\nDhe n\u00eb rrethana t\u00eb reja veprimtaria e dom Simon Filipaj(1925-1999) nga viti 1990 e m\u00eb pas i \u00ebsht\u00eb prezantuar opinionit t\u00eb gjer\u00eb kryesisht nga subjektet e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile ku vend meritor z\u00ebn \u201cArt Clubi\u201d i cili pati organizuar tribun\u00ebn e par\u00eb kulturore n\u00eb Ulqin me ket\u00eb figur\u00eb t\u00eb vlerave kulturore dhe intelektuale.<\/p>\n

1. Prezantimi i par\u00eb para opinionit vendas<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nga dita e themelimit pik\u00ebrisht me 28.12.1990, Shoqata e Artist\u00ebve dhe e Intelektual\u00ebve\u201dART KLUB\u201d-i si mision par\u00ebsor ka pasur shpalimin e vlerave t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme nga kultura shqiptare n\u00eb ket\u00eb mjedis dhe m\u00eb gj\u00ebr\u00eb. Ne ket\u00eb aspekt kishim parasysh figurat e anatemura nga sistemi monist q\u00eb ishin t\u00eb panjohura n\u00eb qytetin e Ulqinit por edhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb. Dhe pas veprimtaris\u00eb s\u00eb par\u00eb kushtuar jet\u00ebs dhe vepr\u00ebs s\u00eb hafiz Ali Ulqinakut, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb mbajtur me 15.2.1992, radh\u00ebn e kishte nj\u00eb personalitet i rrall\u00eb i kultur\u00ebs shqiptare i cili ishte n\u00eb mesin ton\u00eb. Fjala ishte p\u00ebr famullitarin, krijuesin, p\u00ebrkthyesin, folkloristin dhe intelektualin e shquar Dom Simon Filipaj.
\nData 20 mars 1992, \u00ebsht\u00eb dat\u00eb e sh\u00ebnuar p\u00ebr OJQ \u201dArt Klub\u201d, sepse p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00ebn her\u00eb organizoj prezantimin publik t\u00eb dom Simon Filipaj opinionit vendas. Veprimtaria \u00ebsht\u00eb mbajtur n\u00eb sall\u00ebn e madhe t\u00eb KK t\u00eb Ulqinit me nj\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrje t\u00eb madhe te t\u00eb pranishm\u00ebve. Por nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00e7uditur nj\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrje e till\u00eb sepse p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00ebn her\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt e Ulqinit dhe t\u00eb rrethin\u00ebs kishin rastin t\u00eb d\u00ebgjojn\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt dom Simon Filipajn n\u00eb lidhje mbi veprimtarin\u00eb e tij jet\u00ebsore, krijuese dhe liturgjike.
\nN\u00eb nj\u00eb bised\u00eb q\u00eb kam pasur me t\u00eb nderuarin dom Simonin pas k\u00ebtij takimi ai ishte i emocionuar shum\u00eb q\u00eb ishte e arsyeshme sepse p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00ebn her\u00eb pati mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u2019iu prezantuar opinionit vendas.
\nPor me ket\u00eb rast duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrkujtoj opinionin e gjer\u00eb, se gjat\u00eb vitit 1991 dom Simoni isht e i semur\u00eb dhe ka qen\u00eb shtruar disa muaj n\u00eb spitalin e Cetin\u00ebs. Duke marr\u00eb parasysh se ai e kishte p\u00ebrkthyer Bibl\u00ebn n\u00eb shqip por n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb rrethanave ende ishte e pabotuar n\u00eb shqip, kishte arsye q\u00eb t\u00eb ishte i shqet\u00ebsuar dhe nga spitali i shkruante dr. dom Lush Gjergjit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb\u201d… luteni t\u00eb b\u00ebni \u00e7mos botimin e Mesharit dhe t\u00eb Bibl\u00ebs. Mos lejoni t\u00eb shkoj n\u00eb dhe pa i pas\u00eb par\u00eb\u201d(28.2.1992). Por po ashtu Lush Gjergjit i len\u00eb edhe porosin\u00eb se \u201c… n\u00ebse vdes para botimit t\u00eb Bibl\u00ebs, at\u00ebher\u00eb kopjen e par\u00eb ma bie te varri im\u201d. Nd\u00ebrsa Lush Gjergji i p\u00ebrgjigjet se \u201c…ne Bibl\u00ebn nuk e botojm\u00eb p\u00ebr varre, por p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjall\u00eb. Ajo do t\u00eb jet\u00eb p\u00ebrmendorja m\u00eb e lavdishme e jotja, e kish\u00ebs son\u00eb p\u00ebr mbar\u00eb popullin shqiptar\u201d.<\/p>\n

2. Shp\u00ebrblimi Vjetor i Art Klubit p\u00ebr vitin 1992<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nga viti 1991, \u201cArt Klubi\u201d, filloj p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndar\u00eb \u00e7mimin vjetor p\u00ebr t\u00eb arriturat n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e shkenc\u00ebs, artit dhe t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs. Ishte kjo nj\u00eb nism\u00eb fisnike p\u00ebr t\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar pun\u00ebn profesionale dhe pasionin e krijuesve t\u00eb fushave t\u00eb ndryshme. P\u00ebr vitin 1992, u formua Komisioni i shoqat\u00ebs p\u00ebr ndraj\u00ebn e Shp\u00ebrblimit vjetor me kryetar t\u00eb ndjerin prof.Bajram Rexha. Pas vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb kandidaturave t\u00eb ndryshme komisioni n\u00eb unanimitet vendosi q\u00eb shp\u00ebrblimi vjetor p\u00ebr vitin 1992 ti jepet dom Simon Filipaj p\u00ebr veprimtarin\u00eb n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e p\u00ebrkthimeve liturgjike n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe dhe kontributin e dh\u00ebn\u00eb kultur\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare shqiptare.<\/p>\n

3. Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs n\u00eb simpoziumin shkemcor<\/strong><\/p>\n

Duke d\u00ebshiruar q\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebnojm\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrvjetor t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs son\u00eb me rastin e 440-vjetrorit t\u00eb botimit t\u00eb librit t\u00eb par\u00eb shqip \u201cArt Klubi\u201d organizoj simpoziumin me titull \u201cMeshari i Gjon Buzukut-Monument i Kultur\u00ebs Shqiptare (1555-1995)\u201d me 19-20 maj 1995 n\u00eb Ulqin.
\nN\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb simpozium ka marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb edhe dom Simon Filipaj me kumtes\u00ebn me titull \u201dMeshari-doracak kulti-v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsit\u00eb e p\u00ebrkthyesit dhe t\u00eb shtjellimit kritik \u201c. N\u00eb kt\u00eb kumtes\u00eb profesionale nga aspekti i p\u00ebrkthimit n\u00eb fillim na paraqet raportet tona shoq\u00ebrore n\u00eb t\u00eb kalur\u00ebn dhe tash ku duhet cituar n\u00eb mes tjerash \u201c…fati i mir\u00eb historik p\u00ebr ne ka vijuar t\u00eb na bej leqe e dredha, her\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha e her\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb vogla, k\u00ebshtu qe n\u00ebse s\u2018kemi marr\u00eb vet\u00eb n\u00eb thua, t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt na e kan\u00eb qitur cungun e rr\u00ebzimit nd\u00ebr k\u00ebmb\u00eb, n\u00ebse na ka l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb qet\u00ebsi i huaji, na ka marr\u00eb n\u00eb pik\u00eb t\u00eb qaf\u00ebs i veti\u201d(1995).
\nNuk ka dilem\u00eb s\u00eb k\u00ebto vler\u00ebsime nuk ka dilem\u00eb se jan\u00eb aktuale si m\u00eb par\u00eb edhe sot n\u00eb mesin ton\u00eb.<\/p>\n

4. Takimi komemorativ p\u00ebr N\u00ebn\u00eb Terez\u00ebn<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lajmi i vdekjes s\u00eb N\u00ebn\u00eb Terez\u00ebs me 6 shtator 1997, jehoi n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn mbar\u00ebkomb\u00ebtare. Andaj duke \u00e7muar lart veprimtarin\u00eb e saj humanitare an\u00eb e k\u00ebnd bot\u00ebs, edhe ne n\u00eb Ulqin vendos\u00ebm q\u00eb t\u00eb mbajm\u00eb nj\u00eb takim komemorativ.
\nOrganizimi i takimit u b\u00eb nga \u201cArt Klubi\u201d ku fillimisht kemi vendosur nj\u00eb shpallje n\u00eb hyrje t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Ulqinit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb interesuarit. Takimi u mbajt n\u00eb sall\u00ebn e madhe t\u00eb KK t\u00eb Ulqinit me 9 shtator 1997. Pa hezitim fjal\u00ebn e rastit kemi vendosur q\u00eb ta mbaj dom Simon Filipaj, si meshtari me autoritativ n\u00eb ket\u00eb mjedis, i cili k\u00ebt\u00eb propozim e pranoj m\u00eb k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi. Ishte ky nj\u00eb organizim shum\u00eb dom\u00ebth\u00ebn\u00ebs sepse mblodhi num\u00ebr t\u00eb konsideruar pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsish, duke d\u00ebshmuar se ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, pa marr\u00eb parasysh p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsin\u00eb konfesionale. Duhet cekur se m\u00eb at\u00eb rast nga t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb pranishmit u mir\u00ebprit propozimi q\u00eb nj\u00eb shesh apo rrug\u00eb n\u00eb qytetin e Ulqinit t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb emrin e saj.<\/p>\n

5. P\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetje me rastin e Sh\u00ebnimit jubilar t\u00eb LSHP<\/strong><\/p>\n

Botimi i librit t\u00eb prof.Riza Rexh\u00ebs \u201cUlqini n\u00eb vitet e Lidhj\u00ebs Shqiptare t\u00eb Prizrenit 1878-1881\u201d, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb edicionit t\u00eb Art Klubit n\u00eb vitin 1998, paraqiste rast t\u00eb volitsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr sh\u00ebnimin e k\u00ebsaj ngjarjeje madhore nga historia e popullit ton\u00eb. Andaj, me rastin e p\u00ebrurimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij libri vendosem t\u00eb sh\u00ebnojm\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb solemne k\u00ebte jubile pra 120-vjetorin e themelimit t\u00eb Lidhj\u00ebs Shqiptare t\u00eb Prizrenit. Veprimtaria u mbajt n\u00eb Ulqin n\u00eb hotelin Albatros me 11.12.1998. Nj\u00eb dit\u00eb para s\u00eb t\u00eb mbahet kjo veprimtari n\u00eb sh\u00ebnj respekti vendosa q\u00eb t\u00eb ftoj edhe dom Simon Filipaj, ku n\u00eb biseden telefonike q\u00eb kam pasur me t\u00eb ne mes tjerash i tregova qellimin e k\u00ebsaj thirrjeje, duke e ftuar q\u00eb t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb ket\u00eb veprimtari e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb e para e k\u00ebtij lloji q\u00eb organizohet n\u00eb qytetin e Ulqinit. Ai u g\u00ebzu shum\u00eb p\u00ebr ftes\u00ebn dhe p\u00ebr ket\u00eb veprimtari ku n\u00eb mes tjerash tha se m\u00eb k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi do t\u00eb isha me ju, por jam i s\u00ebmur\u00eb dhe gjindem n\u00eb shtrat, andaj e kam t\u00eb pamundur t\u00eb vi. Pasi u falend\u00ebru p\u00ebr ftes\u00ebn, porositi q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndet\u00ebn t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb pranishmit pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs n\u00eb ket\u00eb takim. Dhe un\u00eb ket\u00eb mesash iu p\u00ebrcolla t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb pranishm\u00ebve t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndet\u00ebn m\u00eb duartrokitje.<\/p>\n

6. Sh\u00ebnohet 75-vjetori i lindjes<\/strong><\/p>\n

Me 1 maj 2000, Shoqatat \u201dArt Klub\u201d dhe \u201cDom Gjon Buzuku\u201d organizuan nj\u00eb manifestim p\u00ebrkujtimor me rastin e 75-vjetorit t\u00eb lindjes s\u00eb dom simon Filipaj. Salla e 0bjektit \u201cHollegro\u201d ishte e vog\u00ebl p\u00ebr t\u00eb pranuar t\u00eb gjith\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit. Ishte kjo nj\u00eb mbr\u00ebmje akademike, ku p\u00ebrve\u00e7 referuesve si Riza Rexha, Nail Draga, Ismail Doda, Haxhi Shabani, Luigj Shkreli etj. U prezantuan edhe pika t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta muzikore t\u00eb organizuara enkas p\u00ebr ket\u00eb veprimtari nga kori i kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Sh\u00ebn Gjergjit. Materialet e prezantuara nga kjo veprimtari jan\u00eb botuar n\u00eb revist\u00ebn LEMBA nr.3-4\/2000.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrfundim<\/strong><\/p>\n

N\u00eb lidhje me jet\u00ebn dhe veprimtarin\u00eb e dom Simon Filipajt edhe pas vitit 2000, jan\u00eb organizuar takime t\u00eb ndryshme p\u00ebrkujtimore apo shkencore nga insitucionet shkencore e kulturore, qofshin ata shtet\u00ebrore apo nga shoq\u00ebria civile, duke vler\u00ebsuar lart\u00eb veprimtarin\u00eb e tij si p\u00ebrkthyes t\u00eb literatur\u00ebs liturgjike. Emri dhe puna e tij me plot pasion dhe dashuri me kalimin e koh\u00ebs nuk zbeh\u00ebn por marrin vlera t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta, duke e r\u00ebnditur ate n\u00eb plejaden e figurave t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme komb\u00ebtare. N\u00eb ket\u00eb vler\u00ebsim duhet cekur edhe vendimin e marr\u00eb n\u00eb Kuvendin e Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Ulqinit me 12.5.2002, ku pushteti vendor vendosi q\u00eb nj\u00eb rrug\u00eb t\u00eb em\u00ebrtohet me emrin Simon Filipaj.
\nN\u00eb korrik t\u00eb vitit 2002 nj\u00eb grup intelektual\u00ebsh nga Ulqini dhe rrethina themeloi Shoqat\u00ebn \u201cDom Simon Filipaj\u201d me seli n\u00eb Ulqin, e cila kishte ven\u00eb p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ruaj\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrhap\u00eb veprimtarin\u00eb e tij. N\u00eb fillim t\u00eb vitit 2003 kjo shoqat\u00eb n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Shoqat\u00ebn \u201cDom Gjon Buzuku\u201d realizoi filimin dokumentar \u201cDorarti Goj\u00ebmb\u00ebl \u201dkushtuar jet\u00ebs dhe vepres s\u00eb dom Simon Filipaj ideuar dhe realizuar nga dom Nik\u00eb Ukgjini.
\nPoashtu duhet cekur edhe dekorimin e tij nga ana e Presidentit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb z.Alfred Moisiu me Dekretin nr.2458 t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 8.6.2004 ku dekorohet me medaljen \u201cNaim Frash\u00ebri i art\u00eb\u201d(Pas vdekjes).
