S\u00eb paku dhjet\u00eb kompani t\u00eb m\u00ebdha amerikane dhe vendeve t\u00eb tjera per\u00ebndimore, q\u00eb operojn\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri p\u00ebrmes kontratave koncesionare, kan\u00eb shoq\u00ebruar kryeministrin Berisha n\u00eb nj\u00eb forum q\u00eb mbahet n\u00eb Ne\u00eb York, n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar iden\u00eb se kryeministri po respektohet edhe n\u00eb SHBA. Mes kompanive ka nga ato q\u00eb jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e bizneseve t\u00eb familjes s\u00eb tij dhe t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb jan\u00eb serioze, por q\u00eb operojn\u00eb fal\u00eb raporteve t\u00eb mira me studiot ligjore t\u00eb Familjes s\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithkush mund t\u00eb thot\u00eb se nuk ka asgj\u00eb t\u00eb keqe q\u00eb k\u00ebto kompani kan\u00eb sponsorizuar nj\u00eb aktivitet t\u00eb kryeministrit ton\u00eb n\u00eb SHBA. Realisht nuk ka. Bile ato mund t\u00eb b\u00ebnin dhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb se kaq. Problemi nuk q\u00ebndron tek ajo \u00e7far\u00eb ato kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr kryeministrin, por tek ajo \u00e7far\u00eb kryeministri b\u00ebn p\u00ebrmes tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb g\u00ebnjyer opinionin publik dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb shmangur izolimin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar q\u00eb ai ka realisht.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse Sali Berisha do t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb kryeminist\u00ebr normal i nj\u00eb vendi normal, ai nuk do t\u00eb kishte koh\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebnte teatro t\u00eb till\u00eb n\u00eb Ne\u00eb York, me biznesmen\u00eb t\u00eb sjell\u00eb nga Shqip\u00ebria dhe njer\u00ebz t\u00eb super-paguar prej tij. Mjafton t\u00eb lexosh njoftimin zyrtar t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs dhe e kupton se njeriu q\u00eb ka p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetur hapjen e Forumit \u00ebsht\u00eb Tony Podesta, President i Podesta Group, kompanis\u00eb s\u00eb lobimit q\u00eb paguhet me taksat e shtetasve shqiptar\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb lobuar p\u00ebr Sali Berish\u00ebn n\u00eb Uashington. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb kompani e njohur, q\u00eb merr si klient\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs q\u00eb u rrezikohen kredencialet n\u00eb Uashington, gjysm\u00eb diktator\u00eb apo personalitete me karrier\u00eb n\u00eb kriz\u00eb dhe u premton rregullimin e raporteve me Sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e Bardh\u00eb. Pra, forumi i Berish\u00ebs u hap nga nj\u00eb njeri i super-paguar prej tij. M\u00eb tej akoma t\u00eb bie n\u00eb sy se mes kompanive q\u00eb \u201cd\u00ebgjojn\u00eb\u201d kryeministrin \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe Patton Gas, nj\u00eb kompani e njohur n\u00eb SHBA po ashtu p\u00ebr lobim politik, dhe q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb fushat\u00ebn elektorale t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 2009, e paguar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb jotransparente.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, edhe fol\u00ebsi, edhe d\u00ebgjuesi t\u00eb paguar me lek\u00ebt e shqiptar\u00ebve, pa llogaritur kompanit\u00eb e tjera q\u00eb jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e sponsorizimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij aktiviteti. N\u00ebse Berisha do t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb kryeminist\u00ebr normal me kredenciale t\u00eb rregullta demokratike, nuk do t\u00eb kish nevoj\u00eb as p\u00ebr Podest\u00ebn dhe as p\u00ebr Patton Gas, por do t\u00eb takohej me personalitete t\u00eb politik\u00ebs amerikane, kryesisht t\u00eb linj\u00ebs ekzekutive. Por, dhe n\u00eb mos i takonte dot gjith\u00eb nivelet, askujt nuk do t\u2019i binte n\u00eb sy pasi nuk do t\u00eb ishte problem.<\/p>\n<p>Ai ka nj\u00eb problem real me izolimin q\u00eb i ka b\u00ebr\u00eb SHBA dhe po p\u00ebrpiqet ta kap\u00ebrcej\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb duke shkuar n\u00eb Uashington me \u201cbuk\u00eb me vete\u201d, duke \u00e7uar atje klient\u00ebt e tij q\u00eb paguan n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos u dukur se askush nuk e pranon atje si mysafir. Po t\u00eb ishte njeri i lir\u00eb Sali Berisha, dhe po t\u00eb mos kish at\u00eb imazh q\u00eb ka n\u00eb qeverin\u00eb amerikane, nuk do t\u2019i dilte koha t\u00eb takonte zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb SHBA apo kryeministra dhe president\u00eb q\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb takimin vjetor n\u00eb OKB. Por at\u00eb nuk e pret dhe nuk e takon askush, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 presidentes Jahjaga, e cila nga ana e vet ka nj\u00eb axhend\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme se Berisha n\u00eb Ne\u00eb York.<\/p>\n<p>Nga ana tjet\u00ebr Berisha ka nj\u00eb kriz\u00eb komunikimi me publikun shqiptar pas publikimit t\u00eb kabllogrameve t\u00eb \u00cbikileaks p\u00ebr raportet e tij me SHBA. P\u00ebrfundimi i par\u00eb dhe i padiskutuesh\u00ebm nga gjith\u00eb kabllogramet \u00ebsht\u00eb se Sali Berisha nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pranuar n\u00eb asnj\u00eb moment si nj\u00eb aleat normal i SHBA. N\u00eb \u00e7do rresht, n\u00eb \u00e7do fjali, n\u00eb \u00e7do faqe, n\u00eb \u00e7do dosje, ai shihet si njeri n\u00ebn kontroll dhe analizohen hilet dhe lig\u00ebsit\u00eb e tij. Nga ato dosje shqiptar\u00ebt kan\u00eb par\u00eb se SHBA dhe Sali Berisha jan\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb konflikt natyral, t\u00eb pashmangsh\u00ebm dhe historik. Kjo e ka d\u00ebrrmuar Sali Berish\u00ebn m\u00eb shume se detajet p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfshirjen e djalit t\u00eb tij n\u00eb krye t\u00eb biznesit n\u00eb G\u00ebrdec, apo frika e Familjes s\u00eb tij nga nd\u00ebshkimi i drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Sali Berish\u00ebs i ka ndodhur pak a shum\u00eb skena tragjikomike e Doktor Adhamudhit, i cili pa vdekjen me sy. Sali Berisha pati fatkeq\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb lexoj\u00eb p\u00ebr s\u00eb gjalli se \u00e7\u2019mendonte p\u00ebr t\u00eb shteti m\u00eb i madh demokratik i bot\u00ebs dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebrrmuar nga armiq\u00ebsia q\u00eb mbart kjo histori. Pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr ta zbutur k\u00ebt\u00eb shije t\u00eb hidhur q\u00eb ka l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb memorien e shqiptar\u00ebve ky konflikt, ai ka marr\u00eb nj\u00eb tabor klient\u00ebsh dhe t\u00eb paguarish t\u00eb tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb oaz n\u00eb mes t\u00eb Ne\u00eb York-ut, ku ai pranohet.<\/p>\n<p>E gjith\u00eb kjo m\u00eb kujton pak a shum\u00eb udh\u00ebtimet e Gadafit n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim me \u00e7adr\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb famshme, rrethuar nga police striptiste, q\u00eb e ngrinte n\u00eb OKB ose n\u00eb mes t\u00eb Parisit p\u00ebr tu ndjer\u00eb si n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi t\u00eb vet. Edhe Sali Berisha ka b\u00ebr\u00eb ekzakt\u00ebsisht t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gj\u00eb, por thjesht ka shmangur \u00e7adr\u00ebn. Ka marr\u00eb me vete dy- tri njer\u00ebz teatral\u00eb t\u00eb tij, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb Aldo Bum\u00e7i, \u201czagari sulmues i PD\u201d si\u00e7 e quante ambasadori \u00cbithers, apo Guvernatorin Fullani, q\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb shtuar vaj n\u00eb kandilin e guvernatorit q\u00eb po soset, ka marr\u00eb p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr t\u00eb pastroj\u00eb nj\u00eb histori kriminele t\u00eb pushtetit.<\/p>\n<p>Me k\u00ebt\u00eb oborr sh\u00ebtit\u00ebs kryeministri i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb u shfaq dje nga nj\u00eb sall\u00eb hoteli n\u00eb SHBA, p\u00ebr t\u00eb na treguar se dhe atje ka njer\u00ebz e d\u00ebgjojn\u00eb, q\u00eb e presin dhe e respektojn\u00eb. E b\u00ebn k\u00ebt\u00eb i tmerruar nga ideja se e v\u00ebrteta \u00ebsht\u00eb krejt e kund\u00ebrta. At\u00eb s\u2019po e pret askush si\u00e7 i takon nj\u00eb kryeministri t\u00eb nj\u00eb vendi q\u00eb aspiron Per\u00ebndimin. At\u00eb po e izolojn\u00eb si nj\u00eb njeri q\u00eb po na largon nga Per\u00ebndimi. Dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb zez\u00eb ku ka p\u00ebrfunduar, ai \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb gjahu i lobist\u00ebve t\u00eb SHBA, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk kan\u00eb rast m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb para se sa t\u2019i shesin Berish\u00ebs frik\u00ebn q\u00eb ka injorimi i Uashingtonit.
