Sepse si rrall\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb historin\u00eb e saj m\u00eb t\u00eb re, Gjermania sot \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet i cili jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb mund t\u00eb vendos\u00eb n\u00ebse Greqia do t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb drejt bankrotimit, por n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb mund t&#8217;ua tregoj\u00eb vendin edhe shteteve si Italis\u00eb apo Spanj\u00ebs, Franc\u00ebs apo Britanis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ishin politikat ekonomike e financiare t\u00eb kancelares gjermane me spin-doktorin e saj t\u00eb Financave, Wolfgang Sch\u00e4uble, ato q\u00eb Gjermanin\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm e ruajt\u00ebn nga kriza e madhe e bankave amerikane e evropiane, por me masat p\u00ebr qarkullimin e brendsh\u00ebm (gjerman) t\u00eb parave n\u00eb infrastruktur\u00eb, vendit i dhan\u00eb nj\u00eb shtytje para.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb situat\u00ebn e r\u00ebnd\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn tash sa muaj moneta e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt e BE-s\u00eb, euro, gjendet, gjerman\u00ebt jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb e kan\u00eb fjal\u00ebn kryesore por shp\u00ebtimi ose jo i Greqis\u00eb dhe simotrave t\u00eb saj t\u00eb rr\u00ebgjuara nga kriza, varet (pothuajse) ekskluzivisht nga interesat gjermane. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mes nuk duhet l\u00ebn\u00eb anash as debati i brendsh\u00ebm gjerman p\u00ebr rolin e kancelares dhe qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb saj p\u00ebr Evrop\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Kritikat e ashpra t\u00eb ish-kancelarit Kohl p\u00ebr &#8220;ngurrim&#8221; n\u00eb politik\u00ebn europiane por edhe t\u00eb figurave tjera t\u00eb politik\u00ebs gjermane i kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb fare pak kancelares Merkel (Kohl sheh k\u00ebtu rast p\u00ebr forcim edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb madh t\u00eb Berlinit). Fakti q\u00eb Gjykata Kushtetuese e Gjermanis\u00eb jav\u00ebn e kaluar hodhi posht\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos ndihmuar Greqin\u00eb, por duke i dh\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb kompetenca Bundestagut vet\u00ebm sa e ka forcuar Merkelin. Edhe ashtu, tashm\u00eb dihet q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb natyr\u00ebn e politik\u00ebs s\u00eb Merkelit, e cila nga &#8220;Forbes&#8221; sivjet me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb u zgjodh si gruaja m\u00eb e pushtetshme n\u00eb bot\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb mos ngutet. Dhe, mjesht\u00ebria me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn largoi t\u00eb gjith\u00eb polit-stars, ose &#8220;ujq\u00ebrit e uritur&#8221; p\u00ebr karrigen e saj (Koch, Mueller, Wolf dhe fare n\u00eb fund edhe Gutenberg) tregojn\u00eb p\u00ebr taktin e saj t\u00eb pushtetit. Merkel \u00ebsht\u00eb racionale dhe gjakftoht\u00eb. Sepse kap \u00e7astin e duhur p\u00ebr fjal\u00ebt dhe vendimet q\u00eb merr.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo nuk e tepron me deklarata e veprime, por at\u00eb q\u00eb e thot\u00eb edhe q\u00ebndron. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst duhet par\u00eb edhe k\u00ebrkesa e saj Beogradit q\u00eb t\u00eb heq\u00eb dor\u00eb nga ushqimi i strukturave paralele n\u00eb Veri.<\/p>\n<p>Natyrisht q\u00eb kjo tem\u00eb, veriu dhe p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht Ballkani, nuk duhet par\u00eb si nj\u00eb prej (super)prioriteteve t\u00eb kancelares dhe qeveris\u00eb q\u00eb ajo drejton. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb tregon edhe fakti q\u00eb ajo vizitoi Beogradin e Zagrebin, por jo edhe Prishtin\u00ebn (apo edhe Tiran\u00ebn).<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr Qeverin\u00eb n\u00eb Berlin dhe elitat politike gjermane, Tirana vazhdon t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb strofull korrupsioni, e kapur n\u00eb duart e Familjes, kurse Prishtina dirigjohet nga njer\u00ebz t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk i kan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb vetes ndonj\u00eb vend p\u00ebr simpati (apo kemi nevoj\u00eb k\u00ebtu t&#8217;i themi?). P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb shkak edhe shohim dor\u00ebn e zgjatur t\u00eb kancelares n\u00eb kontaktet me Prishtin\u00ebn. Nj\u00ebher\u00eb ishte Kosor n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb dhe fundjav\u00ebn q\u00eb kemi prapa, Tha\u00e7i n\u00eb Lubjan\u00eb. Ta themi se cilat ishin mesazhet q\u00eb kryeministri i Kosov\u00ebs i mori n\u00eb k\u00ebto takime, ndoshta nuk kemi edhe aq nevoj\u00eb, sepse dihen. Brenda tetorit dhe deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti do t\u00eb kemi situat\u00ebn q\u00eb tashm\u00eb t\u00eb dy e din\u00eb dhe do t\u00eb ishte mir\u00eb ta themi k\u00ebtu: Serbia do t\u00eb marr\u00eb statusin e kandidatit p\u00ebr BE, por p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb jo edhe dat\u00ebn e fillimit t\u00eb negociatave me Brukselin. Prishtina do t\u00eb marr\u00eb &#8220;udh\u00ebzuesin&#8221; p\u00ebr liberalizim t\u00eb vizave, por p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb do t&#8217;i duhen s\u00eb paku 2 vjet derisa t\u00eb plot\u00ebsoj\u00eb kushtet&#8230; Mes k\u00ebtyre pritjeve natyrisht q\u00eb jan\u00eb problemet aq t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb brendshme.
