri mund t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb pas tij ose pas Aleanc\u00ebs Kuq e Zi. Pra, situata \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb dinamike, pasi jan\u00eb shtuar alternativat p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos t\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb brenda n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi dit\u00ebn e zgjedhjeve. Berisha nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb destinacion shprese p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>PD-s\u00eb i duhet m\u00eb LSI-ja?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mero Baze<\/strong>: Aleanca PD-LSI \u00ebsht\u00eb jetike p\u00ebr t\u00eb dyja. Pa LSI-n\u00eb, PD \u00ebsht\u00eb parti e dyt\u00eb me 14 p\u00ebr qind pas Partis\u00eb Socialiste, pra \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb parti e pashpres\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhur n\u00eb pushtet dhe p\u00ebr 30 vjet. Pa PD, LSI \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb parti e vdekur, pasi e vetme s\u2019fiton dot asgj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>PS duhet t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunoj\u00eb me LSI-n\u00eb?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mero Baze<\/strong>: Kurr\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebto rrethana dhe me k\u00ebt\u00eb objektiv q\u00eb ka LSI. LSI \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e qeveris\u00eb, bile pjesa m\u00eb e korruptuar e saj. Aleanca me pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb korruptuar t\u00eb pushtetit p\u00ebrbalt opozit\u00ebn dhe vret shpres\u00ebn. N\u00ebse vret shpres\u00ebn, Partia Socialiste vjen kot n\u00eb pushtet, pasi vjen si nj\u00eb parti me objektiv p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrruar hajdut\u00ebt dhe jo p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndryshuar Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb.
