Kjo gj\u00eb vjen ngaq\u00eb akoma sot nuk ka nj\u00eb definicion t\u00eb sakt\u00eb p\u00ebr e inteligjenc\u00ebn.<br \/>\nStudimet, shum\u00eb vite m\u00eb par\u00eb, kan\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dukje se n\u00eb zhvillimin e inteligjenc\u00ebs ndikon ndjesh\u00ebm gjenetika, por, gjithashtu, dhe ambienti n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin rritet dhe zhvillohet njeriu. Psikolog\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb mendimit se inteligjenca e nj\u00eb individi mund t\u00eb jepet me sakt\u00ebsi aty nga mosha 17-18 vje\u00e7.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa, nga ana tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr termin intelektual ka shpjegime t\u00eb mjaftueshme, duke e p\u00ebrkufizuar intelektualin si person t\u00eb rrall\u00eb n\u00eb mjedisin e tij, p\u00ebr qendrimin dhe veprimin ndaj dukurive shoq\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/p>\n<p><strong>Semantika e termit intelektual dhe inteligjenc\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje, individ\u00ebt e zakonsh\u00ebm jo q\u00eb nuk hetojn\u00eb ndonj\u00eb dallim n\u00eb mes t\u00eb tyre dy termave, por \u00ebsht\u00eb e kund\u00ebrta i barazojn\u00eb sikurse t\u00eb ishin sinonime, edhe pse nga ana e tyre semantike ato kan\u00eb dallime p\u00ebrmbajt\u00ebsore. Sepse n\u00eb bot\u00ebn e qytet\u00ebruar ka koh\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebto dy terma dallohen, pasi nuk kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn p\u00ebrmbajtje. Madje \u00ebsht\u00eb anakronike t\u00eb mendohet se \u00e7do kush q\u00eb ka t\u00eb kryer ndonj\u00eb shkoll\u00eb (t\u00eb lart\u00eb, apo superiore) t\u00eb quhet me epitetin intelektual apo inteligjenc\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Por, jemi d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb se nj\u00eb defekt i till\u00eb i trash\u00ebguar \u00ebsht\u00eb i pranish\u00ebm edhe n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona, sepse disa mendojn\u00eb se niveli shkollor apo i veprave t\u00eb botuara ofron vetvetiu titullin intelektual. Nj\u00eb koncept i till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb me qasje t\u00eb gabuar sepse personat e till\u00eb jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm individ\u00eb m\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitje p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse shkollore dhe me profesionin e tyre, e asgj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb, dhe si t\u00eb till\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb mbajn\u00eb epitetin intelektual.<\/p>\n<p>Andaj, p\u00ebr t\u00eb hequr dilemat semantike duhet cekur se p\u00ebrcaktimi i sot\u00ebm gjuh\u00ebsor i k\u00ebtyre shprehjeve mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrmblidhet shkurtazi: \u201cInteligjent: njeri me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb dalluara p\u00ebr ta kthyer realitetin q\u00eb e rrethon n\u00eb dobi t\u00eb vetes\u201d dhe \u201cIntelektual: njeri me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb dalluara p\u00ebr ta kthyer realitetin n\u00eb dobi te t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb analiz\u00eb e k\u00ebtyre p\u00ebrkufizimeve pa dyshim heq dilemat p\u00ebrmbajt\u00ebsore duke i dh\u00ebn\u00eb vendin e merituar \u00e7do personi, pa epitete, por sipas meritave, qendrimit dhe veprimit n\u00eb mjedisin p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gjergj Fishta p\u00ebr intelektualin<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Por, nga ky aspekt pa m\u00ebdyshje se P.Gjergj Fishta p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn kur jetoi, jep p\u00ebrmasat e intelektualit duke theksuar se \u201cai duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb prezent n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e vet, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve q\u00eb do t\u00eb vijn\u00eb m\u00eb pas, e t\u00eb qenit prezent do t\u00eb thot\u00eb t\u00eb kesh kurajon t\u00eb thuash t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn ku dhe kur duhet, haptazi e ballazi, sado e idh\u00ebt q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb, sado tragjike, sado e pap\u00eblqyeshme p\u00ebr vesh\u00ebt e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve.\u201d Dhe nuk ka dilem\u00eb se nj\u00eb p\u00ebrkufizim i till\u00eb d\u00ebshmon qart\u00eb se cilat vlera duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb ai individ nga aspekti profesional e moral p\u00ebr t\u00eb merituar epitetin e intelektualit.<\/p>\n<p>Por, pas vitit 1990, kur edhe te shqiptar\u00ebt u vendos pluralizmi, jemi d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb se n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb e cila njihet si tranzicion dol\u00ebn n\u00eb shesh tiparet dhe karakteret e individ\u00ebve, andaj lirisht mund t\u00eb themi se kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb koha ku dominojn\u00eb jo intelektual\u00ebt, por inteligjent\u00ebt. Madje ekziston nj\u00eb lul\u00ebzim i tyre sepse nuk zgjedhin mjete p\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar qellimet e tyre. N\u00eb shum\u00eb raste, subjektet politike kan\u00eb qen\u00eb dhe jan\u00eb mbules\u00eb e angazhimit t\u00eb tyre. Dhe me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, nj\u00eb inteligjenc\u00eb e till\u00eb cil\u00ebsohet si inteligjenc\u00eb sociale, me an\u00eb t\u00eb s\u00eb cil\u00ebs nj\u00eb individ synon q\u00eb ti arrij\u00eb q\u00ebllimet e veta me an\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb sjelljeje kooperuese, kompetitive dhe manipulative, q\u00eb cil\u00ebsohet si nj\u00eb inteligjenc\u00eb makiaveliste.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disidenti-apo armiku i shtetit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Shikuar historikisht, statusi i intelektual\u00ebve n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb nuk ka qen\u00eb i nj\u00ebjt\u00eb, sepse varej nga sistemet shoq\u00ebrore n\u00eb vendet p\u00ebrkatese. N\u00ebse n\u00eb sistemet shoq\u00ebrore demokratike n\u00eb bot\u00ebn per\u00ebndimore ka ekzistuar fjala e lir\u00eb dhe shprehja e mendimit ku intelektuali nuk rrezikohej edhe at\u00ebher\u00eb kur kritikonte pushtetin, e kund\u00ebrta ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb vendet e ish kampit socialist n\u00eb Evrop\u00ebn Juglindore. N\u00eb k\u00ebto vende, sistemi totalitar m\u00eb koh\u00eb kishte eliminuar mendimin ndryshe duke krijuar pseudointelektual\u00ebt t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ishin pararoja e partis\u00eb-shtet.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa ata t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kishin guximin p\u00ebr ti shprehur pik\u00ebpamjet e tyre t\u00eb cilat nuk ishin sipas vij\u00ebs s\u00eb partis\u00eb, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht t\u00eb pushtetit, pasojat ishin t\u00eb pashmangshme duke filluar me izolimin, internimin, burosjen e madje edhe eliminimin fizik t\u00eb tyre. Andaj, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr tu \u00e7uditur fakti se numri i intelektual\u00ebve n\u00eb vendet e ish kampit socialist ishte i vog\u00ebl, nd\u00ebrsa ata q\u00eb ishin t\u00eb till\u00eb quheshin disident, q\u00eb kishte epitetin e armikut t\u00eb sistemit dhe t\u00eb shtetit, ku pjesa m\u00eb e madhe e tyre ishin t\u00eb burgosur politik\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ndon\u00ebse p\u00ebr nga numri ishin pak, intelektual\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb, si n\u00eb ish-Jugosllavi dhe n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, kan\u00eb vuajtur shum\u00eb dhe si t\u00eb till\u00eb jan\u00eb shembull tipik i persekutimit nga ana e pushtetit p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Intelektuali konformist<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kjo shtres\u00eb intelektual\u00ebsh n\u00eb teorit\u00eb socio-politike ka em\u00ebrtimin e vet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs dhe quhen konfromist\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00ebse analizojm\u00eb an\u00ebn semantike t\u00eb termit \u201ckonformist\u201d ku thuhet se \u201cpajtim vet\u00ebm me fjal\u00eb me mendimin, veprimet a sjelljet e dikujt; prirje p\u00ebr t\u2019iu p\u00ebrshtatur sa p\u00ebr sy e faqe q\u00ebllimeve, synimeve e interesave t\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00ebve a t\u00eb shumic\u00ebs; sjellje e veprime q\u00eb b\u00ebhen sa p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb brenda\u201d(FGJSSH, f.859), at\u00ebher\u00eb \u00e7do gj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb se kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb grup t\u00eb caktuar individ\u00ebsh, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt n\u00eb saj\u00eb te qendrimit t\u00eb tyre nuk e meritojn\u00eb termin intelektual. Sepse, si\u00e7 kemi cekur n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb k\u00ebtij shkrimi, intelektuali \u00ebsht\u00eb ai i cili ka vizion dhe nuk angazhohet p\u00ebr qellime personale.<\/p>\n<p>Sistemi monist \u00ebsht\u00eb angazhuar me t\u00eb gjitha mekanizmat q\u00eb intelektual\u00ebt e profileve t\u00eb ndryshme ti angazhoj\u00eb n\u00eb politik\u00ebn ditore, ku \u00e7do gj\u00eb ishte e instrumentalizuar, ku edhe shkenca, kultura dhe arti nuk mund t\u00eb ishin p\u00ebrjashtim. N\u00eb raste t\u00eb tilla vazhdimisht jan\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahur ata t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb pranuar dirigjimin nga t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt patjet\u00ebr kan\u00eb pasur nj\u00eb biografi t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme dhe si t\u00eb till\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00ebfar\u00eb m\u00ebnyre kan\u00eb qen\u00eb edhe t\u00eb besuesh\u00ebm, sepse k\u00ebshtu e ka lypur partia.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk kan\u00eb pasur mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb ken\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahjen shoq\u00ebrore disident\u00ebt apo ata t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb pasur qendrimin dhe parimet e tyre p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb ndryshme shoq\u00ebrore. Por, n\u00eb raste t\u00eb tilla nga nj\u00eb realitet i imponuar nuk ka dilem\u00eb se paraqiten pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi, ku n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb e p\u00ebrjeton intelektuali opozitar, pra si konflikt me konformist\u00ebt t\u00eb cil\u00ebt mbrojn\u00eb interesat e pushtetit duke p\u00ebrfituar gjithsesi edhe personalisht. Nga nj\u00eb situat\u00eb e till\u00eb nuk ka dilem\u00eb se krijohet nj\u00eb ndarje nga jeta shoq\u00ebrore, ku ne shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb ish-Jugosllavi kemi nj\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb disa vje\u00e7are.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kritika e argumentuar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb me tradit\u00eb demokratike jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i pranish\u00ebm mendimi kritik i intelektualit, por ai \u00ebsht\u00eb i domosdosh\u00ebm p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e ndryshme shoq\u00ebrore. Madje nga qarqe t\u00eb ndryshme shoq\u00ebrore, ata porosit\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb shprehur pik\u00ebpamjet e tyre, sepse si t\u00eb tilla vler\u00ebsohen p\u00ebr avancimin e \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse.<br \/>\nPor, edhe mendimi kritik duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb mas\u00ebn e vet\u00eb, sepse nuk mund t\u00eb kritikohet \u00e7do gj\u00eb, sepse nj\u00eb dukuri e till\u00eb do t\u00eb ishte destrukcion-mohim i \u00e7do vlere.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa, nga ky aspekt kemi edhe ekstremin tjet\u00ebr ku politika merr p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb gjykat\u00ebse p\u00ebr \u00e7do krijimtari dhe akt njer\u00ebzor, ku kriteret politike b\u00ebhen kritere supreme t\u00eb njer\u00ebzores, e kjo do t\u00eb ishte pa dyshim e d\u00ebmshme p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn shoq\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n<p><strong>N\u00eb rrjedh\u00eb t\u00eb ngjarjeve shoq\u00ebrore<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Q\u00eb intelektuali t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb rrjedh\u00eb t\u00eb ngjarjeve politike, por jo edhe t\u00eb ket\u00eb qendrim konformist ndaj tyre, n\u00ebnkupton intelektualin me nd\u00ebrgjegje dhe me vet\u00ebdije t\u00eb lart\u00eb morale. Intelektuali apo intelektual\u00ebt e k\u00ebtill\u00eb, jan\u00eb antipod\u00eb t\u00eb intelektual\u00ebve t\u00eb rrem\u00eb, si\u00e7 i cil\u00ebson Zhan Pol Sartri i cili shton se \u201cintelektuali duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb rojtar i q\u00ebllimeve themelore: emancipimit dhe universalizmit\u201d.<br \/>\nEdhe pse te shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi numri i intelektual\u00ebve ka qen\u00eb i vog\u00ebl ata nuk kan\u00eb heshtur, por kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje t\u00eb vazhdueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb luajtur rolin e vet shoq\u00ebror, q\u00eb kishte t\u00eb b\u00ebnte kryesisht me avancimin e t\u00eb drejtave komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mjedis. Por, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb veprimtaris\u00eb s\u00eb tyre jasht\u00eb institucioneve vendos\u00ebse(Kuvedni, Qeveria), ndikimi i tyre ka qen\u00eb minimal.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe si t\u00eb till\u00eb, ata kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb kryesisht n\u00eb institucionet e ul\u00ebta dhe t\u00eb mesme e kryesisht n\u00eb ata arsimore. Andaj, nga nj\u00eb situat\u00eb e till\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb b\u00ebh\u00ebt fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr intelektual\u00eb t\u00eb formatit t\u00eb lart\u00eb, por vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shtres\u00eb t\u00eb mesme, sepse rrethanat shoq\u00ebrore kan\u00eb ndikuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb situat\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb. Nj\u00eb gjendje e till\u00eb ka ndikuar q\u00eb t\u00eb mos ket\u00eb pasur mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb kemi intelektual\u00eb t\u00eb denj\u00eb, sepse shteti n\u00eb moniz\u00ebm nuk ka investuar n\u00eb individ\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb, por te t\u00eb d\u00ebgjueshmit dhe servil\u00ebt, sepse ata kan\u00eb qen\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtash\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar politik\u00ebn e tyre shtet\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Heshtja nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb cil\u00ebsi e intelektualit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb rrjedhat e reja shoq\u00ebrore q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb m\u00eb koh\u00ebn e pluralizmit ekzistojn\u00eb parakushtet q\u00eb t\u00eb kemi intelektual\u00ebt tan\u00eb, sepse nuk ekzistojn\u00eb m\u00eb mund\u00ebsit\u00eb ligjore p\u00ebr ndjekjen penale individ\u00ebve q\u00eb shprehin mendimin e tyre, i cili nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb sipas shijes dhe d\u00ebshir\u00ebs s\u00eb pushtetit. Por, \u00e7\u00ebshtje n\u00eb vete paraqet angazhimi i atyre individ\u00ebve t\u00eb cil\u00ebt p\u00ebr nga p\u00ebrgatitja profesionale jan\u00eb t\u00eb fushave t\u00eb ndryshme, dhe sa jan\u00eb t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm q\u00eb t\u00eb ballafaqohen me realitetin shoq\u00ebror.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe, me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb b\u00ebh\u00ebt pyetja: deri kur ata do t\u00eb jen\u00eb indiferent\u00eb dhe kur do t\u00eb angazhohen, apo do t\u00eb qendrojn\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb n\u00eb heshtje. N\u00ebse qendron kjo e fundit, at\u00ebher\u00eb kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me individ\u00eb indiferent, sepse heshtja nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb cil\u00ebsi e intelektualit. Kujtojm\u00eb m\u00eb ket\u00eb rast reagimin e Zol\u00ebs p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e Drajfusit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pse jan\u00eb intelektual\u00ebt larg politik\u00ebs?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tek ne \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i vog\u00ebl i intelektual\u00ebve q\u00eb mund ti klasifikojm\u00eb si m\u00eb af\u00ebr formatit t\u00eb lart\u00eb dhe si t\u00eb till\u00eb qendrojn\u00eb t\u00eb paangazhuar n\u00eb jet\u00ebn politike. Mosangazhimi i tyre mund t\u00eb kuptohet edhe si ikje nga homogjenizimi i shtresave popullore q\u00eb p\u00ebsoi pas paraqitjes n\u00eb sken\u00eb t\u00eb pluralizmit dhe t\u00eb partive politike, por edhe si mosinteresim i subjekteve politike p\u00ebr angazhimin e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Intelektual\u00ebt e till\u00eb, edhe pse t\u00eb pak\u00ebt, jan\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar, jo si njer\u00ebz t\u00eb fjal\u00ebve, por t\u00eb shkrimeve, n\u00eb gam\u00ebn e gjer\u00eb t\u00eb profileve p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse. Nga trash\u00ebgimia apo anomali t\u00eb tjera, intelektual\u00ebt e till\u00eb shihen si trup i huaj. Apo q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb absurdi edhe m\u00eb i madh, si t\u00eb paaft\u00eb p\u00ebr politik\u00eb. Nj\u00eb absurd krijon absurdin tjet\u00ebr, k\u00ebshtu ndodh q\u00eb profesionalizmi t\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsohet me amatoriz\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb fakt se me paraqitjen e pluralizmit politik dhe partive politike shqiptare, intelektual\u00ebt e tipit t\u00eb sip\u00ebr p\u00ebrmendur n\u00eb fillim ishin m\u00eb t\u00eb angazhuar n\u00eb politik\u00eb. Por, me kalimin e koh\u00ebs, shum\u00eb sish u larguan.
